Çalışanlar genel olarak güler yüzlü ve iyidi. Yalnızca buz dolabı arızalıydı müdahale etmediler. Ayrıca asansörü insanı tedirgin ediyor bir an önce yapılmalı.

Otele girşte verilen bilgiler eksikti. Yemek saatleri, ıslak alan kullanım şartları vb bilgileri verilmedi, biz sorduğumuzda söylendi. Oteli tercih etmemizdeki ana amaçlarımızdan biri aile olarak havuza girebilmekti fakat kadın erken ayrı olduğu için bebeğimizi bırakıp giremedik. Bu bilgi rezervasyon sitesinde yer almıyordu. Havuz kısmının tavanı rutubetli ve havuzun taşları sökülmüştü. Asansörler sorunluydu, biri çalışmıyordu diğeri ise çok yavaş, takılarak ve sürekli ses yapıp uyarı vererek çalışıyordu. Odada tek bornoz vardı o da kirliydi

Kahvaltı kaldığım fiyata göre aşırı zayıftı. Şehrin hareketli noktalarına araçla yakın , yürüyerek uzak bir konumda. Kahvaltı bölümü çalışanları aşırı ilgisiz, resepsiyon ise idare eder. Tekrardan şehre geldiğimde kalacağımı zannetmiyorum. Verdiğim parayı hak etmedi.

Kahvaltı biraz zayıf geldi bana. Bunun haricinde bir sorun yaşamadık. Konforlu, sorunsuz bir tatil yaptık. Havuzu ve hamamı kullandım, keyifliydi. Teşekkür ederiz.

Not recommended if you want a stay in a international Hotel. They seperate gender in their spa and pool facilities, serve no alkohol. At least they should mention it on their website then i would never book such a hotel. There should be free choices. Sharia. Poor service quality. There was heavy rains and the had not even an umbrella to offer. we were in the honeymoon suite and the cleaning staff made pictures of themselves in our room. ramada never again.

Otoparkı biraz yetersiz ama odalar temiz ve ferah. Kahvaltı harika. Fatura problemi kısa sürede çözüldü. Ramada konukseverliğini swviyorum.

Asansörler kötü kahvaltı kötü ve otelin iç kısımları

Konaklama bedelinin karşılığını verdiğini düşünmüyorum; pazar sabah kahvaltı saatinde elektrikler ve dolayısıyla su kesildi!!! Planlı bir çalışma yapılıyormuş jeneratör yoktu veya devreye almadılar, bu kesinti yaklaşık 45 dakika sürdü. Odalarda birşeylerden kısıldığı tasarruf edildiği çok hissediliyor, örneğin çift kişilik konaklamada bir adet diş fırçası, boş mini bar, karton bardaklar gibi. Düzeltilemeyecek eksikler değil umarım değerlendirmemiz dikkate alınır.

The only thing I didn’t like is the delay and long procedures of check in

Ein sehr gutes Ramada Hotel, Waren in der Presidial Suite, Art war sehr beeindruckend, leider müssen ein paar Sachen instandgesetzt werden, automatische Vorhänge funktionieren nur bedingt, Whirlpool war auch schon in die Jahre gekommen, an manchen Stellen war die Tapete ab, leider war das Bad nicht geräuschmäßig abgeschirmt, sodass der Whirlpool für schlafende im Bett sehr laut war. Aber sonst war alles gut, gerne wieder. Preislich auch top.

Möbel etwas Verbrauch ansonsten alles gut. Sehr gutes Frühstück.

Nice hotel and good service

Nice size room. Good breakfast buffet. Loved the indoor pool and turkish bath, but uncool with dirty towels lying round and lockers not working.

