Check in staff were excellant
Found this place last minute to to a cancelled flight and wanted to stay near the airport. What a find, wish I could have stayed longer. Beautiful, cozy, clean, nice views. Joel from the reception was very attentive and friendly. Would definitely recommend Panoramic Living. Would stay again.
Staff was nice, room was somewhat clean (there was a stain in the sheets, the shower handle was broken so it kept moving), kitchen had everything. Overall I would come back
Excellent location. Well maintained property, and would stay there again.
The best thing about this place was the view. It was noisy at night: music, voices, banging doors elevator noise, trains and noise from the stove exhaust. The bed was not very comfortable. It is about 10 minutes from a shopping mall, which was nice. Overall though we would not recommend this place.
Just one night before our flight. It was the most comfortable bed we slept in the whole month we were in Portugal!
Fantástico. Nice área, great views. Perfect for a couple. Near Oriente train station for train and Metro. Plenty of restaurants and shopping mall. A couple blocks from Rio Tejo, a nice place to take a walk by Parque das Nações. Will definitely stay again. Muito Obrigado.
Had all the comforts of home
The only issue we had was no kitchen towel to dry the dishes with, they left a old dirty sponge to wash the dishes with. Also not enough linens. 1 face cloth for 4 people.2 handtowels for 4 people....So my suggestion would be more linens. But we loved the place.
Tub drain didnt work, water temperature control was difficult - would switch from cold to hot rapidly.
Great location for night before catching a flight.
Place was amazing and clean. You should tell people about market across the street!
AC units needed servicing. The one in the middle bedroom rattled terribly when we turned it on and initially blew out warm air before cooling a bit to less warm but never cold after about an hour. By time (around 5:30pm after having checked in at 4pm which was the earliest we could) we realized it was not getting cool and reported the problem, we were told that maintenance left at 5pm and wouldn't be coming to fix it and the lowest room temp shown on it was 28.6 C (or 83.5 F) so sleeping the one night that we stayed was quite uncomfortable. Pretty sure the rattling noise on that unit was present for some time before our arrival and should have been addressed prior...especially for the price being charged. We turned the other units way down just to make it bearable in the apartment. It was very clean and attractively decorated but we felt it wasn't worth the expense without properly operating AC when it was so hot outside...around 100 F.
It’s very close to the airport and Oriente train station which makes getting to and from the property easy. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It’s a great spot to stay if you’re stopping over in Lisbon.
It’s a great stay for families. Close to the airport and easy to take the metro into the city centre. Great restaurants at the waterfront and grocery near by.
We stayed one night but wished we had stayed more. The views were amazing from the 23rd floor and with huge floor to ceiling windows (that opened). The suite was well equipped so a longer stay would have been easy. The location is about one km from the oriente train station (red line) that connects you to everywhere you want to go. The only issue was parking upon arrival as there isn’t anything with all street parking taken almost all the time. Once we realized the public parkade was right next door on the second pass it was all good.
Great place
Spacious rooms, clean facility. Good amenities: gym, pool, spa, restaurants
We stayed here only one night because of close proximity to the airport for an early morning flight. The accommodation is very large, clean, comfortable and well equipped. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and the shopping center is right down the street. It's pretty far from the touristy areas but otherwise excellent in every other way. Would be great for business or family travel, if you don't want to be in the thick of it all.
Great personnel, clean and quiet.
This hotel is wonderful. The staff truly care. We arrived via train, so had chosen it for its proximity to the Oriente Station. We were fortunate and ended up being on the 24th floor. What an amazing view from there! We like to sometimes be able to prepare our own meals to eat healthy, as well as to save some money to spend on other experiences . The kitchen was well stocked, and there is a huge grocery store only a few blocks away. We were only steps away from walking for miles along the river. We would highly recommend this apartment hotel!
Stayed for one night. Was in a great location with east access to the metro Station 8 minutes away.
Great place, spacious and quiet, perfect for relaxing.
Beautiful view lovely kitchen
The property is close to the airport and many restaurants. The finishes inside the apartment are high end and very nice. Our unit was a two bedroom and two bathroom. There is someone at front desk to help which was useful for us as we were traveling. A great overnight stay, I would do it again and recommend to others.
