Premier Inn Sakarya

Stuff is nice and they try to help.

It is quite dirty and outworn.

I liked the reception and treatment of the employees, especially the reception

The lobby is very spacious and stylish, the rooms are larger than they appear and the furniture is quite new. I also thank the waiter for the complimentary coffee.

Clean room, conveniently located and good service

Staff were fantastic and the whole hotel was amazing!

N/A

A beautiful hotel with large, clean rooms. I felt very comfortable. A good restaurant on the ground floor with excellent food. Very friendly staff at the hotel and restaurant. I will book again the next time I'm in the area.

I like everything about this hotel. My reservation was for a presidential suite, I experienced I great time there then.

The breakfast was ok, but nothing exciting or special. The muhezin singing at 4:30 in the morning was pretty annoying for a non muslim, sorry.

Nice hotel to stay in for a few days, good breakfast, clean room

Hotel is nice clean in good location , staff are good in general

Fitness and spa great team

Mükemmel bir oteldi. Zorlu bir günün ardından biraz sinirli tavırlarımı bile tolere edebildiler. Odalar temiz ve ferah. Wi-fi sorunsuz. Kahvaltı gayet başarılı. Tekrar teşekkür ediyorum.

Nice staff and good value for the money. The room wad nice.

Very nice and clean hotel. Great staff made sure we had a very pleasant stay.

Booked this hotel for 2 nights. We arrive after a 4 hour drive, offload our luggage and proceed to check in with my wife and 3 children. We had booked the family room. Upon giving my booking confirmation paper, the front desk manager ask for my ID and gave it to him, then my wife's ID card and that was also presented, after that he asked for my children's ID cards and I tell him that we don't carry their cards for such a short journey. He says that they cannot check us in if we don't have children's ID card. I tell them that both parents have ID and our kids are under 14 years of age but to no avail. The hotel staff were stubborn and unhelpful and arrogant to say the least. Anyway they ended telling us we could not check in even though the reservation was confirmed and paid for. We are happy we did not stay as the location is in a ghetto suburb of Adapazari. Full of mechanics, petrol stations and factories. Good luck if you book at this hotel.

Tavsiye ederim. Çok güzel ve kaliteli. Rahat etmek isteyenler tereddütsüz seçebilir. Fiyatlar da çok uygun.

It was a good experience in general for a business trip. Pool is rather small, that can be the only remark for this stay.

Perfect location and cleanliness. The only thing is poor wifi, which is limited to only 3 devices besides being slow. I chose My itenary from hotels.com to include breakfast for 2 adults & 2 children, when I checked in the receptionist said my 11 year child is not included in the breakfast offer and will pay additional for that. This is our 3rd hotel we stay at in Turkey during our trip and the breakfast issue was only encountered here.

Very clean rooms, new and conformtable furniture. Very friendly and good looking English speaking staff. Very big lobby space with nice decoration.
