The Oasis at Grace Bay

I had a wonderful stay at The Oasis at Grace Bay. The room was beautiful, comfortable and spotlessly clean, and the beach was absolutely stunning. The whole property has a lovely, relaxed feel and the food was excellent. What really made my stay special, though, was the staff. They were exceptional — so friendly, helpful and attentive, and they genuinely seemed to care about making sure I had a great experience. At one point during my stay I felt unwell, and they kindly arranged for food to be delivered to my room, which was incredibly thoughtful. They really did go above and beyond. Even when I was leaving, the level of care continued. The day before my departure, they checked that I had arranged my transfer, and on the morning I left, a member of staff called the transfer company on my behalf to confirm everything and make sure there were no issues. I really appreciated that attention to detail and the fact that they were looking out for me right until I left. Beautiful room, gorgeous beach, great food and, most importantly, genuinely wonderful staff. I would definitely recommend The Oasis at Grace Bay and would happily stay here again.

Staff was rude and just stared most of the time.

I am giving this resort a one star review because my birthday experience here was not great at all and has turned me completely off to the island. Our vacation started off with everyone else in our group having their rooms available for check-in yet we had to wait for ours to become available even though we put that we were arriving early in our reservation (disappointing but no problem). The room we checked in had an ant infestation (see video). How did this get past the house cleaning staff that needed all this extra time in our room? It took us pressuring the front desk to get them to rectify the problem. This was all happening the day of my pre-planned and paid for birthday dinner. So while everyone else in my group was relaxing and getting ready, I was dealing with this. Day two, after paying for coconuts on the beach, we learned from the hotel staff that these were included in our stay. No one shared that beforehand. The hotel did have a free shuttle that took you to and from the beach but at no point did the driver of the shuttle ever offer to help us on or off the shuttle. I had my hands full with the pizza box from the hotel, drink in hand, and bag, and he just watched my friend and I struggle to get off. Also, the new room we were moved too also locked us out twice. Not sure why that happened but when it did, we had to walk back to the front desk and ask for it to be reset. Lastly, the TV in our new room didn't work. The issues became laughable over time. This entire experience reflects the POOR level of customer service and professionalism the staff here offer. I do not expect this of a property that advertises itself as a 4 star hotel experience. And I have never had to beg for staff on an island hotel/property to be friendly, welcoming, and offer great customer service. Pros: The hotel food was good. The grounds were always kept clean. The rum punch upon welcome and cold towel were refreshing.

I have no criticism of this wonderful hotel. It is not on the beach but they have a golf buggy which takes you in about 2 mins to probably the best part of the beach where they have sun loungers and umbrellas. The hotel location is great , walking distance to the centre of town and all the bars and restaurants. The hotel has two swimming pools and an overpriced restaurant. The rooms are big , modern, clean and luxurious with private balconies. The staff are super friendly and helpful. When we left they gave us a big hug.

a little bit noisy environment at early morning

First was concerned upon arrival. Sent an email prior requesting a "no construction" area room. However, did not receive a response back. Learned I was right across from the construction site when I got to my room and walked out to the terrace. Construction workers are building a new hotel. Although, if out during the day you can hear the contraction work and see the workers, it didn't bother me much at all. I didn't hear them late or very early in the morning. Love this place! It's everything needed for a comfortable and luxurious stay. Guest services and concierge Diana and Jason (along with everyone else) did an outstanding job with making us feel welcomed. Very clean rooms! Location is close to the nightclub/bar/restaurant, casino, and beach; which are some my interest. Markets & restaurant a short bike ride away. Things to note are as follows: -Cart service to the beach is from 7am-7pm (which I think is enough time) -There is a specified area for guest with table, chairs, and umbrellas on the beach from 7am-7pm. They remove everything at 7pm which I didn’t have a problem with. You can stay longer if you want, you’ll just be on your own. So glad I didn’t choose one of the larger resorts. This is an intimate boutique resort.

What a wonderful property! Beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, well lit, and safe. It checked every box. The room was secure, and the staff were consistently warm and attentive. Their presence made the whole experience feel less like a stay and more like coming home. We especially loved the E bikes and shuttle to the beach. Highly recommend!

