The breakfast was really good
The tent were very run down and broken many places ..
The location is good though tent prices are quite expensive like a decent size tent costs $50
The environment, the staff and coziness of the place
The breakfast selection was good, choices from breads, to noodles, and mains - ok however, the coffee was not hot, very minor feedback. The staff are verygood. I find the price at the restaurant was pricey for my budget. There should be meals worth 5 to 6 USD.
The trash within the vicinity, although I saw trash bins. Waste segregation is important.
Stayed here as it was the starting point for the Elephant Trail Run. The tent provided was comfortable, with a pillow, linens, towel and mattress pad. Shared bathroom and shower facilities were clean and there was hot water!
The food buffet offered at the restaurant is somewhat limited, though this may have been due to the high numbers of people there fore the race.
Room to explore and pleasantly surprised by warm showers. The playground was a lot of fun.
Prices for activities were too expensive especially with a large group of children.
The pool is dirty, the tent is not good and beddings
-otrosek waterfall (haritada sadece waterfall diye geçebilir) yakınında yol çatallanacak; sola gidiş vKirirom pine resort'a ulaşmanızı sağlar. tereddütte kalmadan devam edin.

Rooms were clean and proper, didn't expect that from a tent standard but overall tent experience wasn't the best when you have a reactive dog that hears everything from outside and lost his mind because of the random escaped horses. So just note to per owners, amazing place unless you have a reactive dog. The weather was so nice there that we didn't even use fan, we even felt like covering ourselves at night. Outdoor space in front of tent was really nice, we went group of friends so gathered there for some drinks. Also restaurant was good, they had many options and for breakfast they had egg station which saved the day.
Tent quality was quite old. I think they need to renew them. Didn't love the bathroom. They had cups and coffee sachets but no kettle, I think they forgot. Acceptable overall.
Quite place, very refreshing
De glamping tent, de omgeving, het zwembad en het sanitair.
Geen goede lig mogelijkheden rond het zwembad, duur restaurant en soms wat veel lawaai van groepen.
The staff was outstanding, helpful, kind and very professional. The playground is one of the best I have seen. The hotel was perfect for the Elephant trail race
A small sofa and fridge would be helpful in the Jasmin Villa
Nature was nice
Staff were rude, prices are ridiculous, we booked and were promised free bicycles but the staff said it was our problem that booking.com had offered this and tried to make us pay $15 and we weren't allowed to leave the resort and theres no shops on the resort. Nature was nice.

Location
The food was terrible, and the restaurant did not have the ingredients for most of the items we ordered. The taste was disappointing, and overall the restaurant experience was very poor. I would strongly recommend avoiding the restaurant.
Doesn't look anything like the pictures. Picture must be really old.
Tent far from everything and everyone. Didn’t lock. I didn’t feel safe at all. Instantly regretted my decision!
The staff are really accommodating letting us borrow the electric cart going to our tent and to the main area. Also, they have a friendly dog that accommodates us during our hike 🥰🥰 One more thing our friends did not wait for long before being checked in their designated accommodations. But for us we waited for a bit which is okay since I guess they are still putting up our tent . We actually booked the family tent which can accommodate 4 people.
I hope that next time they will have to check the tent being used, or maybe replace. Upon entering the rent ,there is this smell which is not pleasant , similar to a wet cloth being stuck for long and just dried on its own. Another thing the tent is leaking , since it has been raining the whole night .
The setting
Accommodation very overpriced Facilities badly lacking
Friendly staff, good restaurants
Nothing
I liked the location and the ease of activities the most!
It was excellent. No complains.
Location, staff
Not very easy to open/ close the tent
Lovely location, and absolutely fantastic staff who made us feel incredibly welcome. (Extra thanks to Dinesh, the Activity Manager!)
Our visit unfortunately coincided with a two-day corporate/concert event with extremely loud music, which we were given no notice of. The music did stop at a reasonable time, but whilst it was happening, it was impossible to relax.
Beautiful nature, excellent breakfaste, good service ... a place to relax, very nice

Great location within the national park, you can set off for walks directly from the resort and are surrounded by nature. The luxury tent had everything we needed and a lovely terrace. There weren’t many other guests (probably as it was during the week). Friendly and helpful staff and the restaurant’s Indian food especially was really good. Nice pool.
The tent itself had seen better days and didn’t close properly at the back. The resort is not really set up for people wanting to do independent walks but they did their best to help us and we ended up also going on the guided heaven cliff hike, which we felt was overpriced. There was some noise from distant music at night but it wasn’t too much of a problem, I imagine it’s worse at the weekends.
awesome location
the restaurant was a joke, a complete scam.
The room and natural environment was good
I experienced some problems with hospitality. They focus on the large group and neglect the small group also they don't inform things prior
The location was amazing, in the middle of the park with plenty of hikes and waterfalls around. The glamping tent was comfortable and the food in the restaurant very tasty.
The toilets were a bit dirty.
It’s a very quiet and beautiful place, I liked the nature and the restaurant with Indian cuisine, the friendly staff, I think it’s a big plus that they provide a grill with firewood. We were happy to fry the fish ourselves, we liked everything overall.
I think the cost is a little high ! The rooms are generally clean, but it is clear that they are not very new, although they are very beautiful in appearance
The environment
The food was not good at all. Especially the western options.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Good restaurant with the wide choice of Khmer and Western food.
Very crowded (at least during the weekend). Quite far from the viewing points.
This Hotel complex is surreal. And not in the best of ways. It's a complex with a myriad of different room types within the national park. The location for hikes within Kirirom National Park is excellent. There are hikes that are safe to do without a guide right out of the complex gate.
The Khmer cottages are just wooden shacks with white drapes inside of them to hide the flimsy wooden structure. Bathrooms are shared and outdoors. Cleanliness is minimal and beds are just mattresses on the floor. At the price point they charge (50$+) that is not good value at all for rural Cambodia.
Lovely staff. Incredible restaurant.
Sad to see so much garbage in the National park- nothing to do with the resort but just a general note about the area.
This is my 2nd time to stay in the hotel. Generally it is good as it is built in the middle of pine forest with cold weather. And the hotel has varieties of activities that clients can choose.
The cleanliness is acceptable but if compare with room rate I think it is not matched.
It is well-located and accessibility.
It needs new activities and recreational areas and signage. Some facilities need replacement and maintenance such as furniture, dining kitchen, and bikes.
Very nice and quiet place to relax and chill
Nice location in a pine forest! We were also able to make a booking very short-notice.
For a stay in a tent without any outside seating and shared bathrooms, the price was quite high. When we arrived at the tent, the inside was wet and it took multiple requests to find somebody who could help us get it dry. Our expectation was a nice, quiet camping, but it seemed like all our neighbors took it more as a 'party in the forests' - very loud music during the night. We booked quite short-notice and maybe just had the wrong expectations for this stay but if you are looking for a quiet experience that is closely connected to nature and protecting the environment, this place might not be for you.
Great and long list of activities Variety and quality of food in restaurant
A little run down No air cond in hotel rooms
I liked the area around the property and the Indian Food. The staff were very helpful with all of our requests. The showers at the campground were amazing.
The tents are too close to one another, some space between tents would be nice. Also there was loud music every single night we stayed there, we tried to escape the noise of the city and get some outdoors and relaxing nature, but we just got multiple parties going on at once every night. A space away from where people are staying where the party can happen would be nice, no one followed the curfew rules or enforced it at all.

There were some people who were noisy, and I called the staffs to come and talk to them. However, they said they were going to send someone but they didn’t
