Musty towels that smelled bad. Toilets lack ventilation and have sewage smell.

Location is good. Staff is very friendly. Appreciate room was made daily. Amenities like coffee, tea and toiletries were replenished. Room was also spacious for 2 of us. Thank you for the good job done!

Air con unit is blowing directly into the bed. Did not have any good night sleep. Always wake up with a dry throat. Breakfast selection was average. 1 day lacked of oranges...

Breakfast was terrible. Absoutely unappetising. Also airconditioning in the breakfast area is not uniform. For room service / room cleaning, there was no fixed routine and we had to ask the front desk every day. Strangely no washing machine is provided for stays less than 28 days when the room has the provision for the washing machine Overall has a run-down feel and look

We had a power outage at 3.00am and the power was restored at 7.30am. The management said they will refund my payment. The lady in the front office said she will communicate with booking.com and keep me in the loop. However i feel just to keep us shut and cool the situation she must said it and never proceed and further. i booked 4 rooms. I am not going to stat in Somerset anymore.

the hotel could use a renovation and it was very far from main city area with the big malls (40mins drive) , stay here if you just want Legoland

All the bed side power outlets don't work. I have to charge my phone at the kitchen table. The power outlet at vanity table don't work as well. I can only dry my hair at the kitchen outlet. The property should be better maintained. Aircon controller don't work too and I had to wait for maintenance staff to come change it for me. Aircon is very noisy too

Property double charged my stay and as of writing still has not addressed my concern even though I have raised it before my check out. Property charged guest prior to my check out without informing me and giving me a chance to explain that it’s already paid for. Extra hassle trying to get a refund and not responsive to an overseas guest

The aircondition is not cooling much

The only good thing about the property was the peace and quiet of the locality and the close proximity to Legoland for family with kids. Nothing else.

It was in such bad shape. I had stayed in the Somerset Puteri harbour in 2015 and that place was gorgeous. I booked thinking it’s the same place. It was terrible, from the gloomy exterior to the black marks on the walls in the rooms to the cracked wood, it was horrible.

The toilet flushing system was slow. Water droplets from the shower head above kept dripping even after the tap was turn off.

Location - Jus across Legolang and Mall of Medini. Parking - Was easy to find and lots of parking space. Food - Lots of food options at the mall. Grocery - Supermarket at Mall of Medini and 7-11 at the hotel area. Easy Access - Easy to locate driving there Staff - Were friendly and helpful Rooms - Clean and good. Booked the 1 bedroom premier. Theres a kitchenette in the room. View was amazing on the 30th floor.

Breakfast - Breakfast option is limited but good enough to filled you up before you go out and explore.

Superb location, large rooms and top notch fittings. The hotel is well maintained with friendkt friendly staff.

A bit pricey and the breakfast options were simple. The parking is limited and not free.

It is near the Legoland, the rooms are clean and staffs are pleasant.

It is far from KL like 3-5hrs travel as it is situated in Johor Bahru.

The room was super clean, although equipment has started to get old. I cant use netflix on the TV

Breakfast was sad and lousy. To Honest, it was very disappointing.

The experience I've had during my stay at this hotel. 1. The air conditioner is not functioning - I need to wait for the technician to repair 2. Bathtub drainage 3. The room telephone was not working - I need to go to reception desk to complaint/feedback the issue I faced. 4. Unable to open the door using an access card and need to wait for a technician.

The hotel's location is excellent and very convenient, with easy access to LEGOLAND and Mall of Medini to get F&B and also grocery.

I was disappointed with the room facilities. The air conditioner was not functioning properly and did not produce cool air, making the room uncomfortable, especially at night. In addition, the shower water pressure was extremely low, which made showering inconvenient and frustrating.

The property is clean. Not sure is it due to low occupancy because did not find the housekeeping is consistent eg toilet roll just left with half a roll and shower gel is not filled but the whole unit is very clean. If the quality of housekeeping is good, the above mentioned should not happen.

The front desk staff members are poorly trained. When i approached one of their lady staff members (Ms Hana), she was using her mobile phone. Instead of putting down her phone, she continued using her phone for another minute or so. She could have acknowledged me by eye contact or gestures but she ignored me completely. We arrived around 5:15pm and upon checking in, we were told that our room was not ready !!! The check in time is 3pm. I was told that the room needed a final check ???

Very clean ,well maintained and the fittings are of good quality. Friendly staff and very good location right next to Legoland.

Car park is limited and chargeable for each entry. Should provide curtains for the bathtub so the floor won't get wet and night result in accident. The rates are premium too.

Staff tells us the Parking Basement is RM5 for 2Day1Night .We also give Touch and Go to verify .But still have charge every in and out parking .Ask to do refund they ask for video .End up cannot get the refund .

Got lot of ants all over the room. The Aircond was not cooling enough. The breakfast was not delicious, the foods was tasteless and have no choices as well.

Location to Legoland is perfect. Room size if very good for family. I stayed in 2 bedroom apartment and we really like the size. We have 4 adults and 1 toddler. Space and location are the best for this property. A/C, water pressure and lighting are all decent.

The interior and amenities are old and dated. In room phone was spoiled. Walls are plastered with temporary fix such as silicon and some fixtures were so old that it feels like it will break if I exert some force. Rubbish bin are too small in the bathroom. Towels are clean but feels like they are at the end of the lifespan as it has started to fray and scratchy.

Going down towards parking area - the curve coming down to the parking area is kinda narrow.

Very old facilities , water heater water is small, bed is not comfy, creepy and smelly lift , breakfast is not good ( bad quality ( , room is consider old and not clean, baby cot is very old and freemsy , definitely not suitable for family stay . Paid around 1200 per night for this 1/2 star standard , should have stay at hotel instead

So this is not really a hotel but a condo building converted into a hotel 1) There's nobody at the ground floor to receive you (reception is at second floor) 2) The hallways were eerily unlit upon arrival and badly maintained 3) The breakfast is a separate restaurant, but hardly anyone eats there. E.g. breads are rock solid. Best to exclude breakfast or stick to the chicken and rice. 4) The surrounding neighbourhood is eerily deserted 5) Way overpriced compared to just booking one of many condo's in Iskandar

Friendly reception staff. The bed types in our room are great for our family of four. Breakfast was very simple but tastes very good. Amenities in the apartment are good. Staff also made an effort to prepare watermelon juice and snacks for Earth Hours Light-out at the lobby. Would recommend families to stay here if going to Legoland as it is only a 5 minute stroll away. Medini Mall next to it has lots of food options and a big supermarket.

The dust from under our beds actually flew out and dirtied the clean floor. Housekeeping should at least clean under the bed twice a month.

체크인 하던날 가운데방에 죽어 있던 큰 개미가 체크아웃되는 날까지도 그대로 있었다. 클리닝은 아쉬웠으나 친절한 직원의 서비스는 만족스러웠다.

The only downside is that I wished they had Netflix on premises. Other than that we had a pleasant stay and will definitely return ☺️

The room was big, comfortable & most importantly it was clean. Staff was very friendly & helpful. The food at the restaurant for our sahur was delicious. My family & I enjoyed our stay there & are already making plans to return immediately after we checked out😁
