Közel volt a városközpont. Reggeli minősége és választéka is kiváló volt.

Annak ellenére, hogy a hatodik emeleten voltunk elszállásolva elviselhetetlen volt az utcai zaj. Pihentető alvásra csak csukott ablakoknál volt lehetőség.

Not much to dislike. Staff were amazing and friendly. Room excellent and spotlessly clean. Breakfast superb. Location brilliant and 100 yards from underground to everywhere!!! We will definitely be back.

Schönes Hotel in guter Lage mit Anbindung zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Sehr freundliches Personal, saubere Zimmer und ein gutes Frühstücksangebot. Gute Kommunikation und hilfreiche Informationen sowie vergünstigte Parkmöglichkeit im nahe gelegenen Parkhaus. Unbedingt das Restaurant PONTOCOM Sabores besuchen (250m) und auch die Portugália Cervejaria (130m) ist ein Besuch wert.

La estancia ha sido estupenda. Las dos chicas de la recepción han sido muy amables. Uno de los días coincidió con el cumpleaños de uno de mis acompañantes y, al volver a la habitación, nos encontramos con una botella de champán, un detalle muy bonito.

Die Lage ist gut. Man ist schnell an der Metro Station. Das Bett war bequem. Das Zimmer war sauber und wurde täglich gereinigt.

Wir hatten ein innenliegendes Zimmer im 5.Stock mit Blick auf das Abluftrohr. Es war schon ziemlich gruselig. Der Abflussgestank, der wirklich unerträglich war, wurde versucht mit Duftsteckern zu überdecken, was jedoch nicht gelang. Die Klimaanlage war viel zu laut. Das Frühstück war einfach, sehr eintönig und qualitativ nicht besonders gut.

Os atendentes da rece foram .muito simpáticos, o café da manhã foi excelente, tudo muito limpo e organizado, recomendo !!

Super nettes Hotel in ruhiger Lage mit top Anbindung an die Metro. Freundliches Personal, saubere Zimmer, bequeme Betten und ein leckeres Frühstücksbuffet (nicht riesig, aber für jeden etwas dabei und alles sehr lecker) und an der Rezeption immer Getränke und Gebäck - was will man mehr?

Que no se avise antes de formalizar la reserva por Booking que el hotel no tiene parking propio, sino uno a 800 metros sujeto a disponibilidad a 14 euros por día.

Cuando llegamos estuvimos 1 dia sin aire acondicionado

Las camas muy cómodas, las habitaciones muy limpias con suficientes enchufes. El baño a bien equipado. El desayuno más que suficiente. La ubicación fuera del bullicio a 4 paradas de plaza Rossio. Y lo mejor es Ana, recepcionista la cual habla un casi perfecto español y nos ayudó en todo lo que pudo siempre que se lo solicitamos, siempre con una sonrisa. Un muy buen hotel, una grata sorpresa. Si vuelvo a Lisboa (que volveré) iré a este hotel

L’accueil est des plus agréable. L’hôtel est parfaitement situé pour découvrir Lisbonne en transports et à quelques minutes d’un métro. Notre chambre était propre et au calme. Le séjour sur Lisbonne a été des meilleur et l’hôtel Luena y a largement contribué. Merci à tout le personnel et particulièrement les 3 personnes de l’accueil

Staff was very polite and professional. Rooms were immaculate and the hotel overall was very clean. Very nice they offer complimentary juice and water. Very thoughtful they left a bottle of wine for my birthday. We were pleasantly surprised. Very nice gesture.

Il n'est pas possible de mettre la climatisation si on est à l'extérieur de la chambre et elle fait du bruit donc nous avons eu très chaud pendant lanuit + le lit 2 personnes était très petit

Sehr freundliches, kundenorientiertes Personal und schöne Zimmer. Das gebuchte Zimmer mit Blick auf Hinterhof, war ein Blick in einen kleinen dunklen Schacht. Mein Wunsch auf ein anderes Zimmer wurde umgehend geprüft und ich konnte problemlos gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis das Zimmer wechseln.

List quaint little hotel is a gem in central Lisbon. Very clean, well maintained, and staffed with the friendliest and most helpful people you'll ever meet! Most things you might need are available within walking distance including transportation and dining. Our room (406) sheltered us from street noise. If you traveling from the USA, here's a hint: be sure to bring your power adapter as the power outlets in the room are all European style!

La chambre était très petite. Difficile de gérer 4 valises à ouvrir.

