Excelente ubicación y vista al vuelo de los globos

Struttura favolosa, il prospetto del hotel é formidabile con una terrazza che si affaccia su Göreme. La stanza ben pulita e dispone di tutti i comfort, situato in una posizione strategica che ti permette di visitare la città a piedi in quanto uscendo dal hotel vi sono negozi e ristoranti. Il personale super accogliente e molto disponibile , la colazione molto abbondante tra dolce e salato hai vasta scelta . Se dovessi ritornare alloggerei nuovamente in questa fantastica struttura.

Gostamos de absolutamente tudo. Um dos hotéis mais incríveis que já ficamos, ficamos em um hotel caverna, tudo limpo e organizado. A vista do hotel é sensacional e o café da manhã bem variado. Quando voltarmos para a Capadócia, com certeza ficaremos hospedado nesse lugar novamente. Quando reservamos ficamos com receio, pois nos comentários dizia sobre 2 cachorros enormes, os cachorros existem mas são muito tranquilos, bem dóceis.

È un hotel situato nelle grotte quindi è particolare l'ambiente. Noi abbiamo preso l'appartamento al 3 piano, aveva 2 camere da letto, il bagno molto grande con la vasca idromassaggio e la doccia e un salottino con poltrone e divani. La posizione è centralissima. Davvero eccellente.

La luce soffusa...per i miei gusti non c'è tanta luce. Ma credo che sia una prerogativa degli hotel in Turchia... L'assenza di ascensore ma lo staff è stato disponibilissimo e ci ha aiutato a portare su e giù i bagagli.

The room was great, and the location was excellent—very convenient and easy to get around. However, the breakfast was disappointing. There was not much variety, and if you wanted eggs, you had to pay an additional €0.50 per egg. If you wanted an omelet, there was also an extra charge. Overall, the room and location were excellent, but the breakfast could definitely be improved by offering more variety and including eggs as part of the breakfast.

Good location, nice view from the balcony, large rooms which were nice and cool as they were built into the rock. Bed was comfy and good variety for breakfast.

Bathroom smelt, not overly clean, floor felt dirty and fridge didn't work.

Absolutely exceptional, great location at the top of the hill, beautiful views, extremely clean, and the most lovely and helpful staff! Would highly recommend!

L'hotel è nella parte alta di Goreme con una bella vista e una bella terrazza, la nostra camera era scavata nella roccia, molto suggestiva e ampia, la colazione abbondante soprattutto di dolci, la parte salta non l'ho apprezzata molto perché erano tutte cose molto particolari ed elaborate che non rientrato tra le cose che riesco a mangiare a colazione. Il personale è stato cortese e disponibile

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were excellent, particularly for organising activities for you. We booked our balloon rides and horse riding through the hotel with hotel pick up for great prices and with great communication. Our room was clean and comfortable and had AC. The hotel also does a good breakfast.

Unfortunately during our stay the main view of Goreme was difficult to see because the main fairy tower in front of the accomodation is covered in scaffolding blocking a lot of the view. I am not sure when this will conclude.

Recepción del hotel mucho olor y suciedad falta de limpieza y mantenimiento Desayuno : muy básico si querías un omelete te lo cobran aparte , gatos y perros al lado de la comida. El chico más joven se ponía a jugar con los animales y agarraba con la misma mano la comida del desayuno y le daba a los animales todo en el mismo desayunador. Después de ver eso no volvimos a desayunar más Lo positivo que es céntrico

A beautiful location with a perfect view for watching the hot air balloons. The rooftop/terrace is definitely the highlight of this place.

However, the service was disappointing. The staff seemed unprofessional, slow, and often unable to answer basic questions. The breakfast was very poor and not tasty. If you want an omelette or fried eggs, you have to pay extra for each egg separately, which was very surprising. There is no swimming pool at this hotel. There is a pool at another hotel from the same chain, but access costs an additional 10 euros. At check-out, my son was carrying an empty small bag. Near the exit, one of the staff members took it from him and carried it about 100 meters to our car. After that, he was clearly annoyed because I did not give him a tip. This left a very unpleasant impression. The location is amazing, but the service and overall hospitality need significant improvement.

