⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A wonderful place, amazing people and a fantastic holiday! We stayed at All Senses Nautica Blue with my wife, our daughter and a family friend, and we had a truly wonderful time. From the very beginning, we were impressed by the extremely friendly and helpful ladies at reception. They were always smiling, welcoming and ready to help. In fact, the entire hotel staff deserves a huge thank you. The service in the restaurant and at the beach bars was absolutely fantastic. We met so many kind, friendly and genuinely wonderful people who made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The hotel itself is beautifully located right by the sea. We have never stayed anywhere where the sea was so incredibly close. The sound and view of the sea were simply amazing. Our large terrace and private pool were also fantastic and made our stay even more relaxing. The food was absolutely delicious, with plenty of choice for everyone. We really enjoyed our meals, and once again, the restaurant staff were wonderful. And there is one more thing that made this place especially special for us — the cats! 🐈❤️ We are big cat lovers, and there were so many cats and little kittens around the resort. They were incredibly friendly and affectionate, and some of them would even climb onto our laps for cuddles. For us, this was a lovely and unforgettable bonus! Overall, we absolutely loved our stay. Beautiful surroundings, the sea right next to the hotel, delicious food, a private pool, a wonderful atmosphere and, most importantly, fantastic people. A big thank you to the entire All Senses Nautica Blue team for making our holiday so special. We would happily come back again! ❤️🇬🇷🐈
Personale gentile e disponibile. Buffet rifornimento continuamente.
Definitely not a 5-star experience We stayed at All Senses Nautica Blue for just one night at the end of our Rhodes trip, mainly because of its relatively convenient location for the airport. For one night, it was okay and did the job, but had we booked this resort for a full week, I would have been very disappointed. The biggest issue is that, in my opinion, this is simply not a 5-star hotel. The property feels very tired, with a lot of visible wear and tear throughout the resort. There are numerous areas that look like they have not received the level of maintenance you would expect from a five-star property. Some of the issues around the private pool area could even be considered safety hazards, which is particularly concerning. The good The pre-arrival communication was phenomenal. The reservations team were excellent, proactive and extremely helpful before we arrived. They set expectations very high, so credit where it is due — their communication was genuinely five-star. The staff we interacted with during our stay were also generally pleasant and helpful. Service was decent, although I wouldn't describe it as outstanding. Our private pool itself was lovely and the water was very clear, which was a big positive. There was a little debris on the bottom, but that didn't really bother us. The problem was more the condition of the surrounding area: a loose/wobbly ladder, splintered wood and broken glass panels really downgraded what should have been a premium experience. The resort also has a beautiful seaside setting and some great sunset views. The location is secluded, so if you're looking for somewhere quiet, that can actually be a positive. But it also means there isn't much nightlife or anything immediately around the resort — you'll need a car or taxi and you're looking at roughly 20–25 minutes by car to find more life. Food & drinks The food was okay, but definitely not five-star quality.
Very nice location, sunsets, beach,…

If I could give zero stars, I would. Paid £600 to upgrade to a junior suite with private pool, 1st day the kids feet were cut to bits because of broken tiles in the pool. Reported to reception, told not to use the pool, someone will come to repair it, returned to reception multiple times, no solution, asked to move rooms, told it wasn’t possible. The day before check out we asked for late checkout as we weren’t being picked up until 11pm for our flight home. We were asked to move to another room that night so that they could repair the pool for the next guests. We agreed. The second room was worse than the first, pool unusable due to the same damage as the first pool. The room was disgusting and it was infested with ants inside and out. Food was revolting. Most staff were awful apart from 1 bar man (usually on the pool bar) and the lady at guest relations was nice too (didn’t solve any issues though) but she was polite, unlike the rest. Most guests were unhappy, entertainment is only for the French. Hotel in the middle of nowhere, €70 to get to town just to escape the awful conditions of the hotel. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all. We reported all problems to the holiday company while we were away, currently awaiting a refund for bare minimum of the upgrade, or we will be seeking legal action. Not a 5 star, not a 4 star. I have stayed in better 3 stars. As someone who goes on 5-10 holidays a year, this is the first time I have ever complained and by far the worst resort I have ever been to. Avoid! There are much better options out there! Attached a few pictures but there are many many more and the videos won’t upload which is a shame because it’s easy to see how run down the place is on the videos
Where to begin, the hotel is very run down, the rooms look like they have all been flooded and limescale is part of the decor.. the food is basic, only seen chicken and pork, it lucky I like Greek salad as that is the only thing that tastes nice.. ice cream is melted.. we asked reception to move room only to be told there is nothing wrong with our room but they will fix the problem with the drains.. the mattress are cover in stains.. the sheets don’t fit the beds.. the kids have a sofa bed, we thought we would at least have single beds.. everything is in French.. the nicest part of the hotel is the beach.. have been to reception multiple times, which we are greeted with shoulder shrug to most questions or pointed to an empty desk and when you ask where the person is you get I don’t know. The entertainment is French and of an evening there isn’t much to do. Additionally charged if you would like to use the sunset bar and the on site shop is expensive. Very remote setting and the bus in a 1.2km walk
More 3 star than 5 but relaxing break 1074993219 Would say this is more like a 3 star environment, it feels like a site that has the potential to be great but really needs some investment- this is reflected in the price point compared to other hotels when we were looking. Rooms are very basic in furniture, we had a private pool room which made our stay, but no tv in the ‘living room’ and no separating wall in the bathroom from the main bedroom made it slightly awkward travelling with our teen. Everything just needs a bit of love. Having said that when we reported major issues they were dealt with quickly. Food was fairly simple but edible, the Italian restaurant wasn’t worth it in our opinion. The beach was fine- the sandier beach a 5 min walk along the coast was better but swimming by the hotel was very safe. Sunsets are gorgeous from all over the resort. Cocktails were a bit hit and miss but wine and beer seemed fine. We had water to our room every day and filled up at snack bar and restaurant as needed. Most of staff seemed very friendly. Lots of cats which is to be expected in Greece but left along unless you feed them. It is remote but that’s clear when you book so shouldn’t surprise anyone. If you want to walk, the beach next door has a few little bars for a change of scene. Overall we didn’t feel this hotel isn’t 5 stars as most people would expect it, but hopefully with some future money spent on it it could be great as the location with the sunsets could really be maximised

Staff - smiling, welcoming and willing to help Location - secluded and not overcrowded Food - greek cuisine best represented daily, kids (and adults 😉) adored ice creams Drinks - you stay 24/7 hydrated with water and soft drinks stands in main restaurant and snack bar; nice list of all inclusive cocktails + affordable prices if you want something which is not in the list Private beach, games room, animation team Private pool in junior suite VIEWS!!!
