El nivel de detalles en general, y en particular al preparar el cuarto, es superlativo! Obvio que todo lo habitual, pero llega hasta acomodar la grifería de la ducha y los varios cables USB de mi torre de carga para que se vea prolijo. El personal merece un reconocimiento especial, la justa medida en amabilidad y predisposición, sin ningún atisbo de exceso ni impostación.

Haber tenido que dejar el hotel para continuar nuestro viaje.

The style and charm of the hotel. All of the staff without exception were very professional and welcoming. The presentation of all staff in the hotel was outstanding.

Answer when i had to cancel one night

The hotel advertises breakfast included for an extra 30 euros per person. On arrival you learn its continental and pay extra for staples like eggs. We found that disappointing as we typically stay 5* and that had never happened to us before - not even in France

We paid up for a sea view suite. However the sea view was only “partial” but not advertised as such - so if sitting on the balcony only 1 guest could have the sea view. Overall I would say its a nice hotel but we compared it to other 5* on our stays which cost us easily 30% less a night, offering far more amenities like a spa, or japanese toilets in one case - if the room had been 500 a night instead of nearly 900 we we would have understood - even the restaurant was closed for dinner during our stay.

What’s not to like?!? This place was huge for Europe and perfect for families. The location couldn’t be beat and the staff!! The staff went out over their way to make EVERYTHING easy and comfortable for us. We liked it so much we extended the stay by a night even though we had nonrefundable paris already booked.

Très bel établissement. Concierge très professionnel et d'une grande gentillesse. Service aux petits soins.

Juste ne pas laisser la possibilité d'un petit déjeuner autre qu'à la française. Si à l'anglaise, il faut payer un supplément !!!

Perfect, right in St Tropez. Staff were so kind and friendly and food was amazing. They were lovely to our dogs and they provided bowls, treats, menus and beds for them!

The room was a little small but everything else was perfect

Le personnel de tous l’établissement absolument top! Restaurant merveilleux et top (même si pas pour tous les budgets)! Chambre top! Tout à proximité à Saint Tropez!

Éventuellement à noter que l’entrée et toilette dans chambre un peu étroites + douche pas des plus pratiques mais tout va à merveille avec le style de l’établissement!

Excellent staff. The restaurant is a must even if you aren’t staying at the Hotel. John, the go to guy, helped us with extra.one of the happiest individuals I have ever met.

En historisk perle med perfekt beliggenhet, utrolig hyggelig personale helt utenom det vanlige, kjempegod restaurant og frokost. Usedvanlig vakkert dekorert med blomster og annet. Vi vil si at det er verdt prisen, men tok oss bare råd til en natt.

Great location

The property is very charming. Staff is attentive and friendly. Great recommendations from the Concierge. My only complaint would be the breakfast staff (1 in particular). For 3 days there was always something missing with my order and he was not attentive at all. Other than that, it was great.

What a wonderful hotel! Staff are amazingly friendly and professional. Wonderful staff at the reception and in the restaurant. Conveniently walkable to everywhere in St. Tropez and practically on the beach. I can't say enough good things about this hotel. They even upgraded me when I arrived. The room was spacious and luxurious. I will never forget my stay here.

Really amazing service! Great location in the heart of the city. Air conditioning worked really well in the rooms and beds were comfy. Only downside is the bathrooms are small, but that's the case in most of European hotel rooms so it's doable.

they changed the staff at the reception this year so i just need to know them more. They used to be like family. And The shower wasn’t that good as usual.

Wow! That about sums it up. My partner and I hesitated booking this hotel due to the price. But after a busy time in London and Paris, we wanted to relax a bit and boy was this the place to do it! Every place we went, if asked where we were staying, we’d tell them La Ponche, every response repeatedly reassured us that we had picked the best hotel in Saint Tropez. It is central to absolutely everything and surrounded by the best restaurants and the marina. The service was exceptional. If you needed anything, the hotel staff would cater to you and in the most over the top way. They had live music in the bar and the attention to detail from start to finish was impeccable. There is also a lot of history to the hotel that they educate you on. And the rooms & bathrooms, while minimalist, the details are just out of this world. This was by far my favorite hotel (out of 5) during my holiday. There was also a restaurant called Casa Rocco about a 3 minute walk away, very quaint restaurant (owned by the same guy as Nikki beach) the BEST ossobuco I’ve ever had in my life. I highly recommend checking it out!

There isn’t a single thing I’d critique, it was truly the stay of a lifetime!

My significant and other stayed here for our first trip to the south of France from America. We could not have had a better stay than here. The service was the best I have ever had - the concierge was amazing. They came in multiple times per day to open and close blinds and change out towels. They provided complimentary beach towels and a beach bag. All I know is if we come back to St Tropez we will be staying here.

An excellent hotel I would stay at again. The rooms, service and food are excellent. The downside is the difficulty of parking, but that is a problem in St Tropez so I left my car in the Port car park.

Location and hotel charm

The shutters are too low and lets in light in morning at the top and disturbed our sleep so I tried a few times to put down the awning but the wind sensor kept putting it up again.

This is an old-fashioned style hotel that has been thoroughly redecorated (the smell of fresh paint everywhere). Perfect location, valet parking, extremely helpful staff. Spotless / clean.

Rooms are very well equipped, but also very small. Steep pricing (probably the norm for this location)

I liked the terrace that was part of my room and the view. It was also very quiet and peaceful. The restaurant of the hotel is excellent. Nice linens, robe, Aqua di Parma toiletries, kind staff and nice decor.

I had a lovely room, however there were stairs in my room and that was not stated in the room description. The hotel is very well appointed but stairs cannot be avoided, from what I observed,

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel La Ponche. The hotel is wonderful - beautifully decorated, it has real charm with luxurious rooms that are full of personality and the history of the hotel. The service from the staff is excellent - from transporting us from the car garage to the hotel in their own Tuk Tuk to being shown our amazing room (which had been kindly upgraded to one with a balcony and sea view), every staff member was lovely and welcoming. Our whole stay was perfect, we couldn't have stayed anywhere better to explore beautiful Saint Tropez and we look forward to visiting again in the future!