We could use ebikes or standard bikes for free to get around. The golf cart to the beach was such a great service along with the beds and umbrellas, towels. All included. Such a lovely team working at the hotel. Will definitely revisit. A few freebies in the room too. I won't spoil the surprise.

No room service which was ok for us as we like to eat out but may be something others would like.

The location was ideal, central to everything. If you're looking for a quiet, beautiful, smaller boutique resort-feel, the Oasis at Grace Bay is the place to be. They have thought of everything you might need or want during your stay, and if it isn't in the room, they will work swiftly to meet your request. And the staff, I can't say enough about the staff, it was truly a top-notch, VIP level experience all the way around. From the front desk associates, to the restaurant hostesses & servers, to guest services and housekeeping, shuttle drivers, etc. - the customer service was excellent! We also enjoyed the proximity to the beach, as well as shopping, restaurants nearby. We enjoyed the breakfast & lunch options at the onsite restaurant as well (we didn't get to try the dinner options, given we had reservations out every night). I highly recommend considering this hotel for your next trip to Turks & Caicos. We will be back!

My partner and I loved this boutique hotel/resort. I wanted someplace low rise, fairly quiet and low key. It is a beautiful property with 2 swimming pools and attractive grounds. Our room with king bed had a lovely and large balcony overlooking pool area and many small amenities and little gifts. Hotel reception and Concierge were super nice and helpful. Bags were taken to our room and we were given a "tour" of the room and amenities. Beach access was close by to walk and hotel shuttle always available. Beach dedicated hotel area provided towels, lounge chairs, water and food ordering. Concierge booked a boat excursion for us and a private taxi island tour. Reception confirmed our airport transport back to Boston. There was a lovely, Italian open restaurant on site and breakfast every day was convenient and delicious. This stay was part of our JetBlue vacation package and a good value.

Without the hustle and bustle of big hotels, this was quiet, beautifully maintained, easy access to the beach and town.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and we are glad we stayed here! Pros: -Great Price Point for Provo way less expensive than the beachfront hotels -Spotlessly clean - GREAT location on the beach and beach setup. Beautiful large and comfortable beach chairs with cushions terry slip cover thick plush towels, large umbrella. And beach service if you need food or drink, water canteen to fill your water bottle. And a really beautiful spot on Grace Bay with nice sand and no seaweed better than other areas on Grace Bay. Despite saying this nowhere on Grace Bay is bad - it is a phenomenal beach. - Bed was comfortable, great L'Occitane products restocked on request. - Deluxe King had a huge outdoor balcony with loungers and a huge outdoor shower was AWESOME - Golf carts were available to take you to the beach regularly - Beautiful pool and loungers that gave an oasis vibe to refresh and relax. - Onsite restaurant was EXCELLENT! High quality Italian food with ingredients imported from Italy. Amazing pizza oven and homemade dough. We ate here 3 times. Its a Gem! Cons: - The main and biggest con is that there is construction going on next to the hotel, which we did not know. Another complex is being built behind the hotel. Our huge great balcony is staring at a concrete wall construction site with workers everywhere and loud noises and smells. Its not the Oasis' fault but it did affect our stay. And once the construction is done, there will then be hotel rooms staring right across at your balcony. And they are close, it is a narrow alley between them. - The other con would be service could have been better. But I really feel this is due to "island time" as with other Caribbean islands the service is just not at the same standard and efficiency as the US. It wasn't bad service just slow and sometimes a little dense. And for the price point we were ok with it. We were not staying at the Ritz carlton and we knew that. So all was good. I would recommend the Oasis to anyone it is a gem in Provo!