高台にあったので、ギョレメの街が一望できて良かったです。 8月のなかでもとくに暑い時期になっていたそうですが、朝晩は気温が20℃を下回って、湿度も低く、窓を開けると爽やかな風に癒されました。 朝食のブッフェも、個人経営感はあるものの、いろいろなトルコ料理を楽しめました。

口コミでは清潔さもあるようでしたが、バスルームは古い感じで、サビなども目立ち、臭いも少しあり、あまり快適ではありませんでした。タオル類も古かったです。 エアコンがないため、扇風機を置いてもらっていましたが、首振り機能？が壊れていました。

L’expérience de dormir dans une VRAIE grotte est génial. Les chambres sont spacieuses et la vue du balcon de la chambre était magnifique.

Отдыхали в этом отеле второй раз. Отель расположен очень удачно. До центра меньше 5 минут пешком. Отель в горе, на возвышенности. Виды из отеля на город шикарны. Каждый день утром видны шары, которые пролетают прям над головой. Аж дух захватывает. Отель уже подустал, требует ухода и вложения средств. Персонал нетороплив, но готов решить любую проблему. Мне помогли с мастерской по ремонту телефона. За что им отдельное спасибо! В отеле много номеров разной категории. Номера реально вырублены в пещерах, что даёт этому отелю неповторимый шарм. На самом верху есть площадка, где растселены ковры, разложены подушки и откуда шикарные виды на проплывающие мимо шары. До смотровой площадки, на которую приходит весь город всего 5 минут пешком. Отель находится прям в горе, на которой находится смотровая площадка, откуда все смотрят шары по утрам. Скала напротив отеля в этом году в лесах. Вид уже не тот. Но это не вина отеля. природа берёт своё. понемногу рушится и нужно усиливать. Прикладываю фото какая скала напротив отеля была и какая она сейчас. В отеле предлагают и полёт на шаре и другие экскурсии. Цены приятные. С парковкой машины проблем не было. Плотно, но место всегда найти можно. Завтраки с 8-30 до 10-30 внутри помещения, либо на террасе, в тени виноградных лоз. На террасе, конечно, лучше. Но надо искать тень, иначе (в июле) очень жарко на солнце сидеть. А ещё утром поливают террасу так, что кругом лужи. Завтраки скудные, на 4 с минусом. С голоду, конечно не умрёшь, но ешь без особого удовольствия. Еду по мере окончания добавляют не сразу. Нужно просить и ждать. Неприятно. Омлет и яичница за плату. 50 лир. По вечерам сидели на террасе и любовались городом. А чтоб было не скучно заходили по пути в отель в самый лучший магазин - Trz Market , брали Туборг и наслаждались видами города. На ужин ходили в самый демократичный ресторан Гёреме - Köfteci Ramiz Restaurant Göreme. Порция еды 340 лир. Алкоголя нет.

Отсутствовал холодильник в номере Маленький шкаф для одежды и мало плечиков Собака и кошки на завтраке, которые запрыгнут на стол и утащат вашу сосиску пока вы ходите за кофе. Некомфортно завтракать в компании мяукающих котов.

El hotel es muy bonito, cómodo y limpio. El desayuno estaba delicioso y la relación calidad-precio nos pareció excelente. Destacamos especialmente la amabilidad y atención del personal, siempre dispuestos a ayudarnos. Nos orientaron y ayudaron a organizar nuestras actividades y el transporte durante la estancia. Nos sentimos muy cómodos y muy bien atendidos. En general, tuvimos una experiencia excelente y sin duda volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí. ¡Totalmente recomendado!

第一次体验窑洞住宿，出乎意料的舒适和享受！有两只可爱的大狗狗和一群小猫咪，都很乖。门口有两棵苹果树，可以自己摘了吃，很清甜！老板Tugay非常友好，会帮忙拿行李，耐心解答我们的问题。房间干净且凉爽，根本不需要开空调，晚上也很安静。院子里面布置得很漂亮，可以美美出片🤗

早餐很美味，而且前台的小哥Tugay非常热心，而且服务的非常好，有求必应，问题都能精准解答！而且很有耐心！洞穴酒店的性价比很高哦，而且离小镇外面的街道也挺近！拍照非常出片，晚上看夜景也很好看哦

O hotel fica numa zona calma, mas muito próxima do centro, tornando fácil a deslocação a pé para qualquer ponto da cidade. A vista é maravilhosa. O espaço de pequeno almoço também é extremamente agradável. O staff é simpático e disponível para alugar.

