Could do with a facelift

There was some insects in the room - The AC facing the bed, literally a nightmare getting blown by the AC while sleeping. The receptionist not really welcoming, had attitude. Also I left the room and came back someone got in after and turn the AC off Location far from the main beach and there is stray dogs here and there. I would definitely not stay there for a second time

A pretty good hotel, could use a little makeover. The room has a good view of the sea. However, I had a bad feeling that someone had been in my room even though I hadn't ordered cleaning. I noticed that the air conditioner had been turned off even though I left it on when I left the room. I had also left a gold necklace on the table as soon as I arrived at the hotel and it was on the table the whole time. When I left, I didn't remember the jewelry, because it was no longer on the table when I packed my things. I only remembered this after I had already left. When I asked the hotel about the jewelry, they said they hadn't found it. There are no other options for the jewelry to disappear than the hotel room. This stay left an unfair impression.

Beautiful beach front location. I had room 101 which was the suite and was stunning view. Breakfast was included and sufficient. Small resort for a peaceful break.

Location was excellent. Private beach Area. Staff was excellent. Meals were great. Older, but quaint and cozy rooms.

The only negative we had was that our bed was way too firm for us.My wife, Sheri and myself are in our 70's and a softer matress is essential for our aging bodies. The staff did their best to help us with this. They installed a mattress type pad , however it did very little to help.

Très bel hôtel qui donne sur la plage, superbe chambre avec grand balcon vue mer. Belle salle de bain avec baignoire vue sur mer. Personnel accueillant, bon petit déjeuner, très bon restaurant aussi, je recommande le poulet aux noix de cajou! Au calme au nord de l'île, loin de l'agitation (location de scooter nécessaire, à prévoir à l'avance avec l'hôtel, forte demande).

La salle de bain côté douche: on a les pieds dans l'eau pour aller aux toilettes ou utiliser le lavabo après la douche.

I stayed in a seaview room and it was lovely! The room was perfect and it had all the amenities I needed. I was travelling alone so the small single bed next to my double bed acted as a good space for all my things. I really enjoyed sitting on the balcony eating my breakfast, having coffee and watching the sun/sea. The hotel is on the quiet side of the island but I hired a bike and scooted around everywhere. I liked how the hotel had the option to buy alcohol and snacks from reception. I read lots of reviews that questioned the hotel staff friendliness and the cleanliness of the hotel but I did not experience this.

Not the hotels fault at all but there were two families with really noisy children. The parents just left them to play in the middle of the rooms (at the tables) and didn't do anything when they were shouting and screaming

המקום נמצא באזור שקט ולא קרוב לרעש של מרכז האי. אבל גם נמצא במיקום לא מבודד ושומם. יש חוף נחמד אך פחות מתויר כמו שאר החופים באי. נחמד לפחות שם את הבוקר. לקחנו את החדר עם האמבטיה שהיה מקסים ומרווח.

המקלחת נמצאת על השירותים ועל הכיור הכל נרטב מסביב, השירותים, הכיור וגם המכשיר לייבוש שיער והחשמל. ארוחת הבוקר קצת פשוטה אבל בסך הכל נחמדה.

Clean and comfortable, well equipped. Helpful staff. Nice seaviews from many rooms.

Beach access at hotel only in late afternoon when tide is low. But you can have av swim directly from the restaurant. Rest of the beach more or less privatized by other hotels. Lovely view over turqoise waters though. Breakfast a bit chaotic and unorganised. Food at restaurant did not impress. Better restaurants nearby.

Wir haben die Unterkunft gebucht um uns 2 schöne Tage auf Koh samet zu machen. Ohne Stress einfach am „privaten Strand“ entspannen. Es gab keinen Strand!! Uns wurde gesagt dass dies Jahreszeiten bedingt war aber diesen „Strand“ trotzdem in der Beschreibung versprechen? Schwierig. (Mal davon abgesehen, dass November Thailands Hochsaison ist) Die „Bar“ war einfach nur ein Tisch neben der Rezeption mit Getränken und einen Fahrradverleih gab es nicht. Rollenverleih nur ohne Helm! Personal war bemüht aber Chefin (?) hat nur an sich gedacht, als wir sagten dass wir gerne die Unterkunft wechseln würden (noch keine Nacht im Hotel verbracht.. 1h nach Anreise) sagte sie, dass es für sie keinen Sinn machen würde unsere Buchung zu stornieren, da wir bereits eingecheckt haben. Eigentlich nicht unser Problem oder? Das Sofa in unserem Zimmer war sehr fleckig und der Weg zum Strand bzw. irgendwo hin? Mindestens 2-3km… Danke aber nein, hier muss das Booking Profil DRINGEND überarbeitet werden!!!!

I really enjoyed my stay in this little and peaceful resort facing the sea . My room was spacious with a great balcony with view on the sea . The staff was nice and kind, the location was a bit far from the main village but perfect if you want to stay far from the noise. Taxis are always available to move around. Great price

The bathroom was basic but it was enough for me as a solo traveller.

The breakfast was good. The sea view was nice. Quit quiet place. Gave us possibility to sleep well. The room was pretty but needs some updates.

The room had dirty table, the sofa had some dirt spots, the tv was so small that you could not watch a movie from the bed and the windows were not clean.

The breakfast was the worst I've experienced at any of the booking.com places. The surrounding areas where the egg cooking station was placed were filthy! The selection for the breakfast was appalling! No orange juice, no tea making facilities, no cereal, I could go on...

Vi är otroligt nöjda med bemötande och service. Frukosten åt vi i stort sett med fötterna i vattnet, fantastisk utsikt. Läget är en bit ifrån "huvudstranden" på Koh Samet men vi tyckte det var skönt att gå 30 min till den annars beställde hotellet taxi/bus som tog oss dit vi ville för en rimlig peng.

