Perfect location for Venice airport

The room was clean, spacious and nicely designed. The staff were pleasant and polite, We also liked the beautiful, green and well-maintained hotel grounds, which were full fenced and convenient when travelling with a dog. The location was very convenient, with the train station withing walking distance, while the surroundings were quiet and pleasent.

Unfortunately, the breakfast was a major disappointment. For a hotel presented as a luxury property, the selection was extremely limited and lacked variety. There was no fresh bread or pastries, fresh vegetables, a proper selection of cheeses and cold cuts, or any hot breakfast options. There were only two types of cake, with one repeated every day and the other every second day. The use of paper cups and plastic cutlery also felt very cheap and out of place for a hotel of this standard. I do not care about story behind, it looks cheap, I have to be honest. We were also disappointed by the lack of preparation for our dog. We informed the hotel in advance that we would be travelling with him and paid a pet fee (20€ per night), but there was no bowl, dog bed, water or even a small welcome gesture for the dog. Compared with other dog-friendly hotels we have stayed at, this felt like the pet fee was simply an additional charge rather than part of a genuinely dog-friendly service. The room also lacked sufficient storage space, both in the bedroom and bathroom. Overall, the breakfast and the lack of attention to guests travelling with dogs were the main reasons why we were disappointed with our stay.

Delightfully renovated, comfortable spacious, quiet. Lovely friendly staff. Comfy beds, well appointed rooms. Stayed in the third floor suite, which had an amazing old beam roof. Limousine shuttle to Marco Polo airport turned out to be a total bargain at €60 compared to a taxi or Uber

They use a mix of real and paper plated/bowls/cups. Would be nice not to create so much waste and do it all with real crockery.

The concept and the design of the hotel were quite unique. The staff was very nice and helpful. It was clean and on a very convenient location.

I think that the breakfast should have more verities, because it was quite basic. ( but the option of having complimentary coffee and tea all day long was a big plus).

Příjemný hotel s čistými a prostornými pokoji a velmi milým personálem. Moc se nám líbil krásný, oplocený areál plný zeleně. Velkým plusem je také poloha v pěší dostupnosti vlakového nádraží, odkud se snadno dostanete do Benátek, Trevisa nebo Verony.

Bohužel jsme z hotelu byli celkově zklamaní. Pokoje jsou krásné, čisté a prostorné, ale chyběl nám dostatek úložného prostoru – zejména skříň a poličky, a to i v koupelně. Největším zklamáním pro nás byla snídaně. Hotel ji prezentuje jako velmi dobrou, ale nabídka byla naopak velmi chudá a bez větší variace. Chybělo čerstvé pečivo, zelenina, větší výběr sýrů a šunek, teplá snídaně i drobné sladké pečivo. Prakticky od všeho byl pouze jeden druh a nabídka se během pobytu opakovala. Místo běžného hotelového nádobí byly navíc k dispozici papírové kelímky a plastové příbory, což nám vzhledem k prezentaci hotelu jako luxusního opravdu neodpovídalo. Zklamala nás také připravenost hotelu na psa. Přestože jsme předem informovali, že přijedeme se psem, a zaplatili poplatek 20 €/za noc, nebyla na pokoji připravena ani miska, pelíšek nebo jakákoli drobnost pro psa. Působilo to na nás, že se zde poplatek vybírá pouze za samotné ubytování psa bez jakéhokoli dalšího servisu.

The villa and the room were amazing as well as the receptionist during our check out.

The in-room facilities were below average, with no complimentary coffee or water provided. Guests were required to go to the lobby to purchase coffee outside of breakfast hours, which was inconvenient. While the villa initially gives an impression of luxury, this is not reflected in the actual experience. In the name of ecology, both the breakfast and overall facilities felt limited and disappointing. We also asked for a very small extension to the 10:00 a.m. checkout time, until around 10:30–11:00 a.m. The night receptionist responded with a strict no, which felt unnecessarily inflexible for such a modest request. Fortunately, the morning receptionist was much more helpful and accommodating.

