Loved the feel of the place as soon as we stepped foot into it. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. The location was close to everything and the bed was super comfortable. The old world feel was delightful and a feel of generosity to the place

It felt like staying at a luxury collection hotel. Cris was like your personal guide available on WhatsApp. One of their rooms is in the Lambierti tower. Truly spectacular. Would recommend.

Yes, it’s a heritage styled property, but it’s right on the borderline of being a bit worn and in need of TLC!

It is a 700 year old building - it was divine inside - many steps but you have to come to expect. It felt very unique. The room was huge and with a little balcony and felt very homely. Enjoyed it immensely.

Bad entspricht nicht dem Preisniveau. Einfachverglasung und dadurch auftretende morgendliche Lärmbelastung.

Het uitzicht over het plein is uniek, geeft een wow-gevoel. Kamer is stijlvol ingericht. De hosts zijn super vriendelijk en hardwerkend.

Het keukentje is minimaal; weinig borden/glazen en is bouwkundig afgeraffeld. Er is bijvoorbeeld een soort van afzuigkap, maar die werkt niet. Heeft ook een stukje afvoerbuis, zonder verdere connectie.

We love this place every time we stay here! Fabulous, walkable location overlooking Piazza Erbe and the market. Delightful balcony! Chris was extremely helpful and Dennis (on our stay before this). The room is very conveniently stocked with goodies and the air conditioning is divine. If you need a fan for the bedroom it’s easily available.

If you are mobility challenged you should be aware of the two sets of stairs you will have to walk up. If you can manage it, it’s worth it!

Not easy access with a heavy suitcase although the staff were always willing to help If you need a quiet place to sleep this isn’t the place as the square below is buzzing at night

Although we were visiting during the heat wave and did not use the balcony, it was a nice feature. View and location were ideal.

i appreciated the vernacular in style of furnishings, but the sofa and chairs were not comfortable. The beds and pillows did not compare favorably with 4 star hotels. The place could have used a deep clean.

Slight smell from the bathroom, to be expected from an old building.

The property itself is absolutely beautiful and breathtaking. You are literally in the center of the city and the view from the balcony is beautiful. The interior style doesn’t really match the esthetic of the building but it’s still nice.

I didn’t like that the entry code for the front door is the same as for your room. I wonder if all the guests have the same code…? They could refurbish the rooms and bathrooms. What really needs to be done is replacing the carpet. The carpet wasn’t cleaned in decades.

L'emplacement et le caractère de l'établissement. Le service de navette aller et retour garage / hôtel

Matelas un peu trop ferme à notre goût et oreiller aussi. L'absence de vue depuis la chambre, qui donne sur la ruelle derrière l'hôtel et ce, contrairement à la photo de l'annonce ! Il est indiqué studio avec balcon, mais sans préciser ce qui précède... J'estime qu'il y a tromperie et comme c'est la 2ème fois en 3 jours, ma confiance envers Booking.com, commence à baisser sérieusement.

Central location overlooking the square. Excellent staff. Communicated efficiently and was waiting at the door on our arrival. And showed us around our room and helped with luggage.Texted us recommendations for restaurants. We tried 2 both great. One a local place and one with a great breakfast.

Would have loved a tea kettle. There is no elevator, so might be an issue if you have mobility issues or heavy luggage. They were nice enough to carry our small luggage up snd we managed carrying them down.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! We had a room with a private terrace and it was worth every penny! This hotel is in a 700 year old building and decorated with period pieces... amazing history. While the terrace looks out onto the Piazza delle Erbe, which is crowded with shopping stands and visitors, it feels very private with potted shrubs and flowers as well as a large table and chairs to enjoy a relaxing meal outdoors. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I cannot reccommend this location enough!!!

It didn't apply to us, but this hotel is a walkup, so it would be had to stay here if you could not climb stairs.

