Reviewed Aug 2, 2026Overall, I had a okay stay thanks to the good location and friendly, helpful staff. The hotel is close to Chiayi Station and Wenhua Night Market, making it a great base for visiting Alishan. The common areas were clean, and the breakfast was decent for a budget hotel.
The mattress was an issue. I found old urine stains and no mattress protector. I was told the mattresses were all similar because the hotel is over 10 years old. Hard to know if this was true or if they were just at full occupancy, it is concerning either way. As someone with allergies, I felt itchy during the night, likely due to dust mites in the older mattress

The rooms are a big dark.

Reviewed Jul 5, 2026首先是地理位置，就在文化夜市的巷子裡，晚上要吃東西逛街十分方便，有名的店幾乎都在步行十分鐘左右的距離。 房內的備品和設備相當實用，雖說是有點年紀的飯店，但維護的相當好，不會有怪味或是不乾淨的地方，從大廳到房內都相當清潔舒適。 本次是機車旅遊，在大門就遇到服務人員告知機車可以直接搭升降機到地下室停車，實在是太加分了！如果剛好也是有機車旅行的人真的大推薦！ 地下室有洗衣房，櫃檯有提供洗衣球，剛好我是多日的旅行，能夠把當日衣服在飯店內洗乾淨晾曬不用去外找自助洗衣真的非常方便！
希望每層樓能夠有飲水機，晚上房內的水喝完要到一樓去裝有一點點麻煩，但還能接受。
