Sehr schönes Zimmer mit Blick auf Zugspitze. Buffet lecker und frisch , sogar Mittagessen war dabei. Alles sehr sauber.

Hygiëne bij de kinderfaciliteiten. Veel zaken ook buiten werking.

Wir waren für 3 Nächte da. Meine Kinder waren total begeistert, langweilig wird es den Kids bestimmt nicht! Meine wollten gar nicht viel unternehmen, das Hotel hatte genug zu bieten. Vom Kinderpool mit verschiedenen Rutschen, den Schwimmteich, die Carts, die Indoor Spielhalle. Oder für die größeren der Kicker umd der Billardtisch. Tolles Hotel super Personal und leckeres Essen, sowie Entspannung für die Erwachsenen. Ein rundum wohlfühl Erlebnis! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Die Kinder wollen es unbedingt im Winter mal sehen.

מלון מפואר ואיכותי מהשורה הראשונה, כבר בהגעה יש התייחסות מוקפדת לתשובות והסברים לשאלות האורחים בנוסף לפרסום יום יומי מפורט על פעילות ואירועים במלון ובאזור, החדרים מרווחים, מצוידים בכל הנדרש ונקיים מאוד, ארוחות הבוקר והערב במזנונים עשירים ומבחר גדול העונה לדרישות ההורים והילדים כאחד.

Alles super. Reichliche Auswahl am Buffett, Die Zimmer sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Lage top zum Wandern oder anderen Aktivitäten. Der Schwiommteich außen toll, und auch die Rutschen für die Kinder. Jederzeit wieder!

Close to Zugspitz cable car

We were expecting a lot from this hotel but it disappointed right from the start. Unfriendly staff at the reception. Noisy at night because you are basically in a large parking lot and camping. Food has a low quality and is mostly unhealthy. Especially the kids focused foods. Parts of the facilities are outdated Electric car charger was out of order Considering the price range there are much better options

Die Zimmer sind gross und sehr sauber , das Personal sehr sehr freundlich .

Leider hat die Reinigungskraft jeden Morgen geklopft und gefragt ,ob sie kommen muss, da sie unterbesetzt sind und bei uns musste sie daher nicht kommen .Was aber eigentlich bei den Zimmerpreisen keine Frage sein sollte . Ich komme aus der Pflege und da Frage ich auch meine Patienten nicht ,ob sie heute meine Dienste benötigen . Leider war der Campingplatz neben dem Hotel integriert und meines Erachtens sind die Zimmer zu teuer ,um beim Essen neben Flipp.flopps zu sitzen . Es ist sehr laut und unruhig auf dem ganzen Gelände dadurch , da die Camper aller mit nutzen und keine Ruhezonen sichtbar waren . Der Spielplatz war dadurch leider unter unserem Zimmer und bis 23 Uhr (!!) mit Geschrei in Betrieb. Alles nicht schlimm , aber bei den Zimmerpreisen möchte man auch das Ambiente demnach und kein Campingplatzfeeling. Vielleicht auch Fehler von uns da wir das im Vorfeld herausfintern hätten müssen . Wenn man früh zu Wanderungen starten möchte ist das etwas schade . Für uns eher ein normales Wanderhotel beim nächsten Mal....für Kleinkinder sicherlich toll.

Very nice property in a beautiful place. Family-focused with lots of amenities for children. The kind of place that you want to return to knowing you would not regret it. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We were surprised not to find any coffee in the room, despite having a kettle and tea. If coffee machine is not available, instant sachettes would be better than nothing. There should be a bigger sign at the door of the indoor kids play area with age limits. Despite the information that it's designed for kids younger than 12, on several occasions we had to take our small kids away due to groups of definitely older teenagers playing dangerously with equipment that was not intended for big and heavy guys.

Amazing family holiday resort! Would definitely recommend if you are traveling with kids. There are plenty of kid friendly activities to keep them busy and the pool area was a lot of fun with multiple water slides. The location of the hotel is beautiful and serene. It’s great for day trips around the area, but there are also enough activities within the resort itself to keep the family entertained. Staff were all accommodating and thoughtful! HUGE thank you for putting aside dinner for us as we ran into some trouble onto the way to the hotel and missed check in timing!

Note that the rooms do not have AC and that drinks are not included with the dinner half board!

