صوت القطار مزعج جدا لا يوجد مكيف حار جدا

De locatie en dat er een sommerkaart bij zat. Je zat er dichtbij bij zowel het meer als het centrum. Alles was op loopafstand. Ook dus bus zat op nog geen 5 min lopen.

Ik vond de kamer die ik kreeg ouder en een stuk kleiner dan op de foto's op booking.com. ook de badkamer vond ik er gedateerd.

Staff was exceedingly nice and available. View from our bedroom towards the mountains was beautiful. All in all we had a very pleasant long weekend.

The only small things I would improve would be the fridge in the room and a brighter bathroom light.

A szálloda a tó partjához közel van, a szobánkból fantasztikus panoráma nyílt a tóra és a túlparti hegyekre. A szálloda előtt megy el a vasút, amiről egyértelmű tájékozatást kaptunk, így nem okozott meglepetést. Tény, a vonat nagyon zajos, különösen a tehervonatok, tehát ha valakit ez zavar, az ne itt, de ne is másik tóparti szálláshelyen foglaljon szállást. Bennünket nem zavart, az ajándék füldugókat sem vettük igénybe. Nekünk nem jutott erkély, de az ablakból a panoráma kárpótolt a zajért. A személyzet kedves, szolgálatkész volt. az különösen kellemes volt, hogy magyarok is voltak a személyzet között. Kaptunk Kartum Sommer Card-ot, amivel ingyen mehettünk a közeli szurdokokba, illetve használhattuk a felvonókat. A saját parkoló járt a szobához, így nem kellett távolabb parkolni. A reggeli változatos volt, az étterem hatalmas ablakából a a tó panorámájában lehetett gyönyörködni. A hangos vasút lehetne negatívum, de mivel készültünk rá, így nem tekintettm annak. Aki tudva, hogy vasút mellett foglal szállást, ne panaszkodjon a zajra. :)

Furcsa és némileg kellemetlen tapasztalat volt, hogy WC/fürdőszoba semmilyen szellőzéssel nem rendelkezett. Belső helyiségként nem volt ablaka és kialakított szellőző sem volt

The location to town and the train station were great. The view over the lake was lovely.

The staff is just amazing! They showed us all the best options for what to do in Zell am See and helped us with all our questions.

The hotel is quite old, and it is situated right next to the railway, so it gets quite loud when trains pass by. We were glad that we stayed for just one night. I would say it is not really suitable for a longer stay. Also, the choice of food at breakfast wasn’t the best. We expected more.

The train noise is a true European experience hahaha The breakfast was lovely, a little more variety would be perfect

El hotel esta ubicado en primer linea y con vistas al lago. Pero lo que no se ve en las fotos es que pasa por delante el tren. NO pedir con vista al lago que no se pude dormir del ruido del tren. La habitación muy pequeña. Se aprovecha de la ubicación para pedir el precio que hay. Pero no lo vale. Por ese precio(250 €/noche) hay otros hoteles por detrás mas grandes y bonitos.

La atención muy cordial, con parking en el lugar reservándolo, antiguo pero bien mantenido , balcón y vista al lago . Con ascensor.

Hienot näkymät parvekkeelta. Mukava henkilökunta. Hotellihuoneen hintaan kuuluu Zell am See Kaprun kortti, mikä kattaa todella laajasti alueella mm. bussimatkat, gondolihissejä ja luontokohteita.

Rautatie menee aivan hotellin vierestä, jossa kulkee paljon junaliikennettä. Mutta parvekkeen oven ollessa kiinni ei häirinnyt öisinkään.

Super Lage und sehr freundliches Personal. Super Frühstück

Lage super Zimmer gut und zweckmässig Balkonmöbel leider defekt Badezimmer wäre zum modernisieren Frühstücksauswahl war gut.

Frühstück leider nur bis Punkt 10.00h!!

Postel byla příjemně měkká výhled byl krásný. Výhodou byl i automat v hotelu na menší věci když člověk zapoměl něco koupit, 5 minut od vlakové stanice 7 minut od autobusové zastávky, velkou výhodou byla letní karta kterou hotel má v ceně ubytování

Trošku víc čistoty by to chtělo v koupelně co se týká sprchového koutu, jedno z oken které nedrželo v pantu a myslel sem že mi zůstane v ruce, některé pokoje jsou opravdu malé a člověk co má klaustrofobií by si měl vybrat větší pokoj.

Really friendly personal, good breakfast. Great location in front of lake. Hotel is located near the railway so from around 4:30 am you can hear the train but in the room are earplugs, so you can use it. From my perspective it's not needed if you will sleep with closed windows and I'm person who has a really light sleep. :)

مميز جداً .. أخذنا " شقه " كامله وكانت مميزه و أكثر هدوءاً من الغرف .

عدم وجود تكييف ، و مع ذلك ما قصرو وفرواّ لنا مراوح .