As we arrived the lady who greeted us wasn’t the most pleasant or welcoming.
Very convenient and well appointed rooms
Our stay was excellent the apartment was well appointed for cooking our meals and clean up too. Our views were great as we were on the top floor. Anna was our check-in person and she was fantastic. She was very helpful and outgoing and made our stay very enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel for anyone who likes to cook some of their own meals. The loaction was good for us too.
The room was good. Very sleek and modern. To call Panoramic Living a hotel is a little confusing. They apparently own units in this highrise and are offering them as hotel rooms while looking to sell them. It works fine, but I was confused to show up looking for a hotel. The "front desk" is a nice young person sitting at a table in the lobby with a laptop. I walked around a bit before finding them.
We loved our stay in Panoramic Living, fantastic location, ample apartment.
Great place
Great location with views of the city. Easy access to transportation and walkable neighborhood. Very helpful staff.
I was impressed when the property contacted me about my having forgotten my insulin in the fridge. It was much appreciated.
Staff was really nice ang place was clean
Great property, amazing views, clean and comfortable.
Adorei a estadia no Panoramic Living!
Overall, the property was pretty well kept. I loved the room with the kitchenette. However, the bed’s head rest was a little outdated and was falling apart, but overall it was comfortable for myself and my daughter and my husband. I like that we could use Uber eats too, get our food and that there was an option to also ask the hotel to buy groceries for us because we ended up being sick. There was a store and a pharmacy right across the street so I was able to do things by myself. The lightbulbs were a little outdated and also flickering, which was a little annoying, but overall we were able to accommodate and get through that. The receptionist people were quite kind and also commenting and anytime we needed anything they were able to help us out.
Checking in was a nightmare, while we have paid for the room through Hotel.com direct booking they have refused and forced us to pay for the booking and seek refund from the supplier. Very rude front desk staff except for a Silvia which later we found out had just worked there for one week. The rest of staff were impolite, careless. It took us over an hour to check in at 6:00 PM while we needed to rest and catch a return flight the next morning at 6:00 AM. The apartment was nice, spacious and clean with malfunctioning shower and drain system that we had no energy or time to worry about. There are a lot more option to chose from so I will certainly skip this property in future.
It is a good property for the longer stay, but for couple of days you are better off in the hotel in downtown. This one is 45 min drive from most of historic places.
We struggled to check in. We emailed to advise the property about our arrival time and were able to drop off our luggage, but when check in time arrived no one was at the office and we had to get someone to help us find staff, which took more time than it should have. We stayed one night and there was an additional security deposit and requirement that we copy our passport. Overall, the property was nice and very well located but not maintained as well as it could have been. Given the additional security deposit, we took some time to document that chips and wear and tear. The poor communication and difficulty checking in were a problem, especially as we only stayed one night and it took up a bit of time during a short visit to the area. We also had to have a staff member visit the apartment to check us out, which made an early morning departure more rushed. Overall, I would not stay here for one night, but the locTion was great for a longer stay and the time required to deal with check in/out etc might be worth it for a longer stay.
Room is very clean . Reception staffs are friendly and professional . I would recommend it!
I had to book for Web Summit at the last minute, so exploring options other than hotels on Expedia brought me to Panoramic Living. I’m glad it did. I felt like I had a home to go to with kind staff who were way more attentive than a hotel could ever give. Room was impeccable, location fantastic for Web Summit. The 7 minute walk to Moscavide meant I could be down to central Lisbon in minutes.
This place is well away from the historic old neighborhoods of Lisbon. We had a car, so it worked for us. The place is very close to train, subway, and buses. When we needed a taxi or Uber, it was easy (about 8€ to get to Alfama or Beixo). Very comfortable and well-appointed one-bedroom apt on the 22nd floor. Bed was big and comfortable. They do a nice job of supplying you with coffee, toiletries, etc. The kitchen is fully-equipped. If you’re looking for a place away from the madding crowd and close to Humberto Delgado airport, this might be for you.
