Room was very nice. Shower and bathroom were great.

No extra supplies were left in the bathroom ie: kleenex, tp, or towels. There was only a few tissues in the box and you have to call to order housekeeping which took forever.

It is very well located and all the areas are very clean.

How plight and helpful the front office staff were at check in.

Had no negative remarks today.

I like that it was close to the springs and I also liked that there were gas stations, restaurants, and stores near the property. I liked the room, the shower, and the bed overall I liked the hotel. It was very comfortable to be in and very nice to stay.

What I didn’t like about the property was the TV. The connection sometimes cuts off and I can’t watch tv until the connection comes back.

Breakfast starts too late for people working 7-5 jobs. I am out the door before 6 am and breakfast doesn't start until 630... For the vacation travelor this isn't a problem, but I paid for breakfast but did not get to sample it...

The lights by the bathroom mirror were terrible... No clearness to the mirror... Should have lights at the top not the sides.

Beds were super comfy! Breakfast was simple but perfect. Great price for the money indeed.

Sami made our stay perfect! Very polite, friendly and welcoming. We have 2 small dogs and she made sure we had a room close to the exit to make it easier to take them out.

The room was clean and the hotel was very quiet.

The soaps provided were lemon scented and I have a citrus allergy, so I was unable to use them.

TV GUIDE WHERE CHANNEL ARE DISPLAYED AND NAME OF SHOWS DISPLAYED. THE RESTAURANT IN THE HOTEL WAS HORRIBLE AND VERY UNINVITING STAFF. THE COOK DID HIS JOB HE CREATED DECENT FOOD BUT THE SERVICE STAFF WAS VERY AWKWARD AND UNINVITING. THE RESTAURANT DIDNT EVEN HAVE DRINKS AND MOST OF THE FOOD ON THE MENU THEY DIDNT HAVE SO WHAT THE PURPOSE OF BEING OPEN. THE NAME OF THE RESTAURANT WAS 1901 AND THAT PLACE COULD BE A GOLD MINE BUT ITS NOT, DUE TO NO SYSTEMS IN PLACE.

We loved the cleanliness and the pool. The beds were really comfortable and it was close to Rainbow Springs

The location

The room’s carpet had an overpowering smell that was difficult to ignore. To combat this, I brought in my car’s scent diffuser and sprayed some car odor neutralizer to change the room’s scent. However, to make matters worse, the fire alarm went off (it was a false alarm), and the front desk wouldn’t pick up the phone. (At other hotels, at least they would pick up the phone to inform you that it was a false alarm.)

I liked everything about it. It is so close to Rainbow River where I went diving.

This is a budget hotel chain. That is what you pay for and that is what you get. With that out of the way there were pros and cons. The room was clean and in good condition, except the A/C had a mind of its own, which is not great when you are in the middle of the hottest summer in a while. The public areas seemed to be suffering from the same issues with A/C. It does have a gym that although has old equipment was more than I expected for this property. The breakfast was very basic, but its free so no complaints. There is never anybody at the front desk, you always have to go find someone, which is not great. We had no issues with noise level. We did get hit with an unexpected $5/night parking fee, which is just a way to annoy people. Add the darn $5 to the room rate instead of going for the nickle and dimming crap that the industry is sinking into. Its $5, who cares? Just add it to the room rate! Also, there is no housekeeping during our stay as is stated in the room. There are not many choices in Dunnellon, so if you need a place to stay I would not say don't stay there, but we aware, you are getting what you pay for, nothing more.

The air quality from ac, lack of customer service,on all accounts. The rushed breakfast that was scarce ,.breakfast was lacking any juices and burnt coffee. Rude employees.

The breakfast was the best ever with selection! Anything you could want, they had it.

The staff at the front desks lacks of courtesy and were not very welcoming as far as communications goes. The breakfast was very poor, the attendant of the breakfast was not very accommodating as far as answering basic questions and did not provided basic things like a "Fork" she just said, "We don't have it" when I asked for one. The room 's linen were old the bed sheets very thin and very worn out, bathroom towels were rough, old and scratchy. We did not have a room service done (housekeeper) since we had a small dog inside.

