La primera noche no funcionaba el aire acondicionado, nos dieron otra habitación para esa noche que no tenía nada que ver con la que habíamos reservado. Agradecemos el trato, la amabilidad y la implicación del personal para solucionar el problema. El tipo de habitación puede cambiar mucho la experiencia ya que la limpieza, olor y detalles de la habitación cambian muchísimo de unas a otras.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Als wir recht spät angekommen sind und nichts zu essen hatten hat er uns extra zum Markt gefahren, gewartet und uns wieder heim gebracht. Er war immer erreichbar und hat sofort geantwortet.
Nichts! Es war alles tip top, wie beschrieben.

Reviewed Oct 30, 2025L'ambiance générale de l'hôtel était très paisible et agréable. Les hôtes étaient vraiment chaleureux et nous on très bien accueillies. La chambre est grande et confortable. Nous avions une voiture donc facile d'accès pour nous, il y a un parking devant l'hôtel. Je recommande à 100% le séjour était fantastique.

Reviewed Dec 18, 2024Very friendly and helpful staff. We do not have an international adaptor with us and the staff also do not have one, but the staff is resourceful enough to lend us a mobile phone charger head and we are able to use our own charger cable with the head.
There are quite a few pension around the same area. As there is no proper signage stating the name of the accommodation in English, we had to go to a few pension before we find the correct one. It will be great if they could include an English signage on the door of the accommodation of the staff for easy location of the accommodation and check in.