I felt like cheated bcoz this property came in the list when listed for 2 bathrooms and it said 2 bathrooms while booking but after Che k in I see no 2 bath rooms .More over the management kept sending emails for self check in ,paying deposits online as they will not be available after 11 AM.The worst part they kept sending emails to let them know what time I Che k in.Spent a lot of money but not happy.
Beautiful property. Clean and spacious.
A very clean and well equipped apartment and you can get secure parking (£) for Your rental car. I thing that could have been better - there is no ventilation in the bathrooms and the extractor fans aren’t great. The facilities management must look into that.
After some early miscommunication, everybody was helpful & accomodating...really lovely.
This property is in an apartment building, which is partly being rented out as hotel rooms. The location for us was perfect: near the train station, restaurants, and shopping.
Very nice property
Pros: The apartment is WELL equipped with everything anyone can think of. It feels like being at home, not having to worry about anything missing (kitchenware, electrical appliances, first-aid kit etc.). The staff is available upon request via phone and/or WhatsApp (the reception office is under construction) and are very kind and helpful. I had a problem with the bathtub water stopper, and they sent a technician almost immediately to fix it. Cons: Location: when I ordered the apartment, I was not familiar with the city of Lisbon. It's located in a beautiful area but not near the city center. Plenty of things to do around, but it takes 30-40 minutes to get to the city center. Another issues was with the air-condition. There are two air-conditions in the apartment. One is located in the bedroom and it works fine. The other one is near the main entrance door and it's not cooling the living room properly (or it does so after working for a long time).
The location is great if you are looking to be close to the aquarium, and the other sites of parque das nações which is a great neighborhood. The interior of the apartment is very nice except for the quality of the showers where the handheld showers were hanging on by dental floss. It does heat/cool by individual units in the rooms which are off when you get in so it was very hot initially but cooled within a couple of hours. I also loved that we could find 3-bedroom units. Here are the challenges - (1) You have to phone someone when you arrive at one of the buildings who will tell you which of the buildings to walk to and wait for them to arrive. (2) It took 30 minutes of us sitting in the lobby with 2 kids, 2 seniors and 10 pieces of luggage before we were able to check in. That was after a 2nd call to remind them we were waiting. We had tickets to the aquarium and were 30 minutes late because of it. (3) Following the arrival of the checkin person we had to complete paperwork, and provide passports and creditcards for them to photograph and run, but again in the middle of the lobby with kids and frustrated parents, etc instead of exploring the city. All of this could have been done before arrival electronically and just confirmed when on-site. (4) They didn't have our payment info accurately reflected so there was back and forth on whether they should run our creditcards for a few hours before they did locate our previous payment. They absolutely would have charged us 2x if I hadnt remembered we already paid -- not intentional misrepresentation but they are just disorganized. (5) The residents of the bldg dont love that tourists are housing there - we had the elevator shut in our faces twice. (6) We had an international flight the next morning at 11am so were trying to get our group out the door at 8am and the doorbell rings for a walk through of the apartment to review for any potential damage. I had no idea this was part of the process and to have it spring up in the middle of the chaos was unexpected and frustrating. They also took the keys at that time which meant when we realized we had left something in the unit we then had to call them to return with the key so we could grab it. For all of these reasons, I would not recommend this option for tourists - it's just not worth the time and hassle when you have flown across the world to be there.
Booked this place for my family (Mom, Dad, Brother, Sister in law and 2 nieces) for their trip. They couldnt stop raving about it. They loved the area and that it was next to shops and restaurants and convenient to walk around with the kids. They said the place itself was gorgeous and the people that manage the place were so friendly and helpful and made the stay even better. They've told all their friends to stay here if they plan a trip to Portugal, so I would definitely say thats a rave review!
I came with my family of 5 and we rented a 3-bedroom apartment which was very ideal. Apartment was clean and well equipped since we did our own cooking. The location in Parques Das Nacaoes was very ideal and less than 10 minutes walk to the Vasco Da Gama central mall which made it easy to do our grocery shopping and other required shopping. We initially booked for 8 nights, but ended up extending for our entire 16 nights stay in Lisbon because we could not think of a better apartment to switch to in Lisbon.
