Wonderful stay at Hyatt Regency Wuxi, location was very central, the hotel was superb and clean. I had a great experience and would definitely come back again whenever I visit Wuxi. I would also highly recommend this hotel for everybody who wants to visit Wuxi.

My parents stayed at Hyatt Regency Suzhou from April 14–16, and they had an amazing experience. A big thank you to Guest Manager Fay, who made everything extra special! She called in advance to confirm details, arranged a room upgrade thanks to Globalist and Guest of Honor status, greeted them warmly upon arrival, and had fruits and snacks ready in the room. The hotel itself is beautiful and very comfortable. My parents felt truly welcomed and taken care of. We really appreciate the thoughtful service—highly recommend this hotel!

The room was nice and clean. The view from the window quite spectacular. Everything as expected. The swimming pool was very good and clean. The room was large but perhaps I was missing a desk which was more suited for working with a laptop. With some sockets?

This hotel is definitely my favorite hotel in Wuxi! Situated on the tallest building in Wuxi, it's just dazzling to wake up on a sunlit morning and overlook the city center from above. The hotel decoration is demur, and all facitilies are renovated and quite new. And all of these with a reasonable price, very fantastic.

Hotel rooms are very nice and clean. The hotel is very quiet and clean staff is very friendly and attentive. Restaurant are not as good as they should be. Other than that the hotel is very to stay at

Hotel is situated in an extremely convenient location with lots of food and ease on transportation. Staff were friendly, helpful and polite. Hotel’s food was well presented and tasteful. Variety of food was good at breakfast restaurant.

Perfect 5 star Hotel with all comfort and services. Wide choice at the breakfast buffet, professional and vey friendly staff that will assist in a difficult situation, like i experienced. Views from the top floors (restaurant area) are fantastic.

Everything is great about this hotel except that one can not adjust the room temperature.

The hotel is centrally located in a tower surrounded by shopping malls. As a well-known luxury establishment, it has identified areas for improvement to maintain its 5-star standards. In addition to the main entrance, the interiors of the rooms, bathrooms, and furniture need to be upgraded. However, credit should be given to the housekeeping staff for maintaining a clean environment. I stayed on the 45th floor, which offered a lovely city view. However, frequent noise from music and karaoke was quite noticeable. The hotel boasts excellent amenities, including The Sentimental Bar, Café, and Lounge, ideal for business meetings. While most staff members were friendly, some seemed unfamiliar with the operating hours and standard operating procedures for room service.

Location is perfect surrounded by restaurants and shopping malls.

1. Should provide nespresso machine with capsules. 2. The toilet doesn't have any ventilation fan.

Good location for access to the metro to which both railway stations a the airport are connected. Rooms are looking a little tired and A/C is poor (set at 24C) which is too warm for sleeping.

I have stayed at various hotel in Wuxi prior to the hyatt regency. I can say value for price is unbeatable. One of the best hotels in Wuxi and mainland China. Staff are friendly and welcoming, rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Situated in the downtown area.

Stayed at the Hyatt Regency for three days as part of a business trip from the UK. The experience is a tale of two parts really with certain parts of the stay being excellent but certain parts being quite poor. Firstly the check in and out experience is seamless and quick. The Hotel has a ground floor reception however the check in desks are on floor 43. Your room is then a transfer to a second set of lifts and upwards to your room. I was on floor 51 room 5128 for the stay. The room was well appointed and came with everything that you could possible need. Clean and a good size with minibar and free bottled water. It was good to see the bottled water was replenished daily, a nice touch. Breakfast was on one of the higher floors and had a remarkable spread of both hot and cold Chinese and western dishes. You wont go hungry. I especially liked the table occupied coasters that made it easy to find a table not in use. A few things that could be improved though. I found myself constantly waiting for hot coffee. The machine is on the back of the counter and is a simple place cup and select beverage but guests cant access it. In the morning when busy I found myself always waiting for coffee. Considering the rest of the selection is self service (apart from cooked to order items like omelettes) it would just be easier to put the machines on the counter and guests place the cup and press the button themselves. I get the "personal" touch but it really isnt necessary. The main other issue is that the western items like bacon, fried mushrooms and baked beans are all stone cold! I was there at 6:30am for breakfast (opening time) and they are all cold with cold plates to serve. Not sure if something about how the food is served has been lost in translation but it should be hot food. The worst part of the trip though was in the onsite restaurant La Cucina the Steak and Seafood grill. Our party of three were greeted with what looked to be a great place to eat however the service was very very poor. Our first round of drinks had one missing. Despite asking the waiter three times and another once it never turned up. Our order of three main dishes and sides saw one dish turn up first and that member of the party had no choice but to start to avoid it getting cold. He had finished before the other two main arrived. Half way through our mains his side dish turned up and the staff had to quickly find another plate. Again, half way through our mains our sides turned up. When we asked for salt (for the chips) 6 grinders all were delivered to the table and none had any salt in them. In the end I had to go round the tables to find one with anything in. Now these issues appear petty but this is a restaurant that delivers your steak knife in a selection case so you can choose one and serves steak at over £300 per piece. The service simply doesnt stand up to what the price point suggests and its very much a case of form over function. Lastly we went down to the bar to have a drink and most of the beer selection wasnt available. Asked for cocktails to be told there were none to see the staff behind the bar continue to mix cocktails. Overall a nice room but if I stay again I would always eat out. Simply not worth the price for the service you get.