Außergewöhnlich freundliches, liebes und hilfsbereites Personal (danke!), sauberes Zimmer, gutes Frühstück und das Hotel ist nahe an der Metrostation gelegen. Ein Parkplatz für den Mietwagen wurde über das Hotel vermittelt, was sehr praktisch war.

Das Fenster ging nicht nach außen, sondern zum Lüftungsschacht.

Le personnel et le fait que les personnes soient présentes 24h/24h. Mon fils avait son anniversaire pendant notre séjour et il y avait un lit dans la chambre avec une petite surprise.

Les chambres au calme s’est bien mais les fenêtres sont étriquées et donnaient sur un gros tuyau donc pas de vue sur l’extérieur. Il ne faut pas être claustrophobe !

Schönes kleines und gemütliches Hotel mit sehr freundlichen Personal in der Stadt mit unmittelbarer Nähe zur Metro (200m) und Bus direkt vor der Haustür. Frühstück völlig in Ordnung mit hervorragenden Kaffee. Zimmer und das Doppelbett etwas klein, aber auf Grund der baulichen Beschaffenheit sicher nicht anders möglich. Meine volle Empfehlung für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt in Lissabon.

Il personale molto cordiale. La posizione è ottima, vicino alla fermata dei taxi e alla fermata dell'autobus. La colazione dolce e salata era buona e abbastanza varia. Le camere erano pulite. L' albergo propone una serie di offerte legate ad attività, escursioni o esperienze culinarie. Consigliato!

O hotel é ao lado do metrô, o que facilitou muito pra passear por Lisboa. Quartos limpíssimos e café da manhã deliciioso. Detaque para a Luciana da recepção, que foi uma fofa com a gente dando várias dicas sobre o que fazer pela cidade. Adorei a experiência e super recomendo.

Grande chambre, au 6ème étage, c'était très calme, aucun bruit. Personnel aimable, petit déjeuner sous forme de brunch avec du bon café. A 10 minutes du métro et d'un parking sous terrain. Supermarché à 2 minutes.

Quartier sans trop d'âme, peu de restaurants. Les bornes de recharge dans le parking étaient hors de prix, dommage.

Les chambres, avec un lit double et deux lits simples pour chaque enfant.

Buona la pulizia, staff accogliente e colazione buona anche se non particolarmente varia. La presenza del bidet sicuramente un punto a favore, finalmente!!!

La zona non è bellissima, anche se comunque la fermata della metro è a 2 minuti dall'albergo e in 5 minuti di metro di arriva in pieno centro.

It is a very convenient hotel close to city center, 5 min walking from metro station. Super convenient in case you are coming from/to airport. Staff on reception was very polite and welcoming and helpful when needed. At that day I had a birthday and without any reminder they left a bottle of prosecco and a card in the room. Was very nice small gesture. So, kindly recommend in case you want to have convenient location between city center and airport. Also want to mention close to hotel there is amazing seafood traditional Portuguese restaurant Portugalia. Highly recommend

Frühstücksraum klein und ohne Fenster, aber Frühstücksauswahl sehr gut. Leckere Joghurtgläschen, Saft, Kaffeevollautomat, englisches Frühstück, süßes Frühstück mit Teilchen, Cornflakes, Pancakes und Obst

Mit 4 großen Koffern könnte das Zimmer immer größer sein, aber wir haben bewusst das Deluxe Familienzimmer gewählt. Klimaanlage war recht kräftig und konnte nicht weniger stark eingestellt werden nur an oder aus, kälter oder wärmer.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à l'hôtel Luena, dans la chambre familiale deluxe (2 adultes, 2 ados). L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter Lisbonne, à 300m du métro. Le personnel est sympathique et le buffet du petit-déjeuner bien garni, aussi bien côté sucré que salé. Nous avions une vue sur l'arrière, moins jolie mais très bien insonorisée. Nous recommandons cet hôtel.

We had a great 2 days in Lisbon and our stay at Hotel Luena was nothing but exceptional. From the moment we checked in, the guest service agent Damien was wonderful and very knowledgeable regarding surrounding areas and places to go. The room was over the top pristine. Would recommend and stay again 100%.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön

Parkplatze zum entladen des Gepäcks nicht vorhanden. Generell das Parken ist eher schwierig. Aber das ist normal in Wiener Großstadt, und das Hotel kann nichts dafür.

Ya sabía que no tenía parking pero es que aparcar alrededor es muy complicado. Existen muchas zonas que solo pueden aparcar los residentes.