Incredible stay! From the first moment we arrived the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The apartment is wonderful we get at home immediately. Everything is new and modern and nicely furnished. The view is really nice. The only minor complaint is the location isn’t the best however that wasn’t an issue for us. We had a car and I recommend anyone touring Lisbon to rent a car. This is one of the few cities where it’s better to have a car then use public transit. There is parking everywhere. I will definitely stay here again.
Spacious with a kitchen and nice view. Handy to subway and many local restaurants and shopping.
Beautiful apartment close to the airport. Very helpful staff .
The apartment unit was decent. Area seemed nice but we’re not happy happy about the additional 50 euros for late check-in due to delayed flight despite us notifying them in advance. They should have shared this information prior booking.
A superb view and good facilities Close to city centre good staff
Great location. Nearby restaurants and cafes. Safe area. Close to public transportation.
Very nice apartment, but with construction upstairs for the next 60 days. Hotels.com should contact Panoramic Living and add this information to its posting about the hotel. Thank you
I stayed for 3 nights and it is a wonderful service apartment. Spaceful, full equiped kitchen, Molton Brown bath amenities. Staff are very nice, well served and clear explain all the necessary during check-in and check-out. Also provided daily room clean up service. Good location, just location between 2 metro stations ( by 10mins walk) and a bus station just at the front of apartment, which you can take it directly to Lisbon city center. Lot of restaurants near by and a hipersupermarket by walk around 10mins. 100% to recommend stay in this service apartment.
Very clean nice new apartment, close to the aquarium.
First visit to Lisbon. Enjoyed our short stay.
My only complaint?! We were only there overnight. This apartment was phenomenal. The staff was exceptionally efficient and friendly. The apartment was modern, clean, and had everything you would need for an extended stay. There were 6 of us and we all found this property to be fantastic.
Good location for transport access. Comfortable bed and linen.Very clean and nice to have extra space compared to a hotel room.air conditioner was efficient.would recommend to friends and family.
The apartment was very clean, comfortable and modern. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The neighborhood was OK. It seemed safe. access to the metro was easy. There were some local restaurants but not much else to do. We needed to stay near the airport for an early morning flight out so this apartment worked out great for us. We just took the metro into the city for our entertainment.
Why do I say hard to find? Because any gps you follow will guide you towards the mall when the location is basically right after you leave the highway. We mentioned this to one of the workers and he said they need to correct it, so don’t follow gps... The apartment has the basics you need, kitchenette, iron and ironing board... You can hear the highway noise (at least from the one we stayed in). I feel like the apartment lacks some decor details to make it cozy... It is just my opinion...
A highly recommanded apart-hotel in Parque das nações. It is located near 2 metro stations: moscavide and oriente. Been here for 3 nights (24-27.6.19). I had a one bedroom apartment (I was offered an upgrade in the process of booking at the booking.com website, so the price of this apartment was the same as a studio - €332). Mine was at 21st floor (apa. #21L). It has a great view to the northeast (the Teju river and the Vasco da Gama bridge) and westwards (parts of Lisbon and the airport). The apartment was large (60 sqm). It hsa an equiped kitchen with almost all you might need (except sweetners, but with sugar): fridg, coffee machine, microwave, oven, dishwasher and a washing machine. Needless to say, you have dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots etc. The apartment also has a large living room with a smart tv and a comfortable sitting area. The bedroom is large and has a wardrobe and a safe. The bed itself is very comfortable, not too soft not too hard, so the quality of sleep is great. There are 2 airconditions: one in the bedroom and one at the entrance to the apartment, no central command. The apartment is very clean and is served on a daily basis. The staff are very cooperative and are willing to assist. Yes, you do not have breakfast there, but you have many good options around (within a short walking distance) like A Padaria Portoguese (which I visited); me & you, or the DIY (do it yourself) using products you buy in the Super-Cor Expo or in the (much larger and much better stocked) Continente. I read some comments about the hot water which were said to be unstable. I did not encounter this problem. But, you may need to wait few minutes for the hot water arrival to the tap. It happens whenever you close the tap and re-open it few moments later. But when the hot water arrive, they do not leave you all of a sudden.