Great location next to the train, the facilities and the building are beautiful, and the breakfast was incredible.

Unfortunately, we didn’t have the best or friendliest experience with the late check in due to the staff member present at the time. But the staff any other day was amazing.

Decent modern hotel but I had broken toilet seat and so was the sliding shower door ... Add to that the fact that the cups and cutlery are made of recycled plastic - so called good for the nature - but in reality to save breakfast staff as the reception girl is looking after you. Btw breakfast is far from a 4-star standard ! Dirty and noisy cleaning staff leaving their stuff at my door for over 1 hour ... There's also a fitness/relaxation area and a room for bicycles and a washing machine, making it feel more like a hostel than a luxury hotel. And finally, there's a paid parking lot, but the hotel accepts no responsibility for damage or stolen items, even though it's right inside the hotel grounds with an automatic gate !

The property is lovely, and very clean. Breakfast was nice and the staff were kind. I appreciate the gym - it had all I needed.

The location is a bit far away, but it is not the problem, we enjoyed the quite environment. But there are really not many choices of restaurants. We ended up eating pizza every day. But the pizza were awesome!

We were so grateful that the hotel staff stayed up late as our flight was very delayed.

Need to make a big changes in the breakfasts. The breakfast reduce the total score of the hotel general. The space for breakfast is a very small and doesn’t much the number of the rooms. Additional no plates , plastic forks, no food very soon after the begging. General this reduce the nice feeling from the hotel.

Zimmer und allgemein die Anlage ist sehr schön, modern und bequem. Sehr sauber und es gibt ein geschlossener Fahrradraum. Wasserautomat auch vorhaben. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Lage auch gut um Venedig, Treviso und Padua zu erkundigen. Jesolo ist auch nicht weit.

Drei Sachen: - Parkplatz kostet 10€/Tag. Das war bei der Buchung bei Booking nicht ersichtlich. Preis ist ok, aber mir ist wichtig vorab sowas zu wissen. Da wir mit Auto unterwegs waren, wäre das für uns ein Ausschlusskriterium. Anders gesagt, wenn ich es wusste, hätte ich das Hotel längst von meiner Suche ausgeschlossen und ein anderes gebucht. Man kann in der Nähe ohne Probleme einen Parkplatz auf der Straße finden aber das war nicht Sinn der Sache. - Frühstuck etwas dürftig aber für italienische Verhältnisse ok. - Kaffe im Frühstück aus dem Vollautomaten. Enttäuschung, da ich aus anderen Hotels in Italien anders kenne. - Hotel verläuft sich als „nachhaltig“ beim Frühstück gibt es kein echtes Besteck oder Gläser. Besteck war einweg aus Plastik und für den Kaffee Pappbecher….einfach ein Witz. Selbst bei B&B oder Ibis kriegt man echtes Geschirr und nichts aus Plastik. - Zimmertür öffnet über das Handy. Also weder Schlüssel noch Zimmerkarte. Es ist zwar „modern“ aber für mich war sehr sehr nervig und unnötig.

The hotel is very clean. Nice breakfast. Situated very centrally for our purposes with easy access to bars and restaurants. Very quiet.

Charging guests Euro 10.00 a day to park on the property, which was in fact empty, seems rather excessive. Guests are given the option to park outside the property for free or inside at a fee. This could be justified if there was minimal parking available on the property but there is a lot of space available with very few guests making use of it, understandably! We had previously stayed at The Fosrcarini and therefore returned. We found the hotel very different - the rooms are quite stark/clinical and not very appealing. Lots of technology used (door and gate access), which did not particularly appeal to us. Plastic cutlery at breakfast was quite an unpleasant surprise.