Aparentemente, o quarto não foi varrido ou aspirado em nenhum dos dias. Há pequenos detalhes, como limpeza dos candeeiros no espaço exterior, material acumulado no Hall dos quartos, as almofadas e carpetes na varanda com vista para a cidade e vale de Göreme já estão a precisar de ser mudadas… são pequenas coisas que poderiam dar um aspeto mais limpo e cuidado ao hotel. Se tomassem conta de pequenos detalhes que vão surgindo com o tempo, os hóspedes ficariam mais contentes. O pequeno almoço tem uma boa seleção de comida para fãs de comida turca. Quem não aprecia azeitonas e legumes logo pela manhã, tem dificuldade em encontrar algo do seu agrado. Na entrada do hotel, um grande espaço com sofás e aquários, cheira um pouco a cão. Há dois cães no hotel que são bastante afáveis e brincalhões, mas passam muito tempo na entrada e o espaço fica com um cheiro intenso, que agravado pelo calor, torna o espaço menos agradável. Devia ser limpo e arejado com frequência para tal não acontecer.

事前に予約してたバルーンツアーが天候でキャンセルになったが、翌日以降の調整をしてくれてた。色々とツアーも受けつけているので、便利。朝食も種類豊富でおいしかった。部屋もシャワーやトイレなど水回りも何の問題もなく、洞窟ホテルをエンジョイできた。

目の前の岩が工事中で眺めが少し、、、、。でもそれを除けば、街全体が見れて、朝食後にコーヒー飲みながらテラスでゆっくりできた。犬が結構フレンドリーで近づいてきたりするので、逆に犬苦手な人はびっくりするかも笑。

Funcionários muito prestativos, sempre dispostos a resolver qualquer problema. A localização é ótima, 5 minutos do centro da cidade, perto de muitos restaurantes, lojas, mercado e farmácia.

O café da manhã é das 8h30 às 10h30 e às 9h00 já tem um monte de coisa faltando. Tivemos que ficar uns 10 minutos esperando lavarem facas que acabaram e estavam todas sujas. As comidas demoravam para serem repostas, pois só tem uma funcionária na cozinha que inclusive toma seu próprio café durante o café dos hóspedes. Nossa reserva era para 3 pessoas e mesmo assim só deixaram 2 toalhas no quarto. Uma das camas só tinha um sobrelençol e a outra uma colcha (não tinha sobrelençol). Então um passava frio e os outros calor. O quarto tem uma iluminação muito ruim por ser uma caverna, porém só piora porque as luzes são amarelas e fracas. Não é feita limpeza nos quartos. Diferente de outros hotéis, neste tiram lixo, limpam a privada e colocam mais papel higiênico; não tem arrumação de cama nem limpeza do chão e superfícies. Não tem frigobar o que é muito ruim porque estávamos no verão que é muito quente e só tínhamos água morna para beber.

Amazing and kind staff members but a special thank you to Tugay for being lovely and helpful and caring. I enjoyed the location being walkable to and fro.

Not having a pool, until I learnt the pool is at GRAND ELITE CAVE SUITES not this one. However, Tugay was going to organise access for me to enter if I wanted to swim. There’s something being built in front of the hotel and so the view is obstructed immensely.

The reception was cold attitude. Bfast was limited Hot water scarce We requested for an early bfast box which they accepted as we were checking out early but to our surprise nothing.

The hotel has an excellent central location, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the architecture is beautiful and full of character.

Although the hotel is older than the pictures, it has a charming character and timeless appeal.

Останавливаемся в этом отеле уже 4 раз. Но в этот раз получили номер на 1 этаже. Очень пыльно под кроватью. На кровать все время с потолка сыпался туф. Не было мыла. Дверь в ванну не закрывалась на замок и сильно скрипела . Завтрак на 4. Расположение хорошее, но сейчас едет реставрация прямо перед отелем и наблюдать шары с веранды стало не красиво. Но реставрировать тоже надо.

洞穴位置极佳，离观景台很近，去小镇中心也不远，工作人员热情负责，喜欢撸狗撸猫的客人可以放心选，前厅有两只非常懂事的大狗。

因为是洞穴的关系，通风条件受限，房间有些潮湿，如果有空调就好了

The hotel staff was very helpful, and the location is great too, with amazing views at sunrise and sunset.

The mattress needs to be changed, almost gave me a backache, and also the shower water pressure was bad. Expected a bit more from the breakfast, most of the things were not fresh.