The view was amazing. Our room was spacious, bright and beautifully decorated.
Great view! Very comfortable and well appointed. This is not Old Town, but a very dynamic and interesting neighborhood in Lisbon. Conveniently located near the airport.
This property is very convenient to the airport and close to the heart of Lisbon. Check in was easy and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Our apartment was clean and spacious along with updated amenities.
Great location and helpful service by staff. Transportation and shopping centre close by.
Spacious apt with all the amenities. Located in a terrific a neighborhood - very different from the old section of Lisbon. Easy access for travel by subway to the airport and other parts of Lsbon/Portugal.
Terrible receptionist and service throughout our entire stay.
Our experience at Panoramic Living was very disappointing, to say the least. This was the last night of what had otherwise been a fantastic vacation in Lisbon and then the Azores. When we arrived they told us we had to pay an additional $50 euro because it was in the evening. This was due to our flight being delayed out of Terceira. They told us to take it up with the airline and gave no consideration for our situation. When I said I would cancel the reservation and stay somewhere else, they said we’d still pay the full amount. Their rules are one thing but the manner in which the situation was handled was very poor. No consideration or empathy for the customer what so ever. After we went back and forth they took us to our room. When we can off the elevator the whole floor smelled like an ashtray. The room was okay, but the cigarette odor made it very uncomfortable. They surrounding area is not great either. All in all we had a great time in Portugal with great people, but this last night was definitely tarnished by the property we booked and how poor the customer experience was. We travel a fair amount and I would strongly discourage others from booking this property. There’s too many other great options available and Portugal is too nice a place to risk ruining your time there.
Amazing apartment, great value. Close to good dining, and check in/out very easy. Fantastic for longer stays.
We booked this "apartment" as we wanted somewhere to do some cooking, but there is very little cooking equipment provided. Also, hot water is not reliable, runs cold during your shower, management didn't really seem to care. At one point we had no hot water. Location is great, but service is really poor. It's a cross between a hotel and an apartment and does neither well.
The view was great in a safe, quite area of Lisbon.
Clean welcoming private and comfortable I would recommend anyone to stay close to airport and city
Washer/Dryer not working, gone home with wet clothes, iron not heating up properly, hot showers not stable. Bathe in cold shower
Overall we are happy with the apartment as it is very nicely decorated with most amenities. The other thing missing is the provision of laundry detergent for our washing. They provided a washing machine but with no detergent. As we only need to do one time laundry, it didn’t really make sense to buy a whole packet of detergent as we don’t want to carry it around. Anyway all the other accommodation that we stayed in provide detergent for our washing. Also If you are driving, there may be an issue with allocation of parking space as we didn’t get one when we check in. Was promised one when it is available but no one came back to us until we check out. We have to park our car along the roadside and paid using the parking meter. We also expected a nicer view from the apartment as the photos advertised show views overlooking the Harbour. Instead we have one that overlook the street junction as it is on the third floor.

We also have an issue with the hot water for bathing. The water runs cold after a short while and come back on again. As it is winter, water can be freezing cold when the heater doesn’t seem to work. We informed the reception but nothing was done. They said it could be due to over usage of the heated water as the whole tower share one supply.
The flat was very nice and clean, just like in the pictures. All the personal were very helpfull and nice. Totally recommend.
We chose this apartment/hotel because we needed to be near the airport for our last night in Portugal. Glad we did because the taxi drivers were striking; it was easy for us to get to the airport anyway by walking a few blocks to the train station and catching the Metro. The apartment was beautifully appointed with a fine view of the city, a comfortable bed and fast wi-fi. The reception staff were helpful, not only showing us to the apartment, but also directing us to the stores and restaurants we needed. The kitchen was remarkably well appointed for such a small place. We chose to walk a few blocks to the riverfront for lunch and dinner. But we could have cooked in had we wished, and we did take breakfast there. The neighborhood is not picturesque "old Lisbon," but it has attractions to offer, especially along the river. We definitely would return for another layover in Lisbon and also recommend it for anyone working briefly in the city.
