Belle piscine à débordement, joli jardin, les lieux communs sont sympa.

La salle de bain que j'ai occupée, mérite un bon rafraîchissement et une bonne remise à jour. C'est trop vétuste. Aussi, j'avais choisi cet établissement pour courir sur le tapis roulant mais il était en panne. Peut mieux faire....

חדרים ממש מתוקים ובריכה מושלמת, מיקום של כמה דקות מהמרכז אבל מי שעם אופנוע זה ממש סבבה.. הצוות היה מושלם ברמות, שכחנו את הדרכון שלנו במלון והם דאגו ממש שמישהו ישלח לנו את זה לאן שאנחנו נמצאים ובאמת דאגו ממש.

I forgot my passport with them and went on to another country. They were so nice and helped me send the passport free of charge.

בריכה יפה, נוף יפה, גודל החדר טוב, שירות ניקיון החדר והאבזור שלו מעולים

המזרון הכי לא נוח שהיה לי בטיול. כעבור שני לילות נאלצתי לעזוב, וללכת למסאז׳ כדי לטפל בגב. בנוסף, האווירה מאוד לא נעימה- בכל מקום יש שלטים שמאיימים על האורחים בקנסות, וזאת לאחר שדורשים לשלם פיקדון כספי עם הכניסה לחדר. אנחנו אורחים בבית מלון, לא פושעים, אנא התייחסו אלינו בהתאם.

Super clean and friendly staff, great location away from main streets but still walking distance. Pool is lovely too

Le lieu est exceptionnel, l’entretien du jardin est impeccable, le lit est très confortable et la piscine est parfaite et rafraîchissante ! La salle de sport est bien équipée, le petit-déjeuner est bon et copieux, et il y a plein de chats trop mignons. Le personnel est très gentil.

נוף מדהים, מבודד, 15 דקות הליכה מהמרכז, אם אתה עם אופנוע זה לא משנה. תגמור מעולה עבור הכסף, יש שם גם מסעדה, גם בריכה, גם חדר כושר.

יש איזורים שהצוות ניקיון קצת מוותר עליהם אבל חוץ מזה הכל טוב

Lovely pool area

Breakfast wasn’t the best- not really worth getting up for to be honest, also location is about a 20 minute walk from town, okay if you have a scooter but a bit of a pain if you want to drink

The facilities in general were nice and the room was comfortable.

Staff service was dissapointing, from the man at reception in particular. No effort was made to ensure guests were comfortable and if you asked for helped he would scowl at you and would begrudgingly help you while being sarcastic the entire time. The place had no atmosphere and the breakfast was bare minimum. It felt like they just had a breakfast to tick a box. Also the location is a good 15 minute walk from the town so its quite isolated from everything. I would not stay again.

The resort felt like a peaceful hideaway in Pai. We loved the beautiful views over a lush green field and the surrounding mountains, and waking up to birds singing in the morning. The garden is very charming, and the pool area is gorgeous, especially at sunrise or sunset. Breakfast on the cosy terrace overlooking the pool was a real highlight and made the mornings feel slow and relaxing. The staff were also genuinely lovely, friendly and helpful, which added a lot to the overall experience.

Breakfast wasn’t very varied, and the coffee wasn’t great. That said, it didn’t take away from the stay overall, the atmosphere, views and the setting more than made up for it.

L'emplacement est bien loin de la ville calme est l'hôtel est sympa la piscine est bien aussi.

Il manque d'entretien ils devraient refaire certaines chambres de l'hôtel la route qui conduit a l'hôtel n'est pas terrible les fournitures sont vieux est tous cassé. Ils méritent vraiment une grosse rénovation. Si non le déjeuner est froid je trouve dommage.

Directrice de mauvaise foi, elle nous a gardé notre caution de 1000 bath, pas de relation entre le personnel. Petit déjeuner (aliments froids) impossible de les réchauffer.

La posizione è magica. Sei circondato da una campagna rigogliosa e colline dal profilo morbido. Il cottage è spazioso e la terrazza con il grande divano è ben sfruttabile. Materasso e cuscini restano comodi malgrado sentano il peso degli anni.

La pulizia e il mantenimento della sruttura . Alla mia prima visita , di qualche anno fa diedi una valutazione positiva, premiante, che non mi sento di ripetere oggi visto lo stato attuale

Het ontbijt voor goede koffie moet je apart afrekenen

L’emplacement parmi les rizières. La localisation à mi chemin entre le centre de Pai et la nature .

Le personnel n était clairement pas accueillant. Le problème n’était pas tant la barrière de la langue car elles parlent très peu anglais mais on comprenait qu elles étaient agacés de travailler et se moquait parfois des gens, lorsqu on les remercié en thaï.

