The setting around the property was beautiful and the property matched! Spotless accommodation, the whole place from the lobby to the room was filled with a lovely fragrance. Easy to navigate and appearance was exceptional. The bed was comfortable and we slept as though we were at home in our own. The flowers on the balcony were eye catching even later in the summer season.

Parking was tight. When the light was full, we were instructed to park in a school parking lot across the road. There was a sign and a camera warning for local traffic only. We are confident that it won’t be a problem, but also hoping that something doesn’t turn up in our mail later on.

Todo fue increíble. Las instalaciones muy limpias y cómodas. Habitaciones con terrazas enormes y unas vistas espectaculares. Tienen una pastelería también en la que esta todo súper rico, y los desayunos son muy completos y buenos. Sin duda volvería a alojarme aquí.

Front desk lady who checked us in was extremely Helpful, polite and considerate. Given it was a rainy day she recommended a close by paved hike to the senes rifiguio. That afternoon there was one person on staff on Wednesday. That man did it all - front desk, snacks, drinks, coffee. Thursday morning was a bit chaotic as the staff was all at the restaurant but upon asking the lady a question she promptly came to the front desk pulled out a hiking map and told us exactly where to go. Just amazing staff. Knowledgeable and ready to assist. Afternoon snacks with small sandwiches desserts from their cafe were nice and a good way for their cafe and restaurant to share food.

Extremely pricy for not being in cortina. Appear to be riding on the Olympics glory capitalizing on demand but not delivering the value for price especially being in a small village Also, note unlike the U.S. there is one bottle of face soap bath soap body wash shampoo and no conditioner. So bring your own. Note heated towel rod only works in winter fyi in case someone wants to dry their clothes on it Note - front desk isn’t staffed all the time so checkout had to be done the night before for an early morning departure. Staff appear to be shared and always busy with their restaurant bar cafe.

La habitación era también apartamento. No hicimos uso de la cocina pero parecía que estaba bien equipado. El baño muy espacioso y cómodo, el desayuno espléndido y te ofrecen un snack (salado y dulce) por la tarde que nos vino fenomenal, ya que no habíamos parado a comer.

El hotel está reformado con mucho gusto, pero al edificio de atrás le vendría bien un adicional y sobre todo, poner un ascensor.

A comfortable bed and the room was clean with lovely views from the balcony. Nice recommendations by the hotel for local restaurants and walks. Nice selection at breakfast and great snacks available throughout the day for free (cakes, ice cream from the pastierie).

The room was much smaller than expected, with no space to put our large suitcase. We had to have it on the floor in front of a balcony door which was awkward, therefore a luggage rack in the room rather than a wardrobe would be more useful. There was also no air conditioning which meant we had to have the windows open at night and could hear the noise from the road which was busy with traffic throughout the night as it is the main road to Cortina. There was also no kettle in the room.

Small boutique hotel in a wonderful location, could walk into Ortesie or take the bus, stop right near hotel. Pretty grounds and a nice breakfest provided every am, and snacks available throughout the day.

Although there was no AC, the rooms, at least with a balcony cooled off at night . It would havee been nicer to have a bit longer time to access the sauna.

Café da manha e fantastico

I loved the view of the mountains from my balcony, it was just spectacular! The room was a decent size for a single person and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was well designed and spacious. The included breakfast served downstairs was great and had a good variety. The afternoon tea also included was even better, loved all the pastries and sandwiches! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to pack me a breakfast a few days I needed to depart for early hikes. There is a good car park right next door for guests to use. The hotel has a nice wellness area which you can book which includes saunas and a steam room.

For the price, I would have expected air conditioning (or at very least a fan) although no a/c seems to be common in the Dolomites. Having come from a cheap hostel in Slovenia which had a/c I was a bit shocked. A kettle with coffee and tea in the rooms would also be nice. My room fronted the road so was a tad bit noisy but the amazing view made up for it! The wellness area whilst nice did not have any cold drinking water - only a very hot tank of tea - icy cold water after a hot sauna or steam would be better! Despite these things, I still rate this as a great hotel to stay in the eastern part of the Dolomites!

Relativamente alla camera dove abbiamo soggiornato (3° piano fronte strada) dover dormire con le finestre socchiuse per il caldo fa si che ci sia parecchio rumore di auto durante la notte.

L’emplacement, au pied des montagnes avec la vue tout simplement magnifique sur les montagnes. Le grand balcon permettant de profiter de cette vue a été très apprécié. Les petits déjeuners étaient excellents. La chambre jolie et confortable mais très petite

A great and comfortable hotel for exploring the Dolomites. Cortina d’Ampezzo is only about a 15-minute drive away, making the location very convenient for exploring the area. The staff deserve special praise - everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The mountain view from the room was absolutely fantastic! A very pleasant stay and a great base for discovering the Dolomites.

Sve je izvanredno svaka čast za higijenu za organizaciju veliki besplatan parking je uvek dostupan sve u svemu dolazimo opet.