A bit outdated rooms, but provided everything for relaxed and comfortable stay. Pina colada without a coconut cream Missing balls on snooker tables
Stayed for 7 days with my mum and son, checking in was fine customer service was good. Entered the room the floor was wet looked like they just had finished cleaning it, toilet didn’t smell very good damaged furniture. Food was very basic for a 5 start hotel not to my taste a lot of the dishes was repeated a lot of grilled pork not enough cow meat or grilled chicken, there was chicken cooked but not properly cleaned, if we wanted water we had to buy bottles because the water was giving in a cup from the bars. Noise level from our room was fine we stayed on the quiet side of the hotel. Entertainment was in French don’t get me wrong the staff were friendly and polite. The ocean view was beautiful. There’s a bigger beach just on the side of the hotel private beach and I thought it was much better and clean. Just didn’t wow me for a 5 star hotel I won’t be going back to the same hotel.
Dobré jídlo, příjemný personál, dobré rozložení služeb– dostupnost a nabídka barů přímo u pláže a u bazénu. Dostupnost lehátek na pláži.
Některé nefunkční vybavení hotelu-venkovní sprchy, posilovna. Opotřebovanost vybavení pokojů. Malý přístup k moři, jen v okrajové části resortu.
I would not recommend this resort if you are English speaker travelling with children . You will probably find it very boring, especially because the resort is far away from everything and there is practically nothing around it. We knew that the resort was “in the middle of nowhere”, but we expected there to be plenty of activities, a gym and a spa. There was something like gym outside (like yhe ones we have in parks which are like for kids).Unfortunately, most of the activities were only available in French. The worst part was that there was almost nothing for English-speaking children. We went to the kids’ club twice with our children. The first time, the female animator told us that it was only for French-speaking children. You can imagine how disappointed my children were. I asked when activities were available for English-speaking children, and she sent me the times using a translation app: 9:00 am–12:30 pm or 2:30 pm–5:00 pm. These are exactly the times when children want to be at the beach or in the swimming pool, especially during the hottest part of the day. No child would want to spend those hours inside. While the French-speaking children were enjoying activities, our children could only watch, and we ended up feeling very bored. There wasn't gym but when we booked we saw that they mentioned gym and spa, spa is only massage which is 90 eu or more. I must say that the girls and the boys working in the restaurant were lovely. They were always smiling, greeted us warmly and did their jobs very professionally. The person responsible for the service Peros should learn from them how to welcome and communicate with guests, as his attitude was often unfriendly. I also have to mention the lady who worked during the day at the snack bar, which I think was called Savoria. The service there was very poor. Several times I went to ask for some milk for my baby. I would stand there with the baby waiting to be noticed, even though the fridge was only about five seconds away from her. On one occasion, I waited until she had finished cleaning the food area and then politely asked, “Excuse me, could you please give me some milk for the baby?” She looked at me unpleasantly and said, “Can you wait until I finish working?” She then started collecting food. After that, I stopped asking her and simply got milk from the restaurant instead. Every time you entered the snack bar, she gave you a look as if you were entering her own home rather than a place where guests were supposed to be welcomed. The rooms also had problems. We found ants inside our room, and outside the resort we saw mices. The food was average, with not a great deal of choice. If you want to go to Rhodes Town, you have to walk for around 20 minutes along a road and cobbled paths, or take a taxi, which cost around €70 each way when we checked. The shop inside the resort was also extremely expensive. Overall, I found this resort far too boring and, in my opinion, it is definitely not a 5-star experience. I would rate it closer to 2 stars. If you are older and looking for a quiet place where you don't need many activities, perhaps this resort could be suitable for you. However, for young people and families with children, I would not recommend it. There are simply not enough activities or entertainment for English-speaking guests, and the location makes it difficult to do anything outside the resort.
We were very sceptical about this place after reading the bad reviews and were going to try and change hotels but thought we’d give it the benefit of the doubt and see how it went. On arrival the hotel looks run down and tired and we didn’t arrive until 2 am after our flight was delayed. We had 3 children with us and were given a room with not enough beds so the youngest had to share the hard uncomfortable bed with myself and my partner. The room was awful broken beds and a broken desk in the room and everything seemed covered in stains. The next day we were changed to a ground floor floor family suite with private pool instead of the upper one which had the right amount of beds. If it hadn’t been for the private pool I think i would have come home, the private pools in the deluxe family suites is the only positive thing about this hotel. Food is some of the worst I’ve had at an all inclusive, entertainment is non existent, beds are hard, stained and very uncomfortable. Staff are all miserable, I didn’t encounter one friendly member of staff in our weeks stay. Air conditioning also didn’t work in the kids room. The hotel is literally in the middle of nowhere we had to hire a car (which was actually very reasonably priced) to be able to go and do anything. I wouldn’t return and would say to anyone else if you’ve got young kids swap and go elsewhere.
