Reviewed Sep 17, 2026Sehr gute Lage im Zentrum der Stadt, gute Ausstattung, dank dichter Fenster ruhig, gutes Frühstück, Zimmergröße wie üblich bei Ibis, aber für eine Nacht völlig ausreichend.
Auch wenn das Parken nachts kostenlos ist, ist es tagsüber sehr teuer.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026We fietsen de Somme à Velo route. Het was fijn dat het hotel in het centrum lag en dat we er heel makkelijk naar toe konden fietsen en de volgende dag weer terug naar de Somme. Ook mooi dat je na aankomst dichtbij het gezellige centrum was. Ook mochten de fietsen in een afsluitbare garage gestald worden.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026Perfect location, fantastic rooms which were clean and comfortable for a great night sleep! Limited breakfast but something for everyone so not bad at all but no hot food apart from toast and boiled eggs.
Expensive for an overnight stay for 2 adults and 2 kids but your right in the centre and amazing views of the Basilica to wake up to so I suppose the price reflects the location.

The lift was broken when we arrived. The toilet had been used and not flushed. The air conditioning was noisy enough to disturb my sleep. We couldn't open the windows. The room had a wet-room instead of a shower so the whole bathroom was unnecessarily wet.

Pas d'emplacement pour les valises A peine une serviette de toilette par personne un seul oreiller supplémentaire alors que nous sommes 2, il a fallu demander ! les verres en carton de la salle de bain au bout d'une semaine ne sont plus très étanches !!!! Manque de patères pour suspendre les affaires !

Reviewed Jul 11, 2026Well I tried hard to work out where to feed back within Ibis site - impossible! So my comments will go here. It seemed newly refurbished and fine but there were two very irritating things - There were no cups (paper fine) for the water I need to take medication at bed time, and so had to dress and go down to get. Also, the bathroom bin had no lid, which I assume would be a nightmare for a menstruating woman in some circumstances, or for people with certain medical conditions. Never come across either problem before, in quite a bit of travelling.

Always clean staff are very friendly, Vincent especially is a friendly man, always welcoming and will have a chat when he can. Great location restaurants are a walk of 5 minuets, Basilique is opposite and a be beautiful view from our room, which has been modernised since our last stay. Highly recommended

Même si nous n'avons pas eu de problème (car nous avons été en horaire décalé), j'ai peur que la salle du petit-déjeuner soit trop petite quand l'hôtel est plein et que tout le monde déjeune aux heures de pointe.

Reviewed May 11, 2026Central opposite large church. Part of a Leger tour. A typical Ibis hotel. Clean and had friendly staff. The top floors (4&5) were very hot. The AC did not work. Bedroom very small , clean but hot. Beds very comfortable. I had to help some elderly guests (with my schoolboy french), who needed fans, which the man on the front desk kindly got. He told me, in French, that the AC was "working yesterday". Well it isn't working now mon ami ! ;) Breakfast was good.

The position is brilliant with parking in the square opposite free at the weekends and the room had a lovely view of the cathedral, and sights and restaurants in the town are nearby.

Reviewed Jan 22, 2026Spectacular central location opposite the magnificent Basilica Cathedral and a large public car park that cost 3€ for an overnight stay. Around the corner is the main town square with numerous shops, bars, and restaurants, including the excellent Little Chef. Ibis’s excellent staff were friendly and helpful, especially the evening manager who came out to the car park to show me how the ticket machines worked - total hero! As usual, very comfortable beds, clean rooms and great. breakfasts, together with reasonable rates make them our go-to on the road stays.
Nothing, no complaints during our stay - very happy.

Reviewed Dec 28, 2025Just an overnight stop on our way home. I know Ibis is a budget chain and it shows! The room was rather dated with few amenities (not even a glass in the bathroom to use when cleaning your teeth). The A/C was very loud and the shower was verging on dangerous (very slippery and raised up about 2o cm with no handrails) . Breakfast was good quality but limited. The dole member of staff in check in was helpful though. All this is a shame as it’s in a fantastic location

Chambre et salle de bains propres et ménage très soigné. Présence de coussins supplémentaires aussi appréciable. Enfin, l'emplacement vraiment très central.
La position de la chambre au 2e étage sur rue (quoique la vue sur la basilique soit belle) n'est pas très agréable : forte lumière de l'éclairage public et bruit des passants la nuit, surtout le vendredi soir. C'est le seul bémol, la prochaine fois je demanderai une chambre mieux placée en réservant directement auprès de l'hôtel.