Das Hotel befindet sich in einer ausgezeichneten Lage. Das engagierte Team des Hotels ist sehr freundlich, insbesondere der Hotelbesitzer. Tiere sind herzlich willkommen. Die Bahnlinien haben uns nicht gestört, und wir haben gut geschlafen. Gerne kommen wir wieder!

Lake front position with short distances to the town centre, lifts and other activities.

Train line is close by but in a unique way added to the stay.

Het is alleen jammer dat het langs een treinspoor zit maar dat wisten we vantevoren natuurlijk met het boeken

Beim einchecken wurden wir sehr,sehr freundlich begrüßt. Der Wunsch vom Zimmer mit Balkon wurde uns erfüllt. Das Schiff und der Bahnhof sind ganz nah.

Es war alles Tip top. Wir haben nichts zu bemängeln.

الفندق مميز بقوه بموقعه قريب جدا محطه القطار والسنتر والخدمات ، شوي مزعج مرور القطار لكن عند اغلاق النوافذ ينعزل الصوت كليا ، غرفتي باطلاله على البحيره وكان من اجمل الاختيارات ، اعجبني توفير مروحه في الغرفه لان الوقت صيف ، السرير والاغطيه نظيفه ، الموظفين ودودين وخدومين ان شا الله لو رجعت زيلامسي مره اخرى راح اسكن فيه ان شا الله

عدم توفر قهوه الشي الوحيد الي استغربت انهم مايفروه رغم موفرين غلايه واكواب وسكر بس القهوه قالوا مانوفرها !!

السكن كان حجزي غرفة وكان الحجز مكتمل و قبلو حجزي بعدها اعتذرو مني و عوضوني بشقه و اجمل شي كانت نظافة و ترتيب و المرقع قريب من البحيرة و السنتر ولو رجعنا بكون عندهم ان شاءالله

الوظفين ودودين وتعاملهم كان لطيف جدا

اللي مايحب اصوات القطارات لا يختار الغرف المطله على البحيرة

Centralt och fantastisk personal, särskilt Anca som var mycket hjälpsam och trevlig👌Ett plus för oss var att chefen pratade svenska. Bra frukost.

Great location, close to the main station and buses that bring you to the attractions. Incredible view of the lake, if you get the apartment with balcony. Friendly and helpful staff. Lots of eateries and supermarket nearby. €10 a day for our dog stay. If you request Summer Card, it’s totally worth it.

The trains are very close to the hotel so it might get loud if the balcony door is open. However, they provide earplugs if that bothers you.

Zufällig war auch noch das Seefest mit Feuerwerk, da hatten wir einen Logenplatz zum Feuerwerk auf dem Balkon. Toll ist auch das Angebot der Sommerkarte mit freien Fahrten bei allen Bergbahnen (Kitzsteinhorn und Schmittenhöhe) und Schiffen.

Keine Klimaanlage, bei offener Balkontür war dann der Lärm des Zugverkehrs zu hören. Die Fenster und Türen waren einigermaßen schalldicht.

the staff are so helpful and friendly. It is a very traditional hotel in a great location minutes from the train station and the water front. Lovely little balcony with view of lake.

It is noisy with the trains running directly outside the front but most of the lake side hotels all have the same problem so for less noise stay further up the hill . No air conditioning but fan provided.

המיקום נהדר הנוף מהחדר שפונה לאגם מדהים החדר יחסית מרווח הצוות אדיב מאוד ונענה לכל בקשה שלנו כולל מאוורר נוסף לחדר ועזר לנו מאוד להתמצא מבחינת מיקום ותכנון של טיולים.

אין מזגן זה פשוט סיוט בחום אם היה מאוורר תקרה היה פותר הרבה באלגן מי שרגיש לרעש הרכבת שעוברת ליד המלון מרעישה מאוד גם בשעות הקטנות של הלילה

There is no air conditioning in the room. Size of the shower area is too small. Lots of noise pollution of trains and fellow room guests.

Proper air conditioning is must. Other issues already mentioned above.

We booked this hotel before covid struck and got cancelled. So rebooked for June 2026. Fantastic choice. Hotel is right next to the lake, train station and a short walk into town. Hotel staff were wonderful and cheery every time we saw them. The breakfast was great to help start a day of exploring the lake or further afield with the guest mobility pass. Free travel throughout the whole of Salzburg. We got back today ( Saturday 20th June) and would love to be back there soon. Great hotel, lovely people running the hotel. Fantastic.

مكتوب يوجد بطاقه صيفيه ويعطونك بطاقه فيها خصم 10٪؜ لاتصدقونهم والموظفه اخلاقها سيئه جداً غير متحرمه اما الموظف كبير السن جداً محترم

Excellent location close to the station and to the centre. Our room was comfortable and had a great view over the lake. A good breakfast is provided m.