My girlfriends and I had a lovely 5 day, mid winter retreat at Oasis and loved it! The rooms are newly renovated, comfortable and well appointed. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful and the food in the restaurant was very good. The proximity to the beach is less than a 5 minute walk, although transfer is provided. We loved this place. Very quiet yet so close to the shops and many good restaurants. Even the restaurant in the hotel is good. We ate there on 3 separate occasions. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They genuinely seem to care about your needs. You can walk to the beach (7 or 8 minute) or take the shuttle which always seemed ready. I’m sorry to take a star away but the one complaint we had was the lounge chairs by the pool. Kind of like a bean bag chair that you sink into. You can’t adjust the backrest and it sits low on the ground. Not good for two 65 yo’s to get up out of. My husband has arthritis in his knees so he just sat in a regular chair. The lounge chairs at the beach were perfect. They could use a few of those at the pool. All in all we would stay here again.

It was very relaxing welcoming and clean all the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. A perfect place to unwind . Everything which you needed was available. Very close to the beach and restaurants.

The Bikes !!

The Oasis is an amazing place! Our room was a decent size and located in a perfect spot. The bed was comfy and enabled a good night’s sleep. The bathroom was modern and featured a nice rain shower. The resort is in a good location…not directly on the beach but the shuttle service that takes you to the beach and back is great. It’s a short ride and the wait is never more than a few minutes. The staff of the resort are very friendly and capable. They do a wonderful job of keeping the pool clean and the beautiful grounds immaculate. I can’t think of a single negative thing to say about the Oasis and perhaps most important is that the price point is quite reasonable compared to the numerous other pricey options in the T & C. I highly recommend this resort! I

My husband & I had an amazing stay at the Oasis at Grace Bay in Turks & Caicos. The resort is beautiful, the staff were friendly and kind, and so accommodating. They did everything to make us comfortable, and happy. This was such a wonderful place to stay. Will be recommending The Oasis to all our family and friends. Thank you for your kindness.

Stayed 5 days early February 2026. Weather was decent considering we left cold winter. Highs is upper 70s but several days were windy and partly cloudy. Two pools but neither were heated so did not get in. Comfy lounging beds around pools. One restaurant on site open for all meals. Great pizza served there. Hotel not on the beach but close. Shuttle available anytime you want to go. Nice loungers on the beach too. Our room was on 2nd floor overlooking a pool. Lots of palm trees provided privacy. Clean room decent size. Not a fan of nespresso coffee wish they had regular coffee pots. To go coffee available in restaurant to purchase. 2 suggestions- heat at least one pool and add a coffee shop/ café maybe near lobby. Staff were very friendly. Plenty of restaurants in area to walk to. Be prepared food seems very pricey. We enjoyed this hotel for the quality and quietness.

What a wonderful way to spend my birthday at the beautifully appointed Oasis at Grace Bay! From the warm welcome by the friendly staff including a refreshing cocktail, to the surprise champagne and impressive sculpted swan and birthday candle when we stepped into our room, the peaceful and green oasis gardens and trees, spotless pools and warm and inviting poolside lounge chairs, it was truly what we needed. We called the hotel in advance of our booking and Stacey was extremely helpful both before and after we made our reservations. Stacey and the staff more than met our expectations. Every staff member was kind, knowledgeable and eager to please. From our first step into the welcoming lobby to our daily interactions with the staff everything was exceptional and made us feel we could truly relax and enjoy. Our room was tastefully decorated and extremely comfortable. From the cozy beds to the luxurious rainfall shower and the private patio, every element made us feel truly pampered. Although the room overlooked the pool, it remained peaceful and secluded throughout our stay. I would highly recommend getting a massage at the onsite family spa. Madelaine has a truly wonderful spirit! Her warm personality and skills delivered the best Swedish massage I have experienced anywhere. I am very thankful for the feeling at the end of our time of total relaxion and peace. It’s a short walk to the fantastic Grace Bay Beach, but no need to walk, they have an excellent shuttle staffed by friendly people ready to get you there and back whenever you need. Their dedicated beach area is equally well staffed and arranged to make your time by the shore comfortable and soothing. There are several great restaurants within walking distance, and a lovely shopping district is very close by as well. We enjoyed the onsite restaurant Trattoria Isolana for several meals and found the food and the staff to be excellent. Other highlights included the dinner at “Infiniti” and happy hour at The Pelican Bay Restaurant and Bar just a few steps away from our beach chairs. Everything about our stay makes us look forward to returning there in the future.

