Fujinomiya Fujikyu Hotel

Le personnel est très bien. L’emplacement est très pratique , juste à côté de la gare.

La salle bain trop petite (ok je suis grand mais quand même) je ne pouvais pas me tenir debout dans la douche. Le chambre sont mal isolées niveau bruit. Petit déjeuner jusqu’à 8:30.

1. 방에 문제점이 있어서 직원분한테 말씀드렸더니 방을 바꿔줬습니다. 방을 업그레이드할 것까지는 기대하지 않았는데 좀 넓은 방으로 바꿔줘서 쾌적하게 보내고 왔습니다. 문제점을 성의껏 빨리 처리해 준 점에 대해서는 감사드립니다. 2. 호텔 위치가 좋아서 다른 곳으로 이동할 때 매우 편리했습니다

청소가 완벽하지 못했고 화장실에서 냄새가 올라와서 첫인상이 좀 안좋았습니다.

Stayed in a room with a view of Mount Fuji and it was absolutely incredible. Hotel is right across from the train station so easy access to whatever you wanna do for the day or a few.

クーラーが良く効いていた

値段の割にと感じた 浴槽が狭い、シャワーカーテンが小さい、淵にカビらしき黒ずみ有り シャワートイレも古いタイプ 富士さんビューを予約したが天候悪く見えないなら差額を損した気分 近くにコンビニ無いのに自販機が高い（ビール350円)

The hotel is conveniently located near the bus and train stations, making it easy to get around. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, and the system for collecting and serving breakfast was well organised.

What I didn’t like was the size of the attached bathroom. It is quite small, and taller or larger guests may find it difficult to move around comfortably.

Close to the station

You cannot leave your luggage overnight, that means if you are going to climb fuji you have to pay extra money to store your luggage in coin locker.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Fujinomiya Station and provided easy access to Fujisan Hongu Sengen Taisha and the Mount Fuji World Heritage Center. The room was clean, comfortable, and suitable for a short stay.

The biggest challenge was obtaining documentation for business expense reporting. Since the booking was prepaid through Booking.com, neither Booking.com nor the hotel provided a detailed accommodation invoice showing room charges and taxes. Despite repeated requests and follow-ups with both parties, a valid tax invoice was not provided. The staff did not appear familiar with handling such requests and provided inconsistent guidance regarding invoice ownership. Business travelers who require proper reimbursement documentation should be aware of this limitation.

It’s a nice property some of the rooms were outdated and could do with a refurbishment. Luckily we were upgraded to a bigger room with a view of Mount Fuji due to our aircon unit leaking over the plugs by the television.

チェックインの時間前に、荷物を、部屋に、置く事が、出来た。

夜中、水栓の流す水の音が、大きく聞こえた。冷房の音が、うるさく、眠れなかった。寝不足でした。もう、宿は、遠慮します。

全体的に非常に満足のいく旅行でした。 一つ不満な点があります。 1) 朝食は料理も多様で美味しく、全体的に組み合わせがとても良かったです。 2) 部屋の清掃もとてもきれいにしていただき、ありがとうございます。

3) 部屋の鍵を紛失して3,000円を請求し、マネージャーに金額について再検討をお願いした。 受付は済ませておき、他のスタッフは「私は知らない、マニュアル通りにやるだけだ」と言っているが、初期チェックイン時の内容には金額は記載されていなかった。3,000円はホテル側が一方的に決めたものなのか。 理解できない。

Very close to train station. Staff very nice.

First bus to mt Fuji is at 6:35. Breakfast starts at 6:45. So you have breakfast included, but cannot benefit from it. Would be nice to have early breakfast available :) Airco was too loud and not really coping with the warm weather

お部屋がキレイ！　トイレとバスは別で。設備も新しかったので気持ち良かった。　　廊下等の室外、ホテル周辺も静かで、ゆったりできた。　　朝食無料で質も充分満足できました〜！　フロントの方の対応も優しくテキパキしていて好印象。

トイレと洗面所が離れていて、動線がイマイチ。（段差もあった）　　冷蔵庫の冷え方があまり良くなかった。

De locatie is uitstekend, goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Vriendelijk personeel.

"We had a wonderful stay here. The property is super clean and the location couldn't be better. It is literally right across the street from Fujinomiya Station. You can easily take the elevator down from the pedestrian bridge and walk straight into the hotel. The breakfast options were good and delicious. We highly recommend booking the Fuji View room. We were lucky to see Mount Fuji beautifully framed in our window during clear weather, especially early in the morning just after sunrise before the clouds started to gather."

Everything was perfect

Hotel is right beside the station so very convenient. The room was comfortable for one night stay. Check-in was unproblematic. The best thing about the hotel was the view from Mount Fuji from the window. A great sight to wake up to.

Breakfast was chaotic. I didn't understand the process at all and it seemed like most of the food was either gone or not appetising.

7층 후지산뷰룸에 4박 숙박햇어요~ 후지산이 잘보이고, 객실도 층고가 높아서 개방감이 좋앗어요. 욕실&회장실이 분리되어잇어서 만족해요. 조식은 달걀요리가 부족해서 아쉽지만, 나름깔끔해요. 주변에 이자카야가 잇어서 석식도 편리해요.

주차장이 만차여서 외부주차장에 주차하는 번거로움이 잇어요

The room was smaller than a small room on a basic cruise ship; the bed was hard (I realise many people would like that; I lost sleep); no space to use my laptop; no face washer.

Very close to the train station and main attractions. The beds were very comfortable.

The room smelled bad, especially the wardrobe and the refrigerator. There was some mold on the walls in the room, and every time we entered, there was a stuffy smell, so we had to air out the room regularly.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location

The facilities were really unclean, the room smelled really bad - like unhealthy bad, the room also felt very damp, the front door does not reduce any noise at all.

The step up to bathroom is too high . There is no view in the room and ventilation not satisfactory, maybe air conditioning system issue . Requested for the humidifier, improved abit though not very pleasant.

水廻りに若干劣化が見られる

掃除が丁寧で清潔でしたので快適に過ごすことが出来ました。 　 朝食も種類があり、美味しく頂きました。 施設内も雑音が無くとても静かで落ち着きました。 スタッフの方もとても雰囲が良くて　今回、選んで良かったです。

大判のバスタオルは設置されていたのですが、小さいタオルも一枚あれば良かったなと、感じました。

The view of Mount Fuji from my hotel room was insane ! Very convenient localtion, Literally a one minute walk from the train station. Seven 11 right around the corner too!