Everytime go to Wuxi, I always stay at this hotel. First of all , it is grate advantage to be able to enjoy the same quality as Hyatt hotels in other place at a low price.

Hyatt Regency Wuxi exceeds my expectations in both the hardware and the software. The rooms and hotel itself is imo way better than many GH throughout Asia. The staffs have been well trained and have been very attentive and helpful towards my needs throughout my stay. I would definitely stay in HR Wuxi again.

Very noisy. I am not sure if it was kareoke or the bar but piano and music sounds super loud every night until midnight or past midnight. I stayed in floor 45.

Our research m was too hot but they make bed us to a different room which was fine. Service was good. Breakfast was good.

Everything is very good. Definitely stay here next time in Wuxi.

Breakfast was excellent

This Hyatt is at the center of Wuxi down town with a nice view of the city and the Huishan. It’s connected to the mall next door but enough security to ensure safety. Breakfast is great with a lot of options, both Chinese and western style.

Every time go to Wuxi I use this great hotel. Good and kind service~

Room too warm and I couldn't even control my own room temperature. Was like 26 C + in the room. Cleaning staff was kind enough to give us a cooling fan but nothing more than that. Room too noisy. There is a door (locked of course) btw my room and the guest next door. I paid for a suite and even that didn't guarantee quality or service.

From the warm welcome at reception to the attentive care throughout my visit, every staff member I encountered was professional, courteous, and genuinely committed to making my stay as comfortable as possible. The cleanliness of the rooms, the quality of the amenities, and the efficiency of the service were commendable. And Wuxi Hyatt Hotels are particularly generous to Globalist members; they upgraded my room to a suite

I had been already there, great location, spacious rooms, amazing view from the top floor, kind people.

Weekend breakfast can be very busy and sometime you have to waiting for a seat.

At around $100 and only 3500 points at off peak, the hotel was a great surprise to me. The architecture and style were clean and superb, feeling business like while not lacking the modern feeling that young generation like me favors. I was upgraded to a suite room beforehand contacted by the Regency Club manager. Though the check in process was slightly slow due to the intern learning about the formalities, I was happy to wait for the fault tolerance. The location and hotel facilities were also great, you can literally find any cuisine on the top several floors, and if not, easily search around within 1km.

only one person working at the front desk, checking in waited about 20 minutes; because the lower levels of the building are used for other businesses, and the front desk is not on the first floor, it is confusing and many people are around the front door.

The room and facility is good. But the guest service is quite poor, especially front desk staff. In fact, my deposit is not refunded yet although I checked out 3 days ago Oct.5.

Could barely breath! The air con was set at 25 and with the windows being totally sealed it was difficult to sleep at night. they provided a separate fan but for a supposed 5 star hotel seems ridiculous you cant control the heat to suit your own needs

Checking in was very low efficiency and the room soundproof was very very bad so that we were always waken up by next door. it takes very long to get deposit back although they promised they would return it to me right away but I haven’t received it after 1 working day I left.

I had a very pleasant stay at Hyatt Regency Wuxi. It is in the center of Wuxi close to most places of interest to us. The service is impeccable. All the staff we met were informative, helpful and courteous.

the best hotel of WuXi, adjacent lots of restaurant and coffee shops, staff at hotel are all friendly, surprising they have 24 hours gym services.

出張のため1泊。 設備、眺望、場所など文句なし。 しかし、朝食を食べにレストランへ行ったとき、スタッフから窓のない席を進められたり、コーヒーを頼んだらエスプレッソがきたりしました。それが唯一残念でした。

Wifi speed was poor. Food was average. Everything else about the stay was excellent though, especially the warm and attentive service.

Great breakfast and great location and very comfortable bed. Can't play your own movies on TV. The business center has only one computer, next to the reception desk, hard to read screen against the sky, no microsoft office on the computer, all in Chinese.