The property is very clean and everything looks brand new. Comfortable beds, shower and AC working properly. All the staff are polite and helpful.

The only thing I did not like was mosquitoes. After dark it is impossible to sit by the pool or on your balcony - mosquitoes attack right away and trying to eat you alive.

This is a hidden gem, clean, quiet and very convenient. The staff were just amazing especially Stacie and Widly. As well as Dianna, the restaurant on premises had some of the freshest food I ever tasted. Great choice for breakfast as well as lunch on the beach. My hotel of choice when I revisit Turks

My wife and I spent a wonderful four days at the Oasis at Grace Bay and we are already looking forward to returning. It's a small boutique hotel with a quiet, serene atmosphere. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. Any requests (ie. extra towels, etc.) were immediately fulfilled. Our room was well appointed with a mini fridge, microwave and Nespresso machine all of which were put to good use. The beds were very comfortable. The terrace, overlooking one of the two pools was a great place to unwind after a day at the beach. While not directly on the beach (which probably allows for more reasonable pricing) there is a shuttle that will get you to their dedicated beach area in less than 5 minutes. You can also walk there in almost the same amount of time by cutting through a parking lot just outside the hotel. At the beach, there is an attendant who provides you with towels and calls for the shuttle when you are ready to leave. While there you can order drinks or food from the hotel restaurant that is delivered right to your lounge chair. The hotel is also about a 15-minute walk to shops and the local supermarket (Graceway Gourmet).

This was our second stay at the property as we enjoyed it immensely the first time and had to return!! The property is perfect if you enjoy a smaller boutique hotel. The restaurant on site, Trattoria Isolana, is exceptional and has the BEST pizza hands down!! We enjoyed breakfasts, lunches and dinners! The gorgeous Grace Bay beach is a few steps away if you enjoy a quick 6-8 minute walk or you may opt for the golf cart shuttle in demand. Beach lounge chairs are plentiful, the staff is welcoming and accommodating as they provide towels and full lunch and drink options. The restaurant staff is OUTSTANDING. The entire staff is happy, helpful, friendly and kind!! Special shout out to Ruth, Bensley, Jenny and David! Thank you for an AMAZING stay!! ❤️

Can't think of anything!!

I almost don't want to share this out of fear next time we want to go it will be all booked up! But I can't be that selfish. We loved this place. Let's start with a lovely greeting by Princess Diana at reception. This place is literally an oasis on the island. True, it's not directly on the beach, but whether you choose to walk 3-4 mins, or wait no less than 30 seconds for the shuttle service, you'll be there before you know it..and once you're there, it's pure paradise. They have 2 pools, a restaurant on-site, and someone at the front desk 24/7 ready to help you with anything you need. We will be back, for sure.

We stayed 5 nights at Oasis at Grace Bay for our anniversary and honestly could not have chosen a more magical place! From the moment we checked in, we were greeted with a welcome cocktail and the sweetest, most genuine staff. While the resort isn’t directly on the beach, the free shuttle made it effortless — we never waited more than a minute or two. Oasis even has its own private section on stunning Grace Bay, complete with plenty of lounge chairs, umbrellas, and beachside food and drink service from the on-site restaurant. We were able to grab front-row beach chairs every single day of our stay — a small luxury you rarely find at large chain resorts! We dined multiple times at Isolana, the resort’s Italian restaurant, and every meal was fantastic (my husband is still talking about the lasagna). The property’s location is also amazing — super walkable to restaurants and shops, or you can grab one of the complimentary bikes or e-bikes for easy exploring. Don’t miss nearby spots like Coco Bistro and Infinity at Grace Bay Club for great dining options. Our King Luxury Room was spacious and serene, with a private patio overlooking the lush jungle gardens and pool — total tranquility. The thoughtful touches like a Nespresso machine, mini fridge, and microwave made mornings and leftovers so convenient. The sparkling wine anniversary surprise waiting in our room was the sweetest touch! Every single staff member went above and beyond to make sure our stay was memorable. Oasis at Grace Bay truly feels like a hidden gem — offering boutique luxury, personalized service, and unbeatable value without the massive resort feel. We can’t wait to come back!

