Kleopatra Blue Hawaii Hotel

We are currently staying here now. Hotel is close to the beach and near the shopping area. Hotel rooms are small but adequate, it’s clean and our rooms was serviced everyday. The food well what can I say, it’s the worst I’ve ever experienced and we are not fussy eaters in the slightest. Everyday eggs which my partner can’t eat as he’s allergic, chips, some vegetable, cheap nasty meat and cheese, cucumber and tomatoes. Cheap yoghurt, Cheerios apples and bread, no butter the jam is more like syrup. We have had one main meal which was nice but so far that’s it. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but I’m sorry the food is dire. If staying here expect to be eating out.

Personeller cok ilgililer sarz aletim kalmis otelde kargoyla gonderdiler ..

Room was dirty, wasn't worth the price. They didn't when have the AC's running in the waiting on lounge.

10/10 super hyggelig betjening i resepsjonen

1 gecelik bir konaklama geçirdik.otelin denize yakınlığı konumu iyiydi. Resepsiyondaki Yaşar Bey bizlere çok yardımcı oldu çok teşekkür ederiz.

Great hotel, lovely food with amazing staff, Typhoon from reception was brilliant, so friendly and helpful, the hotel is in the centre of town literally 5 minutes from the amazing beaches ⛱️

This hotel is in perfect location with sea just a step away. The food is nice too. Staff are friendly. Room is lush and so comfy. It was cleaned every day. Cleopatra beach is amazing. The Caves and Cable cars are only 10 min walk i clude the museum. I will happily return there in the future.

gayet iyiydi herkese tavsiye ederim..

The room was nice the mountains view fresh and cool, the reception guy a little bit annoying when I ask extra towel , I need to bring iron from the reception and then I must return it back , water chargeable and the front restaurant will annoying from you if you cross by there dining area I must walk beside them because the main gate is in left side not directly to the street which is normal but for more clearance, their open buffet was nice , they have policy as I knew from them that’s they don’t clean the rooms daily like what in the 5 stars hotels , the location very strategic, near to everything, they need to make the receptionist more hospitable 😄

The hotel is in a nice location, everyone is very friendly, especially the guy who works at the reception, Ahmad! The rooms are cleaned every day,the breakfast was ok,the dinner was great. A small inconvenience was the first evening with the man who we later realizes was the owner of the hotel, because we had our own water with us that we wanted to bring into the room. The rule is clearly written,we did not read it,everuthing is fine , but the approach was terrible towards us. If it was not for that small incident,I could say an excellent hotel for the money. I would like to mention that this was my 19th visit to Turkey and that the rules are the same in all hotels, but I have never experienced anything like this.

Odada terlik yoktu tuvalet temizliği yeterli değildi şampuan olduğu iddia edilen sıvı sabun hiç iyi değildi odaların ses yalıtımı hiç iyi değil fakat sahile yakınlığı ve konumu muhteşem

Hyvä ilmastointi, siisti huone, tilava parveke. Mukava henkilökunta. Allasalue vaatimaton.

Fint hotel, rent og pænt og god beliggenhed. Meget venligt personale. God morgenmads buffet. Deres udendørs Restaurant serverer god smagfuld mad. Ikke sidste gang jeg bor der.

Gayet memnun kaldık.

Hotel is in very good location, close all the shops and restaurants and staff very friendly will go back again.

Great location. Clean hotel. A/c included in price. Pool area.

Kötü

Kleopatra Blue hawai hotel Modern and clean. Helpfull staff. Very good location! Small pool area. Big restaurant. Loistava sijainti. Näyttää juuri rempatulta. Moderni ja viihtyisä. Auttavainen henkilökunta. Hinta-laatusuhde kohdillaan!

Having visited Turkey over 20 times, I can confidently say that my experience at Kleopatra Blue Hawaii Hotel has been the most exceptional by far. From the moment I arrived, I felt an immediate sense of warmth and welcome that is rare to find, even after many travels. The hotel itself is beautiful and perfectly maintained, but what truly sets it apart is the people. The owner and staff treated me not just as a guest, but as part of their family. Their genuine hospitality and care created an atmosphere that felt like home — something I had never experienced at any other hotel before. Every detail, from the comfortable accommodations to the attentive service, reflected their deep commitment to ensuring each guest feels valued and relaxed. It was more than just a stay; it was an unforgettable experience of true Turkish hospitality. I cannot thank the team at Kleopatra Blue Hawaii Hotel enough for making my trip so special. I am already looking forward to returning to Alanya again and staying there. Thanks.

