Reviewed May 29, 2026⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.5/5 I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests and making me feel valued as a guest. Their excellent service definitely contributed to a positive experience. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing and enjoyable. I had a wonderful stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to others. The friendly and accommodating staff, comfortable rooms, and great service made for an excellent experience.
I just want to make one suggestion for improvement would be to install refillable body wash, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers attached near the shower area instead of providing small individual bottles. During my stay, I noticed the shampoo, appeared to have been partially used and then left for the next guest. For hygiene and guest comfort, it would be preferable to provide either brand-new sealed toiletries or wall-mounted dispensers that are regularly refilled and maintained.

Reviewed Apr 14, 2026I recommend this hotel. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. We felt very well taken care of from the very beginning. Everything was very clean. The breakfasts were delicious and very generous, with the added bonus that you can choose exactly what you would like to eat and drink. There is something for everyone. A big advantage is also the free airport transfer, which makes traveling and organizing your stay much easier. It’s also worth mentioning that there is a supermarket nearby, which is very convenient.

I’m sorry to say that I didn’t like it at all. The staff are very kind (including the driver for the airport transfer), but the level of organization is extremely poor. I waited an hour and a half at the airport because of incorrect information they gave me a few days earlier. The hotel is located in the middle of nowhere, and the breakfast is very disappointing. In my opinion, it deserves no more than a 2-star rating.

Reviewed Mar 3, 2026The hotel is very clean, the rooms are big and well equipped. But what made our stay so exceptional was the friendliness and the helpfulness of the receptionists, especially Lindo. We were stranded in Muscat because of the political crisis nearby and the receptionist spent hours to help us contact airline companies, solve technical problems, answer our questions and make us feel at home. Thank you so much!
