The location and how friendly and quickly the staff got me checked in and out .

The view from the room was great and the furniture in the room allowed me to sit and look over the city in the early morning. The pool was of high quality and with few people using it whenever I went. The breakfast had good variety and tasted great.

The Breakfast is very ravishing, variety also top notch

The Rooms need refurbishing, they look old now. Have been coming here since 2023 every year, they need an upgrade. Rooms look dull

Great facility. Shopping centre and cafe's in the same building. Highly recomend.

it is an old Sofitel (like other places) with out of date facility and nothing special to note. breakfast for local people only, definetely not French quality! overall quality for price is good.

Great location with parking! Fantastic breakfast with a lot of options! Lunch and dinner buffer are also great with beer and wine included!

I booked from booking.com website. I thought that breakfast was included for the option I picked, but found out it wasn't during check-in.

Hotell located next to a mall. And easy access to taxi/didi and local transit. Hotell view was also nice. Nice gym.

The breakfast were Many of Choices, room cleaned well and the bed comforted.

The gym machine must be replaced ( Must Not should ) as well as take care more about the pool, The A.C at my room was not working properly.

Very nice location, few minutes from train station and with a mall on the same building. Breakfast is excellent with plenty of choices. Clean, spacious room with nice city view.

NO AIRCONDITIONING!! this is a five star hotel and NO AIRCON?, I arrived at hotel at 4.30am and needed to sleep I was awoken at 10am due to the room being 28.5 degrees, I was in a sweat and dehydrated, the aircon did not work for the length of my stay - this is unacceptable.

My coworker and I stayed at this hotel in July 2023 for business trip. We had a great experience during my stay there. Rick is the General Manager and he did above and beyond to make sure both of our stays are smooth and comfortable. The staff even did a surprise birthday for my co-worker who had her birthday during that business trip. It was such a pleasant surprise. We will definitely consider this hotel if we are in this area again.

This is a good hotel but not great maybe still be the best in lianyungang. The room was good and comfortable the shower low pressure the service line people don’t speak English they just know how to say thank you for calling... the selection of fresh vegetables at breakfast was scarce or non existent service was good. The executive lounge is a joke. No happy hour no computer and printer if needed. Do not order a room with executive lounge access it’s worthless check in and out was quick.

The service is perfect and can determine the deep care of visitors’ experience - reception, room service and dining service . City view in room is fantastic! Great location in the city center. Closed to large shopping center brought many choices for dinner and leisure. In general, it’s a memorable trip to stay here.

I really liked this hotel it was really amazing . The staff were so friendly the rooms large and spacious and the food in the hotel buffet was really fresh with so much choice . Really recommend to stay here if your going to this city for business .

Last month I visited China and settled in the Sofitel hotel. The environment was great and the room was comfy. When I had problems with checking into the hotel a front desk worker named Nina was patient enough to help me with her enthusiasm. It was such a great time and satisfaction to me and to my friends.

I lived very comfortably in the hotel. Good service attitude towards customers，very hot-hearted。Give a thumbs-up to front desk amber Chen！I feel really safe and sweety.It makes me feel like home.I never forget living here！This is an enjoyable place！

We stayed in this hotel 2 times for a single night only, but the service was exceptional. Helpful, friendly, supportive in any case. Every question was answered and any support requested given, really a great experience. The breakfast is covering all needs and some part of it even changing every day. Overall a recommendation for a stay.

Overall very satisfied and can be highly recomended. But a few things can be better , Pool area has been closed for more than ½ year. Taxi in front of hotel only want to drive if you go to airport, this can be very anoying if you have to wait for another taxi when there is already 4 avaible but dont want to go.

Staff and facility is very nice. Restaurant, fitness gym is also very nice. Only one thing, WIFI is too slow to work.

Great, clean and spacious rooms - absolutely a place to stay. A one night stay with a luxurious feeling and not much interaction with the staff, but the little there was was good and worked. Breakfast was a classic breakfast buffet in China with a large range of possibilities of the local dishes, but nothing close to a continental and the bread is not impressing. The fruit range was wide, nice and fresh.

Clean and spacious room, tasty buffet with wide variety of choice, excellent room service, friendly and courteous hosts. Taxis are readily available outside to take you around the city or to the airport. I highly recommend this place whether it is for a business or tourism stay.

Stayed there for 2weeks. Had a wonderful stay. The restaurant buffet was amazing, and service very helpful. Was great to meet the Philippine singers Myrtle and Ronald, they are so nice. Thanks to Simon for recommending some nice bars in the city.

去年に続き2泊しました。ホテルは新しくきれいで、部屋は清潔感もありまずまずです。シャワーは水圧が弱く、トイレは洗浄つきではありません。朝食は種類も多く飽きませんでした。立地は市内中心部なので、仕事に観光にべんりだとおもいます。ただ、ロビー待ち合わせのスペースがなく苦労します。

During a long business trip I had the chance to stay a night here, and I was very warmly welcomed, even before my arrival. Without asking, the hotel offered great support upfront already (transportation service etc), which was finally not needed but still appreciated. The hotel itself was very modern and clean with spacious rooms. Had no dinner nor breakfast, so I cannot judge it. If I‘m back in this part of the world, I’ll surely select the hotel again.

Not a great Sofitel property, both in terms of construction and service, but still might be the best in that town. I liked the location. Walk out and you're amidst action and shopping. No need to take a taxi in the evening, unless you have a particular destination. Rooms are nice. Lounge has nice setting but food service only average. My friends insisted on going out for dinner after sampling the lounge's limited options. In the morning, the staff can get you whatever you want from the restaurant. If you have time, that works well. Unfortunately, the pool is closed through September. Was really a downer for me since I wanted to work off some stress in the pool.

The service here is one of a kind. I enjoyed my stay and everyone was very helpful. Especially Rick, he in my opinion is the best desk clerk I've come across in a very long time. He was very informative,reliable, friendly and always very helpful. Thanks Rick. I will definitely come back soon.

Restaurant is good, lot of food in Breakfast, checking so fast, very friendly Reception, room is very nice and are clean... Nice club with great environment at top of building enjoy the happy hour and high tea worthy recommend see you next time

Good hotel and friendly staff.

Check made me wait 30 minutes, refusing to grant access to the Executive lounge. Finally reception agreed they had made a mistake and that the executive room booked and paid for included lounge access: by which time the lounge had closed. Lounge hours are from 5-8pm - outside those times not even a tea or coffee is provided. Just to make sure they switch the coffee machine off... On check out I was billed again for the room despite having paid in advance in full through Expedia. Wifi connection frequently drops. On plus side when the coffee machine had a mishap and sprayed coffee all over me, they did pay to launder the shirt.

The Sofitel was booked for me by a Chinese colleague and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by how good it was. I was on a short business trip to Lianyungang arranged at short notice. The staff are very helpful, and were very attentive. In a town where during my stay I didn’t see any other westerners I was surprised at how well the staff were able to converse in English. The restaurant is of a good standard, the room was good and very clean if a little tired. Overall, a very good experience that made the trip a lot easier.

In this Town this hotel offers you comfortable room and services also . Nice swimming pool, spa, jogging room ... Large choice of meals in the restaurant between chinese and western.... people are very kind to help you if needed ! Large mall near the hôtel for shopping..

This is a reasonable, clear hotel for a visit to the Disney Orlando area. It is comfortable, breakfast buffet is decent, and there were no issues with cleanliness or service. Definitely not a luxury experience, but functional and located close to the park.
