The hosts were always available even when we checked in late. The hosts Tian and Indah were amazing super friendly and always available for any questions

There was a camera facing into our bathroom however we told the staff and they adjusted it away

The staff were incredibly kind and hospitable. Nothing was too big of an issue. A later check out was possible too.

Esta un poco abandonado en cuanto a mantenimiento. Estuvimos en una villa de 3 habitaciones que en su día sería maravillosa pero hace falta reformar y mantener un poco.la piscina privada daba un poco miedo meterse

We had a really lovely stay at Regali. It’s a little oasis away from the busyness of Canggu- peaceful, private and such a relaxing place to come back to after being out and about. The location was great, with excellent coffee literally across the road, and we loved having the option of a cooked breakfast each morning with coffee, tea or juice. The absolute highlight was the staff. They were incredibly attentive, warm and genuinely lovely, and really made our stay. Overall, we had a great stay and would happily recommend Regali for anyone wanting a peaceful little retreat while still being close to everything in Canggu.

The property could use a little maintenance and attention in places, and the cleanliness could perhaps be a little more thorough. The main pool was out of action for part of our stay, although it was back up and running by the end and looked lovely. These were fairly minor things for us though and didn’t detract too much from what was otherwise a really relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The location is fabulous, on the main road of canggu. 5 minute walk to the beach. The bedroom is super clean & comfortable.

The villa was good and lots of space. Be aware that the bathroom connected to the bedroom, is open to nature.

The bugs but the kitchen and bathroom are outdoorish so can’t be helped. And the staff still gave us outdoor bug spray so very helpful

Das Haus war sehr schön :) es war zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber dennoch sehr sauber .

Der Brunnen am Pool war nachts sehr laut und man konnte es nicht abstellen.

Mosquitos

The staff were brilliant. Always greeted us with a smile.

The place is a bit dated, and needs a bit of work. Our villa was fine, but didn't look like the photos in the ad which were probably taken a few years ago. Mosquito nets over beds had a strong musty smell. Main pool was tired and surroundings would not make you feel like using the area.

The property was cool but it seemed like it hadn't had much maintenance done since the day it was opened. I was disappointed that there seemed to be an animal living in our roof and it kept dropping droppings on the floor next to our bed - about every 3 - 4 hours. I explained to staff about this and it appeared like it had been happening for a long time as I could tell the floor was stained from it. It really grossed me out. but the rest of the room was really clean.

Location is fantastic, staff are lovely

Very unclean and poorly maintained. The pond on entry to our villa was filled with stagnant water, decaying leaves and insects breeding. Lots of water damage and neglected maintenance and appalling linen and towels - so stained and old. Our “freshly made up” room had blood and brown stained sheets, old limp greying towels with pulling threads and the pool towels were musty and stained - one had what looked like a huge blood stain on it. Aircon smelled musty and mouldy and there was some serious spongy water damage in the stinky cupboard. We could not relax here and in the end really did not enjoy our stay in Canggu because we booked a villa hoping to have a haven to escape from the hustle and bustle. We were so very wrong. Some villas appeared in better condition than ours and it might be luck of the draw. Would not recommend.

Being our first time in Bali I must say that …The whole place is a gem ! The green scenery that immerses you in nature, the location, the staff

We loved it but it is slightly aged and being a beautiful green space it does get the Bali usual eg. Geckos and mosquitoes

The place its not that clean spider nets everywhere,ants bites my wife all night on bed also sheets was dry Poo on it dun its animal shit or even human disgusting and called home service they told u were closed and when we show them photo they come .shower gel empty no warm water Dirt on pool and all night gecko poo falling out of celling all this thanks god we booked only one night and we went somewhere more cheaper more clean and at least welcoming us in good way and much cheaper at least bring fruits n room not Poo shit iwish can take more photos of dirt

Sunlounge cushions were not clean so could not use & main pool was in need of maintenance.

Great location, quiet spot in a busy area, pool is bigger than advertised and overall quite spacious for 2 people

Absolutely diabolical experience and would avoid this place at all costs, do not stay here if you value sleep or peace of mind - worth mentioning my wife and I are in our late 20s and baseline requirements for good hospitality are low Firstly, the place is quite old and our shower taps were broken on day 1 (taps came right off / were stuck on cold) Despite mentioning this for 3 days straight and requesting someone to come fix the taps, we were told there was no issue (Excusable, slightly annoying but hardly a necessity in Bali given the climate) Secondly, every time we'd come back to the villa the floor was covered in bird shit, even the staff struggled to clean during the day and so coming home to a floor covered in black spots was somewhat disheartening (once again, manageable and somewhat outside of the venues hands) Thirdly, the mosquito situation is absolutely out of control and quietly swept under the rug due to poor / faltering construction Having stayed at countless villas in Bali, the separation of internal and external living space is pivotal, especially in Bali and even more so next to a body of water The state of the villas means there is no barrier between yourself and any of the surrounding wildlife My wife and I were basically eaten alive for 3 days straight, I couldn't count on one hand how many mosquitos kept us awake, had us looking like we had chicken pox with a maximum of 4 hour sleep per night due to the constant buzzing in our ears We pushed through for 2 nights and requested a solution as the mosquito nets are outdated and provide 0 value due to not having the ability to be tied together, rendering them useless with massive gaps between the material This, alongside the constant wildlife inside the room (Birds, geckos and frogs) was met with "We're a mixed indoor/outdoor accommodation venue, this should have been known prior to booking with us" We immediately checked out the next morning - I requested...

Wat een heerlijk verblijf hebben wij gehad. Dit is nu de tweede keer dat we hier zijn geweest. Het personeel is super vriendelijk en zullen er alles aan doen om een heerlijk verblijf te hebben. Dit is zeker een aanrader, niet alleen de accommodatie en service, maar ook zeker de locatie.