Удобное расположение, рядом смотровая площадка, она платная и только по карте, наличные не принимают! Также в шаговой доступности множество ресторанов и торговые лавочки На территории очень много кошечек с котятами, дети были в восторге

I like the location of the property. Close to lots of shopping and restaurants. I loved the sunrise and sunset views and the views of the city from the hotel 4 terraces.

I liked our room with a view of the area. I liked the 4 outdoor patios with seating to enjoy the views.

The location of the hotel was excellent, very close to Göreme and convenient for getting around. The reception staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They guided us well regarding different tour options and were always supportive whenever we needed assistance. Another lovely part of the stay was the two dogs at the property. Although one of them looked a little intimidating at first, both were actually super friendly, and my kids absolutely loved them.

The room service and housekeeping could have been much better organized. The room was cleaned, but it did not feel like a deep or detailed cleaning. Some items were not properly arranged or replenished, such as quilts and the coffee bar items. Overall, the housekeeping experience felt inconsistent and could be improved to match the otherwise nice experience of the hotel.

We really had a very nice stay , all of the staff are so very kind , nice breakfast, love the 360 degree of Beautiful View , highly recommend 10/10

Staff were lovely, facilities kept clean. If we needed help with anything staff were really great at accomodating !

Room was basic but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was well provided and included in price. Breakfast was a good buffet and a lovely terrace provided to eat on. Staff were very accomodating and helpful and even offered to make us breakfast on our last day when we left early. Location was very central. Good location to get down to activities but was uphill to get to. Good eating areas nearby. Bookings for activities were accommodated from the hotel.

La ubicación es perfecta, el servicio de los chicos de recepción que atienden durante el día.

El hotel te ofrece una buena experiencia, sin embargo, es importante mencionar que la limpieza en general podría mejorar, el desayuno si bien está bien, podría ser mejor, el chico que atiende en la noche madrugada le falta actitud de servicio.

Fantastic location, you will literally see the balloons come up each morning. Do note that the hotel is on a hill so there will be a lot of walking if you go to the city centre. Great food - the chef makes the most amazing breakfast.

Unknown to us there were two security dogs at the site, for the most part they were fine however there was an incident where it tried to jump and attack my friend, and another time where it tried to attack me when I was going into the hotel (luckily I closed the door). The dogs were behaved as long as staff were there but it made the visit quite anxious having to worry if they will do anything and it made us not want to go out late at night or early morning which was disappointing.

расположение классное- в горе и в то же время в центре города ( хотя городок в целом небольшой совсем) завтраки простые - но всего хватало- оливки , овощи, сыры, можно заказать омлет с сыром (вкусно /50 лир) номера пещеры- прикольно есть много зон, где можно поседеть и отдохнуть рядом несколько скал, вид прям на них, жаль, но часть была в лесах- не смогли сделать красивых фото, но вообще вид с отеля классный

Estuvo bien en general. El personal fue amable, el desayuno era bastante bueno y se disfrutaba con una vista maravillosa. Además, la ubicación es excelente, ya que está muy cerca de la avenida principal.

Location was superb and within walking distance in Gorem. We rented since we were traveling with a child and a car and were able to park in front of the hotel every night. Waking up to this view this morning was unique.

It was the beginning of summer season and the terrace had no service, but that actually helped us to visit other terraces

Dogs are nice but be careful at night, when returning to the hotel one was very aggressive/defensive. Luckily we were able to close the entrance door and wait for the owner to calm them down before we proceeded to our room.

Location was fairly central, easy walking (down/up pretty steep hill). Great views across town, perfect for balloon watching. Hotel is very pretty, great terrace spaces. Breakfast was nice and varied. Room was very authentic, pretty, huge

Quality of finishes in room could be improved to really elevate/warrant price - unfinished pipework, exposed wires, poor finish to door frames, toilet holder cover broken

Самое идеальное это местоположение. И сам отель очень красивый. Живешь в пещере и прям ощущаешь что ты в Каппадокии. Персонал очень приветливый. Во всем помогают, за это отдельное спасибо. Завтрак очень вкусный.

Сам номер красивый, внутри все чисто! Но такое ощущение, что зона перед номером это туалет для домашних животных. Воняет слов нет. Смесь запаха животных и мочи ( Нормально пройти, не прикрыв нос невозможно. Там еще ходит кошка с котятами, которые каждый раз липнут, бегают к тебе и мешают нормально пройти в номер.
