The location was great. The room had a couch and a rollaway for the kids and a seperate room with a queen bed for us. Bathroom had a walk in shower. I had to ask reception for the safe key. All inclusive package food and alcohol. Pools were great. The one on the beach side always windy. It was on the main street so you could walk to the local shops and restaurants. Easy to get around.

È lontano da aeroporto e lontano dalle uniche spiagge belle di creta (balos e elafonisi). È un piccolo alveare, non hai privacy, pur avendo vista mare e piscina privata hai le persone che ti guardano dai piani di sopra e le barriere laterali hanno fessure da cui si vede. La colazione chiude alle 10 e sembra un piccolo refettorio. Camera piccola malgrado angolo cottura. Livello di rifinitura scarso.

Overall, the hotel is good: the food, location, and cleanliness were all very satisfactory. They allowed us to stay on the last day after check-out without removing our wristbands. I was able to have lunch and dinner and enjoy the hotel until late in the evening, which made a big difference. I thought this was a very strong positive point. However, there are some points that could be improved: 1. The all-inclusive snacks are served in only one location. Considering how large the hotel is, I found it a bit ridiculous that I literally had to cross the bridge just to get some food. 2. The ice cream included in the all-inclusive package is terrible. I honestly found it almost disrespectful to guests. 3. The soft drinks come from a machine. For a 4-star hotel, I expected something better.

La qualité des repas pour le all inclusive est déplorable. Mais cela n’a pas gâché notre séjour.

To go to the beach we need to cross the street which was not ideal. Very short hotel beach, some of the sunbeds were directly in sea water.

Hotel spettacolare, con ogni comfort. Siamo stati una settimana, la ns camera aveva la piscina privata ed era fantastica, ampia e pulita. I letti erano stra comodi, e gli asciugamani ci venivano cambiati due volte al giorno, il frigo era rifornito con ogni ben di dio ed il consumo, per il soggiorno all-inclusive, era compreso nel prezzo. Ogni sera la cena ha un tema differente, e scelte di piatti caldi e freddi, con isole dedicate a tante specialità. Top la serata greca. Il personale è ovunque gentilissimo ed attento, dal ristorante alle camere e la pulizia degli spazi comuni è costante. Anche la posizione è strategica, la fermata del bus per Chania è a 2 minuti a piedi, e la spiaggia dell'albergo è splendida. Si possono avere lettini ed ombrellone, e ho apprezzato particolarmente lo sforzo fatto dalla direzione per evitare che i lettini vengano occupati e riservati senza essere usati. Davanti all'hotel abbiamo trovato un minigolf curato, con 18 buche, ed è stato divertente passarvi un po di tempo la sera, visto che l'hotel non offre animazione serale per gli ospiti. Si può però partecipare alle lezioni di acqua gym in una delle due piscine tre volte la settimana, ed anche la palestra è ben attrezzata. Inoltre, presso la reception si possono prenotare escursioni, e a due passi si ha la possibilità di noleggiare canoe, pedalò, ed acqua scooter. Insomma..non avremmo potuto chiedere di meglio!!

Great location, spacious rooms with little kitchenettes and big balconies.

Truly excellent food and choices every day. The food standard in this all inclusive property rates extremely well in quality and options in comparison to other places i ve stayed. It is right on the beach close to Chania town and rooms are good sized and beds are comfy.

The property was renovated and looks fresh but outdoor spaces are way too 'dry' paved with tiles instead of green areas or trees around.

El personal fue muy amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. El trato recibido durante toda la estancia fue excelente y no quiero que esta valoración perjudique a las personas que trabajan allí.