The breakfast & coffee in the morning were awesome! The room was clean, staff was friendly & the location was perfect.

We arrived before check in time was told we could swim at the pool they gave us a card key to get back in and it didn't work. When addressed about it the staff was rude an we already paid for everything. Also was told we would be on the first floor with disability access for 3 disabled bodied people, an was put on the third floor an all the way away from elevators. Staff also forgot to call when our rooms were ready for over an hr after we was supposed to be checked in. An staff was short with our members of the group.

The location was good. Atmosphere good. Rooms- beds comfortable. I slept like a baby. Loved the bed. The sink didn’t drain. The kids were crying bc the pool was down for maintenance. We had to listen “to it” for an hour.

Beds super comfortable! Rooms clean, good breakfast and appeared sanitary. Outstanding gym.

Didn't know you had to notify housekeeping if you wanted you wanted room freshened up.

Everything was great!!! The room even has this nice little seat that worked great as a sex chair! Perfect height and everything!!! I would tell guests, they would really appreciate that.

Last minute stay, early in the afternoon, but they helped me with no problem! Sammi & Emily helped me find a clean room on the top floor that was clean & quiet. Breakfast was phenomenal the next morning. Thank you Miss Ethel, I will be back for the hospitality.

I recently stayed at the Comfort Suites in Dunnellon near Rainbow Springs, and I cannot say enough about the phenomenal service. We were in town for a family reunion at Hunter Springs Park, and this hotel was the perfect choice for our stay. While the property is great, it is the staff that truly makes this place special. ​Support for the Whole Family: ​Traveling with children can be a challenge, and mine were being particularly rowdy during our stay. I was feeling quite stressed, but the staff noticed immediately. We stayed in an accessible room that was incredibly spacious for all six of us; having that extra square footage and breathing room gave the kids space to move without us feeling cramped. Instead of just observing, the staff went above and beyond to help me calm the situation down. They were so kind and were quick to remind me that I was on vacation, too. They stepped in with such grace to help the kids settle so that I could actually relax and enjoy the experience. ​Exceptional Teamwork & Quality: ​The leadership here is top-notch. Rashma, the manager, runs an incredible establishment. I was so impressed to see both Rashma and Molly (who did a beautiful job as the housekeeper in charge of my room) working the breakfast service together. They ensured everything was absolutely phenomenal—the food was fresh, the area was spotless, and their warm energy completely turned my mood around. That level of care extends to the rooms; everything was very, very clean and looked exactly like the photos on the website. ​Seamless Experience & Accessibility: ​From the quick and easy check-in to the impeccable attention to detail in the room setup, every part of the stay was efficient and high-quality. The bathrooms were big, beautiful, and very accessible—we utilized the handicap stall and the accessible room features, which were absolutely phenomenal for our needs. Comfort inn near Rainbow Springs, the atmosphere and room was very clean and nice. I enjoyed my stay there. The guest attendant Sammi, I loved her interaction and professionalism. She was excellent and I love her communication skills and warmed smile. I will definitely stated again.

The vibe is warm, safe, and inviting from the front desk to housekeeping to the breakfast attendant. Rooms are spacious and quiet. Spotless bathroom and comfy bed and linens. Love the variety and quality of the breakfast!

Teeny tiny suggestion...bring back cream cheese to go with the bagels!

Great hotel stay! Got a room with two queen beds and a queen sofa, perfect for families! Breakfast in the morning, pool, and fitness center available. Close by Walmart, Publix, and Aldi with so much more!

After having to make a sudden reservation because our last hotel had no water in the entire building, comfort suites in Dunnellon made us feel right at home. Mr. Michael, at the front desk was beyond understanding and flexible, the breakfast area was clean and well stocked, and even the gym/workout area was in wonderful condition. While I know it is located near rainbow Springs, it would’ve been nice to have a pool accessible at this location, but we understand that things happen.