يوجد بعض الحشرات في الغرف, لا يسمح للاطفال بالنزول للمسبح مع ذويهم ولم يتم ذكر ذلك في شروط الفندق لم يسمح بتمديد تسليم الغرف لمدة ساعة واحدة واضطررنا ان نغادر بطريقة عاجلة

Merhaba, otelinizden memnun kaldik genel anlamda. Fakat yapilan ufak bir yanlis memnuniyetimizi ne yazik ki buyuk olcude zedeledi. Otelinizi ozellikle spa bolumunu kullanabilmek amaciyla sectik fakat bayram sebebiyle spa 20:30’da kapaniyormus. Bize bunun bilgisi verilmedi sadece otelle alakali bilgi iceren bir form verildi ve o forma gore spa bolumu saat 22:30’da kapaniyordu. Esimle aksam hazirlanip spaya gittik fakaf buyuk bir hayal kirikligi ile geri donduk cunku spa kapanmisti. Bunun telefasi icin bize sadece 2 saat gec cikis yapmamiz saglandi fakat 2 saat zaten spa suruyor. Biz iki saate hem spa alanindaki faaliyetlerden yararlanmayi hemde odamiza cikip hazirlanmayi sigdirmak zorunda kaldik. Ayni sorunu kahvalti icinde yasadik. En gec 10:00’a kadar suren kahvaltinin bayram sebebiyle 11:30’a uzatildigi bilgisi bize aktarilmadi. Bu yuzden esimle erken kalkmak durumunda kaldik. Sizlerinde takdiridir ki, insanlar tatil surecinde fazlaca uyku ve dinlenmeye ihtiyac duyarlar. Bilgi aktarimi konusunda yasamis oldugumuz problem disinda hersey oldukca guzeldi Senturk Ailesi olarak tesekkur ederiz.

Resepsiyondaki görevli hanımefendinin akşam otele girerken “oda numaranız kaçtı” diye sormasının dışında her şey güzeldi. Daha profesyonel resepsiyon çalışanı ile çalışılmalı.

There’s women gathering at the ball room and theres very high music noise and bass hitting walls. It appears that the hotel does this once in every month.

Her şey çok güzeldi ama otelde kadınlara masaj yoktu sadece erkeklere vardı. Bu çok saçmaydı onun dışında harikaydı tekrar giderim

This was a last-minute booking, selected primarily for its location, but offering comfortable accommodation which matched our needs. Had time permitted, it would have been nice to try the Leisure Facilities, but this was sadly not possible as our time was too short. We received a warm welcome at reception and check-in, in spite of the lateness of reservation, was efficient and effortless. On entering the allotted room, however, it was as if we were walking into a refrigerator, as the window had been left open with outside temperatures of around minus 2c. Luckily the receptionist agreed that this was unacceptable (as it would have taken too long to get comfortably warm at such a late hour) and we were given an alternative room which was warm, clean and comfortable; well furnished and with a TV screen hidden behind a mirror, plus a great shower. Advised that I was still in good time to eat in the restaurant, I went down for dinner and received incredibly disappointing service - the starter was served at the exact same time as the main; the main was not hot; the requested water wasn't delivered in spite of reminding the waiter. When advised that the kitchen would be closing after 15 minutes, the waiter then brought a bottle of water, followed by my requested coffee. Breakfast service was equally poor - seemingly a good selection but poorly replenished and a lack of tables prepared for customers. A good stay overall, but improvements needed in the restaurant.

Surrounding area is commercial but seems quiet enough. Room is OK but only ground floor rooms are non smoking. Restaurant was ok but a number of items on the menu were out of stock. Breakfast was adequate - nothing special but ok. Room was comfortable with good choice of TV channels. Hotel seems a little dark inside but that's just down to taste. All in all, good for the price.

Parking is always full, you have to park your car in mud at an area nearby parking, my car was terribly dirty after using the parking 3 days. Non-smoking rooms are only on the ground floor, all rooms at higher floors are smoking, so basically the hotel is promoting "smoking" by allocating the best rooms to smokers. Everywhere on the world it I the opposite. It shows poor management capability. Very poor and slow wifi so if you are staying there for business and need to work on your laptop at evenings then it is not a hotel you should choose.