Reservé este hotel porque buscaba unas vacaciones en primera línea de playa. Tanto el nombre, como las fotografías y la descripción transmiten esa idea. Sin embargo, la habitación que nos asignaron estaba en un edificio anexo situado aproximadamente a 300 metros del mar. Es cierto que, en un apartado de la descripción, se indica que los estudios están en un anexo, pero considero que esa información está demasiado escondida para la importancia que tiene. La descripción de la habitación dedica mucho espacio a detalles menores y, en cambio, apenas destaca un aspecto que cambia por completo la experiencia de la estancia. Desde la habitación se veía el mar a lo lejos, pero delante había otros edificios y una carretera. En ningún momento tuve la sensación de estar alojado en un hotel en primera línea de playa, sino en un edificio apartado del complejo principal. Para ir al restaurante, a la playa o a la piscina principal había que recorrer un trayecto con escaleras y ascensores, algo poco cómodo si se hace varias veces al día y a pleno sol. Antes del viaje escribí dos veces al alojamiento solicitando un cambio de habitación o, en su defecto, la cancelación de la reserva, ya que esa no era la ubicación que buscaba. La única respuesta fue que esa información ya aparecía en las condiciones de la reserva. Personalmente, creo que una información tan importante debería mostrarse de forma mucho más clara antes de reservar. Otro aspecto que no me gustó fue la ubicación de nuestra habitación. Se podía acceder prácticamente desde la calle, como muestra la fotografía. Eso nos hizo sentir poca privacidad y una sensación de inseguridad, ya que debíamos mantener siempre las puertas y cortinas cerradas. Además, cuando utilizábamos la pequeña piscina privada, tomábamos el sol o simplemente estábamos en la terraza, los peatones pasaban muy cerca. Tampoco me convenció el aparcamiento. La descripción habla de garage, lo que me hizo pensar en un aparcamiento acondicionado.

Pourrait apporter plus de choix pour ceux qui ne mangent pas de viande et tous les repas étaient mixés avec de la viande sans laisser le choix.

La plage de l'hôtel est vraiment belle, très romantique. Nous avions des chambres avec piscines privées et elles sont topissimes. Les piscines s'éclairent la nuit c'est magnifique. Les lits sont confortables, et le ménage est fait tous les jours. Des produits de toilette sont fournis ( brosse à dent, dentifrice, masque de nuit, lait pour le corps, rasoir, gel douche, shampooing, cotons tiges, lime à ongle, set couture, gant exfoliant, charlotte de douche) ! Très complet ! Des fruits sont mis dans la chambre tous les jours. Ce qui est dans le frigo est inclus dans le All inclusive et reassorti chaque jour. Il y a une kitchenette avec bouilloire, cafetière plaques chauffantes et four.

Certains membres du personnel pourraient sourire un minimum...on a l'impression qu'ils n'aiment pas leur travail. Heureusement que d'autres sont très gentils, d'une politesse exemplaire, adorables comme Efstratios au bar de la plage (qui par ailleurs, nous a bien conseillés pour sortir en ville), et la réceptionniste aux cheveux longs, (brune aux yeux bleus), très douce, qui a permis que je soigne ma nièce rapidement suite à des blessures : un grand merci 👌🙏

Το Iolida Beach ξεπέρασε κάθε προσδοκία μας! Η τοποθεσία του είναι απλά μαγική, καθώς βρίσκεται ακριβώς πάνω στην υπέροχη, αμμώδη παραλία της Αγίας Μαρίνας. Το να ξυπνάς και να έχεις τη θάλασσα στα πόδια σου είναι ανεκτίμητο. Το δωμάτιό μας ήταν εξαιρετικά ευρύχωρο, μοντέρνο, με άνετα κρεβάτια και πεντακάθαρο (η καθαριότητα σε όλους τους χώρους ήταν υποδειγματική καθημερινά). Η εντυπωσιακή γυάλινη γέφυρα που ενώνει τα δύο κτίρια δίνει έναν πολύ ξεχωριστό χαρακτήρα στο resort. Οι πισίνες είναι μεγάλες και πολύ προσεγμένες, ιδανικές για χαλάρωση με ένα κοκτέιλ από το μπαρ. Το φαγητό στον μπουφέ ήταν πάντα φρέσκο, γευστικό και με εξαιρετικές επιλογές που κάλυπταν κάθε γούστο, με θεματικές βραδιές απο διάφορες κουζίνες (κρητική, ιταλική, ασιατικη) Το μεγαλύτερο πλεονέκτημα του ξενοδοχείου, όμως, είναι το προσωπικό του. Όλοι —από τη ρεσεψιόν και το service μέχρι τις καμαριέρες— ήταν απίστευτα ευγενικοί, χαμογελαστοί και πάντα πρόθυμοι να βοηθήσουν με τον πιο ζεστό τρόπο. Το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα σε οικογένειες και ζευγάρια που ψάχνουν ποιοτικές και ξέγνοιαστες διακοπές στα Χανιά. Θα επιστρέψουμε σίγουρα!