Hotel was nice and perfectly located for my needs. Receptionist on arrival was kind and welcoming. Unfortunately the room had very bad soundproofing and the noise coming from neighbor room and the restaurant in front of the hotel made it hard to sleep - and I'm not a light sleeper. Bathroom had mold around the sink and the shower had some mineral buildup, that showed the cleaning has been sloppy for a while. Overall the stay was okay, but because of the mold I wouldn't choose the hotel again.

After an initial error caused by Hotels.com, the manager and team went out of their way to make my stay easy. They were very kind, and because of them I would stay there again. The property is in a fabulous location for buses, Kleopatra beach and the castle. There are sunny balconies, and they are very kind to cats which is so important to the European market. A+++++

2 gece kaldım . Herşey iyiydi. Konum olarak çok iyi yerde bulunuyor. Otel personeli güleryüzlü ve yardımsever. Oda yeni ve temizdi.

A HOLIDAY COMPLETE 5 STAR THANK YOU. We have stayed in many places in Alanya and so far the best experience. makes a superb base for all the area has to offer. People so friendly and nice so clean and top marks to the local Council for all its efforts,

Good morning well I am still here at this hotel and I just though that I may be able to save a few people a bad time the hotel is ok but the food is total rubbish every day the food as been crap this morning was broccoli and sweetcorn with some sort of sausage in gravy belive me when I tell you it's bad like most people I can make do with the food when on holiday dismissing the bad moments as fussy people but this time I have to agree with all the negative comments if you can afford a few more quid now it will save you having to pay for food twice listern people to what I am saying .And I have all my own teeth

1) Excellent location (5 minutes to Cleopatra beach) 2) Renovated rooms, air conditioning, elevator 3) Very good Turkish/international food, lots of vegetables, fruits, variety 4) very polite and efficient service (reception, waiters, cleaning) 5) professional manager who watches over the quality every day 6) the hotel restaurant has a 4.8 rating on Google 7) bus number 1 to the port (clubs), along the coast

The worst hotel I have ever been in. I read bad reviews and absolutely agree with people because of the same experience. Very bad food, no air conditioning in lobby and in the corridors, expensive WiFi, no normal cleaning room, rude staff, 1 small lift for stuff and guests, interruptions in the supply of electricity and hot water. In a nutshell - never again.

You can stay in this hotel only if you are on a budget because the location is the only thing that is worth! You have buses ti the center which is not far away for only 1euro, the beach is on 5min walk and sunbeds on Kleopatra No. 10 so affordable only 210 lira(6euros).Otherwise the food is awful a complete 2 ot of 10, the stuff is boring, asking on every 2 min if you are done to take you plates, probably they don't have enough for all the guests I assume. The room is okay, they are cleaning the room on every two days, NOT every day. The manager don't allow to put the air-conditioning in the lobby so it is 100 degrees. Internet is 1 ot of 10 only in the lobby, if yku want to have in your room is 14e extra for 7day,but i you go on Kleopatra beach 10 they have free Wi-Fi and it is connected in the room as well so no need to pay 14e.I need to mention that there is an older person in front of the hotel who sels "simit" for les than 1euro and I suggest to try it. IT IS CLOSE TO NICE PARKS, THE DAMLATAS CAVE AND THE ZIPLINE THAT CONECTS WITH THE FORTRESS AND RED TOWER AND IT IS A MJST TO SEE!

We had a great time staying in this hotel. Everything was more than good. Most important for us: the staff was great, all of them were very kind, always smiling, greeting us, always there to help. Pool clean, rooms also, food tasty, both breakfast and dinner phenomenal. Great location, everything is so close. Definetly it was more than we expected. I think it deserves more than 3 stars. We are glad that we choose it and will come again for sure.

