Ingen af dem kunne snakke engelsk, som i ellers beskrev. Man skulle bruge oversæt flere gange. Kun en af deres medarbejder oplevede vi kunne tale engelsk. Og dette var manden ved baren. Dem i receptionen der egentlig skulle tale det, kunne ikke. Wifi var dårligt & langsomt. Vi fik ligeledes et andet værelse end det vi havde booket. Vi havde booket dobbeltseng, men fik to enkelte senge, da de havde givet vores til nogle andre. Dagen efter fik vi dog en med dobbeltseng.

The food was amazing, great variety (lunch and dinner buffet changed every day, there were several options for fish or meat, good choice of salads and deserts), canteen and beach front stuff was incredible (attentive and polite). The location is further away from the city center but it is quite calm and close to the beach.

Safety box was listed as available on booking but was available only for extra fee, SPA stuff pushed their services a bit too hard.

The hotel was nice looks like a 5 star hotel and not far from the beach

Location, Stuff really helpful.

The food is disgusting. There is a lot of it, but it all looks unappetizing. There is literally nothing to choose from at the buffet, and everything tastes bad. To make matters worse, you have to stand in a long queue just to get this terrible food. The worst part is the person who cooks the BBQ every day. He touches raw meat and cooked meat with the same hands. I’m sure they do not follow basic food safety rules. The facilities and the hotel itself are very old and run-down. The bathroom is terrible and always smells like garbage. People are smoking everywhere, and the pool is dirty. The hotel is also very noisy. The music by the pool is extremely loud.

-Wifi est servi seulement en espace de lobby. Il n’y a pas dans les chambres. - La cuisine est très très mal organisée. Toujours des lignes d’attentes à 15’-20’ pour avoir un plat. Pas de beurre pour petit déjeuner ( que margarine). Pas de bouteille d’eau. L’eau est servie de distributeur d’eau dans en tasse en papier .

Slides, food, entertainment, location

Room facing the road was loud. Selection of food was good, but we only ate a few options, which we liked. Slides were dangerous, because people jumped one after another, and the lifeguard was not really present, and was not doing his job even when he was there for a bit.

Расположение отеля недалеко от моря.отель большой два корпуса. На территории два больших бассейна, в одном из бассейнов располагаются три водных горки. Питание в отеле разнообразное, я бы сказала, на высшем уровне. Фрукты, овощи, мясо, рыба и даже были морепродукты. Все всегда очень свежее и вкусное.Развлечения тоже очень впечатлили: танцевальные национальные ансамбли, африканские акробаты, мексиканские танцы в костюмах с перьями и много чего еще интересного. Каждый день давали мороженое, очень вкусное оказалось,двух видов, каждый раз разное. Напитки и алкоголь порадовали своим разнообразием. Особенно когда был заезд европейцев, так все встрепенулись, много чего в отель завезли. В ассортименте добавился швепс и мохито. Мне этот отель с 4- мя звездами больше понравился, чем с 5- ю звездами тоже в Кемере. Рекомендую!

Кондиционер сначала вообще потек, после ремонта холодил недостаточно хорошо. Большой минус. Впрочем такая проблема обычно в больших отелях

Средненький отель, ничего особенного, соответствует цене. Понравилось, что виски оригинальный, и все ребята и девушки , работающие в отеле, доброжелательные, не смотря на их тяжелый труд

На пляже нет пива. Только за деньги

Плохо работал лифт, два раза застряли в лифте. Нас хотели обмануть с номером , и вместо нормального трехместного дали простой двухместный и одну раскладушку , с третьей попытки моей мамы попросить чтобы поменяли номер, все таки нашелся нормальный парень на рецепшене и поменяли на следующий день номер с нормальными кроватями

It was a total chaos especially in the restaurant. Bad organisation when dinner and lunch. A long queue to get food. Need so much improvement. The guys in the reception didnt help us to the rooms and the bags despite other costumers who got help. They have no private beach it was just a public beach across buildings . With same price you can book better location in front of beach with better service.

Shower screen was broken didn’t open or close properly . There’s been some building repairs done badly.

Location is nice, there is a free car parking lot.

The staff was unprofessional; talking to each other loudly, not priotizing guests; the foods were really bad(too much salt, tasteless, not cooked well) so we ate out once even though food was inclusief. The bathroom had a bad scent. One of the staff picked watermelon from main restaurant with bear hand.

Size of room was too small. You charged me for a preordered taxi but didn't meet me at the airport nor paid my money back

The location was good literally you can walk anywhere.We love the hotel,staff were very nice and friendly.Definitely will go back there.

The hotel on a whole is well kept and maintained! Food is great and lots to eat and drink! Only disappointment, they don't serve classic Turkish cuisine... The hotel is well located which makes it easy to access the beach and shops.

I booked a Quad Safari for my 11 year old son, but the quad I chose from the external supplier when booking is not what they provided which made it a great risk as they are not child friendly and only came with one seat but they insisted he can sit behind me with no seat belts. There are many companies offering Quad Safaris be mindful they jack up prices at will so be prepared to haggle and shop around.

Very reasanoble balance between price and quality. I would definately recommend Kemer Dream to my friends and relatives, and most probably come back again. The services, the room, the swimmingpool area and the sea availiability were exactly as good as i expacted, and the food exceeded my expectations.

The WiFi covering is the only thing which i would improve. Quite poor Internet connection, but to be totally frank, there is no need to have good Internet to relax properly. Just on the contrary.

The variety of food (soups, watermelons, peaches and grapes above all), cleaning every day, comfy beds, sparkling white towels, 5 minutes walk from the beach, 2 mins walk from LC Waikiki

AC right above the bed made me sick in a first day. Bathroom in my room was not very new. The beach is tiny and there is no juice/snack bar there. Not suitable hotel for work - stable wifi connection only near the reception.

The breakfast was rubbish. I’d rate this hotel a 1/2 star

The stay at Kemer Dream Hotel was pleasant and relaxing. The hotel does not 100% align to 4 star expectations, but it is still quite nice, clean and chill. The food was nice from time to time, but overall my parents and family appreciated the variety and fresh fruits/vegetables. Arslan and Batyr at the reception were very helpful and friendly.

Some of the restaurant staff were a bit rude. Also, the beach was small and pebbly. Not that we expected more, but it was not the most relaxing beach to relax at.