Läget, boendet ligger precis på stranden och på morgonen vid högvatten går vattnet hela vägen upp. Också ödslig del av ön, nästan inga restauranger nära. Sjöborrar i vattnet som många stack sig på. Ingen information om detta från hotellet. Skräpigt på stranden och runt om hotellet. Städningen var sådär. Mycket spindelväv i hörnen. Frukosten var ok.

Gute ruhige Lage im Norden der Insel. Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Zimmer zweckmäßig. Schöner Innenhof mit Bäumen.

Frühstück war immer das gleiche und der Kaffee war schlecht. Geratter vom Motor AC in der Nacht, dadurch ist der Schlaf gestört. Unfreundliches Personal, man wurde außer von den beiden Damen in der Rezeption nicht gegrüßt oder wenigstens zurück gegrüßt . Baustellenlärm in der Unterkunft war nicht beschrieben. So kam kein Urlaubsfeeling auf. Dauernde auf Lautsprecher telefonierende andere Gäste im Innenhof.

The resort is right on a beach. The views are lovely and the staff are friendly. It is very reasonable priced as well! So good value for money! Breakfast is also good! Asian style of course but something different every day

I think it needs a refurbishment particularly the bathroom was very old and drainage was poor. The sunloungers are also a bit old. The hotel is arond 20min walk to the village. It was perfect for my stay as I was looking for something quiet and a bit remote. But I think for some people it may be too far out.

Die Lage war hervorragend, Zentral zu BTS und Terminal 21 und weiteren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Shuttlebus vom Hotel alle 30min zu Terminal 21. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Wir konnten auch früher Einchecken das war nach einen lagen Flug sehr zuvorkommend.

Wir waren Richtung Innenhof untergebracht, wegen der Nebenstraße, welche stark befahren ist war es etwas laut.

Alles in Ordnung sehr gut gefallen und die Lage ist perfekt zum Entspannen

The property is located right on the beach which is used by the people staying at the property, therefore it is not crowded at all. Good cold AC, mini fridge, free wifi and breakfast is also included. The location of the property is however a little far from the centre which is not a big deal for us as we had hired a scooter. So from the pier to the hotel, it is about 2 kms (5-7 mins drive). The staff were really nice and accommodating, check in and checking out were really quick and smooth. The breakfast buffet was actually really good with western and Asian options and also changing daily. We stayed here for 3 nights and would happily go back when we return to Koh Samet.

It was a big bed but in fact two beds pushed together so it was a little uncomfortable with the gap in the middle.

Location and room itself is outstanding!

Toilet was not working and was breaking every evening. It was quickly solved by personal, but the issue influenced overall experience. All other things were great!

Terrible value for money. Staff were not friendly. My room had an awful smell on the outside and it was so noisy I had to ask for a slightly later check out as barely slept due to cats and babies crying outside it. The staff only agreed to an extra 30 minutes though despite me not sleeping. I asked for help with putting sunbeds on the beach twice but had to do It myself as no-one came. The room is outdated and not at all worth £50+ for a night. A few of us were waiting to be served in the restaurant and again no service, but staff were drinking with other guests. There are nicer hostels and guesthouses on the island. Price needs to be reduced and improvements made.

The place its à bit rundown, we didnt have had the room with a séaview, I talked to thé personel that it was not thé room we booked. Needed to wait thé next day for transfer. Then it was a bit better , we’ve tried tosearch other hotels but it was all full booked, breakfast is limited, not appealling, thé entrance of thé hôtel its a messed ,full of stocks,aparatus,etc.not so welcoming, looks dirty, thé goodbye thing is thé establishment is by thé Béach.

The location was potentially good, right on the beach in a quiet part of the island. The room had a view of the sea from the very small terrace. The bed was comfortable. The staff were sweet and tried to help.

It was high tide so there were literally no beach or loungers to sit on for the whole of my stay. There was a lot of rubbish washed up in the area. The breakfast was pretty bad. No options if you didn't eat meat and the food was cold and unappealing. The staff weren't well enough trained and didn't speak enough English to deal with issues. Even though I had paid in advance, I was sent an invoice after I'd checked out saying unpaid and it took a while to resolve this. No hand soap or hand towels provided.

The location and staff were great.

The furniture in the room was old and extremely dirty. The couch was completely covered with huge dirt stains and the floor next to the bed appeared as though it had never been cleaned, with a dust layer 2-3 cm thick. Sleeping was difficult due to constant coughing caused by the dust. The water in the hot tub was not warm enough, making it practically unusable. The breakfast was mediocre at best.

The access to the beach and the breakfast was nice. The room was clean and comfortable. Although the facilities were basic, it was good for the price we got. We could also rent a scooter directly there, which was nice.

The staff almost didn't speak English, so it was a bit hard to ask for things. The location is away from the main city so there's not much around, but there are some shops and the beach, so it's enough.

The location of the hotel is isolated, you have to use a taxi if you want to go into the main town, the roads are not safe to walk on. The positive is that the hotel is literally on the beach, it is idyllic but there is nothing around the hotel. The sea comes right up to the edge of the hotel at high tide and the staff don't allow you to take a subbed if the tide is coming in. It is perfect for a few days any longer would be boring. The breakfast was woeful, everything that is served is stone cold - curry, soup, sausages - I ate toast for breakfast for 3 days because there was nothing else that was fresh. There were renovations going on at the hotel while we were there which was a bit annoying.

The breakfast was horrible. No other bars or restaurants within walking distance.

Fabulous location right on the beach . Was not happy with the room first allocated but was given an upgrade which was excellent. Staff were fantastic.
