Le plus beau Riad durant notre séjour au Maroc. Très bien placé. Le staff est plus qu’accueillant et serviable. Quelqu’un nous a organisé une sortie Quad privative et superbe en moins d’une heure.

Wunderschöne Ruheoase in Taroudannt. Wir haben sogar ein Upgrade in eine Suite bekommen. Das Zimmer ist riesig groß, makellos sauber und liebevoll typisch marokkanisch eingerichtet. Sauberkeit top. Es gibt reichlich Platz für Gepäck. Im Innenhof und auf der Dachterrasse gibt es überall schattige Plätze, um sich nach einem Bummel durch die Souks zu erholen. Wir hatten auch Frühstück und Abendessen im Palais, welches beides sehr gut war. Das Personal ist freundlich und sehr unaufdringlich. Der Pool bietet eine wunderbare Erfrischung. Würde jederzeit wieder hier übernachten. Zu Fuß sind es nur wenige Meter bis zu den Souks und die Stadt lässt sich von hier aus perfekt erkunden. Danke an das ganze Team für unseren wunderbaren Aufenthalt.

Mini-Manko: der Duschkopf war ein wenig defekt, so dass das Wasser zur Seite spritzt und nicht senkrecht nach unten.

Very nice palais, with lovely garden in the midst of town with superb breakfast

Het hotel is werkelijk een oase van rust en comfort middenin de medina. Medewerkers zijn heel vriendelijk en attent. De kamer, badkamer, de tuin met zwembad (!!), de gehele accommodatie is tot in de puntjes verzorgd en brandschoon. Het diner en ontbijt waren ontzettend lekker. Kortom: een aanrader!!! We hadden hier een week willen blijven om te genieten van de schoonheid en gastvrijheid.

Wunderschönes, geschmackvoll renoviertes altes Haus, kostenloses Upgrade auf die Suite. Sehr schönes Ambiente, großzügige Freiräume Garten, Terrasse, 10 m Pool und Whirlpool, beides sehr sauber. Vogelgezwitscher inmitten einer quirligen authentischen Stadt ohne Touristen. Ideal um das marokkanische Alltagsleben zu erfahren. Erreichbar nur zu Fuß, aber Parkplätze in der Umgebung mit geringer Gebühr Schafköpfe Flammen

Das Frühstück ist für den Preis durchschnittlich und entspricht nur der landesüblichen Norm.

The property is located at the end of a street in the centre of town - so excellent for getting out and about. The room was spacious and well decorated and breakfast in the courtyard very good

If you have a car, you will need to locate parking as there isn’t any at the property - we used a lock up car park about 10mins walk away, after dropping the bags.

Amazing charm and character! Very clean. Staff are very accommodating and hospitable. They knew we were arriving late and upgraded up to a better room. It’s also a great location for a quick trip inside the Medina of Taroudant.

Un endroit magique, géré par une équipe d'une incroyable gentillesse. Idéalement situé au coeur de la ville, c'est un bon point de départ pour les visites et le shopping ;) N'hésitez pas à commander un massage (avec Rachida), du bonheur !

Super accueil, le personnel est vraiment aux petits soins et toujours de bonne humeur. La nourriture est délicieuse, généreuse et authentique. Le jardin est un vrai coin de calme, parfait pour se poser et décompresser. On recommande sans hésiter !

Es gibt direkt am Hotel keine Parkplätze, jedoch einen bewachten Parkplatz ganz in der Nähe.

A real oasis of peace and beauty. They also really try a bit more, with a bit of extra attention and dinner options are a bit more creative.

I had a truly beautiful stay at Palais Oumensour. They made me feel genuinely welcome and were always available to help, while still being discreet. The service felt warm and personal. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a tasteful decoration that reflects Moroccan craftsmanship. It’s the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. The food was also excellent, with delicious traditional dishes prepared with care. Overall, I highly recommend Palais Oumensour for anyone looking for a peaceful, elegant, and authentic Moroccan experience. I would definitely come back.

We booked on a recommendation and it was just as we'd hoped. Once through the door you're in an oasis away from the hustle of the town. The inner courtyard is stunning and wonderful to sit and relax. All the staff were friendly, attentive and professional, and made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. Dinner in the hotel was delicious (one of the best tagines we had while in Morocco), served in one of the rooms off the courtyard as it was still chilly in the evening. Only there for one night, we would happily have stayed longer and will definitely try to go back if travelling through Taroudant again.

Globalement rien. Le diner est un poil cher et pas à tomber à la renverse mais franchement, l'endroit est tellement beau que l'on recommande.