I enjoyed my experience here in Nautica blue, the staff was very welcoming and kind especially in the restaurant with great service
Fabulous location- Lovely staff- Clean and spacious rooms Amazing pools Loved the cocktails
Our stay at all sense was make lots of sense 😉 was absolutely flawless. The rooms were decent clean and comfortable, the food was delicious with incredible variety, and the entire property was beautifully maintained. What truly made our holiday unforgettable was the staff, their warm Greek hospitality and exceptional service made us feel welcome every single day. We highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Rhodes and cannot wait to come back
Very good the place is nice and comfortable
Velmi milý personál a za tu cenu velmi mnoho jídla, all inclusive. Na plazi zdarma slunečníky a stolečky.
Špatné drinky na baru, prostěradlo vůbec nedrželo na matraci, jídlo repetitivní.
Stayed here for one night as flight was cancelled - it was not a good experience. I understand that star ratings in different countries vary and that the rooms may have been prepped for us at short notice but basic standards were lacking here. The room was not clean - the bathroom was dirty, floors not swept, there was a sticky substance on the bedside table, inside the fridge was disgusting! The mattress on the double bed (2 singles pushed together) was too big so overhung the bottom. The mattresses were not comfortable. Breakfast food was completely cold and there was what looked like bird poo on one of the tables, which was dry so bad been there for some time and theg simply ignored it and laid the table. Picture also included of the door for the women’s toilet which had a handle missing therefore I’m not sure how the door was cleaned. The cleaner unlocked the door and walked into our room at 8am in the morning so clearly it had not been communicated that the room was occupied and it had not been cleaned. We asked her for some towels as we had one towel between the four of us but she didn’t seem to understand what we were saying and never came back! The reception staff were not at all friendly. Maybe this is because we were not guests for the week but their attitude reflected very badly on the hotel. If you are thinking of visiting from the UK I would strongly advise you to avoid this hotel
We were placed in this hotel by TUI after our flight was cancelled. We fully understand that this was an emergency situation and accommodation had to be arranged at short notice, but that does not excuse putting families into rooms that are simply not fit for purpose. Our room had no working air conditioning, was damp and smelled awful, and was infested with ants. There was also inadequate lighting, which upset our children so much that all four of us ended up trying to sleep in one double bed together. To make matters worse, after an already stressful flight cancellation, we have been left with no lunch and no water provided. We weren’t expecting luxury. We were expecting somewhere clean, safe and reasonably comfortable to sleep while TUI dealt with the cancellation. Instead, what should have been emergency accommodation added considerably more stress to an already difficult situation. A cancelled flight may be beyond someone’s control. The standard of the accommodation you place families in is not. TUI should seriously reconsider using this hotel for disrupted passengers. Nobody, particularly families with children, should be expected to accept these conditions simply because their flight has been cancelled.
What a horrible place! How anyone can write a positive review about this dump is beyond me! Our flight got delayed so we were put up in this dump for the night and it was horrendous! An entire bus load of passengers were put up and I don’t think I spoke to 1 family who was happy. Most families refused to stay in the rooms and slept overnight in reception as the rooms were filthy. After we checked in, we went to our room and the door handle nearly came off in our hands. On entrance we only had 3 single beds and we were a family of 4! The room still had dirty dishes all in the sink and the room stank of damp with dirty sheets and surfaces. We went back to reception and were given another room and this one only had 3 beds as well! 3rd time lucky (and this was at 1:30am with crying kids) and we were given a room with 4 beds! Although the room clearly hadn’t been updated since the 1980’s and was very tired we slept there as only saying for the night until new flight next day. I would avoid as everyone was complaining. A lot of guests had no lights at all and were told to use the torches on their phones as maintenance had gone home 😩
We were placed here quite late following a cancelled flight. There was only 1 person on the desk when we got there who, in fairness, did his best. However several guests came back with rooms that were not clean and some had no electricity and there was nothing that could be done. Although our room was clean it and indeed the whole resort is tatty and somewhat dated. Peeling paint everywhere, uneven old boards etc. isn’t what you’d expect from a 5 star hotel. Didn’t get a chance to have dinner but breakfast was very average. There wasn’t any juice at all, just squash or carbonated drinks and I did ask specifically. Plenty of choice but the quality was lacking which given that a lot of the clientele appeared to be French was a surprise. The grounds were pretty clean and the view looked nice. We didn’t get a chance to sample everything there activity wise but suffice to say that several people from our flight simply spent the night in the lobby as their rooms were dirty or smelt bad. The staff we encountered were polite and did their best but the place needs some serious investment. It is also pretty isolated so if you want to pop out it would be more of a mission. I appreciate that I was tired and tetchy through no fault if the hotel but there is absolutely no way this can be considered a 5 star hotel. No idea how much this place costs and if it’s cheap then that may mitigate some of the criticisms.
Such an isolated location and limited transport options , have to hire a car to get to supermarkets etc. If you want a complete step of grid holiday it’s perfect. Sadly a two tier customer service that it’s focused mainly on the French customers , the entertainment and all aspects of the facilities geared to the French. Even the AI bands are different colour and material 😣 the British bands are blue plastic and the French are silver ribbon. I personally enjoyed the food but was not of high standard there were options of offal and low cost food like fish fingers. Loved the ice cream. The staff were not friendly and didn’t always translate into English language , restaurant staff were snappy and short tempered. The hotel accommodation was nice , swimming pools clean but the area was not kept clean and showers were slimy . For the first time in all my Greek holidays was I happy to return home . First beach/sea with no finish 🥺 great sunsets Expensive mistake
AVOID AVOID AVOID Absolutely awful place, place is dirty, yellow pillows mouldy shower curtains, dirty floors and walls toilet doesn’t flush, dead rats left around and not cleared up, no where near as advertised there is no privacy in your room if you’re a family. Food was mediocre and the day menu was left overs from night before. I would suggest they rewrite their website. French had a different coloured wristband to all other guests and are the only ones asked to join in pool games, night entertainment all in French. No respect from entertainment team, once stated to another family ‘the English are dirty’ it’s miles out from the town bus services shocking 20 min walk to a bus. Taxi £65euro each way,,,. The travel guy in reception wanted £175 euro as he charged €35 per person. I would never recommend this place to anyone ever.