Issues with pool cleaning at time

De locatie was top, ik houd niet van de drukte van het centrum maar we waren daar in slechts 15 minuten lopen. Het bed was ook comfortabel.

Heel Veel, vooral het personeel en de hygiëne. Verder ook het ontbijt. Ik ben zelf reisagent en dit hotel staat op mijn zwarte lijst. Ik heb nog nooit ergens in Azië (en wij hebben al heel veel gereisd in heel Azië) zulk onvriendelijk en ongeïnteresseerd personeel meegemaakt. Werkelijk overal waar je lijkt is het gewoon echt heel vies, niets wordt onderhouden.

Die Lage direkt am Reisfeld war wunderschön.Wir hatten ein Zimmer in der zweiten Etage mit Blick auf den Buddha und Sonnenuntergang.Schöner Pool.Frühstück war einfach.

Gorgeous looking hotel with a fantastic pool, nicely walkable from the buzz of Pai's busy-ness. Lovely big pool, fantastic scenery, cool location. Pai is a more bustling spot than I'd imagined and this lovely hotel was an ideal (ten minute) walk from the bustle. Awoke to beautiful, mist-covered rice-fields, water buffalo and mountians. Loved it. The big pool was a godsend. Was a little chilly (in December) for other residients but we loved it.

The staff were, strangely, not great. I get the feeling that a few of them were embarrassed at their English level and thus were shy of talking to guests. Maybe the young lady we first encountered was new. A few things got messed up, like motorbike rentals and opening times. Nothing deal-breaking, but you get the idea.

Prima ontbijt buffet. Mooi zwembad, wel weinig in de zon. Resort ligt gelukkig rustig op 15 minuten lopen van het circus dat Pai is.

Personeel mag wel wat aardiger doen. Er kon geen goedemorgen vanaf. En de kamers zijn niet de 30 m2 die Booking belooft.

Was a very lovely area! And the rooms were gorgeous and very spacious! We had a little cat friend who came every morning and was lovely, really made our stay! It is a little walk away from the centre around 10-15 minutes walk but pretty easy to get too so no issue there either! Breakfast in the morning nice and easy too. Pool is lovely too!

There wasn’t too many sun loungers at the pool for people to use but apart from that nothing else!

Deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Das Potenzial ist da aber es müsste dringend renoviert werden.

Super leuke plek net buiten het drukke gebied in Pai. Kamers was goed ingericht en ruim genoeg voor ons twee.

Zwembad was bij aankomst niet onderhouden, je kon niet door het water heen kiiken. Daar hebben ze in de nacht aan gewerkt en de volgende dag was een wereld van verschil, jammer dat dit pas na aankomst zo was. De deur van de kamer sloot ook niet echt, ongedierte kon er makkelijk onderdoor lopen, wij hebben hier handdoeken gebruikt als tochtstrips

not much option for Breakfast

lovely location, good breakfast. rooms a little dated but i'm not one to expect luxury level all the time

It was dirty. Power was out from 8 to 4 one day. Water runs on electric pump so we couldn’t even use the toilet. Cats sneak into the room the second you open the door to step inside. Pool was cloudy. Breakfast was not tasty or abundant.

Groot zwembad, rustige ligging op wandelafstand van het centrum, leuke tuin, kamers wat gedateerd, ontbijt was ok, Is een eenvoudig maar leuk verblijf.

Personeel was wat afstandelijk of waren ze eerder verlegen door de taalbarrière?

Prachtig gelegen wel ver van het stadje af lastige weg om te lopen druk verkeer

Ontbijt was ondermaats koffie koud en weinig keus

A beautiful location in amongst rice fields with great views all around . Great swimming pool . Great hot powerful shower

The room was quite dated with taps that fell off when you used the shower , generally the property though very characterful needs an uplift and modernising . Breakfast was included but was very disappointing . Cold rice dishes , the covers on the eggs sausage etc all cracked not looking very inviting at all .

Frühstück war kalt (Kaffee + Speisen) - die Tische bzw. Tischdecken waren sehr verschmutzt. Wenn das behoben wird, ist alles ok

Das Frühstück hätte Verbesserungspotential und könnte etwas vielfältiger sein. Auch das Nachfüllen könnte noch besser organisiert werden.

Le lieu est super, éloigné du centre pour être dans le calme de la campagne.

Тихое уютное место, очень красиво вокруг, для семей с детьми просто великолепно!

В раковине наличие горячей воды даже не предусмотрено, там только холодная. Стульев в номерах нет.
