Studio City Hotel

The staff were very friendly, the facilities were very good. Studio City is in a great location with lots to do.

The perfect place for perfect vacation!!! The staff is SO nice and kind, hotel facilities in very high level!!

Awesome stay and so much nicer and cheaper than the other hotels.

Nothing it was all good

Good service and customer care.

Admission to the water park requires an additional fee.

Everything was great starting from the hotel staff good food nice facility very nice room

Clean, comfortable , welcoming

We spent the weekend at the Star Tower premiere king suite at Studio City. The room was very clean and well-prepped for our late night arrival. The staff were all very considerate and kind. We ordered room service for our dinners and breakfasts. The food was fantastic, most specially the steak and the Grilled Lobster Laksa (a personal favourite). The staff at the pool and at Zensa spa were also kind and super helpful.

The only thing that surprised us was that we got a call from reception, early morning on the day of our check-out, to remind us that we had in-room service that exceeded our deposit. We think, in future, to call an hour before the intended check-out time or at least after 9am.

The hotel is the best one the best hotels on Cotai strip. The room and bathroom are nicely decorated and clean. The Waterpark was also very nice. The view from our room was excellent.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

Location is good , very near to lrt , room is very clean and very attentive especially their make up room staff

1 of the staff whom attended to me from the luggage deposit department was abit not very polite when communicating with me , but is ok i take it that he is just being real .

It is n experience!

Luxury hotel with large rooms, amazing views (light show 'til midnight and other hotels within walking distance and visitable), and many room/bathroom amenities (saw guests wearing the bathrobe outside the rooms!) and food options. Free shuttles take you to/from port and the historic town.

Expensive, and the ferris wheel was not open all days and for extensive hours (and when open was full) so we missed it.

The rooms are clean and comfortable with the mini bar being free at celebrity tower! The staff were very good and helpful and were very attentive!

I just wish the staff could speak a little bit more English as they could probably only understand 60% of what I was saying but honestly in Macau the English was still really good!

Suite room overlooking the Cotai Strip. Water park and fun for the kids as well as restaurants and a shopping centre located inside.

Room was excellent in most ways and hard to fault. Comfy bed, great shower and facilities.

Toilet was blocked which I only realised very late at night. Was not good. reported to staff member upon check out who seemed disinterested and was unapologetic for inconvenience.

We had an excellent family stay at Studio City Macau and truly enjoyed every moment. The hotel is modern, beautiful, and very comfortable, with a great atmosphere for both adults and children. The location is fantastic. It is within walking distance to The Parisian, The Venetian, and The Londoner hotels, which made it very convenient for exploring the area, shopping, dining, and enjoying the attractions nearby. The facilities inside the hotel were also great. Studio City has both indoor and outdoor pools, which was a big plus for our family and made the stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was superb, with excellent variety and quality. Honestly, if we had known how much we would enjoy the hotel, we would have extended our stay for longer. The staff were very nice, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. I would personally like to give special credit to Assistant Manager Front Operations, SAN AU IEONG, for helping us with all our needs and making sure our stay was great. Their support and care really made a difference and made us feel very welcome. Studio City Macau is definitely a place you must visit. We are already planning to come back again, and I have recommended it to all my friends. Thank you to the Studio City Macau team for making our stay such a memorable one.

Staff and the suite both exceeded expectations. The resort was incredible, from the restaurants to the waterpark. The shuttle service was great.

The room service food was a bit disappointing in comparison to the service.

Breakfast was good, views were nice

The pool was very poor, the water park was shut down while our stay, the golden wheel was shut down, no kids area where I could leave the kids while doing other activities.

Good location, clean, polite & helpful staff, huge buffet breakfast with loads of choice (although expensive), great view of Parisian Eiffel Tower, good blackout blinds & big bed & shower

All small minor things that didn’t really affect our stay but shouldn’t happen in a 5star hotel. At night could hear the music from the Eiffel Tower just a little too loudly but not overly disturbing but it didn’t go all night. TV remote didn’t work properly, toilet didn’t always flush everything, water pressure lacking a little in sink & shower & bed too soft for me.

Welcoming hotel and there was free complimentary snacks and cold drinks & beer in the fridge. Makes the customer happy and well treated. The house keeping and cleaning was good too.

The free shuttle service to Macau city central only starts 12.30pm. This is too late. They should provide early shuttle service like at least 10am or 10.30am.. Breakfast variety was alot but quality not that good. Can improve further.