Prywatny basen, plaża, widok z okna, morze
Lokalizacja, drinki all inclusive, jedzenie bardzo nudne
Aside from the staff, who were always super nice and helpful, there's not much else to say that hasn't been said already. It's pretty much an all-inclusive tourist trap. So, if you're expecting a 5-star hotel but are okay with 2-star quality, then sure, come here. The website photos don't show what it's really like. I stayed in a topfloor room with a pool view, but I don't think the other rooms are much different when you look at the amenities. Every morning at 10 am, i was forced to listen to blasting techno music coming from the animation personal in the pool. It reminded me the movie "Good morning Vietnam" but worse. There's a lot of stuff that's broken, old, taped up, worn out... you get the idea. The food was diversed which made it possible to create healthy meals. There was a lot of crap but also good food (still not 5 start quality). The best thing about the hotel is that it's right next to 2 kiteboarding centers, which means if you're a kitesurfer, you can get an all-inclusive kiteboarding week with awesome conditions. It's a shame the beach is so dirty (among other things). It would make a huge difference if they cleaned it up. To sum it up: If you're looking for a kitesurf trip at a great price, just go for it. But if you want a quiet week with your family and 5-star service, you might want to think twice.
Came here as a last minute 5 day get away with a friend and must admit was a bit cautious at first because of the reviews but absolutely loved it. Yes the entertainment is very much directed at the French but it didn’t bother us at all. Might have been different if we had kids. Rooms were spotless. Staff were friendly. No life guards at the pool where we stayed. Just a pool guy that came round once in morning and once in the evening to tidy beds up. Pools lovely and clean. Food was always spot on. Snacks and ice cream and drinks all available throughout the day just help your self and some lovely walks. Walked every morning and night to feed Mario’s the donkey an apple. Hired a bike and did a few long bike rides sweets etc in the onsite shop where pretty expensive. Much cheaper in the little shops in the village at top of road but it’s a good 20 minute walk. Sunset was magic every evening. Gorgeous little spot. we would definitely return as would everyone that we met there. Not one person had a complaint. There is a lot of cats roaming around if you don’t feed them they soon go away apparently, I wouldn’t know as I kept feeding them and had many friends for the 5 days 🥰
This hotel is great. We enjoyed our holidays, thanks to the pools, the proximity of the beach. Kosta and Katelina (at the main bar) are really nice. They welcomed us with warmth ! Thank you so much for this energy.
Poor poor poor not a 5 star hotel more like a 2 star hotel- in middle of nowhere must hire a car . Rooms basic and dated. Beach is dirty but sea was clean. Pool was OK but loud music allday gives you headache . Not many toilets around the place . Ants everywhere and even saw a RAT ! Staff were not bothered about the complaints and even said to me they agree it’s not a five star. Avoid this hotel I have reported to our holiday supplier
Vert good and sympathic Barman ,Kostas,Billy and Katherine 😁
All the crew was nice but the people from the bar ,,barbaross" was amazing they specatclly the crew Kostas Katharina and Vasilis give us a best drink in the hotel they are very nice and kind.
Got sent here after our flight was cancelled by easy jet absolute hole do not visit bug galore food awful staff again unwilling to help and clueless messed up taxis back to the airport TWICE obviously this has been stressful enough without added incompetence. Dirty rooms dirty pools absolutely avoid at all costs if you can.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We loved the location: it is quiet, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing holiday. The staff were absolutely amazing - always friendly and welcoming. Food was delicious, with a good variety and plenty of options. We would be happy to stay here again and highly recommend it!
The hotel is a bit off the beaten track literally. You definitely need a car to get about or taxis would be costly. The hotel was lovely. The rooms were nice though the shower tended to flood everywhere. Beds were comfy and spacious. The pool was great and the views over sea were lovely. The food was average only one day was bad with little choice. The drinks were ok but alcohol very watered down making the cocktails taste awful. The kids group was no good we attempted to join in one day but the lady who ran it did not speak English and ignored us and made no effort with our 5 yr old so we didn’t go back. It was a mostly lovely stay.
The trip was absolutely wonderful! The hotel met my expectations; the rooms were up to standard, and we didn't encounter a single issue (and we had three rooms!). Even though it was peak season and the hotel was busy, it never felt crowded—there was plenty of space everywhere! And now, the most important thing for me: the hotel staff! They are simply wonderful people! Everyone I spoke to was genuinely cheerful and empathetic—communication was a breeze! Two lovely young women made a particularly strong impression on me! Katerina, from the bar opposite the dining hall—she is such a sweetheart and so energetic; she radiates positivity the moment you walk in! The drinks she makes are pure bliss; she gives 200% to her job while remaining a wonderful person every step of the way! The other young woman I adore is Savoula—she works at the poolside Greek restaurant! She is so quick and efficient; despite having so many tasks, she always finds a moment to answer every question! She is full of energy and so understanding! I got back last night, and I already miss Rhodes and the hotel—especially Katerina and Savoula! I miss them so much!
