Reviewed Jul 11, 2026We were promised a disabled-friendly room with a roll in shower. Instead we got a regular small sized bathtub with a plastic chair that did not fit in the tub. There were no handles or safety grips in the tub, therefore it was unusable - I was unable to take a shower. Very disappointing.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026The beds were very comfortable and the double queen room was a good size. The continental breakfast was also very nice with lots of different options. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful!
The hotel is old and is really starting to show its age. The room needs a deep clean of edges and ledges.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026Beds comfortable. Good shower pressure. Happy to see fresh fruit on offer at breakfast.
Screen on our window was warped causing large gaps where mosquitoes could come in. As a result we kept the window closed and used the air conditioner. Would have preferred to have fresh air. Carpet was quite dirty.

Reviewed May 11, 2026Clean comfortable room. Great selection of pillows. Good shower. Friendly staff. Great that it was within walking distance of a good restaurant, Mr Mikes, and the free appy coupon was a nice touch, thank you. It was quiet, nice! It is great that you are updating your hotel.
Couldn't figure out how the tv worked. Would have been nice to have a note in the room indicating sequence of buttons to turn on tv and channel selection. I could have called down to the front desk, but decided not to, no problem.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Right from the start, the staff was incredible, every one we saw over the five days. They were so friendly, helpful, and fun. The room was very clean, perhaps a little outdated but served all our needs.
Just because I am gluten free, I found the breakfast choices very limited. However they were very kind to show me the bars, and the muffins they did have in the back, that were gluten free, and ready anytime I asked.
