AC Hotel Cincinnati at Liberty Center

Location was perfect at Liberty Center. 8 Miles to Cincinnati tennis Open. Walk to shops and many restaurants. New modern hotel. The bed was comfortable. The room had plenty of lighting.

No place to put closes if you are staying more than 1 day or 2. Only 2 draws for clothes. The bathroom had no privacy. The glass barn door, you can see someone on the toilet because the glass barn door doesn't close all the way. The sink and mirror were separate from the shower and toilet. So no privacy at all. The lighting over the sink/mirror was so dark that it was difficult putting on makeup.

The floor in our room wasn’t real clean. There were visible things from previous occupants. And little fuzzies/crumbs got stuck to my bare feet a bit.

Location

Pictures are very misleading and the staff even knows booking.com does this to get people to pay more

Had the opportunity to stay in this hotel for a family event. The hotel Is modern with a spacious lobby area , a yr second floor offers a continental breakfast. The parking is free and located across from the hotel. My room was spacious had a nice king size bed that was comfortable. The only small complaint, is that my shower was a little small for this type of hotel. Overall good stay

Customer service was exceptional. Very disappointed with the quality of the bedframe and accompany bedding. Pillow had zero support and the "comforter" was paper like. It was in a convenient location and reasonably priced.

Close to the comedy club and dining

The website still showed a pull in hot tub, which was one of the reasons why I chose it and when I got there, they told me that they no longer have those amenities

Very nice hotel

The bed was very discomforting hurt your back.

Always a great experience staying here. Staff is so friendly, room was beautiful and extremely clean. Love how convenient it is to get to stores and restaurants. Will definitely be back!

Always smells great when you walk in. Free parking is a plus. And the rooms are always in good condition

Good

Great location near restaurants

Great view of the town. Lots of food options near by.

Staff is awesome

Love the AC hotel. Always delivers great quality.

It was a nice hotel

Great staff and breakfast options

Was in town for the Cincinnati Musical Festival, which was great. The hotel was very relaxing and in a good location with lots to see and do.

A great location, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Quiet, clean and spacious rooms. Easy and free parking. What more could you ask for? Maybe breakfast included (which it’s not), or a coffee station in lobby (not included). Either way, we have booked another stay at this AC Marriott for this fall. Really enjoyed our stay!

Close to lots of amenities. Would stay there again.

The hotel is connected to a lovely outdoor mall that was plenty of dining and shopping options for the entire family.

Friendly

Expensive.

It was nice to have shopping and dining so close.

Staff was extremely helpful and courteous.

Lovely property anchoring shops and restaurants, all walking distance. Feels upscale and special. The best smelling hotel ever!

Awesome!

Great, immaculate hotel with a perfect location. The pluses: Free safe parking Gorgeous lobby to relax in Spacious guest room Great value for the price And I said location. I called it designed by Disneyland for adults. The center is all walkable. Full of great restaurants, really good shopping and services, movie theatre and an arcade that was a blast. We ate at the Ford Garage which had great drinks and food. There’s a darling breakfast place next door to hotel that is open early and people were so friendly and kind. I loved everything about the place!!

Everything about this place is amazing!

Our room was supposed to have a balcony and didnt. They also removed the swimming pool! Staff at the hotel couldnt do anything for us since we booked through expedia and expedia wouldn't help us either so we absorbed the cost and went home. Ill never use expedia again

It is located in a very convenient area

The property was nice

Very walkable to restaurant and shopping. Free parking.

room was too narrow and hvac was noisy

The property is in perfect area ,within walking distance to lots of restaurants, department stores and other attractions, the breakfast buffet is not good you can walk out of the hotel walk about a minute and find a great place for a nice breakfast and much cheaper than at the hotel, customer service is outstanding at the hotel

Our favorite hotel in Cincinnati

Beautiful clean hotel

Lovely hotel. Only thing for me is that the air con is so loud and even if you turn it off, it stays on. Receptionist wasn't able to help me so I just put up with it for my stay. Made it hard to sleep.

The property location offers an array of activities within steps of its doors. Just dont plan on a dip in a pool cause this property doesn't have one as stated.

Great stay! Hotel was clean and accessible with a great overall feel. 5 stars!

My stay was execellent , i enjoyed the view from balcony ,wished I could of had a front view but concierge told me what to do next visit. Overall great stay

Location

Front desk not very helpful

The location was great. A lot to do.

Awesome

Rooms were clean and sort of cold due to the floors bed was uncomfortable but the overall hotel was nice. Breakfast was expensive for what was on the menu.

No free water in my fridge. Otherwise I enjoyed celebrating my birthday in Cincy!

The breakfast was excellent. The rooms were terrific. The amenities around the hotel were fantastic. We ate great food, watched a good movie, and shopped. It was the best place for a short getaway.

Beautiful, clean, friendly staff.

The AC hotel is perfectly situated in Liberty Center. You can walk everywhere!

Great and near shopping and good food.

Very clean and modern hotel. Near shopping and plenty of restaurants options.

We were given a room on the top floor, loved it! Not only was the room very nice it also had a balcony that we were able to sit on. I will definitely book this hotel again

Have stayed several times we come every Xmas and did not know they had turned the pool into a meeting room. We are local and wasted $150 on literally nothing. Will not be back as no reason to stay here without the pool if local lots of better options. Fine hotel for business travel.

Stay was excellent

We loved the location. It was a perfect stay to see standup at funny bone and dinner near by.

I like the fact that once you check in there’s about anything you need right there.

It was a relaxing quick and great stay

Not the warmest welcome upon check in. We had asked about the on-site restaurant while checking in, and the rep made no mention that the restuarant doesn’t operate on Sundays or Mondays. We had to find that out after ordering drinks. The floors in the hotel room didn’t appear to have been cleaned. Bedding could use some updates

Very nice , quiet and beautiful place, the staff are amazing. Their breakfast was good and fancy but the price was high for the options they had compared to other breakfast buffets at other hotels. Everything else was excellent and I will go back there .

This hotel was quite lovely. Location, cleanliness, modern decorum, price, etc. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Great property, very welcoming atmosphere

The place is amazing. I always enjoy my stay when I come here

The check-in was fantastic but check-out was the exact opposite. I can't believe I had such an opposite experience for check-in and check-out in the same hotel.

The reception have a great staff, friendly people and very helpful, that’s absolutely awesome, I found some rubbish at my room like a plastic package of a different types of stuff, that was absolutely disgusting, toilet was ok but the didn’t clean and was piss over, next day mistakenly people from cleaning take my personal belongings to a reception when I’m not been check out yet.

The atmosphere was amazing and the location is super convenient. At first I was worried about parking but there is a free parking garage directly connected to the hotel. Great stay and loved all the cool places in walking distance.

Great location .. clean
