Central location, in the middle of the touristy restaurant / shopping part of Goreme. Breakfast was served at a nearby restaurant with terraces overlooking the town - good for ballon watching in the morning, and not bad food. The room was sensational - one of the larger rooms, with an entrance vestibule, large enough bathroom, and huge bedroom. Staff were helpful and approachable, especially the night receptionist and housekeeper. Linen changed daily. Would go back to Cappadocia just to stay at the Henna.

Nothing to dislike really, apart from the occasional bees around the breakfast terrace. But they seem to be around outdoor dining in Cappadocia.

I really loved the location and my room. I enjoyed how spacious my room was while still having the “cave” feeling. I also enjoyed the breakfasts, they were plentiful and the rooftop location was the ideal backdrop.

It was up a slight hill so it was helpful having a worker take your bags up the hill. This would be a difficult property to navigate for those with mobility issues.

La ubicación es extraordinaria, en pleno corazón de Göreme y perfecta para recorrer el pueblo caminando. Nos encantaron la terraza y las increíbles vistas de Capadocia, además del delicioso y abundante desayuno. El personal fue siempre muy amable y atento, y nos ayudó mucho durante nuestra estancia.

Nuestra experiencia fue excelente y no tuvimos ningún aspecto negativo importante. Nos hubiera encantado quedarnos más días para seguir disfrutando del hotel y de Capadocia.

L'emplacement et la restauration de l hôtel était superbe. Nous avons passé un très bon week-end dans une très belle suite avec ma fille et pu voir depuis la terrasse la montée des montgolfières avec une vue incroyable

Struttura centrale. Bell’edificio. Colazione ottima. Camera come da descrizione, letto pulito e bagno pulito. Staff buono. Dalla struttura si vedono benissimo le mongolfiere.

Sono una persona a favore dei cani in casa o all’interno degli hotel, non ho problemi, anzi li amo. Ma che i cani o i gatti lascino feci lungo la gradinata che porta al rooftop per la colazione, non lo accetto. La camera era come da descrizione, ma aveva i fili della corrente a vista e mi sembra che il salvavita sia solo pieno di fili.

La posizione centrale. Colazione molto buona e ricca. Ci tengo anche a fare un grande complimento al ragazzo che era in servizio nel pomeriggio: è stato super disponibile e soprattutto molto proattivo nel cambiarci la camera dopo la segnalazione di un problema.

La nostra esperienza è stata compromessa dalla presenza di scarafaggi nella stanza, che era interamente in pietra. Posso anche comprendere che, trattandosi di una struttura con queste caratteristiche, possa essere più difficile evitare completamente questo tipo di problema, ma diventa difficile accettarlo quando si pagano 100 euro a notte. Non è assolutamente piacevole vedere scarafaggi camminare in bagno e in camera da letto, arrivando anche a passare sulle nostre cose. Inoltre ci ha delusi anche il fatto di non trovare le nostre breakfast boxes pronte al check- out.Avevamo comunicato in anticipo che avremmo effettuato il check-out molto presto, intorno alle 6:30 del mattino, e avevamo chiesto di preparare una breakfast box, visto che la colazione era già inclusa e pagata. Al momento del check-out ci è stato invece detto di attendere altri 20 minuti perché la box non era ancora pronta. La cosa che ci ha infastiditi maggiormente è stata la totale mancanza di disponibilità da parte del ragazzo che ci ha assistito in quel momento: non si è mosso di una virgola per cercare una soluzione o venirci incontro. Alla fine siamo dovuti andare via senza la colazione, che avevamo già pagato, e abbiamo dovuto provvedere a nostre spese. Purtroppo, situazioni di questo tipo fanno percepire una certa mancanza di attenzione nei confronti del cliente. Non si tratta solo del problema della colazione, ma del modo in cui viene gestita una richiesta che era stata comunicata con largo anticipo.