Ο εμπλουτισμός του ξενοδοχείου με ένα Waterpark θα απογειώσει την εμπειρία των διακοπών στο Iolida beach.

De não estar no edifício principal De ter que apanhar 2 elevadores para chegar ao quarto Do elevador principal estar avariado e ficar quase presa lá dentro por várias vezes até que fui sempre a pé os 8 andares. Foi sinalizado logo na primeira noite que íamos ficando presos no elevador, que tremeu muito e apagou as luzes e terão arranjado mas até ao último dia da estadia continuo a pregar esses sustos pelo que subi sempre de escadas. No último dia informei novamente que o problema do elevador continuava e outras senhoras também disseram que tinha acabado de fazer com elas… No pequeno almoço poder ter leite com chocolate era extra pago (não se percebe o que acrescenta ter que pagar um leite com chocolate quando estamos em regime de tudo incluído) As refeições eram ok, mas nada de mais. Na primeira noite chegamos às 21h15 porque o ferry teve atrasado e mesmo tendo avisado já não nos deixaram jantar no restaurante porque o jantar era até às 21h (apesar de ter avisado). A cortesia do hotel foi colocar uns snacks no quarto porque já não íamos ter jantar que como estávamos em regime de tudo incluído já estava pago. Os snacks foram saladas gregas, batatas fritas de pacote, pão seco e frutas. Sendo que da minha família sou a única a gostar de salada grega tivemos que ir jantar a outro restaurante!

Distanta mica fata de plaja si piscina, micul dejun a fost destul de variat. Personalul foarte amabil si receptiv!

Nice location on the beach with large pool areas and really nice all inclusive hotel with nice amount of people , great food all meals and great service. Location in Agia Marina but short walk to Platanias beach. We got an upgraded room with pool :-) Thank you again!

Det var hyggelig og hjelpsomt personale. Det var ryddig og rent på fellesområdene, og rommet ble godt vasket. Veldig fint at vi fikk gratis solsenger på stranda og strandhandduker. God frokost. Nært til stranda. Nært til restauranter og butikker.

Solsenger ble reservert selv om det sto at det ikke var tillatt. Særlig ved bassenget nærmest stranda. Der var alt stort sett reservert fra tidlig morgen uten at der var folk. Det var flere apparater på treningsrommet som var ute av drift og det var litt mørkt der. Savnet også manualer på treningsrommet.

The rooms and the staff were exceptional. Breakfast was great, too, especially the soft feta which was... out of this world! The tea selection in the breakfast area was impressive, too.

The pool area was not at all as luxurious looking as it appears on the website photos. The pool also closes at 6pm, which is far too early.

Frukosten hade i princip allt. Saknade dock variation med bakelser och bröd. Stranden vid hotellet var magiskt när det inte var stora vågor. Lång grund och klart vatten. Inga stenar alls bara sand.

Tyckte inte om att de stängde poolen kl 18. Det var fortfarande sol så de kunde åtminstone ha öppet till kl 20.

We had an amazing stay! Everything was perfect—from the beautiful, spotless room with a stunning panoramic view to the exceptional service. The location is excellent, within walking distance of many restaurants and just a few minutes from the bus stop to Chania. The airport is also only about a 25-minute drive away. We loved the delicious breakfast with plenty of variety each day. Housekeeping kept our room immaculate, restocked the complimentary snacks and minibar, and replaced both bath and beach towels daily. The beach experience was fantastic, with comfortable sunbeds, complimentary bottled water, and great lunch options. The evening entertainment, especially the karaoke nights, was a lot of fun.