Het service gericht personeel, de faciliteiten, de licatie en het eten waren top. Kan menig hotel zich een voorbeeld aan nemen.

Mein Sohn hätte gern zu Nudeln Tomatensoße gegessen oder auch mein ein Wiener Schnitzel :-).

Everything is perfect! Anyone is very friendly. We have a wonderful holidays there!

Das hotel und die landschaft war einfach super👌

Das einziege was uns nicht so gut gefallen hat war der pool. Etwas in die jahre gekommen. Passte nicht mehr so gut zur modernen und sehr schönen hotel anlage.

Alles wunderbar!!!! Was besonderes alles im Detail für Kinder im Restaurant im Hotel! Wow ich bin begeistert.

What began as a nice holiday, ended in an traumatic experience. A staff member of the kids club named Daniela attempted assault on our 3 year old son due not speaking German and so didnt understand what the woman was saying in German as he speaks English and Dutch. Although making notification with the management and trying to come to an solution, none of them showed any care or to solve this in a proper way.

Please be careful with your kids when staying here, their safety isnt guaranteed with the staff although claiming to be a childfriendly hotel.

Hotel selbst hat alles was man für einen Familienurlaub benötigt.

Der Service und das wie ist in dem Hotel maximal durchschnittlich. Keine Liebe zum Detail und daher schon ein großer Unterschied zu Hotels der absoluten Spitzenklasse. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis demnach nicht ideal.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Zugspitz resort. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed by the amazing staff. The entire hotel is clearly designed with families in mind – everything was spotless, modern, and perfectly maintained. There were plenty of activities for the kids, all thoughtfully planned and well-structured. Our children absolutely loved every moment and are already asking when we can go back! The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, always ready to help with anything we needed. It really made us feel at home. The surroundings were peaceful and stunning – beautiful views and a strong connection to nature added to the relaxing atmosphere. One of the highlights was the food – everything was delicious. You could really feel the care and attention to detail in every part of the experience. This is truly a special place, where families are genuinely cared for and kids are treated with such love and attention. We loved our experience and can’t wait to return!

- great food - a lot of fun for kids - very clean apartments / rooms - friendly staff

- there should be at least one real vegetarian option with protein during dinner

The location is fantastic, service is fantastic, food is fantastic, facilities are fantastic, all the people who are working here at fantastic.

The room where we stayed is a bit out dated, when I came here 25 years ago was all the same. Toilet is smelling urine, in the kitchen are only few glasses and tableware also same 2-3 items from all. A bathtub to take shower in is old fashioned, why not a walk in shower?

I booked for a mountain view room but the view is not nice at all! I can see the rooftop of the other building in front. Im not sure why this is considered as a mountain view room and is charged as such.

We loved our stay at this resort. The pool and play areas were the highlight for our kids. We loved the views and easy access to walking. The food was also great, varied and excellent quality. We will be back!

Perfect location. Perfect breakfast and dinner. Perfect facilities and activities for children.

Great hotel with amazing facilities for families with children up to and including pre-teens. The water park is excellent. The view of the mountains is beautiful and there’s loads of activities to do in the area such as hiking, mountain karting, cycling, mountain slide plus endless natural beauty.

While the breakfast buffet was excellent, the dinner buffet was fine but not top standard. Also I was quite surprised that soft drinks were charged on top. Also, I would have appreciated better touristic information from the front desk. They were friendly and polite but didn’t seem to know that much about the activities in the area.

Food, including the a la carte, wasn’t particularly interesting. Wine list was reasonably extensive. However I’m sure it catered for most families. I am not their target customer.

Absolutely fantastic resort, can only recommend. Everything was in great shape and clean. Every single member of the staff I interacted with was friendly, helpful and competent, cannot say enough good things about them. There were many little touches, from all automatically opening doors to your name on the phone and your reserved table that made me feel welcome and special. Room was spacious, comes with bath robe, slippers and a beach bag to go to the spa. Spa itself was also great, with the many different sauna rooms and amenities. Watching the sun set on the Zugspitze while lounging in the pool was unforgettable. Finally, the included meals were great and varied, luxury dining!

everything was perfect, cleanness very good, apartment size was great, the kitchen equipped with everything, quite and safe area, the staff on the front desk was very friendly and professional , the hotel is well organized for kids from the restaurant till the huge playground and water park and many other activities , your kids will love it.

I like most of the resort provided.