Pool was nice

Lots of stagnant water around the villa so there was mosquitoes everywhere. Bedding was brown colour, not white. Got charged for a rusty key breaking & for having makeup on one of the towels. Lol.

The deluxe pool villa was outstanding. Bed was super comfortable, pool was clean and nice to swim in, bathroom was beautiful. Would 100% stay again next time I am in Canggu. Also the staff were all so lovely and friendly.

The villa is located in a complex that is quite run down, with a pool that has been broken for months. The gardens were beautiful but the pool it surrounded was green and dirty. In our villa the lounge chairs were very old and creaky, with bits falling off. The pool lights were broken. The wall in the bathroom had patchwork paint. Unfortunately the breakfasts were not great.

The place was very run down, with a bit of work it would be amazing and probably was beautiful back when it first opened. Pool not in use.

De locatie van het resort was prima, dichtbij het centrum en voldoende eetgelegenheid in de buurt.

De bungalow was ooit mooi. Helaas door vreselijk achterstallig onderhoud zag alles er verpauperd uit. Daar kwam nog bij dat toen wij naar bed gingen het beddengoed stonk waardoor wij midden in de nacht nog naar de receptie zijn gegaan voor schoon beddengoed. Her en der verlichting kapot en een badkraan die niet werkte. De hygiëne was ver te zoeken.

Strategic location, convenience store and restaurant were just outside the villa. Walking distance to the beach side although nothing much to see there. Walking distance to some cafe nearby as well. The room was very private, which is what I love. It has high walls and own gate. The shower, toilet, and bath tub were outdoor, one kind of experience if you’re into it. The staffs Indah, Taufik and the cleaning crew were very very attentive. They made the entire stays feels like home.

The villa has a traditional atap roof, which gives it a very authentic tropical feel. However, during the rainy season the roof tends to remain damp, and unfortunately this resulted in quite a number of mites or dust particles falling onto the bed. It made my skin quite itchy when sleeping at night. I had to request the staff to change the bed sheets daily in order to stay comfortable. Something the management may want to look into, especially during periods of heavy rain.

The central location and the nevertheless very quiet surroundings were positive aspects, apart from occasional construction noise that overshadowed everything.

Overall, the accommodation was very unclean and dirty. The floors were dirty, and there was a lot of dirt as well as dead animals such as cockroaches inside the villa and in the surrounding area. The otherwise very beautiful pool was extremely dirty, very cloudy, and dead geckos were floating on the water. The seating furniture was rotten, dirty, and partially moldy. While the landlord is probably not entirely responsible for the snail infestation around the house and throughout the villa’s surroundings, it was still very unpleasant—especially as some of these snails can potentially pose health risks. Most disappointing, however, was the breakfast. Breakfast was offered à la carte, but the portions were extremely limited and the quality was even worse. The food was tasteless, carelessly prepared, and soggy. As a result, we skipped breakfast on both days because it was simply inedible. It is far more worthwhile to eat breakfast at one of the nearby restaurants, as the breakfast at the accommodation was not enjoyable at all.

It’s in a beautiful location, the facilities, comfort, size, and privacy, were perfect for our honeymoon. I’ve been to Bali many times so I can say it was an excellent place to stay

We went during rainy season so I’m sure these things wouldn’t be a problem during the dry season, but there were lots of bugs and the private pool couldn’t really be used as due to the rain the water would get really murky and stuff would go in from the trees. The private pool was also completely shaded so couldn’t be used for sunbathing. The staff were very lovely and helpful though.

- Very close to all amenities (shops, restaurants, ATM across the road, walking distance to the beach) - Beautiful surroundings (birds, trees) - Comfortable bed - Staff were very accomodating, approachable and lovely

- If you are not a fan of insects (wasps, mosquitoes etc) this may not be for you. There were several occasions where we had a spider or wasp enter our bathroom and living area. Not the villas fault as the bathroom is partially outdoors! - The villas would highly benefit from being maintained even more - the shower area and drainage, the pool, mosquito net, anti-slip flooring would be great in the shower and pool area, too much chlorine in the pool, rusted/ old pool lounges, slow internet

Everything! I stay here every time I go back to bali. The villas are absolutly beautiful but apart from that, the staff cannot do enough for you. They go above and beyond for at all times. Indah was absolutly amazing. She gave us a netflix account to use, and organised breakfeast for us on the day of check out, eventhough we checked out before the kitchen was open. She helped us with every need we had! I honestly cant recommend this accommodation enough! We absolutly love it, and we loved the staff!

The staff were super helpful and friendly, they tried to resolve all the issues that the facility has, the location is great peaceful but close to everything.

This place needs a lot of maintenance and a very deep clean. All the sheets and pillows case have stains. We requested to change rooms after the first night because the room smell of humidity and it was full of bugs. We had to move again because the air conditioning stopped working halfway through our stay.

I loved the villa! It was our own private sanctuary! Bit strange for me having a shower and toilet outside but very secluded and fun. The staff are amazing and very friendly and called every morning to ask our breakfast order if we forgot. They kindly organized an anniversary surprise for my husband which was so wonderful

The main pool was under maintenance but given it was over Christmas that was understandable, probably would have just liked to know in advance.

I was disappointed with my stay. The property was old, poorly maintained, and not cleaned properly. The overall condition did not match the photos or expectations. It definitely needs a deep cleaning and some updates before hosting guests. I would not recommend it in its current state. They need a serious refresh of the property and a deep cleaning. We had issues with the pool as there were no lights and we told them to fix it. The entrance is dark no lights as well. The linen is dirty snd the mosquito net is stained. No lights near the mirror in the bathroom which is a bit uncomfortable. The breakfast choice is basic. But overall is pretty fair. The property has a great potential if a good renovation is done.
