ONOMO Hotel Rabat Terminus

The location, next to railway station (Rabat Ville) and tramway, is first rate. The welcome is friendly, the room large and comfortable, with balcony. There are a decent breakfast and a pleasant rooftop restaurant. What is there not to like?

I liked it all.

The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay, from the reception team to the restaurant and terrace staff. Thank you for making my stay so pleasant! As a first-time solo traveler, I really appreciated the location. The Medina was within walking distance, and the nearby tram made it very easy to get around and visit the city’s main sights and historical sites. The train station being right next door was also incredibly convenient, especially as I was travelling on to Marrakech by train. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and found it a great and convenient base for exploring Rabat.

Bonne sélection de nourriture pour le petit-déjeuner, personnel agréable, présence de coffre-fort, endroit assez central par rapport à la gare de train et d'autres commerces utiles. Chambres assez belles et modernes. Beau rooftop même si le week-end (début septembre) où j'ai été il y avait pas plus d'une dizaine de personnes à la fois.

Me bruit de la circulation. Il n'y a pas de double fenêtre. Le petit déjeuner est de petite qualité. J'ai réservé une suite. Je suis retrouvé dans une chambre normale dans laquelle on a rajouté après mon arrivée un lit individuel au milieu de la chambre ; lit de petite qualité. Même en augmentant la température de la climatisation, la température était refrigérante. C'est bien d'avoir une clim de compétition pour produire du froid mais quand ça devient du très froid inévitable sauf en arrêtant la clim, c'est trop. Pas de possibilité de changer de l'argent à la réception.

Mycket dålig service under frukost. Det saknar alltså d något som man måste fråga om för att få det. Personal där är inte kund vänliga för Service. Det är precis så m jag kan se att de vill inte serva något. Man kan inte sova på natten. Rummet ligger nära gaten där ske mycket trafik

Je viens dans cet hôtel pour la troisième année et je suis satisfaite de l'accueil, des renseignements fournis et des aides éventuelles. Le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet est copieux et offre beaucoup de diversité quant à la chambre elle est d'une propreté irréprochable, spacieuse, la literie est parfaite. Donc rien de négatif a signaler.

Ce qui pourrait être amélioré, c'est le restaurant AZOUR. Les mets que j'ai dégustés sont très bons et je recommande. Le problème est lié au service. Mon dernier repas, il m'a fallu aller réclamer mon dessert alors que j'avais terminé le plat principal depuis plus 1/2 heure. Mon dessert se composait un amlou/glace et pour le déguster, je n'avais que la fourchette qui m'avait servi pour le plat de résistance et un couteau. J'ai donc dû aller chercher une cuillère (c'est plus pratique pour déguster une glace :)) A la décharge du restaurant, je pense que le serveur était débutant et/ou en stage avec un petit manque de jugeote. Mais bon sans rancune

The A/C is not working or maybe because of the significant weather change. The breakfast spread was same for 3 days.

The hotel’s location was excellent and extremely convenient for travelers. It is only about a one-minute walk from the Railway Station, making it very easy for us to travel. The accessibility to public transportation saved us a lot of time and effort during our trip.

A simple suggestion for improvement would be to provide a water heater kettle in the room, if possible, so guests can conveniently prepare tea or coffee at night or during their stay.

The breakfast was poor, bland and often overcooked. There was so much excellent cheaper food in town I stopped eating the breakfast even though it was included.

Que vous matter sur votre site sur booking que vous avez de SPA , alors qu en realité vous n aviez pas .D ailleurs ce juste pour le SPA que nous avons fait la reservation.

Je suis un client avec une réservation confirmée dans cet hôtel. J’ai stationné ma voiture sur le parking avant de m’absenter pour la prière du vendredi. À mon retour, le réceptionniste et le gardien m’ont traité de manière irrespectueuse, comme si j’étais un fraudeur, sans même vérifier que j’étais client. Malgré mes explications, ils m’ont facturé 100 dirhams pour à peine une heure de parking, ce qui est totalement injustifié pour un client de l’établissement. Un manque évident de professionnalisme, de respect et de gestion client. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.

