Ci è piaciuto tutto, dalla splendida piscina alla pulizia degli ambienti, sempre impeccabile. Un elogio particolare va alla reception, professionale, gentile e disponibile, che ci ha accolti con grande attenzione e cortesia. Abbiamo apprezzato anche la buona cena, la qualità del servizio e l’atmosfera piacevole dell’hotel. Una struttura ben curata, dove ci si sente subito a proprio agio. Un’esperienza davvero positiva, che consigliamo volentieri e che ci piacerebbe ripetere. Complimenti a tutto lo staff!

Camera ordinaria (arredamento forse un po' datato, ma comunque funzionale); televisore enorme (non so quanti pollici fosse, ma sicuramente oltre i 70). Buona colazione con caffetteria preparata dal personale e buon assortimento di dolci e salati. Nel complesso un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo rispetto agli standard del luogo
L'anta della doccia non chiudeva bene, ma è un dettaglio.

Più che dire non mi è piaciuto,sono consigli per migliorare...la piscina carina ma ci vorrebbe un po' più di cura per i dettagli,tipo lettini ed estetica che ti aspetteresti da un 4 stelle, colazione buona,ma poca attenzione alle intolleranze alimentari,per chi come me può mangiare SZ glutine e SZ lattosio non offriva nulla,ho chiesto un cappuccino con latte di soia e sono stata accontentata quindi sul servizio nulla da dire, molto efficiente.

Reviewed Jun 7, 2026La gentilezza e l'efficienza del personale, la qualità della struttura, le dotazioni più che complete della nostra sistemazione (due bagni, vasca con idromassaggio, due grandi televisori smart, letto comodo, anche la bilancia per pesarsi, il buon gusto dell'arredo). A colazione ci hanno colpito particolarmente la qualità del caffè ed il sorriso con cui lavoravano i/le camerieri/e, oltre a cibo e bevande.

Personel at the breakfast. One lady was always not in her mood. Was looking angry, and you have to ask for coffee. Sometimes she ask other times not. Blonde curvy lady. Breakfast is not that much.

Reviewed Oct 1, 2025A un peu moins de 20 km de Rome l'hôtel Enea de Pomezia est une étape tout confort. Absolument irréprochable sur tous les points sans oublier l'amabilité du personnel à l'accueil. Vraiment parfait !
Ce n'est pas une question d'appréciation nous avons juste trouvé dommage que le restaurant ne soit pas ouvert quand nous sommes passés, mais c'était sensationnel quand même car à quelques mètres de là se trouve une Steak house où nous avons pu nous restaurer. Il y a en outre plusieurs restaurants sur cette même rue.

За 5 дней прибывания, ресторан был открыт только один раз вечером. Днем тоже был закрыт. Приходилось питаться продуктами из супермаркета. Хорошо, что магазин рядом. Американский ресторан неподалеку очень не понравился. В начале сентября вода в бассейне была холодной.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2025Das Zimmer war optisch schön eingerichtet mit einem typisch italienischem Stil. Der Smart TV war sehr groß, 55" über den man auch direkt auf Streamingdienste zugreifen kann. Auch das Streamen vom eigenen Mobilgerät war möglich. Das große Bett war bequem und sauber. Es gab genügend Kissen
Auf den Pool hatte ich mich gefreut jedoch war dieser nicht zugänglich wegen Reinigungsarbeiten (?) Schilder im Hotel waren nur auf italienisch, Deutsch oder Englisch Fehlanzeige. Der Zimmersafe war verschlossen und konnte nicht genutzt werden. Kein Freigetränkt und keine Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer. Das Frühstück war primär süß ausgelegt, für meinen Geschmack okay wenn man beruflich reist aber für eine Familie wäre das nicht ideal.
