It’s very central, just a few minutes walk from the express bus station. We had a luxury room with sea view which was very spacious and comfortable, the staff were very helpful and recommended a place to eat delicious sashimi.

No cups or glasses in the room. No tea or coffee making ingredients. Bath towels were the size of hand towels. Otherwise a good location. Clean. Friendly staff.

속초해수욕장이랑 가깝고 방도 생각보다 넓어서 만족해요

This property is showing signs of age however it was clean and comfortable and extremely close to the Express bus terminal. My only complaint was that the windows thT looked out over the "eye" and beach were extremely dirty and therefore I was unable to enjoy the view

숙박 잘 사용하고 잘 쉬었다가 감

속초해수욕장과 가까운 근접성 때문에 선택했는데 침구상태가 너무 별로에요. 덮으려고 할 때마다 커버는 겉돌며 자꾸 벗겨지고 펄럭일 때마다 먼지가 얼마나 나는지ㅜ 난방은 더워서 추위 걱정은 안하셔도 돼요.

Location very close to express bus terminal and stops to Seoraksan. Breakfast was simple and tasty with good variety. Reception was very helpful. Dining area view was fabulous. Wider range of shops and restaurants within reasonable walking distance.

Drying arrangements were a bit limited; the room was quite small and the balcony was rather unkempt. And the kitchen facilities were unavailable for use. Limited dining in the immediate area.

So much potential, front desk staff was the best. Maintenance on the property needs improvement same goes for the cleaning. The location is perfect.

아침 식사가 다양하고 맛 있었습니다. 조망도 아름답고 식당 직원들도 친절하고 깨끗했습니다. 객실도 깨끗이 괸리되고 써플라이도 다음날 아침이 공급해주어서 편리했습니다.

Bed was very comfortable, space was nice and large and with a very pretty view of the sea, no complaints about our stay except for the room perfume sticks which were quite strong.

Great location, lovely views, and very comfortable.

I wasn't provided with hand soap for the sink, and I only had hand towels. There was a strange smell too. It said the room had a balcony but it didn't. Also, the elevator didn't work very well.

객실이 깨끗하고 소음등의 문제가 없었습니다. 침대가 넓어서 편안히 잠잘 수 있었네요.

30만 정도의 금액으로 숙박하기에 매우 돈이 아까움 해수욕장 근처라는 메리트와 사람들이 식당에서 올린 사진에 혹해 방을 예약해으나 너무 별로임.다음에 속초에 또 오고싶지 않을 정도임.주차장도 식사후 다시 들어가려니 자리도 없어서 길가에 대고,샴푸,린스는 바뀌어져있음. 주방을 치웠으면 좋겠고,블로거지들이 올린 방에 세탁기?그런거 있지않음.베란다는 문을 열고싶지도 않음 창문이 더러워서 손이 더러워질거같음 에어컨은 좌우위아래 조절 불가.암튼 너무너무 별루임 차라리 산속에 있는 호텔이나 리조트에 묵고,차로 이동하는게 좋을듯하다 속초해수욕장은 샤워장,발닦는곳,모래터는곳이 잘 되어있어서 근처의 숙소는 별의미없음 사진추가하고 싶은데 업로드 안됨 ㅠ

Location of the hotel was 10/10. Walking distance from the Express bus terminal and stone's throw from the Sokcho Beach. Beautiful view of the ocean from the room. Room itself was spacious and well equipped.

The room was not the cleanest. The cabinets under the kitchen were very dirty. I couldn't get housekeeping as the staff has not clearly communicated that housekeeping is only on request.

Great location: 5min from Express Bus Terminal, from the beach, from the bus stop to Seoraksan national park. Room is spacious and very comfortable bed. Quiet at night.

When we arrived there was no one at the reception and we couldn't contact them, as we had phones with data only, no calls, so we had to wait. Luckily there was another person, who came to reception and called them from their phone. There is nowhere to sit at the reception.

It is not European standard, probably Koreans could think diffrently. Only small towels not bigger for shower.

The room was large and spacious. The room was also clean and well-kept. The hotel was very close to the express bus terminal, and a short walk from the bus to seoraksan. Basic amenities were provided, and there was also a kettle and fridge. Very good for a short stay in sokcho, and I would not hesitate to stay again.

There is no separation between the shower and toilet, so it does get wet after having a shower.

Other than the hotel building being near the end of its useful cycle and a bit rough around the edges: the staff 5 stars, cleanliness 5 stars, location 5 stars, value 5 stars and 5 stars for frugality. Special shout out for employee assisting me with printing Korail tickets and charging a T-card. All good.

Very clean and comfortable, Microwave in the room, big room, window to the beach.

Toilet paper can't be flushed, I would prefer bidet but not available.

This hotel is adequate, there is nothing bad about it. For what you pay, it is fine. It's not a glamorous option, but doesn't pretend to be. Clean room, comfortable beds. Breakfast options weren't great, would be good to add one or two non-Korean dishes (not everyone can deal with spicy kimchi at 8am!). The surrounds are nothing special (could you clean up the area by the hotel so the sea view isn't polluted by litter?), although it IS situated 2 minutes from the bus station which is useful if you are arriving from Seoul (or wherever) by bus.

