Accueil très sympatique, petit dejeuner sucré salé copieux, l’accès à la piscine depuis la chambre est très agréable. La réceptionniste très gentille a reservé une excursion pour nous et nous a remis une breakfast box car départ matinal, possibilité de reserver les transferts en ferry ou speed boat avec ramssage à l’hôtel. Laverie, supermarché à 5 minutes à pieds. Par contre un rafraîchissement serait à prevoir ainsi que le nettoyage des rideaux blancs.

A bit of TLC required. Pool needs repairing lots of damage. No hot water so the maintenance man came and banged it with a hammer.

Det positiva:Stora rum med bekväma sängar. Härligt att kunna kliva rakt ut i poolen som är fin ren om än lite sliten. Ok frukost, lugnt och skön stämning på hotellet. Bra med kylskåp och nya vattenflaskor varje dag. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Bra med gym. Negativt: Bodde här 2019, stor försämring, fick byta rum pga av mögel doft. Nya rummet hade ändå mögel fläckar i taket på gardinerna som det fattades hängare även på tygskärmarna på lamporna var det mögel. Rent på det ytliga men fullt med damm bakom tv:n och på dörrar och hörn i rummet. Dåliga lås på rummets dörr som fick bytas ut. Saftyboxen satt ej fast så det fick vi också säga till om. Stopp flera gg i toaletten och varmvattnet funkade sisådär. De borde ha fler shutle turer om dagen till centrum och stranden. Med små enkla medel kan hotellet fräschas upp, som ex ta ned och tvätta gardiner lite oftare, samt tvätta bort möggelfläckar för att gästen inte ska känna sig obekväm.

Thank you for nicely sharing cozy space and comfort sleeping, Staff are friendly and good take care. The Room was clean and well equipped the balcony is a nice bonus. And great value the money. The pool is amazing for kids and family. Next time we’ll be back. xoxoxo

If you stay at this hotel please count your money when you visit and when you come away I will not say anything but be aware Management lack any consideration for there guests and only worry about their bottom dollar I had no joy with this management team of this hotel

A little bit disappointed. Last year we stayed here and it was absolutely amazing. This year it wasn’t so great. The pool is perfect and I can’t fault that part, it was clean and perfect temp. The hotel is getting shabby. Tiles are loose, curtains are quite mouldy in patches, some of the towels are frayed and the while place definitely needs a good paint and maintenance regarding tiles and plastering. The biggest problem is the parties at night. The hotel is peaceful during the day and then in the evenings a huge crowd will check in for some sort of organised party and there’s loud music blaring until the wee hours of the morning. Not great if you’re a light sleeper and have come for a nice break. We stayed for a week because we loved it so much last year but a week is a long time when there’s a party most nights. The breakfast isn’t great. The fresh made omelettes are lovely but the “hot” buffet is cold. Cold pancakes, cold hash browns and most of the hot buffet is leftover food from the evening before (or so it seems) There’s a smell of sewage under the breakfast room window so avoid a seat at the window as it’s quite off putting. The staff are absolutely lovely, the cleaners are so hard working too and left our room immaculate. It’s mostly the late night noise that’s a problem. I would say a day or 2 here is fine but any longer and you’d get a bit sick of the late night parties. It’s ideal for a cheap b&b for a few days. I suppose you get what you pay for.

A resort that is slightly tired now, the wifi is abysmal, and the included breakfast is fine if you like cold eggs and boiled ham as part of the offering… at to this the complete and total disregard for guests. Phu Beach Resort decided that it would host a staff only party that went on til close to midnight with kids jumping in the pool - hotel staff children - at 10pm. Guests are only allowed in pool til 9pm, so not a good management decision. The resort is in need of a complete overhaul, the staff are friendly but not like many other hotels in Thailand. More of an attitude of get the minimum done for guests. For example - complaining about the staff having a late party while guests are suppose to be sleeping or just enjoying their peaceful holiday, we were met with - Sorry but it won’t go on too late, not midnight … Not really the point,. Guests are suppose to be top of mind, not staff enjoying a party - they should have held the staff party elsewhere Not recommended.