Ho trovato la struttura pulita con ottimo cibo e personale cordiale. Piacevolmente sorpreso dalla formula all inclusive comprensiva di ombrelloni e lettini gratuiti e frigobar ben fornito. Spiaggia pulita e ben tenuta a pochi metri dall'albergo

Комфортне розміщення, поруч багато пляжних кафе, таверн, декілька супермаркетів. Вночі тихо. Є підземний паркінг, а також за другим блоком можна припаркуватись на тихій вулиці. Дві будівлі зʼєднані надземним приватним мостом. На території чисто, прибирання в номерах щоденно. Працівниця кожен день робила нових звірів з рушника. Басейни працюють з 10-20:00. Шезлонги на пляжі безкоштовні, якщо показати хлопцю талон. Також по цьому талону берете нові пляжні рушники. На пляжі є рятівник, коли був шторм, він обходив всіх і попереджав не заходити у море. На сніданок шведський стіл, вибір великий, постійно поповнюється, дуже смачні десерти. У нас був ранній виїзд, попередили дівчат на рецепції завчасно, нам запакували сніданок з собою і перед виселенням також залишили компліменти у вигляді пляшки вина з фруктами.

Потрібно у ванній перед душовою та раковиною постелити резиновий килим бо вся ванна кімната після миття була у воді. Просто полотенця постеленого на підлозі не вистачало. Також через це бруд переносився у інші кімнати. Було б гарно ще мати швабру поруч.

Overall good hotel but wouldn't rate is great. Breakfast was okay, woudl have loved a bit more variety of local products. The pool area was really simple and not having any wow factors. Great location, nice, polite and friendly staff. The girls and guys at the reception are wonderful. The food in the restaurant was varied every day and very very tasty. The chef is extraordinary!

Possibility for late check-out. Thanks for the few extras we got: eg. prepaid sunbeds and fruit+wine greeting.

Soundproofing: at the beginning of our stay was very quiet, but last mornings woke up to some toddlers crying and screaming in other rooms. There was a message in bathroom about changing towels ("save nature") - we didn't leave our towels on the floor to be changed, but they were changed anyway.

Seaview was great. Breakfast had a lot of options. Very tasty as well, highly recommend. We felt very welcome from the beginning until the very last moment. Such lovely smiling staff! ☺️ Had multiple kind surprises from the hotel like free room upgrade as we were celebrating marriage and family. THANK you for everything!

Pool was quite cold still and room could use a little renovation, quite outdated and therefor it affects the cleaniness and overall look/feel.

We stayed there for a night but what can I tell about this hotel !! Location ? Amazing . Staff always smiling and willing to help. Restaurant and pools were clean and quite comfortable! What impressed us the most was the stuff at the bar during the night! Stratos and Yiannos if I spell them names correctly! Stratos with his intelligent sense of humor was not only there to give us the drink but to have a small talk with us every time we wanted to with a huge smile on his face !! Special thanks to this guy for making our night there and recommending some amazing places to visit in chania !! Yiannos as well was very efficient and quite fast on picking up the empty glasses from our table ! We definitely recommend this hotel and looking forward to come back !!

The food is super tasty. They really put heart in cooking. They also have a different theme of the day, like Mexican or Chinese day, but on that day you can still get a proper local food. The view from balcony at 9th floor is breathtaking. People are super nice. We will definitely come back. All the best!

Fantastisk personal, trevligt bemötande, hjälpte till med allt vi önskade och mer.

Śniadania był wyśmienite. Dość duży wybór. Obiady i kolacje także były bardzo smaczne. Ryby i owoce morza pycha. W cenie były leżaki na plaży. Ponadto miła, pomocna obsługa na każdym kroku.

Brakowało nam nam trochę wieczornych animacji. W piątek była muzyka na żywo, ale w sobotę i niedzielę nic się już nie działo. Może dlatego, że już po sezonie typowo wakacyjnym.