Son emplacement proche de la gare car nous avions voyages en train et aussi il est au centre de la ville.

Le personnel de l'hôtel est très courtois et il cherche à aider pour toute question. L'immeuble a un très joli style du début du 20ième siècle (un côté art décoratif).

J’ai passé un court séjour dans cet hôtel confortable et idéalement situé. Tout était parfait, du cadre agréable au service exceptionnel. Un grand merci à la réceptionniste Najwa, qui m’a accueilli chaleureusement, m’a aidé à trouver une adresse précise, et s’est arrangée pour que je puisse avoir un petit déjeuner très tôt. Sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme ont vraiment marqué mon séjour. Je recommande vivement cet établissement.

Walked in and the person at the reception kept me waiting 10 minutes and didn’t even acknowledge me, after he acknowledged me he kept stopping my check in process to talk to other staff and other guests about other things, I made a point of writing his name down. The customer service was very very poor. I had requested two single beds as I was coming with my daughter, this was confirmed and agreed a month before arrival. On arrival the hotel claimed there was none, however within minutes that changed to, yes one has become available. Did they expect me to share with my daughter?? My daughter the last day wanted to reprogram me the room key, again reception didn’t even look at her for 2/3 minutes or acknowledge she was waiting. So it seems a definite issue and the staff seemed arrogant. The coup de Grace was the fact we thought we would have dinner at the hotel restaurant as it was late, so order as part of a meal a Diet Coke, now a soft drink in a shop outside the hotel costs 7 MAD, so I assumed it would be the same or maybe a bit more …..they charged 100 yes one hundred MAD for a soft drink, so 15 x more than the cost of a shop. So 2 soft drinks cost 200 MAD!!!!!!!!!!! Even a 5 star restaurant only charges 20 MAD for them but no not this hotel they think it’s acceptable to charge 100 MAD per soft drink . Would not come to this hotel ever again. As the staff are arrogant, ignorant and the charge for coke is daylight robbery, The only plus side is the location otherwise it has absolutely nothing going for it. In response to the Hotels reply...the reception area was completely empty at the time i checked in, i took a picture / photo and if the hotel wants it then i can provide it, it is a lie to say a group were checking in. Also it doesnt excuse fact that my daughter was completely ignored too when she wanted a key reprogrammimg.

Pricey. Also, cannot buy alcohol by the serving in the bar. Only 6 beers at a time or whole bottles of wine at a time. Makes it easier not to drink alcohol!

Der Geruch aus dem Kanal. Anscheinend sind die Syphons nicht in Ordnung.

Fijn hotel. Goed ontbijt. Goeie locatie tegenover het station. Leuke rooftopbar waar je ook kan eten. Schoon. Bed aan de harde kant maar wel oké. Buurt is leuk met verschillende restaurants op loopafstand. Tegenover het hotel is de bushalte voor de bus naar het vliegveld. Vriendelijk personeel.

De kamers zijn behoorlijk gehorig. Op Dit moment wordt het station verbouwd, ze werken ook ‘s nachts door. Ik had eerst een kamer tegenover het station maar sliep daar heel slecht. De volgende ochtend kreeg ik zonder probleem een kamer aan de achterkant, helaas zonder uitzicht en balkon, maar geen last meer van de bouwwerkzaamheden. Ik werd wel wakker van de wekker uit de kamer naast de mijne. Er is wel zeep en douchegel, maar geen andere toiletartikelen. De douche is fijn, maar wel in een bad dus je moet niet slecht ter been zijn. De muziek in de bar staat erg hard. Helaas mag in de bar binnen worden gerookt.

I love the location of the hotel. It's close walking distance from everything. Or hop on the tram to get to Agdal.

Sometimes it can be noisy at night. But that's everywhere in Morocco. Just bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper.