NOTHING
Avoid. One night of eight — and they kept the money for the other seven. We booked eight nights (19–27 May) and stayed one. Room 513 was dirty and carried a persistent, inescapable smell. We checked out the next morning and moved to another property nearby, where we had none of these problems. What happened next is the real warning, and it's why I'd tell anyone reading this to book elsewhere. The hotel's own signed Guest Action Form, dated 20/05/2026, records the reason for our early check-out as a "smell coming from the port area" and notes my wife was "not happy with the whole situation." When I asked for a refund of the seven nights we never used, the hotel told me in writing we had left because of the property's distance from the town centre — a reason that appears nowhere in their own documentation. Their form and their emails cannot both be true. We were also asked not to post a negative review, because of the difficult period the hotel is going through. I never disputed the night we used and offered to pay for it in full. I asked only for the seven nights we did not stay. The hotel refused and told me to take it up with Booking.com. Booking.com confirmed in writing that only the property can authorise the refund. The hotel then sent me back to Booking.com. That circle is where the guest is left standing, out of pocket, with nobody accepting responsibility. My advice: do not book here. If the room is not as promised, you may find yourself paying for a full stay you did not have, with the hotel's own paperwork saying one thing and the hotel saying another. There are plenty of properties on Rhodes that will not put you in that position. Choose one of them.
Läget precis vid havet samt poolerna. Fin strand vid hotellet. Närhet till den vackra Kitesurfing stranden. Fina rum.
We stayed here for one week. The food was very good, and there were plenty of activities to enjoy throughout our stay. However, the cleanliness of the room was very disappointing. Maybe we were just unlucky, but this is definitely not the standard you would expect from a 5-star hotel. There were spider webs in several places, the sinks were dirty, the doors were dirty, the bed linen was not clean, and the floors were not vacuumed every day. The hotel provides complimentary bottled water only on the first day, which was also disappointing for a hotel of this category. The location is very remote and far from everything. There are no shops or supermarkets within walking distance, so keep that in mind if you plan to stay here.
This is nowhere near a 5 star hotel, ITS 3 AT BEST. Very remote hotel, just one lovely taverna to go to, and thank goodness for that as hotel food was repetitive, luke warm and very little choice. Restaurant cleanliness was poor during mid meal times, waiters wiping tables down but wiping everything onto the floor, so ants in abundance that’s if the cats don’t get there quickly. Lots of things in need of updating or just looking after properly, sun beds tired and old ones piled up near beach area, talking of beach it’s man made and used grit from the builders merchants, although 200m away there’s a great kite surfing beach but pebbles to get in the water. Room ok, but toilet was in a cupboard as was the shower, really odd. It’s geared up for mainly French guests so entertainment is based on that.
The resort was lovely and the staff were friendly, although we didn't feel it was 5 star. The food was 3 star and there wasn't much of a difference on what was on offer from day to day. The resort is miles away from anywhere and the staff didn't give you any advice on how to get into Rhodes unless you wanted to spend 100euro to get there and back. There is a local bus that goes to Rhodes once a day that cost 3 euro and takes an hour and 20 minutes to get there and there are not many buses back. The weather was nice , we would not return to this resort
Despite being a little worried before our trip because of some negative reviews, we had an amazing stay and honestly don't understand why the hotel received so many bad comments. Our room was cleaned every single day and was always spotless. The food was delicious, with a great variety and a different themed dinner each evening, including Greek, Italian, Mexican, and many more. There was always something new to try. Our favourite part was the incredible selection and quality of cocktails at the bars. We would especially like to thank Ethimios at the beach bar. He truly made our stay even more enjoyable with his warm, welcoming personality. He always had a smile on his face, created a fantastic atmosphere, and made every guest feel special. A huge thank you to him! We would also like to thank all the other staff members, who were always kind, helpful, and friendly. They made us feel welcome every day and really contributed to making our holiday memorable. The beach was lovely, the pool was fantastic, and the children had an amazing time every day. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. We were a group of 14 family members and friends, and every single one of us thoroughly enjoyed our 10-night stay. The only thing to keep in mind is that the hotel is quite remote. We would recommend renting a car or booking some excursions, such as a catamaran day trip, if you would like to explore the island. However, everything you need for a relaxing holiday is available at the hotel. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, enjoyable holiday with excellent food, drinks, and outstanding staff.
Very disappointed.. at its best, it’s a 3 star hotel .. not 5 star.. what they say.. stayed here for 2 nights with my wife.. neither reception,.. nor guest relations are helpful.. food is average.. would not recommend to any one
Very fine place and niko and marios is the best
Good location, very friendly and polite staff, good food.

Location
The location of this hotel is horrendous if you want to actually see any tourist spots in Greece. The hotel is no less than an hour away from any major touristic sights with taxis charging nothing less than €55 for these trips. On the occasion there is anything close to the hotel the taxi companies and transfers are notoriously known for charging extortionate prices as they are aware the hotel is secluded and visitors have no other option. DO NOT USE THE RENTAL COMPANY within the hotel (Hjet) and do not fall for the purchase of full coverage insurance as the insurance fees paid didn’t cover any minor or major damage. These rental companies look largely to scam and claim damages for issues already existing with the car. Please please avoid the rental company office within the hotel as we were held within the office against the threat of a police call if we did not pay x amount. This was merely an intimidation tactic so if you do find yourself within this position do not be intimidated and pay thousands of euros for absurd and deluded charges that do not exist. The atmosphere here is completely dead. If his hotel is largely veered towards foreign visitors but mostly the French so if you’re English looking to socialise with others as this hotel is so secluded think again. Additionally, the staff are very rude to English customers, often ignoring any causes for concern. For instance, we were without water and electric and when we raised concerns about such we were told verbatim “it’s not our problem”. So if you have any medical needs that may require a refrigerator (e.g. diabetes) please stay far far away from this resort. The food and hygiene of restaurants is abysmal. The plates for use are consistently wet, never dry and smell like wet dog. A huge put off from the already bad food. There is no variation of food. In a ten day trip we were fed the exact same food daily. This includes the breakfast. The tables are often left dirty from other visitors as the staff are slow to clean the tables. As well as this all the drinks are non branded and taste nothing like the original. This includes alcoholic beverages too. Even when paying for an alcoholic drink past a certain time at night they still use cheap alcohol which makes you ill with no intended effects. Reception staff very rude and incompetent so if you have an issue there’s practically no point in even going there. However, the Ukrainian cleaning staff are amazing and very polite. The gentleman at the beach bar is so welcoming. We have been told repeatedly by not only some of the staff and the locals that this is NOT A 5 star hotel BUT keep in mind you will pay 5 star tax rates on this hotel (despite the fact the all senses Attica blue barely reaches reaches 2 stars.) There’re is no entertainment put on and the entrainment staff who spokes perfect English told us about how they live in accommodation with mold, to which they found so grotesque and unhealthy they have to leave or find alternative accommodation. The beach is okay but the chairs are mostly broken and therefore very uncomfortable. In general, the hotel is run down, VERY understaffed and taking in triple profits compared to what they spend on maintenance. There is rubbish littered all over the site, the locks on the doors need to be replaced as it can take 5-10 minuets just to lock/unlock the door.