The oasis was a great place for my husband and I’s first time in Turks and Caicos. Staff was friendly and welcoming and the transportation to and from the beach was amazing especially with the hot weather. The restaurant there had friendly staff and were very welcoming. Definitely would come back for a stay in the future.

We stayed here for 4 nights and was pleasantly surprised. Mainly due to the price we paid and what we got! The hotel had everything we needed and more. Amazing little touches, a charger and luggage tags gift, a great nespresso coffee machine. Large fridge, with ice in, Clean and new amenities. Good hairdryer ….theyve really thought of everything. Helpful and cheerful staff going out of their way. Great shower, comfy beds, quiet and relaxed. We virtually had the whole place to ourselves. Amazing breakfast (avo and eggs) at the restaurant connected to the hotel. A golf buggy to the beach and back whenever we needed. (Although it’s only a very short walk- cut through Grace bay club to make it shorter) … only a short walk in to Grace bay centre for shops, probably 15 min walk. definitely consider staying here. I’d say even over the pricey’er hotels!

Stacie at the front desk made us feel very welcome and answered all of our questions. There was some construction going on around us but not too disturbing. Shuttle to the beach was really nice. I would recommend staying at this resort. We will be back.

I sent my parents here on a last-minute trip to attend a nearby wedding, and from the moment they arrived, they were treated with the utmost kindness and hospitality. My mom is one tough cookie, but even she said she has *never* experienced such genuine warmth and care. The grounds were spotless, and the rooms were just as clean and welcoming. My parents were blown away by how attentive the staff were—going above and beyond to make sure their stay was perfect. The sweetest touch was when the staff even asked my parents to let them know once they had arrived home safely! This kind of thoughtful service left such an impression that we’re already planning a family trip back. There truly aren’t enough words to express how grateful I am for the way they were treated. Thank you so much for making their trip so special!

Arrived had used cigarette in non smoking room, stain on cover. Rug was filthy, bench in room filthy, bed squeeked a lot. Shower was nasty, room had good air conditioning, size of room was nice, bed was comfortable. Door to room was broken kind of, walls paper paper thin, could make out entire convos of neighbors. Pool was nice, pretty hotel. Restaurant was ok,location was nice very close to beach. Had shuttle service to beach. This is a budget friendly place. And you really get what you pay for here, and maybe a little less. They could work better on cleanliness and updating basic things to make the stay better, overall my stay wasn’t impacted poorly as I came pretty prepared with my own sheets and blankets. Etc. but I wouldn’t come back here.

Love the luxury villa that I stayed in !!!! Hotel is literally down the road from Aziza and Shisha lounge so it makes everything so convenient.

I won't be staying there anymore. We had a room with 2 beds, last night I changed beds and woke up with my whole body filled with bed bug bites. The property is nothing to rave about. One restaurant for breakfast/lunch and dinner with the same items. The beach is not walking distance; you need to be driven with a golf cart and same to return. The only friendly staff at the front desk, is Stacey, the rest of the ladies are borderline rude. Especially an Asian looking one, just exudes bad energy. This resort is not impressive and same with the staff.

We had an amazing experience here! The staff was incredibly polite, pleasant, and accommodating from start to finish. The service was truly exceptional. We were unexpectedly stuck due to a hurricane and had to extend our stay — the team went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and cared for during a stressful time. They even arranged transportation and shuttle services to the beach and other places, which made a huge difference. We are so grateful for their kindness and professionalism. Highly recommend!

Our first visit and the property was so nice and quiet. Robes and slippers in your room, shuttle to the beach, close enough to walk to dining, coffee, and the grocery store. The free E-bike rentals were used daily by my wife and I. Excellent trip.

This trip was our second time at The Oasis and it did not disappoint at all! We absolutely love it there and love the addition of La Isolana restaurant. We must thank the following staff that made our trip so special this time around: Nev and Alba (front desk) for making my husband’s birthday so special, Leslie for giving us such a warm welcome every morning at breakfast, Whitley for driving us in the shuttle to the beach, and David (or Daniel??) for making us such good pizza! We came back for the beauty of Turks but the Oasis reminded us that it’s also for the people who are so kind, friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be back!

