Guest Feedback
Feedback themes are sourced from guest reviews provided by our data provider.
What guests love
- •Central location / proximity to attractions
- •Friendly, very helpful staff
- •Consistently clean rooms/apartments
- •Comfortable apartments
- •Good value for money
- •Pool praised by guests
Areas to consider
- •Limited / difficult parking
- •Occasional street noise at night
- •Some beds/sofa beds uncomfortable
- •Poorly equipped kitchens in some units
- •Air conditioner issues (noisy or mold) in isolated cases
Cleanliness
9.5/10Multiple reviews explicitly praise cleanliness ('todo limpo', 'sempre limpa', 'everything clean'). Isolated issues mentioned (mold in air conditioner, a broken shower drain) but overall cleanliness is consistently positive.
Service
10/10Service is repeatedly highlighted as a strength: '5-star' staff, very friendly and helpful, staff who resolve issues and make guests return. Consistently excellent guest reports justify a top score.
Location
10/10Location is overwhelmingly praised as central and ideal ('in the middle of Viseu', 'inmejorable', 'proximidade dos centros de interesse'). Proximity to sights and convenience for guests is a clear strength.
Room Quality
8.7/10Many guests call the apartments comfortable and well-located, but there are recurring room-level negatives: uncomfortable sofa beds, some children's beds disliked, a mezzanine mattress on the floor described as not very comfortable, and air-con issues in some units.
Amenities
8.6/10Amenities are mixed: positives include a praised pool and generally adequate in-room equipment, but there are repeated complaints about parking availability, poor kitchen equipment in some apartments, occasional noisy improvised AC units and an isolated internet report.
Value for Money
9.4/10Several reviews explicitly praise the quality-price relationship and state the stay represents good value; assigned a high rating reflecting those comments.
Food and Beverage
9.4/10Food and beverage are not mentioned in the reviews; per instructions this category is assigned the target overall rating.
Overall Experience
9.6/10Overall sentiment is very positive: many 'perfect', 'very good', 'will be back' comments and repeat guests; minor negatives (parking, occasional noise, kitchen/AC issues) do not outweigh generally strong guest satisfaction.
