Cet établissement est exceptionnel. Le sourire et la gentillesse du personnel ainsi que leur dévouement à tout instant est à souligner. Le logement correspond parfaitement aux photos. Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel, d'autant plus qu'il est possible de choisir chaque jour entre cinq petits déjeuners différents. Les repas à la carte sont aussi très bien (même si certains ne sont pas disponibles). La qualité de l'infrastructure est bien présente. La présence d'une navette gratuite pour rejoindre le centre d'Ubud est un vrai plus, d'autant qu'un jour, étant déjà à Ubud, la navette était complète. L'hôtel m'a alors envoyé un taxi à ses frais pour me ramener au logement. L'établissement est aussi situé au calme en dehors d'Ubud et c'est selon moi un vrai plus. Vous êtes sur le transat ou dans la piscine et vous n'entendez que le bruit de la nature.

Rooms were quiet and beds were comfortable, I really slept very well here. Beautiful jungle views at the breakfast room. Very friendly staff.

Property really needs some renovations. Bed curtains were really dirty. I am really surprised about people prizing the breakfast because it was simply so bad that we had no idea how to tell the staff what we did not like about their breakfast. Very sad breakfast with super cheap products. It is quite far from Ubud.

The wonderful staff who were so eager to please us. Nothing was a problem for them. Communication through what's app was excellent. Also the cleanliness is exceptional.

The only thing that would have made our stay more comfortable would be a lounge or 2 comfy beanbag chairs in the kitchen area near the pool. There is nowhere to relax by the pool in the evening after dinner, apart from the sun beds at the other end of the pool. The sunbeds are not easy to get to when you aren't swimming.

Breakfast could have been better but still good value for money

Great lay out and loved the outdoor kitchen looking out to the pool and the main bedroom opening straight up to the pool. They were happy to send meals to room.

First night we went to the restaurant and 80% of what we tried to order from menu wasn’t available, they couldn’t make any mocktails on menu and served hot cans of soda. First morning I had a electric shock from a power point, they sent someone to fix it but didn’t care of the incident, my husband had the tiles around the pool fall onto his foot when he walked past. Meals were always cold and restaurant vibe was cold and uncomfortable. Last night we pre ordered meals on our way back to villa as we were stuck in major traffic jam and said we would pick it up when we got back and take to room (didn’t care if these were cold) went to kitchen on our return 1 hour after ordering and still weren’t ready. We also noticed that items such at hair products we’d purchased in Ubud was missing after a room clean.

Cosy villa in relaxing green environment: Staff was super friendly and helped us arrange a day tour with a truly remarkable guide (Bagus). Loved the Balinese welcome ceremony.

Beautiful setting, very quite, peaceful, great views, big rooms, the service was spectacular and welcoming. Sheets and towels were very clean, the beds were very comfortable. Air conditioning was very good. We were made part of a welcoming ceremony wearing traditional clothes. Staff goes well beyond to support guests. We also met the owner who was very attentive.

There were small details that could improve our stay. The pool remain green throughout our stay. Some tiles from the bathroom walls were missing in both bathrooms that made the wall look bad.

The villas were very comfortable and a lovely peaceful calm to them with lots of plants and running water. Thoughtful lighting created a nice ambiance in the evening. The staff were all friendly, kind and prompt in attending to any detail.

Our pool had a significant leak and had to be refilled each day but was otherwise fabulous.

I had wonderful stay at the villa with my family. The reception and all the staff are awesome. Very attentive and warm. The pool, the rooms are comfortable to stay too. Breakfast sets are also very good. I am extremely happy with my stay. I hope to stay there again on my next visit.

It's a bit far from everything... take atleast 20-25 minutes to reach anywhere. Also, since the villas are close to each other, can actually hear the neighbors speak which can get a bit irritating. Also, the lighting of the rooms need to be improved...i mean, it would be great for honeymooners but for families, it was very dim.

The property is located in a very calm and peaceful area. The villa and rooms are exceptionally well maintained, and the highlight is their outstanding service. The staff are always ready to assist with anything you need. My mom absolutely loved her stay and fell in love with the property. We would definitely love to visit again.

The staff were amazing. The property is small and very nice and peaceful with the jungle all around and the sound of the waterfall nearby. The restaurant was very good.

The pool needed a scrub around the top And the bathroom in our room was very discolored on the stone wall. I know this is common in the humidity but I think it should have been better than it was. A high pressure washer would fix it in a few minutes.

The staffs are very nice, they offered to bring the luggage to the room. And showed room to me very carefully.

Bit away from ubud central.

Staff friendly. Beds comfortable and rooms clean. Quiet location but only a 15min grab to Ubud centre. Could rarely hear other guest. I wanted to rate this so much higher but have to be honest. I know the staff tried their best but some things really impacted our stay.

That the second bedroom only had a bath with hand held shower head. Not practical at all for friends in a 2 bedroom villa. Restaurant was terrible. Had dinner once and would not do it again. Breakfast was always a surprise as to what we got vs what we ordered.It was obvious most dishes were made and reheated over a few days as needed and the fruit on our last day was clearly prepared day before as it was dry on surface. Bread and pastries were stale. Pool was not clean when we arrived and had to ask twice to get it cleaned during our stay. Also to get to sun loungers or outdoor shower (which sprays everywhere) you have to climb under a tree hanging over the pool which restricted access. Ants everywhere! Even tiny ones in the rooms that bit all over. And I think you should invest in some New bath towels. Most were worn and stained and small.

