ロケーションは最高です。特にラウンジのテラス席は、夕陽とドリンクを堪能できて素晴らしい場所です。 しかし、こんなにきれいな光景なのに、利用した日は他にラウンジ利用客がいなくて、貸切状態でした。だからなのか、レストランと業務を兼ねたスタッフさんがラウンジのカウンターになかなかいなくて、注文制なのにドリンクが頼みづらくて困りました。人が回らないなら、ビールと泡盛くらいはセルフサービスでも良いのではないかと思います。 他のホテルのクラブルームにも宿泊し、ラウンジを楽しんでいますが、こんなに遠慮したクラブラウンジは初めてでした。 そして小腹がすいてもコンビニや売店が、ホテルはおろか島ぐるみで存在しないので、ちょっとしたドリンクやお菓子、軽食が必要なら、予め瀬長島に向かう前に調達しておいたほうが良いです。 その他、スタッフは丁寧で感じは良いし温泉も良かったし、総合的には良いホテルでした。

A very unique and fun experience, breakfast had lots of veggies options which provided a much needed balance of diet, especially in Japan. The hotel is located in an isolated peninsula by the airport, don't expect to walkout to any family marts or typical city retail shopping. There are good casual restaurant nearby and outdoor enjoyment of being by the coast. Staff and service were good. The only thing is certain parts of the hotel seemed dated and worn out. Some cosmetic upgrades and renovations would make this into luxurious hotel

溫泉非常舒適、員工也很積極處理事務，客房乾淨，會推薦想要渡假的朋友住宿。

Nice location lots of restaurants and shops near by. The view is gorgeous and the open air bath with hot spring water was really nice and great after busy tour days. Breakfast was really good with lots of choices

房間和服務都很好，唯一缺點是洗澡時間浴場的人太多了，同時有50-60人擠在大浴場裡面，空間很壓迫，可能要泡湯得在離峰時間會比較舒適。早餐不錯但沒有特別驚艷，整體cp值尚可。

飯店對兒童友善、還有提供洗澡玩具、兒童拖鞋跟兒童衣褲。房間也很舒適，有沙發與矮桌，浴室乾濕分離、廁所另外設置很方便使用。陽台還有很棒的view可以看到飛機起飛。溫泉也是超舒適～下次有去沖繩一定還會入住，是我在沖繩美好的回憶！

Even standard twin room is spacious as it has a small living room space, clean and tidy lavatory and comfy bed. Onsen is a must go for sure. Just that the reception staff can have more smile and greet guests proactively.

Room 334 was awesome!

海を見ながら露天風呂は最高です。 夜は空港の灯りがキレイ。昼はエメラルドグリーンが広がります。 海に沈む夕陽をみながらのインフィニティプール。歩いてすぐ側にウミカジテラスがあり飲食お買い物も楽しめました。空港からタクシーで移動できるので、また利用したいです。

4人で宿泊してベッド2台の部屋に敷布団2枚敷いてもらいましたが、スーツケースを広げる場所が限られてて狭かったですが、露天風呂があるのは良かったし隣のウミカジテラスも良かった！

It was a beautiful place. Need vegetarian options for breakfast. We told wait staff & ended up with fish, chicken, all the same so it was a terrible waste of food.

The rooms were great! Size and setup of the rooms were wonderful. Not a fan of the offerings in the restaurant on site. Relied heavily on outside restaurants for meals. Highly recommend the hotel!

大廳什麼都沒有、連飲水機也沒有，沒有迎賓飲料點心，早餐也是套餐式，這樣的價格真心覺得CP值太低

Excellent atmosphere with hot spring. A little bit far from downtown.

It's a perfect stay when you just landed/ about to depart given the near proximity to the airport. Everything is perfect, from the breakfast to the scenery and onsen, the only thing that I hope can be improved is the air-conditioning. It's too weak during the summer.

這酒店周邊的環境餐飲都不錯，對着大海心曠神怡，唯獨就是房間比較少，真的沒想過少得那麼少，至於工作人員都很有禮貌，交通方面如果不是自駕遊的話，交通只有一架公巴TK02能夠直接去到酒店門口下車，能夠直接去到酒店門口下車，去鄰近的iias商場也是搭同一架公巴，而DMM水族館就在隔鄰，水族館就在隔鄰。

객실은 좁긴 했으나 온천을 이용할수 있는 아주 큰 메리트가 있어요. 매일저녁 온천을 즐기면서 피로를 풀수 있어 좋았습니다!

