Se desbordó el agua del.baño, empezaron arreglarlo a las 8:40 y a las 11:40 que Salgo, seguía personal en mi baño, tenia que salir al baño de afuera.

Excellent restaurants and bar on site. Friendly service. Short walk to town. Pool area is beautiful and relaxing environment. Entire resort feels like a sanctuary. Art collection is amazing!!

The only thing I don’t like about it is that checkout time is at 11:00am why can’t it be whenever we Dee like it… jk lol. Hotel is very comfortable I didn’t wanted my time to go short.

Our hotel stay was amazing. Loved the room! it was clean, spacious, and the beds were confy. Staff were friendly, specially Emilio. He was very hospitable. Thank you for bringing us warm conchitas to our room. One of the best hotels we have ever stayed.

I have often stayed in Tecate at various budget places, such as El Dorado or the Tecate Inn on the way south out of town. I was surprised by the luxurious and grand style of this place. Very nice rooms, nice little balcony, very comfortable bed, great amenities, great bathtub, plenty of hot water, very quiet, and good walking distance down Benito Juarez.

The heat mode on our thermostat wouldn't work. We had two rooms, and one had nice heat. The other did not. It was a very chilly December night. If we had planned to stay longer, I would have called for maintenance. HVAC issues abound in Mexico and rooms often have no heat whatever, so this was a relatively minor glitch.

The design and aesthetic is in the very grand Mexican luxury style, with big rooms, large bathrooms, marble floors, high ceilings, etc. Very comfortable beds. Huge bathtub and plenty of hot water.

It would be helpful for staff to provide more information on check in about the amenities and layout of the hotel. Also, oddly, the heat did not work in one of the two rooms we booked. It worked well in the other room.

Having to go up the ramp with our canes : six sections of ramp. We would have gone to the restaurant but it meant stairs. I requested a handicapped room with bars in shower and high toilet. The toilet was regular . At least it could have had bars to help get up from the low toilet . I believe a golf cart to transport guests from parking lot to lobby would be a wonderful amenity .

Elevator was broken and I had a very heavy bag. Not much staff besides guy st front desk

I wanted to stay here the whole weekend but I had to check out Saturday as the room was booked for Saturday to Sunday, and nothing else was available. I was disappointed with cleanness and truthfully I have aleays enjoyed my stay here but this time around we wanted to use the tub and found some hair from previous use and sand or water in bottom of tub after we teied to fill the tub. Great however they need to schedule more staff when they are fully booked on weekends so that they can maintain the level of service I am expecting.

I enjoy this hotel because of the room service, however this time, it was not the best because the staff was not willing to listen and one in particular had a terrible attitude when an issue was brought up. I discussed this experience with the front desk before I departed since I plan to return next year.

This was my third time staying at this hotel and what i don't like is that there's no elevator working. They should fix it for the people that can't get to the second floor.

If I knew they’re under construction I wouldn’t have stayed there, it was noisy and they had to shut down the water for a few hours on Saturday because of it.

Always liked everything about it! Location, relax, classy, great staff, amazing pool and famous restaurant and bar, safe parking. Safe premises with 24hr security guard at gate. Private terrace for rooms, spacious!

The hotel hands-down looks awesome. The room is clean and the staff is nice. No complaints at all, but the neighborhood outside the hotel a little shady and you have to be very cautious when leaving the hotel.

A trip to the old world. Beautiful property art work on walls, stone walkways, court yards and pool. Down side is if you are older there area lot of stairs. My first visit to hotel and restaurant don't know what it had been like but can't I imagine it being any nicer hotel no complaints restaurant also wonderful.

We had a really bad experience, we were awoken at midnight to someone opening the door to our room only stopped by the door lock we had put. We later got a call at 12:30am saying someone else had booked that room and we were in their room. We called the lobby and they said they gave our room key to another person on accident. All they offered was a free desert on our next stay.. really disappointing response from staff given we were quite frightened and even lost sleep due to the fright.

We had a wonderful time enjoying the Jacuzzi. Also, we walked over to the bar/grill, which was onsite. We mainly stayed there because the bartender was great and we made friends there too.

The pool was too cold to swim in but it was also the middle of winter so we were ok with that.

Absolutely beautiful property!! We were not expecting this as we booked it last minute for a one night stay. Amazing restaurant on property as well!