Convenient for a quick stay in Lisbon during a long layover. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Panoramic living offers large, modern and clean apartments in great location, close to shopping centre and restaurants. We only stayed one night but we liked it! The view is great from higher stories.
Amazing!
New, clean and spacious
Great service. Very convenient & comfortable.
Super friendly front desk staff. Highly knowledgeable and accomodating. Made our trip!
Everything was awesome! Best hotel in our 3 weeks trip in Portugal!! Enjoyable stay in every way.
Excellent hotel-apartment facility. Good air conditioning and big apartment. Located at walking distance from train, metro, taxi and bus station at Oriente Station. Walking distance from the Oriente Shopping Center which has a major supermaket and lots of shopping and dinning choices.
I stayed there for almost a month. The apartments are extremely comfortable and functional, soundproof and well situated if you're working in the area. Otherwise close to a metro station. The reception staff was always available if needed and very kind. I would come back any time.
I booked this “Hotel” for 4 nights. They offer regular hotel rooms and studios. As per the description on the booking portal there is a late check in fee. I arrived at the airport around 10:25 am. Plenty of time to arrive there before. In fact the metro was out of order hence I had to wait 45 min for a taxi. After plenty of calls I ended up with paying “50” EUR for a service that is usually free in normal hotels. They don’t offer breakfast and the staff Didn’t look very experienced. The day I was leaving (latest check out is 11 am) the cleaning lady knocked already at 9:30 am at my door asking me when I am going to leave. I have seen plenty of other hotels nearby. Certainly real hotels. Next time I will choose one of those.
We had a wonderful high floor apartment with amazing views of the river. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had absolutely everything that you would require plus extras. It’s very contemporary and very high spec. Lots of restaurants and a shopping mall within easy walking distance as is the train station. The airport is very close too. Very easy to get the hop on hop off bus into the old town which is just beautiful. As the apartment is situated in the financial district it was nice to get the contrast with the old town. Can’t wait to go back.
This hotel was absolutely fantastic in every way! Clean, new, welcoming, incredible view, wonderful staff, close to train station, chocolates, house coats ....crisp, clean quality linen..I could have stayed here on and on. Thank you!
Nice place to stay. Easy to get around from Hotel.
Convenient location from the airport (2) stops on the subway + very close to the sport arena if you’re there for a concert. Modern + clean apartment, friendly staff. Not too many bars/restaurants around. About 10 stops + a line change to get to the city center.
We found the area brilliant for restaurants etc , quite handy for the metro and the trains (10 min walk) and very reasonably priced. The shopping mall and the arena are in the same area. Abit further on is the Oceanarium which is good value and fabulous. The promenade is a very nice walk to the Vasco degama bridge one way and the Oceanarium the other .
Found this place on Expedia after leaving it a bit late to find somewhere to stay for a concert at the Alice Arena. Travelling with a male friend, we didn't really want to share one hotel room so was really happy to have found this place. We had two bedrooms, one king & one queen size and we had a bathroom each. We could relax in the lounge / diner and it was great to have a kitchen too. More than enough room for our weekend visit although I could easily have stayed there longer. It was clean and tidy with complimentary tea / coffee & water and bathroom things too. The location was fantastic for our needs, easily walkable to the arena (about 10/15 mins). It's close to two stops on the red metro line - Oriente & Moscavide and is walkable to a good mall / shopping area too. There's a lovely walk along the riverside where we took a cable car ride and there's cafes / restaurants along there too. If you want to travel to the down to the old town you'll need two metro lines from here but they are really easy to follow. We got a taxi from the airport to the apartment but it's actually only two stops away on the metro so we did that going home - really cheap! Check-in was easy and quick and our apartment was ready before stated which was great for us to leave bags and get exploring. The ladies were really helpful. Happy also with the cost of the apartment for the weekend - cheaper than the nearest hotel but with much more room. I'd be happy to recommend it.