Hotel Villa Foscarini is a beautiful and charming place to stay. It is about a 10-minute walk from the train station, making it easy to visit Venice while avoiding the crowds. The free parking is a major advantage if you're traveling by car. Breakfast was very good, and the surrounding neighborhood is lovely, with several good restaurants within walking distance. In my opinion, staying here has several advantages over staying in Venice itself. You can easily drive to the hotel, enjoy a quieter atmosphere, and pay a much better price for a hotel of a similar standard, while still having quick access to Venice by train.

Super friendly staff, very clean room & bathroom, comfortable bed and everything there one can need! We highly appreciated the many free parking spaces and also the breakfast buffet. Thanks for the nice stay!

Vaisselle en carton et plastique Peu de choix au petit déjeuner, jus de fruits, pas à la hauteur , pas de possibilité de prendre son petit déjeuner à l' extérieur, pas de salon de jardin, pour profiter du jardin où autre , enfin insonorisation a revoir , quand on est au premier étage au niveau des escaliers .

* Locația este îngrijită, cu o grădină frumoasă și bine întreținută. * Aproape de gară, ceea ce este foarte convenabil pentru deplasări. * Am putut lăsa bagajele la proprietate înainte de ora de check-in, deoarece am ajuns mai devreme.

Pentru o proprietate clasificată la 4 stele, am fost surprinși să găsim tacâmuri de plastic și pahare de carton pentru cafea. * Nu au fost oferiti papuci de casă. * Micul dejun a fost destul de limitat. Deși aveam inclus micul dejun pentru ultima zi, având zborul la ora 4:00 dimineața am solicitat să îl putem consuma în prima zi, când am ajuns la proprietate pentru a lăsa bagajele. Solicitarea ne-a fost refuzată, fără nicio alternativă oferită. * În zona ușii de acces erau furnici, iar aerisirea camerei devenea dificilă deoarece acestea intrau în interior. * După efectuarea curățeniei, am găsit în fiecare zi luminile aprinse în cameră, ceea ce a însemnat un consum inutil de energie timp de multe ore.

Il confort del bagno non era adeguato al resto della struttura: lavandino molto piccolo, difficile riuscire appigli per gli asciugamani e assenza del bidet.

La villa barocca ristrutturata in chiave moderna con dispositivi elettronici , il giardino esterno curato , la pulizia impeccabile, la gentilezza della ragazza alla reception, il letto comodissimo con materasso alto ortopedico e topper

La colazione scarna , la mancanza di brioches appena sfornate alla crema, la mancanza di piatti espressi come ad esempio 2 uova strapazzate o all'occhio di bue con bacon , le posate tristissime per un 4 stelle in plastica , la mancanza di avere la possibilità di ordinare un the al limone, un cappuccino fatto come si deve con la macchina del bar , la mancanza di una cucina in poche parole. La mancanza del bidet nel bagno , la cabina della doccia che non si chiudeva facendo allagare il l pavimento..le finestre esterne che non si chiudevano ermeticamente facendo filtrare la luce nelle prime ore diurne , la presenza della linea ferroviaria nelle vicinanze abbastanza rumorosa..ci vuole più personale umano e meno domotica

Für einen Besuch in Venedig liegt das Hotel super. Die Bahnstation ist in 10. Min. zu erreichen. Frühstück ist in Ordnung.

In unserem Zimmer gab es keinen Kleiderschrank.

Die Lage des Hotels war gut. Innenstadt war fußläufig zu erreichen. Für den Radweg München nach Venedig gute Lage des Hotels.

Wir hatten beim Einchecken einen Rezeptionistin der nicht unbedingt arbeiten wollte. Ihm war alles zuviel. Wir waren im Raum für die Fahrräder wo er uns hingeschickt hatte. Steckdosen zum Aufladen fanden wir erst nicht, da alles zugestellt war vom Rooming Team. Ihm war zuviel zu uns zu kommen und uns die Steckdosen zu zeigen. Aber der Abschuss war dass er uns im Bereich der Rezeption den Mund verbat. Wir führten eine ganz normale Unterhaltung. Er sprach mit Lautsprecher am Telefon. Was man nicht macht. Beim Frühstück kam die Überraschung schlecht hin. Ein 4 Sterne Haus was mit luxury wirbt hat Plastikbesteck und Pappbecher zum Frühstück was ich sofort bemängelt habe. Der Käse war angelaufen, Sachen nicht aufgefüllt. Das wurde erst beim anmahnen gemacht.