Spa is very good! And good hop of the massag and nails
I've had a really great experience at the spa. Today is my birthay and I feel that I was being treated really nice with warmness and kindness. After the massage,I am feeling renewed and a lot of tension dissaperead.Thank you for your wishes and the treat for today❣️
We booked this hotel because it looked like great value for money, but unfortunately, once we arrived, it felt like a waste of money. The biggest issue is the location. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, with nothing within walking distance. If you want to explore Rhodes or visit anywhere worthwhile, you're looking at around a 40-minute journey, so we ended up spending a fortune on taxis throughout our holiday. The only on-site shop takes advantage of this by charging very high prices, and the prices even seemed to change from day to day. Our room itself was comfortable and generally clean, with housekeeping doing a good job. However, there was a major problem with ants. We constantly had ants in our room and were always trying to stop them from getting in, which really affected our stay. The biggest disappointment was that the hotel appeared to cater almost entirely for French guests, with very little consideration for English-speaking visitors. We spoke to several other English guests during our stay, and they all shared the same frustrations. Almost all the entertainment, games, announcements and evening shows were conducted entirely in French. Nathan from the entertainment team was the only person who consistently made an effort to translate into English and include everyone. He was friendly, entertaining and made sure English guests understood what was happening. Unfortunately, our experience with the rest of the entertainment team was very different. Luigi never made any effort to approach or involve us. The female entertainment staff continued to speak only in French despite us repeatedly asking if they could translate. Charlie also spoke predominantly in French, even though he knew we were English speakers. As a result, we were left sitting and watching rather than taking part because we simply couldn't understand what was being said. The food was another disappointment. It was repetitive and of a poor standard. Pork was served at almost every meal, with very few alternative meat options available. The drink glasses were tiny, meaning we were constantly going back for refills, and there were no jugs of water on the tables. The snack bar food was also poor. The one positive was the main bar, which offered a good range of drinks. Overall, while some staff worked hard and Nathan deserves recognition for trying to include everyone, the isolated location, expensive taxis, overpriced shop, ant problem, repetitive food and complete lack of inclusion for English-speaking guests meant we would not return. If you don't speak French, I would seriously consider choosing a different hotel, as we felt excluded for most of our holiday.
We had a lovely stay and would happily return. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and had plenty of storage space. The patio table and chairs were a nice addition, and the air conditioning worked extremely well, which was much appreciated in the heat. We had one small issue with our room, but it was reported and resolved within an hour, which was excellent service. A special mention to Nikos and Petros at the Poseidon Bar, and also the barman serving during the day – the mojitos were 10/10! The bar staff were friendly, attentive, and really helped make our holiday enjoyable. The dining buffet was good, with plenty of choice. Even though we’re both quite fussy eaters, we always found something we enjoyed. There were lots of sunbeds available, and we never struggled to find one at any time of day. The sunsets were absolutely amazing and were one of the highlights of our stay. Overall, a fantastic holiday and a great hotel.
A Mediterranean Paradise DefinedFrom the moment we arrived, it was clear that this hotel is a gem on the first coastline. Being just steps away from the crystal-clear sea made every morning feel like a dream. The comfort of the rooms and the impeccable service provided by the incredibly friendly staff created an atmosphere of pure relaxation and warmth. The culinary experience was the undisputed highlight. The hotel offers a magnificent array of Greek and Mediterranean cuisine that is truly soul-satisfying. We indulged in an endless variety of authentic dishes: perfectly grilled souvlaki, creamy moussaka, fresh horiatiki salad, and delicate dolmades. The assortment of fresh fruits, decadent desserts like baklava, and refreshing local beverages was simply staggering. The entertainment team brought so much joy to our stay with engaging animation that never felt intrusive.
Le calme de l.hôtel
Rien..
Came here on a late booking and didn’t get anything that we expected or was advertised on booking sites.! 7 of us 2 adults 2 children (12&7) family room 2adults 1 child (10) bungalow On checking into the family room was no better than what butlins have to offer, dirty bed sheets, dressing table falling apart, light fittings barely fixed to the walls above children’s beds. The bungalow was infact a top floor room, air conditioning and tv didn’t work, bathroom looked like it hasn’t seen a cleaning brush for years! Asked reception to move rooms and was told they only have their superior rooms available at a cost of €60 per night. We agreed but wouldn’t say it was worth the cost other than having your own pool out the front. Costing a total of €840 for two rooms! 1hour after arrival! Food is very basic, almost the same options every night, kids lived off spaghetti and fried, snack bar might aswell be called the fruit & ice cream bar as offers zero hot food! Drinks are all watered down hardly tasting of anything even without the ice. One barman even said they don’t have many of the products needed for the cocktails so he makes them up the best he can!! Asked reception for bottles of water to which the staff member replied the hotel have to buy bottles so you have to buy also from the market! We are all inclusive and still have to buy bottles of water in a country where you can’t drink their tap water!! They also have a beach front bar called the sky bar. This isn’t included in the all inclusive package even during the all inclusive hours. All entertainment is in French and the animation team make no effort to include others even to the fact one of their team ask if we was going to a show to then hear another animation staff member say no they are British! Kids clubs was never open the whole time we was here again animation team not even making an effort to get kids involved or having fun. The resort needs a lot of work, has nothing outside to offer other than fields. 50mins taxi from Rhodes town at a cost of €75 each way. From previous experiences going to 5* hotels this is nowhere near 5* would struggle being a 3* to be honest. Thankfully the sun was doing its job which is the only good thing about our stay here! Definitely won’t be returning or recommending!!