This is a hidden Gem. The staff is what truly made our stay the most enjoyable and memorable. The room was very clean and well equipped. Close to the pool with a private patio. The bed was comfortable. Pillows are large but very soft. It is close to shopping and entertainment. Walkable to shops and groceries. We enjoyed the snapper at the on-site restaurant it was delicious. I can’t say it enough the staff make you feel like family. Thank you and we will be back soon.

This is a smaller resort so it wasn't crowded, I enjoyed that. It was also very conveniently located near the beach!

We had a good time at the Oasis at Grace Bay. This boutique hotel is very well maintained, and the staff absolutely lovely! Although not *on* the beach, they are very close and have a shuttle running all the time back and forth. They also have their own setup on the beach with umbrellas, lounge chairs, and staff. 2 pools with a fair amount of shade were pleasant to relax during the hot hours of the day. Where we were a tiny bit disappointed was that there was 0 advance warning about a construction site very next to half the rooms, including the one we were in...I mean *very next* like 20ft away. The work was not overwhelmingly noisy, but enough to wake us up when they started at 7am. Our first morning was a Sunday so it wasn't a factor, and by Monday we felt it was too late to request a change. We would have appreciated better advanced communication on the topic. And the second one was that technology was abundant in a freshly renovated hotel. We love that! But it wasn't always working to perfection. E.g. talking smoke detectors had to be removed from multiple room as they were all reporting false alarms. Ipad in every room loaded with information, but asking for an iCloud password from day 2, plenty of bikes but most un-usable, LED lighting in room flickering. Oh and don't forget to clear your Netflix password on exit, cause they won't. I would definitely go back to this hotel, assuming they continue to improve on those technology challenges.

This is a real Oasis that’s hidden right in Grace Bay that’s so close the beach and all the other amenities. The landscape and resort is so very well appointed and the staff is so amazing. It’s a boutique resort where you do not overpay. We will be coming back again and are going to recommend to friends and families.

Great location, short walk to the beach. Service was excellent from all the staff quickly responding to any need. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

First time staring at The Oasis and we really enjoyed our time there. The staff were always very friendly, kind, and welcoming.

Excellent location with amazing staff. The onsite manager Paul was exceptional in providing world-class service and going above and beyond to make sure we were accommodated. All of the staffs were eexceptional especially he night staffer Ifen was also extremely accommodating and providing exceptional service. True, authentic service alone with an amazing Oasis to stay while visiting Turks and Caicos. This was an amazing vacation and Thanks to Oasis at Grace Bay for making it all come together. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💯💯💯💯❤️

The Oasis at Grace Bay is a nice place to stay. There are two pools and beach access is not far from the hotel. The onsite restaurant has delicious food. Everyone was very friendly

We had an amazing stay for a great rate at this boutique hotel. My only concern is that I wish they had a fitness center. Doesn’t have to be anything too big but at least maybe a couple workout bikes and some weightlifting equipment.

Truly “perfect on purpose”. I had an amazing time at this establishment’ I love boutique style Hotels and this one did not miss. The staff, and I mean everyone, was kind, helpful and there to please. It was my birthday trip, and had never been to Turks, but I absolutely will return and this is the only place I will stay. Paul , our manager on staff made every effort to make the experience a great one, and was very attentive at all times. The vibe was peaceful, the pool was pristine, and everything was indeed perfect.

Free coconuts that grow on the property. Rooms were clean and overall property area was pleasant. Pool were not great but we did not use pool. Bicycles were provided but the displays on most E bikes were broken.

The hotel was good , I love the staff the only think they need to care more about uniform for restaurant staff cause our waitress had a hole in his t shirt and they looks bad except that everything was amazing .

This is an absolutely beautiful property, with such a friendly staff. It’s hard to tell from pictures, but trust me you won’t be disappointed.

I really enjoyed my stay, the only glitch was the final 3 days of our trip we had intermittent wifi. That was a problem.

Lovely staff, really nice room. Loved the two pools. Beach area is fab with the hotel’s own beds, towels and even little neck cushions.