Hele mooie inrichting en zeer proper. Ook een heel goeie ligging. Met de trein (op 5 min wandelen van het hotel) ben je op 20 minuten in hartje Venetië. Heel vriendelijk personeel.

Hotel in guter Lage (5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Bahnhof Mogliano Veneto). Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer im Haupthaus. Parkplatz am Haus hatte 10 € pro Tag gekostet. Sofia an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hat uns Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für einen Besuch in Venedig und z.B. Padua

La amabilidad del personal, el desayuno muy completo y el hotel en si que es precioso y está muy bien mantenido.

Lo único que recomiendo es informar que hay lavadora pero que el uso de la lavandería cuesta 10 Euros.

The facilities and the location were perfect for the short stay in Venice. They offer a very secure parking on the premises, and you can safely leave the car while touring Venice. The train station is a few minutes walking distance, and getting to the city is very convenient.

Breakfast could be improved

We liked the updated high tech functionality of this property. We liked the fact that the property is nestled in a secured gated area. It was close to the train.

This property has accessible washer and dryer but I didn’t like that you had to pay 10 or 15 euros to wash.

We had a lovely stay at this tranquil hotel. Everything was clean and fresh. The staff were friendly and online check-in did make things easier and faster. Great proximity to the train station.

The breakfast was a let-down. One of the days the ran out of plates, we had to wait a long time for food to be replenished. And the disposable cutlery and coffee cups was simply awful. Would love to stay there again but not until this is resolved. It definitely not environmentally friendly to throw things away instead of washing a few things. Also the parking is not included or free.

Henkilökunta oli mielettömän ihanaa ja ystävällistä! Majoitus on todella moderni, kaunis ja rauhallinen — täydellinen etenkin pariskunnille. Sijainti on erittäin hyvä etenkin matkailijoille, jotka haluavat käydä Mestressä ja Venetsiassa, mutta arvostavat rauhaa. Läheltä löytyi useita ruokakauppoja, ravintoloita sekä baareja. Täydellinen kokemus!

Ολα ήταν εξαιρετικά. Απο την προσέλευση ως την αποχώρηση μας. Εξαιρετική θέση της βίλας. Ευκολη προσβαση με τρενο σε είκοσι λεπτά στο σταθμό τρένων Sana Lucia της Βενετίας. Βοηθητικο προσωπικό. Καθαριότητα. Σεβασμός στον πελάτη. Ωραιο και ποιοτικο πρωινο Η ολη μας παραμονή εκεί ηταν αξέχαστη. Ηρεμια μετα την πολυβουη Βενετία. Το συστηνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!!!

L’établissement est très propre et bien rénové. L’équipe est sympathique et disponible pour répondre aux questions. Il est facile de se rendre à Venise en train et il y a de nombreux restaurants dans les alentours de l’hôtel.

Le choix est très limité au petit déjeuner ce qui est un peu dommage. Quelques détails au niveau des chambres pourraient être améliorés comme des boissons dans le mini frigo, un porte manteau ou des crochets pour les essuies dans la salle de bain.

Μια πανέμορφη βίλα, πεντακάθαρη, τα δωμάτια άνετα, με κομψή διακόσμηση, το προσωπικό πάντα με διάθεση να εξυπηρετήσει με χαμόγελο. Βρίσκεται στο ιδανικό σημείο για να χρησιμοποιήσει κανείς το λεωφορείο για Βενετία, είτε το τρένο στα 5 λεπτά για οπουδήποτε. Το πρωινό ποιοτικό!! Σίγουρα θα το επέλεγα και πάλι!!