One of THE best hotels I've ever stayed at. I didn't go to the public bath though

It was nice to use the onsen, breakfast, and such a nice service from staffs. It’s located close to the airport, I would recommend to stay for the last part of the trip to relax in the osen

部屋も非常に清潔だし，快適。温泉があるのが嬉しい。コンビニがあると最高だけど，ウミガメテラスはちょっと残念かも。。。夕日が見れるラウンジは最高です。

沖縄滞在1泊なら立地も良くてオススメです。部屋に温泉があるタイプでしたので綺麗な海と飛行機の景色を眺めながらゆっくりできました。泉質もとても良いと思います。ツルツルになりました！ 朝ごはんは豪華なお重で運ばれて来ますが中身はシンプルです。贅沢を言うならば食べ応えがある沖縄名産メイン料理を何か一つ加えて頂けたらと思います。

また行きたいです

温泉が最高でした。又朝食もとても豪華で スタッフさん達が親切でした。又ホテルから下に歩いて行くと恋のカフェテラスが沢山店が並んで又行きたい。

ウミカジテラスしか無いけど、温泉地元の人もたくさんいて混雑してるけど、スタッフは親切で笑顔だし、料理も美味しかったし、満足でした。

チェックアウトの時にチェックインの時、窓口対応して頂いた方から、玄関付近で名前で声掛けして頂き、滞在に不便が無かったか、また次回もご利用お待ちしてますと気遣い頂きました✨当たり前のことかもしれませんが、アットホーム的な親近感で、また来ますと答えました。 とても素晴らしい記念日になりました。

温泉施設が異常に混んでる。

龍神の湯という温浴施設が併設されているが、混雑していること、洗い場が狭く隣との仕切がないこと、せっかくの施設なのに、ちょっと残念でした。ゆったりしたい人には不向き

WBF系列から外れてから久々に２週続けて宿泊しました。スタッフの対応は素晴らしいと思います。龍神の湯の立ち湯から那覇空港に離発着する航空機を眺めるの最高です。ホテルも龍神の湯もキャパオーバーと感じる。宿泊客やSPA利用者が多過ぎると思う。ハードウェア、経年劣化は否めないが那覇空港に近くプチリゾート感覚で温泉でリラックス出来ます。ただ、夕方に空港からホテルに向かう場合、交通渋滞を覚悟して下さい。

停電で5階まで非常階段でしたが、それがなければお風呂もお部屋も朝食も良かったです。

Comfortable, Privacy and Neat

部屋のアメニティとして用意されていた使い捨てタイプのボディタオルが、外装フィルム越に見てはっきりわかるほど青カビだらけでした。念の為開封しましたが、猛烈なカビの刺激臭が放たれ続けました。

It was certainly overpriced. I was here 7 years and really liked it so came back, but the smallest room was 80K yen. Prob due to the timing but given the facility is now old and the onsen is not perfectly managed (lots of hair all over), i think I will opt out for a newer hotel going forward

夕陽、海、飛行機の着陸風景が見れて素晴らしいロケーションです。温泉の質も最高でした。 ホテルスタッフは、全員親切でした。

Helpful and friendly staff. Kids had fun in the pool and onsen. A pleasant place to stay for a family with small kids.

スタッフの方皆さん親切で 気分良く宿泊できました^ ^ 清潔感もあり、小さな子供を連れて行くにも 安心できるお宿でした‼︎ 温泉があるのがかなり嬉しく、 次回もまた利用させてもらいます‼︎ 家族初めての沖縄旅行満足できました！

Good service and location. Room was clean and tidy, with a nice view. Breakfast was fanciful, with many meats and a good soup, but a bit soggy. Didn't visit the onsen as they don't allow any signs of ink even if it is temporary. Overall a decent stay.