Hotel needs some updating Room is nice beds comfortable, bathroom is nice accept water not very hot, but not a issue as very hot outside so a cool shower was nice. Complimentary shower gel, towels seen better days. Be careful of shower its slippery . It has a wardrobe small but ok, balcony facing the street in our room 2 chairs and table , Aircon is a godsend in July. Has a hair dryer. 2 Bedside tables, plenty of plug sockets The room is made up every day if wanted. Mirror in bedroom, fridge as well. Food is basic plenty salad and fruit, rice, chips, chicken, spaghetti. Drinks expensive if not all inclusive we were breakfast and dinner.Lift small holds 4 people. Staff are really friendly and nice. Small pool nice not very big but ok. Has private beach have to pay for sun beds and parasols. Bring beach towels with you or buy one when there. WiFi free in lobby but else where you have to pay for it £14 for a week per room which is hit and miss. If you want luxury give this hotel a miss you get what you pay for

I could not really recommend this hotel to anyone. Beds were uncomfortable, food was really bad, staff was near rude sometimes. Hotels restaurant had loud partys every night, made it hard to go to sleep early with kids. You are forbidden to take food or drinks to the room from outside, you should only use minibars limited options. Wifi paid extra 14e/7 days/person. Location is only good thing in this hotel. And the maid who made swans etc on our beds.

Lugten af pis på værelserne oplevet flere gange manglende vand på badeværelse , og hvis det er vand så er enten kun Brandt varme eller kun kold vand i vandhanenerne ingen respons fra hotellet , ingen kommentar trods adskillige henvendelser er du tvivl på indhold af teksten se vedlagte billeder Kleopatra blue Hawaii hotel ... nothing blue, not Hawaii at all, old and worn out... half board looks like a canteen in a labor camp. discount and tasteless food... noise 24/7 never calm! absolutely NOT Handicap-friendly hotel... there is only a small 4-person elevator and there is no room for a wheelchair or the helper next to it! (staff use it too) on arrival we were offered to buy the sf sunbed for the whole week..a waste of money! the hotel's beach number 7 on Kleopatra Beach looks like a landfill, dangerous to lie on the defective beds. the parasols are defective, dirty and clammy! experienced a lack of water in the bathroom several times, and if it is water then either only Brandt hot or only cold water in the taps no response from the hotel, no comment despite several inquiries If you are in doubt about the content of the text, see the attached pictures

The hotel offers an excellent price-quality ratio. We were also last year, when the food was better, with more meat and different desserts after the meal, but the price remained the same this year, despite the high inflation in Turkey. The food was OK though. Hygiene in the hotel is satisfactory, but it is always good to leave a tip. Reading previous comments, I can conclude that people expect too much for the money they've paid. The staff is very friendly, polite and helpful. They will make you feel welcome. We especially liked the waiter Kemal and the receptionist Eyüp. The location is excellent, it is close to the center, as well as many restaurants and shops. Alanya offers many opportunities for good shopping and entertainment. Although our second stay, there was so much to see. The sea is beautiful, warm and clean. Only sometimes there can be high humidity, but also high waves.

Nice, basic clean room, food wasn't to my tasting but all what you would expect for 3 star hotel. Staff were so friendly and the bar men were fantastic. Would go back again. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

No hot water in our room complained twice.day 4 and room has yet to be serviced. No choice of food, food not labled to say what it is ,resturaunt not big enough so tables very scarce.this is an all inclusive hotel. Long wait at the bar, staff keep doing a disapeering act... Totally disapointing all inclusive hotel

It was a good stay in general except some things like my booking was all inclusive and when I arrived to the hotel reception said that we have only breakfast included. I showed my reservation and price for all inclusive but reception still told me the same thing. Because of them I lost 2 days of all inclusive while they were trying to find out what exactly I have in my reservation and last day of check out they confirmed that I have all inclusive but it was too late. I extended my stay there but already with only breakfast to not get same problem. We had nice room with sea view and cleaning was daily.

The hotel experience is really bad. Firstly, we stayed at the beginning of March 2021 and it was freezing cold in the room so we needed to pay the extra fee to switch on the conditioner (it's not included). What else is really strange that there aren't any blankets and duvet covers. There were only dirty covers for the bad and frayed sheets. The breakfast was poor, for example, chocolate paste was from the last year so it was impossible to eat it cause it was like a stone. So I don't recommend this hotel Attached is the photo of what was instead of proper blanket

Very basic hotel. Nothing special. Near to the beach, that was nice.

Ok hotel.

Very nice, glean and quiet hotel. Good location, friendly staff

Nice hotel, good location.

The hotel is in good condition, clean and close to the beach. I recommend staying half board rather than all inclusive (unless you like to drink more than eating) since food is not good.
