Reviewed Aug 25, 2026四人房很大且挑高，還算乾淨，感覺很舒服，四個單床的部分也比較不會互相干擾，窗戶很大窗景也很漂亮，也不會有怕對面看到的問題。游泳池和動物園都維持的不錯。衛浴也很好，入住的其中一間有大浴缸。
櫃台迎賓人員臉超級臭，踏入前廳要check-in時一副就是沒事別來煩的樣子。問問題回答也很冷淡，最後因為當時下大雨還直接不做任何其他的環境介紹。完全沒有渡假村應有的服務。不過動物園內的工作人員就很不錯。

Reviewed Jan 16, 2026風景優美，非常好拍，住宿讓人心曠神怡，一覺醒來看著房內玻璃下悠遊的魚兒，一天的心情都很美好。 服務人員非常有禮貌，非常用心，一聽房間問題，就幫我們換房間。
第一間房間的門關起來卻有縫隙，然後空調只有暖氣沒有冷氣。 床太軟了，睡起來腰酸背痛。

Reviewed Oct 7, 20251.樓中樓的設計，很適合家庭出遊。 2.浴缸特別大，一家四口可以一起泡的大小。 3.有水岸陽台可以晚上跟情人聊聊天。 4.農場雖小，但動物親人。 5.房內物品多元，有小零食，很有愛的住宿空間。 6.有星空屋頂，可以一邊睡覺一邊看星星（前提是沒有光害） 7.不用擔心停車問題！
1.因為有大魚池，多少有些味道，不過窗戶關起來是可以隔絕的喔~ 2.電梯有點慢，走樓梯比較快

照片很漂亮 我們是雙人房加一張床 但是房況很舊 壁紙剝落 黏在牆飄阿飄的 料理台面整個吃色擦不掉的茶垢痕跡 冰箱櫃子也是老舊了 關起來時就很大的碰撞聲(我們每開一次就被嚇一次) 拉開窗簾的花台更是可怕 木棧都爛掉 植物就是一堆雜草土堆青苔 只能把窗簾拉上 拉開看出去整個就很不舒服 照片裡的美美景觀呢? 以為會有看到池塘小鴨 但感覺被發放到邊界 就只是來睡覺 那個小泳池 看了不會想踏進去 都髒髒的 整面牆的置物櫃也是都生鏽 請老闆好好地維護注重客人的感受吧! 去年來看過小動物園 很喜歡 想說今年來住看看 結果 我們很後悔 只有小動物值得一看

Reviewed Sep 3, 2025若有開車很方便，距離鬧區才15分車程。我們是搭計程車往返，４個人搭一台車也蠻便宜。
雖然有游泳池，但是即是在夏天水也非常冰。有簡易的農場可買票進場，但不詢問櫃台不會主動告知，建議自己先看看網路上的介紹。房客可以免費租腳踏車（雖然腳踏車老舊但也算是鄉村體驗），若能主動告知住客會更好。

出入道路不方便，室內空間安排不友善，無處放行李、燈光太暗、開關位置不方便、床太軟丶浴缸大而不當丶浴室無掛鈎、飲水杯太小丶拖鞋是夾腳拖不習慣丶玄關與內室地面有落差不小心會跌倒⋯⋯

Reviewed Jul 30, 2024房型是樓中樓，孩子們很喜歡，只是冷氣聲音大聲，吹風機按鈕脫落，只能用插頭拔下控制開與關。 戲水池的維護則是建議可以再加強，例如吹風機不能使用，脫水機蓋子有霉斑，換衣間有間沒熱水。 早餐自助餐樣式豐富，落地湖畔景觀漂亮，搭配木桌木椅，用餐很舒服。

Reviewed Jul 14, 2024從開業至今住過5次。 住宿品質越來越不如預期。 房間似乎沒有好好維護可惜了這麽大片腹地～ 房間冷氣噪音非常大！更換房間一樣～ 陽台的座椅都是砂石灰塵…根本無法使用。 一整晚被冷氣噪音影響根本無法完全入眠。 沒有感受到服務人員的用心及溫度！ 整潔有待加強。害我尋麻疹上身。傻眼🙄 短時間內不會再到訪….希望業者用心經營。

1. Some activities in the property description were not available, e.g. fruit picking 2. Breakfast is messy. Very crowded, food is not replenished frequently, and the tables are not clean. When I asked the staff to clean the table left by the previous guest, she only removed the plates and did not even wipe the table. 3. It was raining very heavily on one of the days, yet the staff still asked me to move my car, saying it is not parked at the designated location. The designated parking spots are full, and where I parked did not block any access. And the next day, I noticed that many other cars are also not parked in the designated location. So I ended up being the only one forced to move the car under very heavy rain.