The view of the sea, the sunsets, the peacefulness in the most part were the highlights. A few rude and unhelpful angry sounding staff members ( might just be the Greek temperament, I don’t know) let down the majority of smiling friendly staff members. Food not the best (edible, and you’ll not starve), very repetitive (mostly same dishes every day, main and desserts), the exception of a couple of dishes on their theme nights, local drinks are not the best, ( I don’t drink alcohol, so can’t comment on the beer and wine that is available), not a lot of British visitors, so maybe catering to the majority of “foreign guests” that hail from other European countries that are the majority. My biggest issue is the ant’s infestation, they are everywhere, a big issue that needs fixing, I can talk about all of cosmetic issues to the rooms and outside areas ( some bordering on dangerous), but definitely the ants in my opinion the worst thing. I can see when this place opened why it would be classed as a five star hotel, (for a foreign beach holiday, it’s no savoy). But it is run down, and in need of a huge renovation to bring it back to what I can only imagine its former glory. So to summarise, I came here to chill out, and relax and do nothing as I have been working constantly for too long, it was on the most part very peaceful, waking up to the view of the sea was amazing, and the sunsets stunning, so job done as far as what I wanted from the holiday. A few ( certainly the minority) staff members could learn how to speak with respect to guests ( certainly use a politer tone), but the biggest let down was the ruling of the ants, there everywhere, and yes they get into your room, (this is not a criticism of cleaning staff), so this needs sorted, and a lot of cosmetic upgrades would be very welcome.
Just arrived back from spending 10 nights all inclusive here with my boyfriend. We both had an amazing time at this hotel, and it is one of the best we have been to we both feel. Super friendly and helpful staff, and very efficient cleaning. The room was very comfortable and cleaned daily with plenty of fresh towles and toilet paper provided. The food was lovely, really great selection and enough to choose from. Great selection of drinks, including water and good choice of drinks at the pool bar. The scenery at this hotel is simply stunning, absolutely beautiful and saw some of the best sunsets. The sunset bar has lovely cocktails and the view over the sea is beautiful. Overall, we both highly recommend this hotel and if you are considering booking, go for it, we had a great time.
Virket slitt.
Food is good. Kitchen manager is very good. Always help us find the vegan food.
Location is too far from the Rhodes. And public bus service is not ideal.
I am from Lithuania, I visited the hotel in May 2026. The hotel is very good!!! Don't believe the English reviews. All the staff are polite and helpful. The territory is clean and tidy, the staff looks after the territory, cleans the pools. The beach was somewhat damaged by a sea storm, but it is not the hotel's fault - you can't fight nature. The room is clean and tidy. The food is amazing!!! The food ration is very large, there is everything: fruits - oranges, kiwi, watermelons, bananas, plums, apples, grapefruits, lemons, canned pineapples, peaches, etc. Every day for lunch and in the evening, meat is grilled, etc. Ice cream is super tasty, 4 types (you can have as much as you want from the buffet), desserts are super, etc. Probably the best food from my travels (Egypt, Turkey, Crete, Spain, etc.). Big thanks to the chef and his team!!!! Thanks to all the staff!!! Drinks are self-service: coca cola, fanta, sprite, soda, etc., as well as beer and wine (you can pour yourself as much as you want). There is a snack bar with snacks and drinks. There are 3 drink bars: 2 on the beaches and one by the restaurant. All alcoholic drinks are free until 11 pm. Contingent: mainly French, but there are also English (some very rude drunks, loudly shouting), a few Russians (also some very rude drunks, loudly shouting). There were quite a few Lithuanians too :) We rented a car from the airport, but the rental point is also in the hotel, which is very convenient. In one word, the hotel is GREAT, thanks to the hotel manager, - I will definitely come back to this hotel!!!
I understand some of the bad reviews I've read, yes it's a bit dated and needs some tlc. Buts it's lovely, staff are excellent! Every one of them. Couldn't do enough for us. Food was good. Rooms spotless. See you again next year
Kaffeetassen waren nicht immer ausreichend vorhanden, dafür Becher To Go.
We are currently here and all I can say is dont bother. from the time we arrived till today's it's been a nightmare, arrived last Tuesday after travelling all day, got our room key and we were given a suite lovely we thought, NOPE we were asked to come to reception where they presented a bill for 420euro upgrade, that we didn't ask for, altnernative was a garden view which was not good. Paid the 420 euro after some pleading on death ears. room is lovely but then the neighbours are some what porn stars morning afternoona and evening, howling the bloody room down. food is same each evening and cold, brekagast cold lunch cold. Now the bad points if you want to feel discriminated against for being bristh come to this hotel, everyhting is in french, entertainment karaoke all french and the British are told to sit at the back. reps dont interact with you and in sure it's to do with the colour if your band you wear. avoid at all cost. Positive view is amazing 👏
I stayed at this hotel from April 15-21, 2026. Temperatures were 23 degrees Celsius. Warm, with a light breeze, and it quickly tanned. The room was a 4. The food was a 4, but only because it was delicious, even though it was the same every day. I understand it was the first week of the season at this hotel, and the number of tourists was increasing each day, but the main restaurant service had just recently started. And the advice is: the area around the hotel is deserted. Rhodes Town and Lindos are about a half-hour drive away. We had a VW C-Cross for one day, for €48. Great value – I recommend the Rodos Car Rental. You can order online, and they'll deliver and pick you up from the hotel. No deposit required, cash only. Most of the tourists at this hotel are French, so all the entertainment and programs are geared towards them. I've never seen anything like it anywhere else, it's very embarrassing. Besides, I only rate the entertainment a 1 anyway; there's almost nothing going on in the evenings. The pools are clean but cold, the beach is very neglected and small, the rooms are cleaned every day, which is why I give it a 5. Despite this, I consider the stay a success.