Beautiful hotel and room. Excellent breakfast. Would highly recommend this hotel, centrally located and easy to find.

O fiyata daha güzel biyer düsünmüstüm. Resimlerle otel birbirini tutmuyor. Arap dolu otel. Hersey ücretli ve asiri pahali.

Youll never find hotel with this quality by this price around the whole city! It very new the breakfast such an amazing varities. 10/10

Bayramın 2. Günü kaldık. Otelin imkanlarını kullandık. Personel gayet pozitif.

Bayram tatili için iki günlük oda kiralamıştık.217 nolu odada kalmıştık. 218 nolu odadaki hayvan herif yüzünden gece saat 03 kadar uyuyamadık.Adam tv sesini sonuna kadar açıp öylece uyumuş ne içtiyse artık.Son çare olarak resepsyonu aradım önce odaya telefon ettilier duymayınca gece görevlisi gelip kapılarına vurdu yine duymayınca en son odayı açmak zorunda kaldılar adamda nasıl bir uyku varsa artık.Yan odalardaki ses diğer odalarda çok rahat duyulabiliyor yalıtımı pek başarılı değil.Otelde oldum olası sevmediğim arap ve iranlılar çoktu.Öküzün biri kahvaltı esnasında resemen bööürdü .Onun haricinde her şey çok güzeldi.Kahvaltı çok güzel.Odalar havuzlar çok temiz.Otelin konumu iyi marketlere restoranlara çok yakın.

doing business in the region conveninent parking and shops around staff speak excellent english

Otel konumu ve konforu itibariyle yeterli olup, hizmet anlamında tatmin edici değildi.. Zira spor yaralanması ile sakatlık geçiren gencimizin (12 yaşında) İstanbul'a transferi öncesi yolda konforunu arttırmak için ücreti mukabilinde istediğimiz yastık ( ayağının altına koymak için), "sayılıdır" denilerek verilmedi.

My laptop and mobile batteries went dead because I didn’t have adapter for the electric plug. The hotel manual says that you can ask the staff for an adapter. Apparently the hotel doesn’t carry adapters and the staff weren’t helpful at all in that. Anothet thing the coffee counter had no coffee

1-Sigara içilemeyen odaların alt katta olması bir daha tercih etmeme nedenimiz olacaktır. Üst katta ve alt katta belirli bir paylaşım yapılabilirdi. Tercih yaparken bunu dikkate alın sigara kullanmıyorsanız alt kattasınız. 2-Ramazan münasebetiyle saat 23.00 e kadar süren müzik kafa patlatıyor. Müzik olmadan sessiz bir şekilde iftar yapılamıyor herhalde. Genel olarak bölgenin iyi otelleri arasında yer alan Ramada Otel Benim için bitmiştir. Zaten Sakarya Bölgesi otel fiyat ortalaması üstünde ve aldığınız hizmet huzur verdiğiniz meblağı karşılamıyorsa bir daha tercihe gerek yok diye düşünüyorum.

Güler yüzlü personel, temiz ferah oda, çocuklu aileler gönül rahatlığıyla konaklayabilirler. Kahvaltı çok güzeldi. Teşekkürler Ramada Sakarya !

We have stayed with Ramada Hotel many times and we like the location and hotel itself. The room is cleaned and the Front Desk Staff is friendly. Check in was quick and easy and the same for checking out. The Buffet breakfast was great. All in all everything is great! we definitely will stay with Ramada whenever we are in Sakarya. We recommended this hotel to others.

Check in was easy and it was good to see the hotel have floor for non smoking. The room in good size and clean and modern and have all the amenities needed like coffee makers and also the toiletries in the bathroom and slippers and robes. the Cafes is a plus and a restaurant on site is great for the guests who didnt want to leave the hotel. The rest is good and hope they can maintain to keep the hotel clean and especially the non smoking floor free from smoking guests.