Hotel maravilhoso! Quarto amplo, bem decorado, ar condicionado eficiente, cama confortável e banho ótimo! Limpeza excelente, atendimento cordial de todos os funcionários, café da manhã completo e gostoso, servido no terraço que tem uma vista linda de Goreme. Não houve voos de balão durante nossa estadia por causa do clima, mas há terraços para admira-los. Recepção nos ajudou com agendamento de tour e de transfer para o aeroporto. Pudemos fazer o check in mais cedo sem custo extra, o que foi um diferencial, considerando que chegamos exaustas de voo ocorrido durante a madrugada.

The location is very good. Fabulous rooftop terraces. The view is spectacular. You can watch balloons over the town early morning. Good food and drinks. Not mention the staff was very helpful. Especially I wanted to praise Ibrahim whose knowledge and advice was very helpful. Definitely recommend to stay if you planning to come to Göreme.

From the moment we arrived at Henna Cappadocia, everything was perfect. A special thank you to Selim from the reception team, who helped us a lot by providing all the information we needed. We were given Room 309, which was beautiful, very clean, and had a lovely design. All the staff were kind and friendly. The private breakfast is definitely worth the money, as it offers a unique experience with an amazing view. The main breakfast was also excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay at Henna Cappadocia such a wonderful memory. I would definitely recommend it!

Het hotel heeft een perfecte ligging, dichtbij het centrum, alles op loopafstand. Zeer ruime kamers, mooi ingericht, schoon, vriendelijk personeel. Verschillende terrassen met prachtige uitzicht, heerlijk om de ballonnen te zien opstijgen. We komen zeker terug!

- der typische feuchte Geruch im Zimmer, sobald man keine Türe oder kein Fenster offen hatte. Gehört aber zum "Cave-Erlebnis" mit dazu. - Minarett gleich neben an, sprich es ist wirklich sehr laut, gehört aber auch dazu in der Türkei. Ebenso ist die Musik von den Dachterrassen sehr gut hörbar. - das private Frühstück ist top, aber nicht ganz durchdacht. Man hat etliche Dips und Aufstriche, jedoch kommt das Brot dafür eine Stunde später.

Colazione abbondante ma quasi nulla dello stile europeo, tanto fritto e cose strane. Sarebbe stato bello trovare qualche croissant in più o pancake visto il costo della struttura. In più, nessun set di cortesia in camera come per esempio ciabattine o prodotti per la cura del viso, che vista la spesa del soggiorno, ci si aspetta di trovare un welcome set come minimo. Das Henna Konak Hotel ist eines der besten Hotels in Göreme. In jeder Kategorie erfüllt das Hotel meine Anforderungen. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend, die Auswahl ist riesig und es schmeckt super lecker. Der Service war sehr gut, insbesondere an der Rezeption, sodass wir uns jederzeit gut aufgehoben gefühlt haben. Das Restaurant ist ebenfalls sehr gut und es gibt immer mal wieder Events mit Live Musik auf der Terrasse im Hotel. Die verschiedenen Dachterrassen sind perfekt um die Balloons im Sonnenaufgang zu beobachten! Wir waren schon mehrere Male in Göreme und wir haben in noch keinem besseren Hotel übernachtet als im Henna Konak Hotel!

Perfect location, incredible rooftop terrace, lots of cats and dogs hanging arround. The room was totally ok, heated floors in the bathroom are a nice touch. They had some vegan options at the brealfast buffet also.

The 4:45 a.m. call to prayer from the mosque that is located 50m from the hotel.

Estuvimos en una habitación cueva muy bella espaciosa. El hotel está en pleno centro de Göreme muy cerca de una mezquita, tiene varias terrazas desde donde se pueden ver los globos. Fue una grata experiencia. El personal es muy amable.

Hotel maravilhoso. Ficamos em Uma suite enorme e muito confortável. O hotel fica no centro de Goreme, muito bem localizado.

This hotel was 10/10.Its very well located in the downtown ,the room is made of stone and it’s amazing, even the floor was heated and other details like the tub, the several terraces to see the town, the size of the room and the breakfast i liked so much. The hotel staff even helped me to book the transfer from the airport and offered help to book some tours in goreme, and some tips about the trails around the city.

