Reviewed Sep 18, 2026Die Lage in der Stadt ist sehr gut. Das Frühstück ist OK. Die Zimmer sind alt und dreckig in erster Linie die Dusche!
Die Zimmer waren nicht die wir gebucht haben. Laut ihren Angaben sollte das Zimmer in den Innenhof gerichtet sein. War es aber nicht sondern an der sehr viel befahrenen Hauptstrasse. Das Personal war anfangs s e h r unfreundlich.

La struttura è stupenda, un palazzo antico (in Stile appunto "Belle Èpoque"), con parquet, mobili antichi (e servizi moderni). Personale carinissimo, reception sempre attiva senza problemi di orario. Struttura pulita.
La struttura non dispone di ascensore. Potrebbe essere problematico per persone con ridotta mobilità, perché le stanze sono dal primo piano in poi. Non saprei dire della colazione (che di base non è inclusa a meno fi richiederla, ma lo di può fare anche dul posto), perché non ne ho usufruito.

Very central with a couple of parking garages and on street spaces nearby if you don’t use the hotel parking. The staff are so lovely, very friendly and helpful and they seem very hard working and knowledgable to help you enjoy your stay. The room was a good size and comfortable with a nice view of the Med. Breakfast was great, fresh pastries, scrambled eggs and bacon and an assortment of fruits, yoghurts and juices plus they will bring you a great cappuccino.
There was nothing we didn’t like though you must be able to climb some stairs as there is no elevator if you need to get to the upper floors.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute und zentrale Lage. Man ist in 5 Minuten zum kostenlosen Sandstrand gelaufen. Hier darf man sich mit dem Handtuch hinlegen und braucht keine Liege zu mieten. Das Frühstück bietet eine große Auswahl: 4 verschiedene Croissants, Brötchen, Pancakes, Obst, Joghurt, sehr guten Kaffee, Müsli, Käse, Wurst, Rührei und Speck, Säfte, frischen Kuchen... Das Ortszentrum erreicht man in wenigen Gehminuten. Raestaurants, Bars, Läden, Eisdielen en masse. Top! Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr nett, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Ein Parkplatz kostet pro Nacht € 10. Dies empfehle ich auf jeden Fall, da das Parken sehr schwierig in Sanremo ist. Der Parkplatz gehört zum Casino und ist in 3 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Es ist ein kleines Hotel, das sehr persönlich, sauber und gemütlich ist. Top Hotel!

Extrem liebevoll geführt, super Lage, sehr sauber und vor allem wahnsinnig hilfsbereite und sehr herzliche Familie. Ich habe anschliessend eine weitere Nacht für meinen Rückweg gebucht und es hat sich angefühlt, wie nach Hause kommen. Ganz herzlichen Dank für alles -ich komme sehr gerne wieder!

Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié. Pour terminer ,le personnel est très aimable et agréable ,parle français ,anglais et italien bien sûr. On se sent bien dans cet hôtel. Je recommande sans hésiter !!

Ho prenotato tramite Booking e l’ho scelto per il parcheggio ma in realtà non ha un vero parcheggio ma solo un cortile interno dove ci stanno tre auto. Inoltre in struttura ho scoperto che il parcheggio viene un extra di 10 euro al giorno. L’hotel è sicuramente affascinante ma avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione. Il parquet scricchiola pesantemente e si sente quando camminano nella stanza vicina.

Reviewed Jul 9, 2026De locatie was perfect in San Remo, letterlijk overal dichtbij. Het personeel was ook perfect, aardig, behulpzaam, kamer iedere keer precies weer goed opgeruimd als je terugkomt. Kamer ook goed, oudere inrichting maar dat past goed bij het hotel. Badkamer en douche gewoon goed. Airco ook stil en koel. Prima dus, altijd doen! Zeker voor de prijs. En San Remo e.o. is supermooi! Ontbijt voor 10,- ook perfect.
T.V. vooral alles Italiaans :-). WK wedstrijden goed te doen in het Italiaans niettemin. Drukke straat als je het raam open hebt, maar hoort erbij. In de avond/nacht raam dicht, airco aan en geen probleem.

Purtroppo (ci ha spiegato la propietaria) non è possibile installare l'ascensore, che in qualche occasione sarebbe stato comodo. In ogni caso la struttura fornisce supporto per il trasporto dei bagagli al piano.

Reviewed Jun 18, 2026Mycket charmigt hotell i gammaldags stil i väldigt bra läge. Frånvaron av hiss gjorde oss ingenting efter många timmar i bilen. SuperHjälpsam och trevlig personal. Rymligt rum med ljudisolerande fönster. Uppskattade mycket alla eluttag i rummet. Bra frukost. Vårt önskemål om parkering tillgodosågs och vi fick ha kvar till eftermiddagen nästa dag. Fick möjlighet att från hotellet lugnt flanera runt Sanremo och dess sevärdheter tills det var dags för oss att åka vidare.

Reviewed Jun 18, 2026Typisch italienisch…wundervolle Gastgeberin. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, aaaaber völlig okay. Es ist Alles da was es braucht, sehr angenehm und autentisch. Schönes Breakfestbuffet.
Die Fenster sollten in der Nacht geschlossen sein, zumindest bei den Zimmer die zur Strassenseite liegen. Es hat aber eine gute Klimaanlage für den Sommer

Purtroppo le finestre non hanno le zanzariere e quindi la notte ci siamo trovati a lottare contro le zanzare

Reviewed Apr 8, 2026I liked everything about it! Kind, attentive hosts. Beautiful vintage decor, but updated bathroom and windows , every detail was thought of. Breakfast was excellent! Taxi comes in two minutes. Grazie mille for a lovely stay!!

Pillows were flat, but they did have second pillow in the room so it was fine. Property is slightly dated. Property doesn’t have a lift, but with three floors not really an issue.

Nn è piaciuto il rumore del rumore del pasquetta sotto i piedi, scricchiolare troppo, l assenza di un ascensore ( ma era menzionato) la colazione, al buffet alle 9 nulla(sia dolce che salata..x 12 euro a persona,potevano fare sicuramente meglio)

Reviewed Mar 6, 2026Прекрасное расположение. Центрально. Рядом большая автостоянка. Очень приветливая сеньора на рецепции. Стильный отель. Красивая обстановка. Поновленный. Чистый номер. Удобная кровать. Прикроватные розетки. Есть чайник в номере и все необходимое для чая. Великолепный завтрак. С горячим блюдом ( яичница скрабл из натуральных яиц и жареный бекон) Нарезка, мюсли с большим количеством добавок. Много сухофруктов, орехи, семечки. Йогурт. И самое впечатляющее круассаны "только что из печки".
К сожалению нет лифта. и на 4 этаж приходится подниматься пешком.