Mala zamerka je jedino za ulazna vrata na sobama imaju mehanizam za zatvaranje koji je izuzetno jak i po meni nepotreban jer tako jako zalupi vrata i onda zna da bude neugodno noću.

Un lujo poder estar en un apartamento tan magníficamente equipado, con un estilo muy montañés, y al mismo tiempo los servicios y asistencia de un hotel de lujo, donde te limpian a diario, y te sirven un desayuno excelente. Destacaría por supuesto la amabilidad y cercanía de su personal, y los servicios añadidos del alquiler asequible de bicicletas de montaña eléctricas, y el wellness (lo usamos 2 dias). Volvería sin dudarlo.

Lovely and well run hotel, connected to a busy bakery/cafe. Superior room was a good size and nicely decorated. The breakfast was excellent, including great (choice of) coffee. Afternoon tea was a delightful bonus after long walks. The bakery provides the fresh pastries and cakes for breakfast and afternoon tea.

Standard room was very small. Rooms on the front of the hotel get direct sunlight and become extremely warm in good weather. The rooms do not have airconditioning. Busy road with noise from traffic overnight so windows cannot be left open. Keeping the shutters closed all day and borrowing a fan from reception improved the conditions in the rooms, but still very warm in the small standard room. Recommend spending extra for the superior room. Nice beds, but very strange hard pillows!

Les chambre n.étaient pas équipées de climatisation ,et donnaient sur la route .C.etait extrêmement bruyant jour et nuit. De plus nôtre réservation faite plusieurs mois a l’avance n’avait pas été enregistrée ,nous avons dû passer la 1 ère nuit dans un autre hôtel …

Eine sehr schönes Hotel, mit einem leckeren und vielfältigen Speisenangebot beim frühstück und beim Nachmittagssnack. Lage war gut und nicht weit entfernt von Cortina d’Ampezzo. Überall gibt es tolle Infos zu Wanderrouten und Fahrradtouren. Die Zimmer sind recht klein aber schön eingerichtet und verfügen über einen Balkon mit einer überragenden Aussicht.

So schön und üppig eingerichtet wie die Zimmer sind, fehlt es im Bad leider an ausreichend Ablagemöglichkeiten. Zu zweit wird es da schon schnell eng. Zudem sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Da das Haus direkt an Hauptstraße liegt, ist es dementsprechend laut… auch nachts. Da es sehr warm war, war es fast nicht möglich mit geöffneten Fenstern zu schlafen.

One of the best hotels ive ever stopped in, perfect location, so clean, the food is amazing as it’s all the same food they sell in the bakery. We was too early for breakfast each morning so they made us a packed up one for us to take with us. They give you a little card each morning with activity’s for the day!

Fint beliggenhed. Dejligt område med muligheder for at tage på ture arrangeret af hotellet, vi benyttede det dog ikke. Vi lånte cykler til voksne men de havde ikke cykel til vores datter. Morgenmaden var gennemsnitlig. Hotellet tilbød eftermiddagssnack. Det var rigtig lækkert.

Der var lidt blandet service blandt personalet. To receptionister var meget imødekommende og hjælpsomme ved forespørgsler, men en medarbejder var meget afvisende og ikke særlig hjælpsom.

Breakfast buffet optimal and ample. Very good selection, even though the service with the coffee could have been more efficient. We waited for 30min until somebody came to take the order - and I had to ask first. The room was beautiful, indeed, design-wise and because of the old wood...

Having a room under the roof, 4th floor in summer, without air conditioning, is bordering on uncomfortable,..if it has 25-30 deg C outside and wood which stores heat over the day. It releases this heat of the sun during the night, slowly, but steadily and it feels like being in a sauna, about 5-10degrees more than outside the room. An extra ventilator does not do much, as it only distributes the heat and makes sweating more efficient. We almost could not sleep, with open windows, rain outside and 16degrees in the night - but that did not translate into the room. ;)

Onthaal zeer vriendelijk. Ruimte geurde heel aangenaam. Alles zeer proper en gezellig. Een erg leuke sfeer, ambiance in dit hotel. Ruime en comfortabele kamer met heerlijke bedden. Namiddagsnacks en patisserie inbegrepen (chocoladetaart was hemels). Mooi buitenterras. Kleine maar plezante wellness, kraaknet. Uitgebreid en verzorgd ontbijt. Kleine attentie bij uitchecken. Zeer goed georganiseerd allemaal. Kleine parel in de Dolomieten, hidden gem. Enige puntje: geen airco op kamers. (Stoorde ons weliswaar niet erg als we de ramen savonds openzetten)

The breakfast buffet was not refilled even though there was still 1.5 hours left before breakfast ended. When I asked, I was told it wasn’t possible. Also, the manager was rude when refusing the receptionist’s request to prepare a small gift from the pastry shop for us. The lack of hospitality was disappointing.