We had such a beautiful stay at Griya Shanti Villa. The team went above and beyond to make our 10-year anniversary special by decorating our room and even preparing a lovely flower bath for us. 🌸✨ It was such a thoughtful surprise and truly made our celebration unforgettable. The villa was peaceful, the service was amazing, and every detail was handled with so much care. Thank you for making our anniversary so memorable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and special stay in Bali. 💛

The breakfast each day was very nice, fresh fruit and pastries.

Most of the cooked meals arrived cold and none of us (4) ate together. Meals arrived at different times. I think the kitchen is lacking in the basics like a 4 burner stove top. However, the staff were a delight and made up for it all.

Our stay at "Griya shanthi villas & SPA" was simply perfect from the very first moment. We were welcomed with such warmth and genuine smiles from the staff that we immediately felt at home. The villa itself was a dream – bathrobes, shower, pool, fully equipped kitchen – and the arrival decoration was absolutely beautiful. But what truly made the experience unforgettable was the incredible kindness, attention, and care of the entire team. They went above and beyond to make every moment special, and their genuine hospitality turned a great stay into an unforgettable memory.

The staff were amazing and the villa looked lovely. My kids loved the pool.

The outlook was blissful - green green green with the unintrusive wildlife that goes with the green. The creek immediately below the Villas was a constant calming sound. The staff, to the last person, were simply awesome. They couldn't do enough for us. Almost embarrassing at times. Fun, bubbly locals who wanted to make sure our stay was an 11 out of 10 experience. If there was a minor issue (and we did find a couple), it was sorted as quickly as possible. Sometimes within minutes. We were sincerely thanked for bringing issues to their attention. If they don't know, they can't fix it. EG. The refrigerator door seal was shot. Pointed it out - next day a new fridge! Private. Quiet. Just a delightful week. AND just 10 or 15 minutes drive to town in the complimentary shuttle!

We didn't tell them about this issue, because it wasn't going to be an easy fix. The water mixer in the main ensuite was a shocker. Scalding to cold to scalding with less than a millimetre's movement. So we showered outdoors by the pool a lot 😊 I hope they read this and begin the planning to fix it 😊

The villa was lovely with our own private pool, it was a great place to relax after looking around Ubud. The staff were exceptional. The restaurant and spa were also very convenient.

It was a secluded paradise with our own pool. Ample space and wonderful staff. Angregani and the rest of the staff were so helpful with all the planning I required . They took care of every detail and were so kind and caring. They went above and beyond and I highly recommend the staying here for your trip to Ubud in Bali.

So peaceful and serene. Beautiful Villa, was so happy with this Villa and the staff so kind and met all our wants and needs. We walked around, was so awesome to meet locals, hopped in a gojek at such a small price to get to Monkey forest, a must experience, restaurants cafes and shopping was so fantastic. Enjoyed every bit of it. We did all the adventure things here. Was amazing.

Very nice property with ample space for the size of our family (2+2). Private pool was thoroughly enjoyed by all of us, specially kids. Location also was quite convenient with a small taxi ride to the centre. Shout out to Anggreni for making our stay even more comfortable and for little surprise cake for my Daughters birthday...

Staff were the best, easy communication through whatsapp for whenever you need something. They respond very fast and have everything ready for you. The villa was also very spacious, and you have your private pool. They have a restaurant, offer classes, shuttle services and there’s a spa, we booked the Hot and cold stone massage it was very relaxing:)

La villa era preciosa. En medio de la naturaleza, pájaros haciendo nidos, mariposas revoloteando, ranitas ... Un lugar de ensueño. Las camas cómodas y el baño perfecto. Una piscina privada para usarla a la hora q quieras y sea de noche o de día. El personal un encanto, con su sonrisa en la cara todo el día y ayudándote en todo momento. El desayuno a la carta preparado cada mañana con todo mimo. Sin duda, si vuelvo a Bali (seguro q si xq esto es espectacular) volveré a alojarme aquí

The room that we got didn’t match the photo I booked for at all. We didn’t get hot water for one night and the staff laugh when he told us. The restaurant is terrible, the food is truly disgusting. Not worth the money. So many better places in Ubud.

Extremely friendly and attentive staff. We were provided a traditional Balinese welcome upon arrival. The staff were always smiling and helpful during our stay. The villa looks better than the photos and the swimming pool is a bit larger than expected. The villa is very spacious and has a traditional Balinese feel. The pool deck was very good and useful for us as we had kids with us.

The villa didn't have a Kettle and a microwave oven. We didn't have hot water for 2 out of the 3 days due to some fault. The staff were very apologetic for the issue. There were a few Geckos and other bugs which we cannot avoid in Ubud.

Klein aber fein ist dieses Hotel! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Villa war sehr sauber, die Kinder haben den Pool geliebt! Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und haben sich bezüglich Transport, Frühstück zum mitnehmen, Ausflüge um alles gekümmert! Kommunikation über WhatsApp lief super!

Di notte si sentivano rumori di insetti/qualcosa di indefinito che camminava dentro il tetto di paglia della camera. Per andare ad Ubud anche se la distanza é poca, a causa del traffico (in agosto) ci si puó mettere anche 50 min.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche Entspannungsurlaub in den Villas. Das Personal war super freundliche und immer hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Man hat sich um jedes Anliegen sofort gekümmert. Frühstück war gut und es gab viel Auswahl. Die Lage hat uns sehr gefallen, weil wir außerhalb von dem sehr überlaufenden Trubel in Ubud waren.

Der Mückenschutz der Betten wir nicht durchgehend gewährleistet weil dieser an der Wand zu viel Platz gelassen hat. Meckern auf sehr hohem Niveau: Die Tischdecken im Restaurant hätten sauberer sein können.
