Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Great location, staff is very nice. Motorcycle parking is safe from rain which is good.
Can get quite noisy at night from the hotels around and the bars, and people often sit outside and can get loud at times. We had to use mosquito repellent every night as the rooms aren’t tightly sealed but it wasn’t too bad.

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026Even though the villas are right in the town centre, it was so quiet. You can also walk down to the river which was lovely. Bungalows are super cute, have a cosy loft bed and plenty of space. We also loved the lush, tropical plants everywhere- it felt like being in the jungle. Bring mosquito spray!
The breakfast is pretty average, our bungalow had a musty smell/ felt wet at times and the bed/ pillows were a bit hard, but otherwise we loved it 😊

Reviewed Jun 17, 2026Tucked off a quiet side street off main walking street so central to everything. Close to bus station in town. Mattress was super comfortable. Polite staff not full English but provided enough for a small guest house. Breakfast was basic and repeated every morning.
Nice position close to river but no chairs or relaxing provided on outside space. Would be a good addition? Bed side light would be useful too.

Lovely rooms with private bathroom, mosquito nets, kettle, fridge, hammock, terrace Nice simple breakfast with water, teas / coffee provided all day Setting is beautiful right on the river Efficient staff Let us check in slightly early too

Reviewed Jun 1, 2026The location is amazing! 2 minute walk from walking street The bungalows all come with their own hammock and the surrounding garden is very peaceful We only had a fan in our room but it worked quite well for us as it is large and powerful Aside from what is written below we very much enjoyed our stay!
Breakfast has little to no options (only toast, eggs and salad) no tea bags! We felt that every time we needed help from the front desk they were dismissive and quite rude (refused us ice when our friend hurt his foot, laughed with other staff in front of us when we asked if they had tea bags. It felt as though we were interrupting their leisure time whenever we needed help with something) Sadly this left us feeling quite uncomfortable towards the end of our stay.

Reviewed Mar 18, 2026Posto fantastico in centro a Pai, ho avuto un bungalow sul fiume ed ho apprezzato molto l privacy e la tranquillità del posto. Il mio appartamento è bellissimo e pieno di ogni confort.
Colazione un po' troppo occidentale, avrei preferito più frutta e/o riso. Ma tutta Pai e così, piena di posti con burger e pizza.

Vriendelijk personeel en een lekker ontbijt. De kamer kan dagelijks schoongemaakt worden en de hangmat bij het huisje is heerlijk om in te ontspannen. Zeker een aanrader!

J'ai apprécié le calme au bord de l'eau, la situation en retrait de la rue principale bruyante et malgré tout sa proximité avec son sympathique marché de nuit. Bon petit déjeuner très complet.

Reviewed Feb 14, 2026Leuke, kleine huisjes, vrij uitzicht vanuit je hangmat :) hele fijne ligging net buiten de drukte maar toch heel dichtbij Pai walking street, eenvoudig maar prima ontbijt, een veranda waar je uit de zon lekker kan zitten, hele goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding.
Er zaten wat ruimtes tussen de planken waar evt wat beestjes door zouden kunnen komen maar dit viel erg mee.
