The Margo Hotel

Nice hotel with good view

Breakfast was excellent with so many selections. Location is good with direct access to shopping mall but the traffic to get to the hotel is horrendous. Lovely view from up the room. All facilities were complete. Bed was comfy.

Had to wait for a long time to check-in as there were many people trying to check in and not enough staff behind the reception to speed up. Receptionists weren't too friendly when we checked out either.

Breakfast.love it

All good The friendly and helpful staff The breakfast was awesome

None

perfect breakfast, spacious room, stable internet connection, room services, support of the staff during ordering taxi etc.

smelly toilet (problem with pipes) no other problems.

Great property nothing was a problem

The staff was nice and smiling..

Unfortunately I cannot say too much good about the hotel.. we stay in 2 rooms next to each other... found a few cockroaches in both. Both bathrooms had problems: one of the leaking the toilet very bad smell and pee slowly runing. But worst the showers.... both very moldy, but the worst cannot really take shower because the mixing valve not worked and any body took shower it was too hot or to cold no between. The staff were nice and smiling but we didn't get anything for the troubles.. the breakfast so-so it was wild range of food but not so good compared to other Indonesian hotels.. not recommended.

fasilitasnya nyaman, stafnya baek dan ramah

Great experience, overall no issues while i stayed here. Staff nya juga ramah semua especially receptionists nya, rekomen banget deh!

Location, room cleanliness

Room service food was so oily, tv was not working when check-in, toilet cant be flushes. Asked for room to be open next to each other but still locked.

great experience, especially resepsionisnyaa. mantapp

Have been the Best experience during stay at this hotel, especially when check in process, so clear and easy with Radya as front liner

The location, cleanliness and the staff are friendly.

The bath towel need to be replaced with the new one. The water flow on the shower not strong enough.

overall was good, brekfast nya enak... staff nya all kind

I like that the hotel management prepared the room as i requested. It was my gift to my mie e who was just got married ☺️, so Thank you!

Nie byłem w tym hotelu to oszustwo

Service excellent in room service

It was a simple stay, but the staff made it special. Small things like remembering my request and checking if everything was okay really mattered.

Good Service,as specially front office they are so helpful ,and warm wellcome Good Location, and also the breakfast so tasty

Breakfast great. Facilities great

location close to University of indonesia with access to mall

bit pricey

The personal staff was very kind and nice. The breakfast was amazing and a lot of variety where to mix from and eat. The gym instalation is good and haven't tried the pool yet but it seemed also amazing A really nice point to mention is the every day refill of consumables and the change of towels I have enjoyed staying a full week in Indonesia. Many thanks! I will most than surely repeat my staying in this hotel

Maybe the only thing I didnt was that the air conditioner cannot be set to warm temperature but this is not a flaw at all

The breakfast is excellent & variative.

I think it will be more comfortable if there's a carpet in the room.

Sufficient

Blind and shower can be closer to the window. If you have yes over you can see right into the shower in both rooms I stayed in.

Cleanness, price , location

Breakfast is less variety and very crowded. Swimming pool and Gym close too early.

It's connected directly to Margo City. The bed is very comfy

Maybe the bathroom sewer can be fixed because it has a sewer smell

Mooi hotel

The staff are amazing and the food are great! I enjoyed the room service (especially the nasi goreng) and how spacious the room is. Location wise it is also very convenient considering it is near a mall, you're able to walk in less than 5 minutes and they have a special access to the mall.

Great place. Best AC out of all hotels and amazing breakfast. Very clean rooms and friendly staff. Best hotel in depok. Plus no. Credit card needed on file.

The location is strategic it's connect to the mall and the staff soo friendly, excellent service 👏👏 Thank you everyone for welcome me so warmly

Amazing concierge service! Mas rangga super duperr friendly, helpful, and alwayss ready with great recommendations😉👍🏻

The hotel room is clean and comfortable, complete with a gym and swimming pool, access to the mall is also close, access for jogging is also easy, the food is also delicious, overall it is very good and comfortable.

Very, very nice hotel in Depok close to UI and shopping. Clean and comfortable. Very friendly staff, nice rooms, and excellent breakfast. Don’t skip it. Very much enjoyed my stay!

Wonderful rooms, but absolutely freezing temps. Couldn’t be adjusted or fixed by staff either. Not the end of the world, but too cold

gentle staffs and wonderful breakfast and pool

gym could have been better or larger

Prachtig verzorgd hotel met mooi ingerichte kamers. Uitstekende bedden.

Helpful staff and very clean

Relatief schoon, netjes en verzorgde sfeer. Personeel was top notch.

Minder hygiënisch douche gordijn. Maar niks verkeerds aan.

The hotel connected to a mall where it’s handy if you want to go shopping, eat, watch a movie or simply do your hair or just chilling at a cafe.

Nothing

Good size modern room, convenient location next to large mall

It is near to a big mall which offers many meal options.

While the breakfast serves a good spread, it gets really very crowded in the restaurant at certain times, especially over the weekends. It was hard to find a table during these times, and it might be due to the manpower crunch that certain tables were not cleaned in time. The hot latte I asked for was served cold. It was also the first time in my hotel stay in various countries, that I had to settle the laundry bill before my clothes are delivered to my room.

I stayed at Margo Hotel and had a very good experience. The hotel is comfortable, but what really stood out was the service from Windy at the front desk. He was attentive, and even arranged a complimentary cake with a kind graduation greeting in my room. That thoughtful gesture made the stay feel more personal and memorable. I truly appreciate the hospitality and would recommend this hotel to others.

I had a wonderful stay at the Margo. The location couldn't have been better—right in the heart of downtown of Depok, making it easy to walk to all the major attractions and restaurants. My room was a true oasis; the bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in, and the entire space was quiet and relaxing. But the real highlight was the food. The hotel's restaurant served up some of the best meal.

Personeel vriendelijk, warm ontvangst

Staff was professional. Buffet was great. Close to Margo city mall. Beds were comfortable.

The traffic can be very hectic making trips to and from the hotel very long.

Great location good workers very kind ... Clean breakfast is amazing alooot of foods there many kinds fresh fruits hot drinks ... Nice nd clean gym nd pool great service if i come back again i will come to Margo hotel for sure

My sons already late to go to school because of my driver had a wrong way.. but this hotel with a kind heart to take the initiative to deliver our sons to their school.. thank with the friendliness... i am happy with the room and cleanliness of the room, near to the mall and market and public transport and really good taste of the food... 5 stars for this hotel...thanks guys..👍👍👍

The location was convenient.

The pillows were too soft.