The hotell is very run down. Needs an upgrade. The shower was full of what looked like black muld. The "gym" was horrible, and the AC in there did not work. Service and staff was very sweet, but that does not make up for tje overall poor shape of the place. Would not stay here again.

I am sorry to say this was the worst hotel we stayed in during our 3 week visit to Thailand. There were a couple of positives which included lovely staff and a free bus service to and from the beach and the walk in pool which was great to cool off in this is where it ends! The bathroom smelt terrible, there shower was freezing cold, towels were so old and had holes in them. The hotel really needs a face lift and was looking very dated with paint flaking off, damage to railing around the pool. Breakfast was the worst, we watched the cook clean the omelet pan with his nails 🤢, none of the vegetables that went in to the omelets had a cover over them so they were covered in flies. Watched them remove ants from the bread and then put it back out (after wiping the ants off the table.) this meant we had breakfast in Krabi. Should have taken more photos but would definitely not recommend this hotel, book one next to the beach!

This hotel Could be amazing but needs. Good Scrub, pool grubby as was our bathroom. This Could be resolved with a little extra cleaning. Bathroom hd mould and dirt that could be easily cleaned. Pool Was great but also needs a scrub. Towels old and net curtains on wi does mouldy, once again this could be sorted with a wash. Such a shame as it could be a Lovely hotel !

there were slight problems due to the virus shutdown. For instance we were told at the Front Desk that the Gym was open but it wasn't. Slight confusion over this. Much better to be clear and say upfront it is not open. Breakfast. I was quite clear telling to staff what I wanted - and no matter what I wanted - a huge breakfast kept on appearing. What a waste of food. It was good food but not what was ordered.

Clean and well maintained, the pool access was a plus point! However the water pressure is very disappointing

completely unhelpful staff. no indian food. discrimination for Indians. they greet basis your nationality, during breakfast they add sweat to your eggs, everything that you ask from them they say No, cant help ! worst hospitality! torn towels! children wanted a glass of water they said NO, CANNOT ! ac was not working, it took them 4 hours to repair it

Très bon rapport qualité prix. L’accès à la piscine depuis la chambre est un plus. L’hôtel est un peu éloigné du centre mais la navette gratuite est parfaite pour aller à la plage au marché où se balader

This place was great! Quiet, but still close enough to town. A little far for a walk but quick motorbike ride and you’re there. All rooms have pool access from room which was a great feature.

Most of the things are great like overall cleanliness, pool access, room size and comfortable beddings. But, wifi connection is intermittent and super slow. TV size is small and lacking of English channels. Deposit upon check in needs to be in cash instead of credit card. Most staff are ok, a few are not. Other than that, it’s pretty good.

Fint hotell, förutom slitna handdukar, bra service. Tråkig frukost, så den åt vi bara första dagen. Perfekt för några nätter, men långt från centrum och havet så skulle inte rekommendera en längre vistelse.

Хороший отель, хорошие завтраки. Расположение от моря не близкое, но ходит шатл, тук-туки. Мы были на машине, поэтому проблем не было вообще. Ресторан и бар у бассейна хорошие, цены нормальные. Поблизости есть несколько местных кафешек с достойной едой. Есть мелкие недочеты, которые не сильно мешали.

Start from reservation not too welcome and sales, reception and housekeeping staff was a very bad attitude and bad service. I just request a simple tissue box but, they just bring the tissue role for us. Asked for more towels as we have 3 adults but, they denied. We are a returning guest and this will be the last time and no more.

Super fräscht och rent hotell. Trevlig personal - väldigt hjälpsamma. Tillgång till pool dock var den inte uppvärmd så ibland var det väldigt kallt. Nära till Ao Nang där det fanns strand, massa restauranger och shopping. Moped gick att hyra från hotellet mittemot gatan vilket underlättade hela resan. Nöjd med hotellet och skulle lätt rekommendera den till andra.