Slitet. Balkongdörrar stängdes inte ordentligt, extrem ljudnivå utifrån dels sent in på kvällen men även tidig morgon av sopbilar. Ventilation som spred cigarettrök från utsidan in i rummet. Sjabbigt chick av badrummet. Marknadsförs som lgh, men inget annat än ett rum med sitthörna och kaffekokare.

The property was in a great location for exploring the city. Obviously being on the square meant it was quite noisy at night but that’s to be expected. The location was the only saving grace of our stay.

Customer service was horrific. The hotel was difficult to find firstly. We had to ask the reception team to direct us. The real issue was when we arrived and were show our room. We booked a balcony sweet based on the photographs on site showing grand double height ceilings with painting, large open balcony’s over looking the square from the top of the property. With plush luxary fittings. This was not the case. We were placed in a small suite, nothing at all like the photographs with a closed off balcony that lost all the sun by check in. When I went down to discuss with reception, the person at the front desk was so incredibly rude, I’ve never experienced customer service like it. I showed him the images of the room we booked and he pulled up a site and showed me images of the room we were in and told me we booked that when we hadn’t. I said how disappointed I was with the customer service and told tough. This was clearly a rehearsed speech and I felt like other customers had complained about this. Nothing was offered to help, not even an offer to cancel the booking if we were not happy, just told that that was the room we booked which it clearly wasn’t! To top it all off, the hot water didn’t work in the morning so had to have cold showers. When going down to reception to complain/check out there was no one there so just left…. Was a very strange stay and cannot recommend in the slightest.

B&B in palazzo d’epoca, con stanze completamente ristrutturate, con gusto curate nei dettagli. L’alloggio è di lusso, quasi fosse un 5 stelle. Le stanze sono estremamente pulite, dotate di tutti i comfort. Il servizio è impeccabile. La posizione eccezionale (in pratica è su Piazza delle Erbe ma con il portone di entrata nella via dietro).

La TV non prende i canali del digitale terrestre, ma solo quelli Samsung TV. I cuscini, specie rispetto al resto dell’alloggio, non sono di grande qualità.

The room was a wonderful modern twist on an old building. Was obsessed with the bed - SO comfortable. And I wanted to steal the plush blanket they had! Still need to call and see if they’d have info on where they bought it - I want one for home.

It was an old building, so stairs up to our room - which is to be expected!!! But our host was very lovely and carried them up for us.

Alles, das Personal war eine 10/10 in allen möglichen Kategorien. Auf Grund von Stau hatten wir Verspätung, das Team het extra gewartet obwohl CheckIn bereits geschlossen war. Sie sind sehr zuvorkommend, geben einheimische Tipps und sind rund um die Uhr erreichbar für fragen. Werden zu 100% wieder zurück kommen! Danke liebes Team!

Zapoměla jsem prstýnek, nový kondicionér a dárky v lednici (sýr a salám s lanýžem) když jsem psala do Corte Realdi (tentýž den), že se pro věci zastavím při cestě ze Sirmione, Mantova, bylo mi napsáno, že vše je vyhozené a prstýnek se nenašel🫣s takovým tvrzením nemohu souhlasit. Osoba, která uklízí uvádí nepravdu a proto nemohu tomuto ubytování již důvěřovat a v budoucnu návštívit! Dagmar

Staying in a place that's under a 900 year old tower and a local landmark is something quite special. The location is ideal, right in Piazza delle Erbe and the suite is outstanding; it has all what you need to have a magnificent stay. Also, the staff (Cris, Denis) were super responsive and always were following up with me, even before our arrival. 5 stars!!

The only thing I would recommend to change is the matress of the sofa bed. Its a bit worn out and not comfortable for my daughter to sleep. But not a huge deal.

Just for awareness especially for those whom are light-sleepers, the central location also comes with some noises at some point into the morning especially on the weekend.

Una de las noches, había una fiesta en un bar justo debajo, en el mismo edificio, con la música a todo volumen, que retumbaba en todo el hotel y era muy molesto. Tuvimos que llamar al personal de recepción para que lo solucionasen.