Absolument tout ! L’hôtel est magnifique, très propre et super bien situé, avec vue imprenable sur les dolomites. La gentillesse et l’efficacité du personnel de l’hôtel ont été irréprochables ! Le spa (en supplément) est super, presque privatif. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très jolies. Nous avons même reçu une petite attention à la fin du séjour : un strudel aux pommes offerts. Car en effet, l’hôtel possède sa propre pâtisserie. Vous y retrouverez d’ailleurs les produits au petit-déjeuner et lors de la collation offerte à partir de 16h. Bref, tout était parfait : nous reviendrons ! L’hôtel a clairement plus le standing d’un 4 étoiles que d’un 3 étoiles. Encore merci à tout le personnel pour cette belle expérience !

Il n’y a pas d’air conditionné dans les chambre, il faisait donc assez chaud, mais nous le savions en réservant. Les chambres côte rue offrent une vue magnifique sur les dolomites mais sont assez bruyantes (passage constant de voitures et de camions).

Locația a fost perfectă ptr drumeții, aproape de Cortina, am avut o suită cu spa ( jacuzzi și saună în camera), au fost fix ce trebuia după 2 zile petrecute pe munte :). Camera foarte curată, dotată cu tot ce aveam nevoie, inclusiv un mini bar inclus în preț, priveliște superbă.Cei din staff au fost foarte drăguți și ne-au pregătit de seara micul dejun ptr a doua zi, având în vedere ca a trebuit să plecăm la 6 pe munte:) cu siguranță vom reveni.

Nimic de obiectat. Ca și mâncare, nu servesc decât micul dejun, deci dacă vrei să mănânci prânz sau cină ar trebui să mergi la un alt restaurant, dar ne-au fost recomandate locațiile din zona, iar la hotel au inclusiv o pasticerie foarte drăguță și cu produse de calitate.

As refeições são ótimas. Ótimo café da manhã, o lanche da tarde também é uma ótima opção quando chegamos das trilhas. Boa estrutura. Funcionários atenciosos.

O quarto era realmente muito pequeno e não tinha ar condicionado. Para ter ventilação era necessário abrir a porta da sacada, mas aí tinha bastante barulho da avenida em frente.

The hotel is beautiful, designed to look like an alpine ski lodge, with many areas to relax and enjoy an aperitivo. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

Our room, 401, on the 4th floor was so hot it was difficult to sleep. Our stay was during the record breaking heat dome over most of Europe. I should have noticed before I booked that there is no AC at this hotel. Beware if you are visiting during the summer months!

Adorámos a nossa estadia! O hotel é muito moderno e elegante, mas ao mesmo tempo extremamente acolhedor e confortável. A limpeza foi irrepreensível e tanto o pequeno-almoço como os lanchinhos disponibilizados eram excelentes, com muita qualidade. A vista para a montanha é simplesmente maravilhosa e tornou a experiência ainda mais especial. Um hotel onde nos sentimos verdadeiramente bem e ao qual voltaríamos sem hesitar.

Wonderful staff. Fantastic breakfast. Afternoon tea was great after a hike. The pastries were fantastic. There was also a daily sheet with helpful tips on things to do.

No aircon in the rooms although they did provide a fan if required. It was a bit noisy with the traffic.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. They offer a mountain lunch for a decent price, which made things easy for us. They also offer breakfast and afternoon snacks, included with the stay, which was pretty awesome.

The bed was a bit too soft, which made us slide a bit to the centre.

인생 최고의 숙소였습니다. 직원들은 정말 친절했고, 조식과 애프터눈티 너무맛있으니 놓치지마세요. 개인적으로 구매한 와인 먹느라고 카페테리아에서 운영하는 저녁 술을 이용하지 못한게 아쉽습니다. 다시 돌로미티에 방문한다면 꼭 다시 이용할거에요. 뷰부터 밥까지 모든것이 만족스럽습니다.

Fabulous hotel very close to cortina either by car or bus which goes direct there. Parking included in the room rate as was an afternoon tea of pastries and sandwiches everyday from 3pm to 6pm (drinks are extra).we had a superior room with balcony which was very comfortable and breakfast was good as well . The hotel has a fabulous patisserie attached but be warned temptation is great . Staff were amazing , so professional and the service was top notch . Nice spa only €15 each

Unfortunately the location of the hotel is right on the main road in and out of town and traffic noise was horrendous so we couldn’t have the windows open . We were only allowed one key to the room which was inconvenient . Parking can be tight . Pricey but be expected in this area

The personnel was exceptionally kind and helpful. Diego, Miriam, Francesco, Martin they made our holiday a real dream come true. The food was out of this world and the service was better than in five star hotel. The view from the room was magnificent.

The standard room was a little bit tight. Also it gets a hot at night so without AC it might be hard in the summer. There is also some noise from passing cars.

Beautiful, wooden interiors. Breakfast was great - lots of options to choose from (also savory, which is not very common in Italy) and all of them were of good quality. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved the included snack bar in the afternoon as well.

Wellness center is reservation-only and paid separately (which wasn't advertised on Booking) - and it closes early at 8PM.

La struttura è perfetta per essere vicino a Cortina senza soggiornarvi. È nuova e pulita, confortevole e adatta per rilassarsi dopo una giornata di trekking. La pasticceria collegata è un notevole plus per chi è goloso
