New hotel with good facilities, excellent breakfast and very attentive staff

doručak je bio za svaku pohvalu. Lokacija nije mogla biti bolja. Ljubazno osoblje na recepciji i za doručkom, sve pohvale.

Pobyt v hotelu jsme si moc užili..veškerý personál je neskutečně milý, vysvětlili..poradili a pořád se usmívali. Pokoj pohodlný..snídaně fantastické a jako bonus krásná sauna s terasou s výhledem do okolí. Hotelovou restaurací jsme využili na oběd a moc jsme si pochutnali. Parkování přímo u hotelu v ceně.

Naprostá spokojenost - není co vytknout:

Personal war sehr freundlich- die Einrichtung der Zimmer sehr ansprechend

Die Mülleimer im Bad waren nicht entleert. Auf dem Bettlaken befanden sich Hundehaare.

Personal sehr freundlich, Lage Top.. Frühstück alles was man möchte, Eiergerichte, (Spiegeleier.,Eierspeisen...) wurden nach Wunsch frisch zubereitet. Parkplatz mit einen Schranken abgesperrt.

Perfekte Lage, super nettes Personal & leckeres Frühstück :-) auch die Zimmer sind sehr schön! Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür.

Very nice hotel in center of Schladming. The rooms are spacious enough for several days stay, very well equipped. The breakfast is excellent! Walking distance to Planai cabin lift. The free parking next to the hotel is very nice bonus. The sauna and wellness for hotel guests just great.

Teljesen meg voltam elégedve vele, udvarias, segítőkész mosolygós személyzet, kényelmes szoba, nagyszerű szauna - wellness részleg kiváló kilátást biztosító tetőterasszal (üvegezett, fűtött)

Gyakorlatilag semmit sem hiányoltam. Számomra kicsit drága volt, de utóbb nem bántam meg, hogy ennyit fizettem érte. Nem volt negatív tapasztalatom

Der var lidt for varmt på værelserne, og det kunne man ikke selv regulere. Sengene var lidt hårde efter vores smag. Men det er altså i småtingsafdelingen

Sehr schöne Einrichtung und super Frühstück.

Es gibt ein sehr gutes und vielfältiges Frühstück. Außergewöhnlich freundliches Personal und eine herzliche Hotelchefin. Das Hotel befindet sich direkt in der Fußgängerzone in einer Top Lage mit ausreichend eigenen Parkplätzen. Sehr schön ist auch die Panoramasauna mit geschmackvoll eingerichteten Relaxräumen. Toll finde ich im Restaurant die Idee mit den Tagesspecials, welche täglich wechseln und neben der normalen Speisekarte zur Auswahl stehen.

Da es keine Klima gibt sehr warm um zu schlafen an sehr heißen Tagen. Da wäre ein Ventilator von Vorteil.

Mattresses were not as comfortable, hard. No Sky channels, I couldn’t watch even from my account. No English channels on TV except CNN, BBC World. Bathroom has no utility kit, you must ask for it at the reception.

Absolutely everything. This is a seriously good hotel. From the welcome to leaving 2 days later the staff, facilities, the meals, the ambiance, the room, value for money, all get 10/10.

Wirklich ein schönes Hotel mit sehr gutem Frühstück und Restaurant.

The breakfast was excellent, and had a real variety of foodstuffs. The bed was very comfy and the staff were very friendly and helpful (especially explaining the SummerCard - ask about this!)

It was hot while we were there and there was lots of late night noise on the street if you opened the window at night.

The breakfast was very good. It had Varity of selections and the best pancake I had

The hotel did not have an Air conditioner which made the sleeping at nights is not pleasant.

Very noisy around the hotel. We had a room facing the area with restaurants and bars. People were shouting outside until 4am directly under our windows. It was impossible to sleep at all. I do not recommend this hotel for relaxation.

Room was superb with loads of space and a great shower room. Scandi vibe with beautiful lobby and lounge. Restaurant food was excellent. Staff very friendly. Great breakfast options.

Noisy outside! Central location which was great but workman started early and some activities in square were right outside window. Not hotels fault and could have been bad luck

Everything ! Frau Brunner and her staff is still lovely and super friendly ! The hotel is still looking amazing and well maintained. Loved being back as a family of 3 and still enjoyed the central location and contemporary design and attention to detail. Sauna just for myself after skiing a plus !

The bedroom was warming up quite fast and it was hard to cool down without leaving the velux open which we couldn’t do with the stormy weather

Please read this before booking. Internet is not working in the hotel. I informed the staff couple of times they said it is fixed but it wasn’t I just gave up after 2 days. There is no AC and mini fridge in the rooms and you can not adjust how cold or how hot you want your room. You have to open the windows but the street is to noisy. During check out they said we have to pay a restaurant bill but we already paid that after our dinner. I asked them what it is for but they failed to explain we just paid the bill to get over with it. There was a dirty cleaning towels left in our bed. One of the worst stays I have ever had in a long time. Breakfast is below average considering the price of the hotel. It was all finished 30 min after the start and they did not refilled the plates.

Great stay and nice place! Great staff. We found out too late that breakfast was included which was a bit disappointing, but overall it was great. I can't wait for them to have a pool or hot tub 😉

the hotel is just in the center, 5 min walk to Planai staff is very helpful, always similing and hard working. there is plenty of food in breakfast. we had our dinner in brunner rest for 2 nights, the food was delicious. Apart from all these, Petra the owner of the facility, many many thanks to her. She fulfilled all our requests. She is always on her job with smiling face and kind attitude . Spa area is just a place for meditation, well designed and extremely comfortable. our room is big enough for a family of 3. it does not transmit any sound from the next room . we had one of our best ski holiday, thanks to Brunner Family

It was an absolutely beautiful hotel! The breakfast was included in my room, and it was fantastic! They also included a bus ticket and a summer lift ticket. My group and I didn’t realize those would be included and it was a nice surprise! It’s also super close to shops and restaurants! I loved the big window in my room with the window seat.

Our window was facing the main street which is quite loud at night (because of parties) so we could not open the window. There's no air conditioning in the room and it was very hot.
