La ubicacion era muy buena, y facil de llegar. El personal siempre muy amable y atento a todas las necesidades.

Para mi gusto había mucha fiesta todo el tiempo. (Lo que es normal, pero yo prefiero algo mas tranqui)

Me cambie a una habitación individual y era muy grande y comoda, la ubicación esta muy bien, super céntrico.

Si queres ir a conocer gente, y estar de fiesta, es el lugar perfecto. Si queres estar relajado, no.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and cool. Event nights on every night, was a great addition. Music and atmosphere were also amazing. The pool and the hammocks were lovely! The place is like a little oasis in tulum Centro. Very close to the Ado bus terminal too.

The shower pressure, and temp. No hot water in the double private room. But great shower in the communal areas.

não houve respeito quanto a alimentação na cozinha compartilhada, mas isso não é não culpa do hostel e sim dos hóspedes. Outra coisa que pode melhorar, o ar condicionado é ligado todos os dias às 20 hrs e desligado as 8 da manhã com temperatura fixada em 26C, entretanto, Tulum faz muito calor, acredito que isso deveria cair para uns 22C

The swimming pool didn’t seem very clean, and the room was poorly cleaned. I found an old sock behind the door.

Was in central location. Were able to rent bikes which made Tulum ruin and Cenotes very easybto visit. As well as grocery stores and beach

Itbwas a party hostel which we didnt realize so music which was good, went latebinto night. Was hard to sleep.

Had an amazing time in Tulum thanks to the Hostel - great staff and great people <3 Nice outdoor area, comfortable beds.. I was very positive impressed considering that it's "just" a hostel. Would definitely choose Che hostels in any city again (what I actually did at my next stop in Bacalar)

The rooms (especially attached bathrooms) could have been a bit cleaner. The prices for drinks were quite high, got cheaper drinks at bars/clubs

The private rooms here were the most reasonable in price compared to the other Che hostels. The staff is exceptional and really made this place magical.

Can’t think of much. The showers (pressure/heat) could be improved, but it’s well worth the price.

Todos los sarténes en la cocina siempre eran sucios. El aire acondicionado está encendido toda la noche y no se puede apagar - en la cama arriba tenía frío.

Staff pouco prestável, à excepção do Tommy e da Alemã que trabalha no bar. Pouco simpaticos, e não parece quererem fazer dinheiro. O bar fechava as 10pm, ninguém sabia, nao avisaram ninguém 30/40 mns antes, estavamos todos os hospedes no Hostel por causa da guerra de Carteis. Organizaram uma burger night, so havia hambúrgueres para metade do hostel.

Location is great. Very social place. So many of the staff were good fun.

I had a private room with a friend. The bed was much smaller and harder than Mayan monkey where we had just stayed. There were no blinds even on the window looking into the walk way that everyone can walk past. We we had to keep the curtains closed. The place could do with some upkeep and new towels. The blond German girl working there refused to give us clean towels even tho ours has poo stains all over them. She then replaces them with more poo stained towels. We had to air dry. No locker or safe in the room.

This is the best hostel in Tulum (I've stayed at practically all of them). Here's why: Che Hostel Tulum excels and is superior on all levels. They have recycling bins (something most hostels don't have). As soon as something breaks or is not working, they fix it. The cleaning staff is PRO, they always have the place looking and feeling clean, fresh, and nice. Also, Che has fantastic tour options available. Plus, there are always fun events planned for guests, like mixology classes, karioki, games, bike rides to the beach, etc. Besides all this, the staff always makes you feel welcomed and is there for your needs. Shoutout to Luca, Mau, and Abraham, who also speak excellent English, in case you don't know Spanish. Great place!

L'atmosfera e le attività dell'ostello. Ci siamo divertite molto e la struttura in generale è molto bella.

Confortable enough for short stay

They organised a ‘ free’ bike ride to the beach in which you can rent a bike in the hostel. The condition of the bike rental is the worst that i ever rented in my entire trip. It is unsafe. Some of us got an accident due to bad condition of the bike. To make it worse, the guide from the hostel ( i believe his name is jesse) is the worst. He dont even care. He even left some of us without head counting first on way back.