Gemütliches Hotel; MitarbeiterInnen sehr freundlich, Zimmer ausreichend groß und sauber, wunderschöner Blick auf den See, Frühstück war lecker. Hatte Zimmer zum See und damit zur Bahnlinie - habe die Züge kaum whrgenommen (bei geschlossenem Fenster)

مطل على سكة القطار و ازعاج شديد طوال الليل من صوت القطار القوي المزعج الذي يتسبب في ايقاظنا من النوم مع العلم ان القطار لايتوقف طوال اليوم . الأمر الآخر عند وصولنا للفندق طلبنا منهم البطاقة الصيفية و اخبرونا انه لايوجد لديهم مع العلم انه يوجد رد منهم في اسئلة المسافرين بأنهم لديهم بطاقة صيفية . والرد لم يتم حذفه الى الآن مما يؤدي الى تضليل للعميل .

موقعه قريب جداً من السنتر ويطل عالبحيرة. الفطور لا بأس به.

لا يوجد تكييف ولا يوجد مراوح في الحمام ، اثاث قديم . يوجد ازعاج القطار من امام الفندق . سقوط باب البلكونة علينا والحمد لله لم نصب بأذى سوى بعض الرضوض( مرفق صورة).

Helt omöjligt att sova pga järnvägen som går 8m från sovrummet. Då det var 28grader varmt var balkongen tvungen att vara öppen då ventilation inte finns. Dessutom hade nog sängarna sett sina bästa år för 20 år sedan.

Location couldn’t be better. The view of the lakes and mountains from the balcony is exceptional. The walk into the centre of town takes minutes. The staff are very welcoming and friendly and kindly posted a pair of jeans my wife left behind. Breakfast was decent.

This is minor but you can hear the trains go past the front of the hotel. The noise isn’t that bad though, it doesn’t happen all night and it’s worth putting up with for the view.

Am See gelegene Unterkunft mit tollem Blick auf den wunderschönen Zellersee Die vor dem Haus vorbeifahrenden Züge haben uns nicht gestört, auch wenn es manchmal etwas lauter (quietschende Bremsgeräusche) war Die Zimmer zeitgemäß, das Bad/WC vielleicht etwas klein, aber gestört hat es nicht Familiär geführtes kleines Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal auf jeder Ebene 😊 Frühstücksbuffet mit ausreichendem Angebot, freundlichem Service und der Möglichkeit in der Morgensonne auf der Terrasse (in Gesellschaft von liebevollen Spatzen 😅) zu frühstücken (Kostenpflichtiger) Parkplatz beim Hotel, absperrbarer Rad-Raum (Skikeller) Mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtetes Hotel - wir kommen gerne wieder

Die Lage war gut, aber mit dem Auto etwas schlecht zu erreichen, das Frühstück war gut, das Lokal im Haus war leider geschlossen,

Das Zimmer war roch modrig, erst durch das Lüften wurde es besser, das man im Hotel kein Mittag oder Abendessen bekommen konnte, keine Badewanne vorhanden nur eine Stehdusche.

My 3rd stay at this lovely family run hotel.It's small, pretty,warm and comfortable.Staff are friendly and helpful and Anca,the young waitress,is very entertaining.The food is excellent,love the breakfast in the dining room overlooking the lake.Dinner choice is limited, choice of 2 main courses,one being vegetarian,and was quite salty.Several guests mentioned this and the chef did take notice.We were disappointed that ice cream wasn't available.Zell is quite small so the hotel is near to all amenities.I don't ski but there are lovely walks,free local transport with the free guest pass from the hotel.This took me on a 3 hour journey to the Krimml waterfalls and back.Innsbruck and Salzburg are about 2 hours by train with cheaper prices than the UK.Already have next year planned.

Stayed at Hotel Seehof as part of a package ski holiday with my son. Staff were very friendly, twin rooms basic but comfortable and clean. We did half board and the breakfasts and dinners were good. Within easy walking distance of the ski-lift and conveniently located in the village with beautiful views of the lake. There is a Trainline just outside the hotel but we did not find that at all disturbing.

What an amazing hotel staff and owners are brilliant couldnt do enough for us on our third visit to the hotel - we managed to get a booking in the restaurant this year as booked out on previous visits - and by far the best food we had all week !!! Looking forward to the schnapps and chats next year Ronan and aine

Close to town

Nylon elastic bed sheets. Tiny shower. Outdated bathroom. No A/C. Room was very hot and stuffy with just a small fan. The room was right next to the railway track so opening the balcony door to get cooler air in meant we were woken by the train. Had two sleepless nights. In summary, if you visit during hot weather and want to sleep do not stay here!

We stayed here over Christmas while skiing, 1st impressions were warm and welcoming. This is a gem of a hotel, fantastic friendly staff and very clean. The bar and restaurant are lovely, the food is amazing. We ate here twice and both meals were equally the best we had all week. Great location, close to bars etc. we had a lake view room and you need the earplugs (provided) as the trains run all night. We would definitely stay here again