サービスが充実しており、気配りも素晴らしく感じました。 スタッフの方も親切丁寧で、温泉も素敵で大満足です。 ウミカジテラスもホテルの施設の一部に感じるほどアクセスがよく、とても満足度の高い宿泊となりました。

とても過ごしやすい環境でした。 レストランで夜ご飯を考えてる方は必ず事前に予約をおすすめします。私はそれを知らなかったので予約をしないとご飯物はピザのみで後はおつまみとお酒がラウンジで頂けるのみでしたので。 車で外に食べに行くなら話は別ですが。 温泉はとても良かったです。室内の温泉はかなり熱いので半分まず源泉入れて水で調整するのがいいかもです。 また機会がありましたら利用しようと思います。

旅行の最後の1泊は空港への便が良いこのホテルにしました。立地から飛行機の騒音（特に軍用機）がすごいのですが、二重窓をしっかり閉めればそれほど気にならなくなりました。

環境、服務、餐飲、spa服務優異，spa服務不能不試。自駕以或乘車到酒店同樣方便，酒店外圍的餐廳也可一試。

景色漂亮，環境休美，餐廳食物不俗。 惟房內設施有點陳舊

施設、食事、温泉、どれも大変良くリピートしたいと思います。何よりスタッフの方々は全員心がこもっていて滞在中、仕合わせな気持ちにさせて頂きました。

露天風呂が、とても良かった！

オーシャンビューの部屋に泊まりましたが飛行機の着陸も見えて最高でした。 スタッフの方も親切丁寧に対応してくれて良かったてす。

The staff is nice and helpful. They provide special gift for toddlers. The infinity pool is nice but close a bit early. The hot spring got several pools and with long opening hours. Breakfast is provided but you need to queue up for the tables so remember to go earlier and save longer time for that. The hotel is close to the airport with only ten minutes drive. It is a good place to stay just after you arrive or before you leave Okinawa. And the seaview is stunning at the balcony with private hot spring. A number of restaurants to choose from nearby the hotel.

溫泉好正！房間亦都好大同好靚！ 不過佢無左buffet，早餐係日式早餐，都豐富！ 但因為我有啲菜式會唔太想食！所以就一般！ 但總體好舒適，係好大風！但如果係溫泉愛好者，花一日時間係酒店都係唔錯既放鬆！

（出来た当初からいつかは行きたいホテルでした。） 新しいと思っていましたがはや10周年との事。 ファシリティにはそれなりの経年劣化はあるものの、手入れは行き届いていました。 また従業員の皆様も挨拶を欠かさず、素晴らしい滞在が出来ました。

The whole experience is nice. the reception are nice and polite, the hot spring is good. But unfortunately i book the wrong room, i was expecting to enjoy the private hot spring in our own rooms.

ロケーションもサービスも最高でした！空港が目の前にありますが、窓はしっかり防音対策で二重になっており、全く気にならなかったです。大浴場の温泉は宿泊客以外も多かったので混雑していましたが、時間次第ではゆっくり過ごせると思います。またお世話になりたいと思います。

Great place to stay. The Onsen was wonderful. Had a blast with the family. Would recommend to anyone who wants to relax and have a fun family stay!

Clean room, friendly staff, exvellent view, shops nearby in the terrace. But quite far from main town, need a car, parking is free.

The hotel is very nice in every aspect, such as view, room size, cleanliness, staff, room amenities. Although the price is a little bit higher, but it's worthy. The location is not too convenient, it would be perfect for driving visitors.

Staff was relatively thorough on explaining facilities in the hotel. Staff was helpful in booking taxi for us for our early flight the following day. As one of my family members is a vegetarian, hotel was able to accommodate to her requests in both dinner and breakfast which allowed my family to have a peace of mind. Also, we were able to get our shuttle bus refund back despite not having the 'receipt' from the bus driver, which we didn't know we should get. I love the sea view of the hotel, the open-air bath in the room and also that loccitane products were provided in the rooms. However, it seems that different rooms have different clothes to be worn in the hotel. We did not use it as we have booked different rooms and it seemed like there was a class difference. Some of the placement of things in the room could have been better. There was no place to hang clothes or towel in the shower room - which was weird for me. Dinner was simple in a fine dining style. As we had to take the morning flight, hotel prepared a cold bento set for us in the morning by 6am. I would have enjoyed a warm bento though.

The room was beautiful the food was pretty good not amazing but good, the view and hot tub on our terrace was awesome, although the service was not that great, we had to change clothes, we were early, obviously the room wasn't available, which I totally understand, but they didn't have any other choice than the toilet to change clothes, they have a spa area, but they don't allow people to access to change, we were at a different hotel in Naha a few days prior and they had no problem with it. You pay a lot of money for the night and you get a lot less service. The room was the best part but not sure I will go back. There is nicer place for the same price in Japan usually the service is impeccable this was a snobby place.