O alojamento correspondeu, em tudo, ao esperado. O quarto, ainda que pequeno, dispõe de todas as comodidades necessárias. A cama é confortável e o ruído vindo da rua, ou dos corredores, controlado. A limpeza é diária e os funcionários prestáveis. O pequeno-almoço tem tudo o que é essencial. Fiquei absolutamente satisfeita com o buffet disponibilizado diariamente.

Hotel sa nachádza v pokojnej lokalite v blízkosti metra, čo nám vyhovovalo. Zamestnanci na recepcii boli veľmi milí a ústretoví, obzvlášť pani, ktorá bola na recepcii v deň nášho príchodu - všetko nám dokonale vysvetlila a dala zopár tipov, za čo ďakujeme ;) Izba bola pre našu 4-člennú rodinu síce veľmi malinká, ale na prespatie to stačilo.

Zimmer war etwas eng, dunkelbraune Wandverkleidung. Es hatte ca 10 kleine Insekten/Ameisen (?) im Bett. Sonst aber alles sehr sauber.

Sauberkeit

Beim Bezahlen sagte ich, dass ich Chips gegessen habe aber sie wimmelten das ab. Nach dem ich zurück in Deutschland war kam eine Aufforderung 2,50 Euro zu überweisen. Das ist unglaublich!

Very good location. Outside the main touristic area. Plenty of reasonably priced cafes and restaurants. 15 minutes to the airport outside the rush hour. Ideal.

El personal muy amable. El buffet desayuno era pequeño pero tenía un poco de todo. Opción de parking con tarifa especial. Sobre la habitación, la cama era cómoda y tenía muy buena iluminación. La ducha estaba bien. Tenía minibar, así como un escritorio. Buena relación calidad-precio.

En el buffet había algunos productos que no me gustaron, ya sea por sabor o por la calidad. Las vistas de la habitación daban al ojo patio

Apesar de todas preocupações e as tentativas da equipe de hotel de amenizar o cheiro, existe um odor que sai do banheiro.

Das Hotel ist nur etwa 250 m von der U-Bahn Station Arrois entfernt. Bäume vor dem Hotel. Ein kleiner Laden und eine Post gegenüber. Saubere Zimmer. Feste Matratzen (gar nicht durchgelegen). Ruhig. Gutes Frühstück, alles da, aber nicht premium, falls man das erwartet. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein gutes portugiesisches kleines Restaurant (Ceia Minhota) ist auch in der Nähe. Mit der U-Bahn nur wenige Minuten bis Station Martim Moniz (historische Straßenbahn, Fußweg über Treppen und durch enge Gassen, empfohlen, oder mit Tuktuk oder Straßenbahn zum Castelo do Jorge) oder bis U-Bahn Station Rossio (Stadtzentrum). Fährt man bis zur U-Bahn Endstation Cais do Sodre am Fluß Tejo, dann kann man von dort mit der Stadtbahn nach Cascais fahren, einem schönen, alten Urlaubsort am Meer. Mit der U-Bahn kann man auch schnell erreichen das Oceanário de Lisboa, das größte Indoor-Aquarium Europas und die Seilbahn. Direkt vor dem Hotel fährt auch die Buslinie 706 zum zentralen Platz Praça Marquês de Pombal, wo auch die Stadtrundfahrten beginnen (einschließlich Hop-on Hop-off). Es gibt nichts Besseres als die wiederaufladbare Chipkarte "Navegante Card" mit der Option Zapping, die man gleich an der U-Bahn Station Flughafen kaufen kann (am Ticket-Schalter) für U-Bahn, Bus, Straßenbahn und Stadtbahn nach Cascais. Zapping heißt, ich lasse X € auf die Karte laden und fahre diese ab (eine Fahrt 1,72 €) und kann an jedem Ticket-Automaten nachladen, wenn nötig.

Es fällt mir nichts ein, was mir nicht gefallen hat.

Personale accogliente disponibile e gentile. La signora Anna brava che parla anche italiano molto simpatica. Davvero personale tutto fantastico. Complimenti anche allo staff della pulizia delle camere, molto preciso, puntuale e ordinato. Camera tripla superiore davvero spaziosa. Posizione a tre minuti a piedi dalla metro in zona tranquilla e pianeggiante ( che a Lisbona aiuta molto ). Diversi servizi vicini ( bar; ristoranti; market ecc ).

Se devo cercare proprio il difetto forse la doccia nella vasca. Ma comunque assolutamente senza grossi problemi.