Ein Juwel der Ruhe mit besonderem Charme. Der Innenhof ist ganz schön gestaltet. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Frühstück und Abendessen waren ausgezeichnet. Auch die Parkplatz Situation ist einfach wenn man etwas mutig ist und sich die die Einheimischen verhält. Unser Sohn hat sich besonders über die 3 Schildkröten gefreut, die im Innenhof herumkriechen.

Nous avons aimé le cadre et l’emplacement. La cour du Riad est magnifique Le massage fait par Bouchra était fantastique !

Nous avons trouvé la réceptionniste absente et non charmante ,le personnel envahissant et non efficace ,dans un petit cadre de rêve. C’est dommage!

Zeer vriendelijk en professioneel personeel op alle fronten. Van schoonmaak- tot bediengs- en keukenpersoneel. Met persoonlijke aandacht. De kamers en buitenruimten waren zonder uitzondering prachtig. Veel groen buiten met fonteinen. Uitstekend ontbijt, lunch en diner: laat maar weten wat je wilt en het wordt gemaakt. Bij navraag werden de recepten van de gerechten zelfs opgeschreven! Veel zon en schaduw.

Ein äußerst stilvolles Riad, Riesenzimmer, zuvorkommendes Personal, sehr gutes Frühstück. Traumhafter Garten und Pool. In 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Hauptplatz der Kleinstadt.

The staff were all fabulous, very attentive, friendly and professional. My room had a lovely private terrace and there were lots of other areas inside and out where you could sit and relax. One of the most comfortable beds I’ve experienced in Morocco and was provided with a soft pillow as requested.

Ideally breakfast should be inclusive.

Magnifique chambre. Le palais est bien entretenu et décoré avec goût. Il fait bon se reposer ici. Le matin on entend les oiseaux et les fontaines. Le petit déj et les repas du soir sont délicieux. Ma femme m'a dit que c'était le meilleur hamam de sa vie. Mission accomplie donc pour le palais qui a su nous bichonner. Merci Mina pour son professionnalisme et d'avoir pris soin de ma famille. La situation en plein centre, le cadre, le jardin, les bâtiments, les chambres, le service professionnel et attentionné.

L'absence de parking sécurisé, bien qu'il soit possible de se garer à proximité et que nous n'ayons eu aucun problème.

La calme de la cour i terreurs, la décoration des différents espaces, l'agencement de la chambre, La restauration, l'amabilité du personnel... Un moment hors du temps...

La chambre côté rue est assez bruyante en journée (mobylettes...), mais heureusement tout s'arrête vers 22h30.

Belle maison Restaurant agréable, mais un peu cher. Accueil très bon . Pas facile à trouver dans la ville . Mais une fois arrivé à bon port , halte reposante.

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes und grosses Zimmer - danke herzlich für das Upgrade 😃. Es gibt viele gemütliche Sitzmöglichkeiten und alles ist sehr stilvoll. Wir haben den Aufenthalt rundum genossen!

It’s an oasis in the middle of the city , so nice and clean, the bedroom was like a palace with extremely comfortable bed , the staff was fluent in many languages. A young girl name Huda spoke in fluent English and always very intensive ready to help.

From the moment we walked into the tranquil setting the staff made us feel so welcomed. To our delight, we received an upgraded room which was divine and so incredibly comfortable and tastefully decorated. The meals were fabulous and the wait staff incredibly attentive. Our stay was a highlight and we only wished we could stay longer.

Lovely atmospheric riad in the centre of the old town. The room was spacious with comfortable twin beds and large bathroom. Water was a little weak due to town water issues, but nice and hot. Breakfast was reasonable but cheaper outside. Dinner was not as good as meals we had in town restaurants.

Only breakfast. It wasn't too bad, just preferred the omelettes / less bready options from some of the restaurants dotted around the town.

We loved our stay at Palais Omensour, all the staff is so friendly and food was delicious. The property is very beautiful, clean and very comfortable to stay. We also got a chance to meet the owners as they were visting at the time and they are so nice and everyone made sure our stay was comfortable. Cant recommend this property enough, thanks to all the staff.

We were expecting wonderful; however, this first-rate accommodation surpassed the photos and our expectations. Truly enjoying this oasis in an unusually hot Taroudant, we were made even more comfortable with a generous room upgrade. In addition to the private bedrooms, there are numerous areas throughout the property in which to relax, not to mention the large central courtyard and pool deck. The staff members are helpful and kind; the entire property is spotless, very tastefully decorated, and well maintained; a lightly stocked bar selection is offered, as is a lovely breakfast. We highly recommend this property.

Palais was an oasis in the middle of the city. Every staff member tried to please. When I asked for a specific dinner (bastilla) the chef made it ! Perfect location. Pool was lovely to cool off in midday.