I could not find beach towel in room , so asked receptionist for it. Receptionist told me that I can finds the towel is room, but they would not send anyone to go in the room to check. She would also not allow us to take the room to check. It seemed she had some kind of enimity with me. She would also not tell me her name not she had a name tag. Other than this the rest of the staff is very polite. Shuttle drive took an extra round when the shuttle was full. Hotel room is one of the best and the pool is amazing.

Dejligt hotel som klart kan anbefales. Lækkert stort og rent værelse med direkte adgang til virkelig skøn pool. Vi var det jul til nytår og der var primært gæster fra Asien. Det eneste minus var den dårlige roomservice - her var maden elendig. Men elles toppoint på alle fronter. Der er ca. ti minutters kørsel med den gratis shuttlebus ind til byen. Det koster 200 bath for to personer at køre turen med taxi

Jeg og min kone hadde 6 herlige dager ved The Phu Beach Hotel. Vi er veldig fornøyd med oppholdet, og spesielt fint var det å ha tilgang til, og utsikt over bassenget fra terassen. Maten var god, servicen upåklagelig og wifi/Internett fungerte. Drar mer enn gjerne tilbake.

It’s all about the pool. The rooms are pleasant but need renovations also, sometimes there is a smell from the bathroom (I don’t know what it is) The pool is phenomenal( lol So it happy hour from 3PM to 6PM :-) the staff is super friendly and helpful.

The hotel is very well maintained and is located a couple of Kms away from from ao nang beach, it's pretty quite and silent inside the resort. The pool here is amazing almost all rooms have direct access to the pool. They have shuttle services through out the day that drops guest to ao nang beach and market.

Amazing place to stay not too far from the main part of town with a free shuttle which was awesome. The place was great to stay with a really room and pool. Staff were really friendly and always helpful.

Room was very clean. Every room had direct access to the pool. Cocktails were amazing. Only 99baht during happy hour which starts from 4pm. Our stay couldnt have been better!

Tweede vakantie in dit prima 4* hotel. Lokatie is rustig gelegen en wat verder weg van het strand. Prijs/kwaliteit is zeer goed. Gratis transport van het hotel naar Ao Nang Beach. Top: Zeer vriendelijk en meestal goed Engels sprekend personeel. Niets is hen teveel gevraagd. Tip: Organisatie in het restaurant, met name tijdens het ontbijt kan beter. Alles is er, maar je moet er wel vaak om vragen. Bijvullen gebeurd op verzoek, zou vanzelfsprekend moeten zijn! Ontbijt is vernamelijk gericht op Aziaten echter ook voldoende Westerse producten. Schone nette kamers en heerlijk zwembad.

At times traffic was noisey and thw walls in the rooms were not sound proof. Loved the staff and pool. The shutle service was great.

We loved our time at The Phu Beach Hotel. Our room had direct access to the large pool from our patio. Additionally, the room was very large and clean. One of the nicer hotel rooms we had during our travels in Thailand. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Krabi. There is not a lot of places walking distance from the hotel, but the hotel provides a shuttle to the nearest beach.

The hotel is a gem in the sea. The price is reasonable, the room is spacious and the pool is just a step from the balcony. Everything you need for a good vacation. There are massage and restaurants opposite the hotel and islands hopping too. Its quiet and less hectic compare to the other resorts near beach. A pleasant stay and will definitely come back for more.

The swimming pool is very nice with music.The most attractive part is all the rooms are pool access. Besides, the breakfast is not bad and have variety of choice.The hotel is very new and have a nice environment.I love the view of this hotel so much. However, it is far from Ao Nang Beach,you will definitely need to rent a motorbike (200 batt/day) opposite the hotel since it is not easy to get Tuk Tuk or Taxi. The hotel provides free shuttle service every 2 hours which are not very convenience.

One of the best hotel! Serious talk we will stay again at this hotel. The hotel 100% same like the picture. All the staff really really kind and very helpful. Really convenient location and free shuttle is good too. We also tried the candle light dinner set at this hotel and the food is really delicious. Will come back for sure.