We came for 5 nights, for a relaxing break in the sun. First off ... this is nowhere near a 5 star. I'd say 3 star at best. We arrived at the resort at 9.30pm, to what seemed like a ghost town. No other guests to be seen, no entertainment, open restaurants, music ... it was like the place was closed. We were given a turkey sandwich due to everything being closed. The grounds are run down, lots of broken paths, doors, and water areas with no water. Ants are rife everywhere too. The rooms are very dated and bedding is 1 thin pillow each and 1 thin sheet. The remote for the air con didn't work the first night and it was freezing in our room so we called reception to be told we couldn't have any batteries for the remote and they had no blankets available. We barely slept because it was so cold. We were given blankets the 2nd night which were very itchy and smelly. The showers, though small and dated, very powerful and hot. And the towels were soft, bith the pool towns and the room towels. The food is very repetitive and basic. Nice salad bar, usually chips, plain pasta and rice, with some sort of bean dish. Italian and Greek restaurants were not open. Beach bar was also closed. There is a shop on site which is open until 3pm and sells a selection of snacks, drink, souvenirs. The outside playground and 'open air gym' look like something from the 60's. Not sure I would trust their safety. The pools are ice cold and look like they are falling apart (pictures attached). Housekeeping is supposed to be done every day, water bottles replaces.amd tea making facilities. Ours was done the first 2 nights but nothing since. The resort is basically in the middle of nowhere, down dirt tracks that aren't safe to walk on. Reception will call taxi's to go into town. We went to old town rhodes and the taxi was €50 each way. All in all, quite disappointing and definitely not as advertised. The reception staff didn't seem bothered about the number of people complaining either.
Staff all very helpful and polite
Food and drinks were poor Broken tiles in private swimming pool Housekeeping did minium Beach for sunbathing was far too small for resort Location very very remote
It is very hard to find something that is 5 star here.. there are much better 3 stars. The staff are nice although not smart- there is obviously no uniform for staff. the waiting staff in particular although nice look disgusting and are swearing through there ripped shirts it looks very bad especially around food. only 2 waiting staff look clean one older guy in black and one guy in a tie. the food is just disgusting really 2 star quality. warm salad, 1 type of vegetable every night - sometimes lucky with carrots or unlucky with Brussel sprouts lol, hardly any deserts and if there is its jelly. show cooking is a joke - deep frying frozen fish or grilling frozen patties. at least take them out the box so the customers cant see lol. all the buffet food is stored around the back of the restaurant which is probably why all the cold food is warm by the time you eat it. Its just awful for 5 star. there is only 1 restaurant the 2 pop up ones is the same food just taken from the buffet one and put on a plate. Italian restaurant is collapsing and no one was there entertainment is a joke too all in French wasn't advertised anywhere... i mean fair enough if it was in Greek, but French, why? pools were ok/clean although uncomfy sunbeds on very uneven land. lots of ants and midgies around the pools but its Greece and there is lots of nature around so there's nothing you can do about that cant really complain. there is no beach as in the photos just some rocks so don't expect anything there. rooms are big but musty and way to outdated - again for a 5 star, would expect it in a 2 or 3 star. drinks are rubbish too nothing is branded and the beer taste different depending on what bar you get it from lol. gin and tonic is just flat because the gin is filled with water - i hope it was bottled water at least. the hotel is the middle of no where but people should realise this before they book no ones fault. anyway if you can avoid it just do.., its cheaper than every other 5 star in Greece but that's because its not 5 star the hotel obviously only got judged on facilities.. e.g spa, sea front, 3 restaurants (but thats rubbish its the same food lol) PS the sunset view that lasts 10 minutes is probably 5 star so ill give them that. also tourist tax they charge is 5 star (not good).
Nichts
Das Hotel ist heruntergekommen, vernachlässigt und unsauber.
1 as came home and contacted scabies from hotel room. Hotel not much help in matter So spent money on a holiday that was not a great customer journey. Lost earning etc Would not recommend this hotel. Hotel surrounding areas not much about and the food was so so and reused alot.
Never in my life have I been to such a disgusting filthy run down sespit! The rooms were filthy, we wouldn’t take a shower in the shower because it was covered in mould from floor to ceiling. The sink had slime all round the tap where it hasn’t been cleaned and the toilet seat was broke. All the window pains had blown so you could barely see through them and not just in our room but all over the hotel. To add to that the food was inedible, I had a plate of cold chips on our first night and the drinks were utterly vile. The wine didn’t taste of wine and the tonic was so awful I couldn’t even have a G&T. The tonic was one of those pump things that they could click the button and serve different soft drinks. Whether it was just the tonic was awful or the pipes were filthy like everywhere else I don’t know. That might explain the upset stomach after the first night. Overall the hygiene levels were disgusting in the restaurant and people were heating up their food in the microwave. The next day we contacted easyJet who wouldn’t do anything to help us so we were left with no choice but to leave and go to another hotel at our own expense! We went to a beautiful 3* hotel close to Rhodes Town which was far superior and spotlessly clean. We are currently in negotiations with EasyJet for compensation. Please ignore anyone who has said this hotel is not so bad, it really is!!!!!!!