We spent 2 nights in this hotel in November. It is very conveniently located just next to the Express Bus Terminal and to Sokcho Beach. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The staff was very helpful and spoke English.

Great location, close to the bus station and beach. Room was spacious and comfortable. The wifi is good for working if you need a reliable connection as well.

We had some mosquitoes but that’s common everywhere in Seoul too at this time of the year.

해수욕장과 가깝고 주변 교통이 좋아요

속초해수욕장이랑 가깝고 물놀이하고 돌아오기 좋아요.. 주차는 건물밖이지만 가까워요, 조식도 아침에 먹기 좋구요, 이상하게 에어컨이 약하고, 샤워 물빨이 약해요.. 네식구가 물빨이 약해서 씻는데 오래걸려요.. 그거 빼고는 직원들도 친절하시고,저희는 3박했는데 시트교환 쓰레기통비우기 수건까지 잘 해주셨어요.. 준성수기였는데 금액도 만족 스러웠엉ᆢㄷ

만족해요. 당일예약해서 아내와 떠났습니다. 잠자리도 편안하고 아침도 만족 했습니다.

숙소에서 속초아이랑 바다가 바로 보여서 전망은 너무 좋았어요 위치도 바다랑 가까워서 밤산책 나가기도 좋았어요 방도 따뜻하고 침대도 넒어서 하룻밤 자기에는 괜찮았어요. 성인2명이 같이 자도 넓게 잘수있어요 아쉬웠던점은 화장실 수압이 약해서 졸졸졸 나와요 샤워할때 좀 시간이 걸려요 수건을 딱 인원수에 맞게 1인당 1개 줘요 물병은 인원이 4명이였는데 2개 준비 되어있었어요 창문에 방충망이 없어서 환기시킬려고 문을 열어 놓을수가 없었어요 그래도 하룻밤 자기에는 정도 딱 정당했습니다

다른 점은 좋게 평가합니다 그런데 방바닥 청소가 전혀 되지 않아서 먼지가 구석에 쌓여 있습니다 그냥 침대시트만 갈아준 것 같은 느낌 다른점은 좋았습니다

시설이오래되어 보임 리모델링 하다만 느낌 객실내에 케케한 냄새가 나서 싫었어요 중앙난방이라. 온도 조절이 안되서 더워서 잠을 제대로 못잤음 조식 식당은 의외로 엄청깔끔 했음

Location is great, only a short walk to the beach

Room is way smaller than what they advertise on website which is 66m². We stayed another hotel on previous night which was 45m², this room is even way smaller than the other one. There is no on photos, but kitchen facility is in the corner of room which is not allowed to use. It makes a room even smaller, no dinnidng table or tea table set in a room. No mosquito net on window (slide door), so do not expect to leave the door open in summer time you will be bitten heaps!

Very good location, 5mins walking distance to Express bus terminal and to the beach. Family style hotel comes with washer and dryer. Room size is just nice for 2 adults. No bathtub, but bathroom was clean. Staffs at front desk were friendly.

Pillows are too soft; the bottled water provided is not sealed, doesn't feel it's hygiene to drink...

위치 너무 좋고 뷰도 좋아요 침대도 크고 편하고 근데 청결상태가 너무.....

For me, the most important things that I value on a 3 star hotel are: price, bed and shower. Price: really worthy for what you get. Bed: very comfortable. Shower: big shower with nice water pressure! Also, great WiFi connection.

There were some stains on the couch in the room.

I liked the location of the hotel, the price, all the amenities for living, the staff. Beach, attractions, cafes, snacks within walking distance.

I didn't like the balcony. It was dirty, the beach was not visible from the window, it was impossible to open the window. We lived on the 3rd floor.

Leaving.

First of all the room was not as advertised on the website. It's a small dark room and when you open the window you are welcomed by an enclosed balcony with the smell of urine. you can't go out onto the balcony as it is flooded with what I hope was only water. In the room, we were given a kettle, a microwave, a stove( without a sign saying we aren't allowed to use the stove), and A washing machine which I didn't bother using as half the pipes weren't even connected to it, and some clothing device that seems to do a form of ironing as it hangs. A tv with that speaker doesn't go loud enough to overpower the sounds and voices that are coming from the hotel hallway. Now, yes we are greeted with appliances in a dark room but we can't use these appliances at the same time as there are only 4 wall sockets in the room. That sounds fine but they are all in a corner on a wall under the table. So you want to use the kettle, the fridge, the TV, and the air conditioner at the same time, that's fine.... but maybe plug in a laptop or phone charger or hair dryer? That means you have to unplug either the TV or fridge or microwave. So you are just constantly switching plugs for whatever the need be or device you want to use. Finally, thinking of having a late morning after spending most of the night out before??? Not here. The staff will ring on your doorbell and even start banging on your door in a very aggressive manner just to give you a small towel and a bottle of water. On the door is a floor map of the hotel, which clearly indicated that the room we got was the only room being shared with an elevator shaft... which might explain it being dark and small. This makes me think that we were the only unlucky visitors and at the same time paying the same as everyone else that actually probably got half-decent rooms. I did get a glimpse of the other rooms as they were being cleaned and those ones look like the ones on the website.