Reviewed Mar 19, 2023服務態度非常的親切，12月份入住豪華泡泡四人房，孩子在房間就可以看到魚超級開心，這次入住豪華星空四人房，樓中樓大人小孩都滿意，兩次早餐都好滿足，浴缸超大可以一邊看電視一邊泡澡，下次要再入住豪華彩虹四人房。

Reviewed Oct 17, 2022Check in was fast. Reception people were kind. The room was clean and spacious. Private pool was clean and nice, there is an extendable cover if you want privacy and don’t want guests staying on the upper floors looking. The pool deck is wooden and needs an update, there were little mushrooms growing out of it. Breakfast was terrible, no options really, restaurant staff was rude, not a care in the world. Even though we paid for breakfast, we ended up going to McDonalds.

Reviewed Oct 10, 2021我們這次帶著一個11個月大的嬰兒與三歲大的孩子入住，飯店提供的收費木製嬰兒床竟沒有給床墊所以非常的硬，嬰兒無法睡，這木製嬰兒床和我們住的某五星飯店所提供的是完全相同的款式，但另一家五星飯店卻有提供舒適的床墊，水岸森林卻沒有提供床墊，而且還有額外收費用，再來，當服務員拿嬰兒床給我們時，也沒有做好確實的清潔消毒，我自己有再用酒精擦擦過竟然酒精擦上是呈現黑灰色，表示飯店給我們嬰兒床時沒有擦拭乾淨再拿給我們，對此非常失望，還有，我們大人睡的床墊彈簧觸感非常明顯，躺上去時有彈簧的感覺導致很不舒服，一個晚上入住5000元的品質不應該是如此，房間內私人泳池的水也是非常冰冷，應該調整水池溫度，整體來說，這家飯店所收取的費用，和他們所提供的設備與物品品質，不太符合，下次再選擇有私人泳池的villa不會再選擇這家了。

Reviewed Dec 10, 2019房間樓中樓樣式很喜歡，陽台就能看到湖畔景觀很美，也能買飼料餵魚 鴨 鵝。餐點好吃，有用心料理。還有迎賓鸚鵡會講話表演很可愛。美中不足的地方是有養一隻鴯鶓關在籠裡，因為會撞門想出來，看起來很可憐，應該圈一塊地讓牠放養會比較好吧!

Reviewed Aug 21, 2019一家四口入住家庭房，複式房間空間足夠，床墊太軟(完全無承托力)，浴室有大浴池。酒店內有適合小孩的活動，有漁池可餵魚，踩單車等，也有泳池，非常適合夏天孩子暢玩，唯開放時間太短，上午及下午各只開兩小時，星期六、日的晚餐是簡單的自助餐(每天食物相同)，早餐的選擇也不多(也是每天相同)，位於鄉郊，適合自駕或租車的旅客。

Reviewed Oct 3, 2018沒有民宿的人情味，職員不算熱情，也沒人幫忙拿行李，房門前有一段草地石頭路要提起行李箱的，職員見我媽吃力地搬都沒幫忙又沒提示我們前方有易行的路。 我的package 是包晚餐和早餐的，check in 時職員沒有提醒，我們說要去夜市也沒有提醒我們，幸好最後可以轉為翌日午餐並安排外帶。食物質素很好，賣相吸引，土產新鮮。 這裡的自然環境幽美，又有很多大小雀鳥和小動物，這是最給分的。

Reviewed Jun 19, 2018游泳池的時間，08:00-10:00，中間休息15:00-17:00，時間怪異，所以如果要游泳要注意時間的安排。有自行車可以借，方便很多。可以騎到羅東運動公園。家人中有訂一間Villa 雙人房，很不錯，小孩玩的超開心。