Bel hôtel avec un superbe rooftop offrant une vue sur Göreme. L’emplacement est idéal, à quelques minutes à pied du centre.

Le personnel n’était pas très chaleureux et le petit déjeuner manquait de variété et de qualité. L’insonorisation est également à revoir : on entendait absolument tout depuis notre chambre, ce qui rendait le séjour moins reposant.

Das Frühstück auf der Dachterasse und die Lage des Hotels waren sehr gut. Das Zimmer war sehr gross und passend zum Stil eingerichtet und hatte alles, was man braucht für diesen Aufenthalt.

Das Licht im Zimmer und im Badzimmer war nicht so praktisch, für mich zu schwach/dunkel, da die Fenster eher klein waren, war es mir generell zu dunkel im Zimmer

The location is absolutely central and perfect for exploring! The breakfast was amazing—the options were abundant, and everything was delicious. We found both the room and the bathroom to be very comfortable.

A downside was about the Cave Room. We told the staff many times we wanted to stay in one and would happily pay more money to upgrade. But they never gave us a clear 'yes' or 'no' answer. This made us very disappointed because we were really hoping to get it.

Mi è sicuramente piaciuta la posizione dell'albergo, molto vicina al centro di Göreme, praticamente dietro l'angolo. Il Konak Rooftop favoloso, dove osservare le mongolfiere all'alba o gustarsi un buon cocktail la sera, ascoltando musica live (soprattutto in estate, immagino). Personale top, molto gentili e disponibili. Hanno dei cagnolini troppo carini. In quanto la camera da letto; letto comodissimo, tutto molto pulito. Il bagno molto grande. Trovo ottimo che il pavimento sia in marmo ruvido, per non rischiare di scivolare quando si fa la doccia. Mi è piaciuto molto il doccia schiuma a disposizione. Buona anche la colazione, anche se io preferisco sempre la colazione dolce; con pane, burro e marmellata, classica. Nella colazione turca purtroppo prevale sempre la parte salata.

Nel complesso non posso dire che non mi sia piaciuta. Ma era scomoda. Non volvevo una camera su due piani. Il bagno era giù all'entrata, dove si doveva comunque scendere dei gradini non molto comodi. Gradini troppo alti, anche la scala per salire in camera da letto. Secondo me non molto pratici per chi ha problemi di ginocchi. Tra l'altro se nel mezzo della notte ti capita di dovere andare in bagno, anche accendendo le luci, se sei sfortunato e cadi ti fai seriamente male. Altra cosa è il set di cortesia in bagno mancante. A parte una saponetta non c'era nulla. E c'era un leggero odore di fogna che veniva dal lavandino.

Không được ổn vì tôi booked Henna vì tôi thấy trang trí view đó đẹp nhưng bị chặn lại khi tôi muốn vô để xem chỉ dành cho ai mua gói ăn sáng. Có thể dành bàn riêng trang trí cho người booked và những bàn khác khách có thể ngồi tự do.

Que 100% maravilla con este hotel. A unos metros del centro de Goreme. La mejor ubicación posible. El hotel es un sueño. La habitación que nos tocó muy cómoda. Cuidan cada detalle. Te proporcionan agua y café de cápsulas a diario, esponjas para exfoliar el cuerpo. Realmente cuidan cada detalle. El hotel es un sueño. Tiene la mejor terraza para ver los globos al amanecer. El desayuno es muy variado y muy rico. Excelente para disfrutarlo al aire libre o en su salón al mejor estilo otomano. Volvería siempre a Henna hotel.

Breakfast was outstanding, from a wide variety of jams, fruits, breads and eggs to the sweet pups hanging around. The whole staff was so attentive to our needs, and our expectations were met. The rooftop served a splendid view for both nighttime and sunrise. Very satisfied with my stay at Henna Hotel.

Henna Hotel is exactly the kind of experience you want in Cappadocia! The property is beautifully built into the stone, and our room was absolutely stunning and well-equipped. The staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful with our requests and the tours on offer. Breakfast was outstanding, a wonderful and diverse buffet paired with the most gorgeous views of Göreme. A truly memorable stay!