Al llegar me asignaron una habitación que no le funcionaba el aire acondicionado, lo comenté y me cambiaron de habitación sin problema, lo cual agradecí para poder descansar. Ileana me atendió super bien, tiene una actitud muy servicial!

Solo me pude quedar una noche, no logré interactuar con otras personas la noche que estuve ahi.

Excelente ubicación

Me tocó la litera de arriba y me costaba mucho trabajo subir las escaleras están complicadas y mi colchón se undia mucho, no podía dormir bien !😢 El baño siempre estaba mojado, no había trapo para secarlo.

Está perfecto para estancias cortas, buen servicio por el precio, nunca antes me había hospedado en un hostal, tuve una buena experiencia, lo recomiendo para estancias cortas

This is the best party hostel I have ever stayed at, worldwide. They *really* make an effort to be inclusive, nightly social activities and day time trips for all budgets. Dana (entertainment host), Lourdes (epic bartender) and Mauricio (front desk) nailed the experience.

It's SCARY how bad the customer service is at this property. It's SO SCARY. I don't know why I personally had such a bad experience but specifically Luca treated me awfully. They make up prices and rules as they go. There's no uniform costs to things. No signage to back up their arbitrary charges. The only good thing about this place is the people that would stay there during Zamna- you are likely to make friends. Other than that, it's weird people who stay here. Rooms are awful, it's like they don't care. I am in utter SHOCK at how bad my experience was.

C'est un bel endroit si c'est propre

Je ne pensais pas tomber dans un endroit avec la fête jusqu'à 2h du matin Le lit est ok mais tout le reste en mauvais état La partie commune une salle de bain pour 8, la poubelle qui déborde et pas forcément propre je n'ai pas eu envie de prendre une douche les serviettes en supplément alors que la nuit est déjà à 40€ pour une auberge de jeunesse

The fact that there was a pool

The kitchen was dirty, the rooms were outdated, small, they don't turn the AC in the rooms until 8 pm which is ridiculous.

Location

Surface level clean but requires maintenance and deep cleaning - fridge, showers, decking areas. I had to return my towel due to stains. I stayed in 3 different Ches in Mexico and this was by far the worst! Staff are pleasant.

Bem localizado para ir ao centro e pegar as Vans que te levam a todos lugar por um ótimo valor 35 pesos. Fui pra cenotes, parques do Xcaret.

Está muy bien situado y el personal muy amable!

Que no funcionaba los enchufes para cargar el móvil y el aire acondicionado, tampoco funcionó en los 2 días que estuve!

The staff are great! Jesse and Fernando are super social and friendly! They have events every night so you can socialize even if the hostel isn't super busy. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfy. Definitely recommend staying here if you want to have a good time!

It was nice that the staff could all speak english very well and were helpful, good cookingware and facilities, they also rent bikes and scooters which is convenient. Will go back when in tulum again.

Own beers not allowed, understandable since they run a bar there as well, you can of course do it in the room discreetly if on a budget.

Location near the central street. Cool party hostel for making friends.

The person in the reception was not very helpful when we tried to understand best ways to go to the beach and surroundings.

The staff were great. Super helpful.

Did not have hot water for at least 24 hours. The sound from the bar was so loud it was unbearable. I had to change hotels.

TODO! Nada no me gustó. El personal súper amable. Las duchas súper fuerte y siempre agua caliente. Las espacios estaban siempre limpios y muy cómodos. Además, el personal organizaba eventos todos los días para los huéspedes. Buena música y muy lindo ambiente. Repetiría mil veces.

Un lugar super social. Es un lugar que logra crear el contacto entre sus huéspedes. Las instalaciones estan muy bien, el personal es precioso, siempre muy atentos.

Las llaves de mi habitación no funcionaron siempre tuve que llamar a alguien para que pidiera abrirme.