Clean, quiet and private with a great wrap around pool.Staff were friendly helpful and professional.Shuttle service was a bit thin as I mentioned- every 2 hours and doesn't start until 11:30 a.m.

This hotel could be much better if they improve the breakfast.It says breakfast included but is very poor and limited.In 12 days we had the same breakfast everyday,the only tea that they have is black tea and that one only on request and no maple syrup at all when they served pankakes or waffles either.On the other side the room was well sized,nice comfy bed,and the housekeepers were outstanding.I was dissapointed that they charged us 50 baht for breaking a bottle of water which you can purchase in 7\11for 14 bahts and they only informed us when we checked out.I think if you are a respectable hotel you don't charge people for breaking a bottle of water which was complementary but you will more likely charge for causing damage to the room,like a lamp or a vase or something that you eat or drink from the minibar.On top of that they asked when we checked in to pay 2000 baht deposit.I offered to leave them my credit card but they declined.It makes no sense to block 2000 baht and get the deposit back on the day you leave as the money are no use to you anymore.A plus is the fact that they provide a shuttle to the beach and back as the hotel is pretty far from Ao-Nang area and they have also next to the hotel a place called Meet Up Cafe and Bistro where they serve excellent food compared to the hotel,probably the idea is to spend your money there.We have done our laundry across the street with 40baht/kg and paid about 200 baht for something that the hotel will have charged 2500.

Perfect stay even though its not by the beach as the staff was helpful and friendly. Not to mention the fantastic pool right at your doorstep. Hotel was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was quite good too.

Home spun place with cool pool you can access from the room. Accommodation fine except for dreadful shower which ran hot and cold and had no pressure. Decent enough place overall with good breakfast and friendly staff.

Nice spacious rooms with access to swimming pool.. my kids throughly enjoyed the stay. Most of the staffs were friendly . Breakfast spread was good. Although the location was a bit off, the shuttle service was there to make up for it. Just plan your outings in advance so that you can use the shuttle service back to the hotel. I'll definitely choose this hotel again.

Nothing around the hotel so you have to take a taxi everywhere. They also made us miss our flight out by having us wait 30 min for them to get a bus for only 3 people? It made no sense and we were definitely upset

This hotel is just about a year old. Even though the name is The Phu Beach Hotel, it is not near the beach, I read reviews complaining about how far its if from the beach. My advice, please check the location of the hotel before booking. Its your fault for not checking. I love the place, its a Gem in a secluded unnoticed area but once you came into the compound, it takes your breath away. It is not a 4 star hotel but love the colours and simplicity of the open design, very welcoming. The rooms are big enough, clean and all have direct access to the pool. I booked two double rooms direct access and it was just amazing. Being new, all appliances are good condition. Beautiful decorations which are different for each room giving a slight personal touch and individuality. The surrounding is littered with interesting figurines which is good for photo taking. Breakfast is good enough. Good staff all around. They can speak basic English I love the LED night light. Very cool. I came with My 6yr old daughter and she love the pool. Who doesnt? My only gripes are the TV channels not having any international channels. They are Thai channels or dubbed over in Thai language.

My wife and I are enjoyed staying in this hotel. The staff was veeeery friendly and helpful. Pool access from the room is amasing idea. The room is clean. Breakfast is ok. The hotel is a little bit far away from the beach but they have the shuttl. I recommend this hotel. Good value for the money.

It's a beautiful hotel , it's nice and spacious . It's too far out from town and there are no nearby shops which open till late night to find for tibits or even water . Hotel only opens restaurant till 10pm and after that if you're hungry you can't get anything .

great and friendly staff, spotless everywhere, amazing swimming pool, very comfortable rooms, nice hot rain shower, lovely toiletries, bed super comfy, every single room has access to a massive and clean swimming pool. Every room has balcony, great AC in each room, very complete and nice breakfast. Free shuttle to town every two hours or you can rent a motorbike in front of the hotel for 200 baths a day. we love our stay in Phu Beach, we would definitely come back
