Villa Karin

The apartment was totally renovated recently and looks gorgeous. Karin is an amazing hostess. She made two phone calls to a hotel where I had left some items and texted me to keep me in the loop. I highly recommend this lodging!

Super liebe Eigentümerin, einfache und unkomplizierte Kommunikation, haben gleich am Anfang Tipps für Unternehmungen bekommen. Zimmer in top Zustand, wie neu und sehr geschmackvoller Stil. Gerne wieder! :)

從慕尼黑出發到那距離有點遠，提前2個小時告知飯店我們時間可能會晚點，希望等我們一小時，當時的回應讓我們傻眼直接回答不行後，掛我們電話，過了一回會兒我們再試圖打去溝通說願意多付錢請他等我們一小時，態度隨即又不同，這樣的服務說真的感覺很差，房間很漂亮舒適，非常喜歡，但還是對這次住宿留下很差的印象，這是我們這趟德國行碰到最差的服務

Karin’s place is AMAZING! Easy drive to Salzburg. Karin is a wonderful host and made sure we had maps, information. She answers emails very quickly. The laundry is an added bonus. I would return over and over.

We loved everything about our stay. Karin was a wonderful host and extremely helpful. The apartment was very clean and everything we needed was provided. Loved the village of Adnet with a little local supermarket, larger supermarkets 5 minutes away by car and Salzburg only 20 minutes away by car with a very easy Park & Ride facility if preferred.

자동차없이 짤츠부르그 여행이 주목적이신 분들은 절대 추천하지 않습니다. 짤츠에서 자동차로 30분 정도 떨어진 아주 시골마을에 위치해 있습니다. 그러나 근처 베르히테스가덴의 이글스 네스트있는 산을 간다면 가까운 위치의 아파트형 호텔입니다. 주인도 친절하고 시골집 개조하고 옆에 다시 룸들을 새로지어서 깨끗하고 앞마당의 주차공간, 룸안에 작은 부엌있습니다. 한적한 시골풍경마을의 친척집에 놀러온듯한 소박한 느낌의 숙박을 원하시면 괜찮은 곳입니다. If you focus to see Salzburg only, I don't recommend this hotel because it is quite remoted small villeage of country from Salzburg(22km, half hour by car). But if you go to Berchtesgaden's Eagles nest or cycling, good place to stay.Owner lady is kind.It is a renovated country house and new build up rooms are clean.free parking and small kitchen in room.Nice place to enjoy small country view and house.

A bit tricky to find initially but Karin was really helpful when we first arrived and the apartment was great for our family 2 day stay. The village is very limited in terms of eating out but very handy for getting into Salzburg by park and ride. Also a relatively short drive to the Eagle’s Nest.

Very good. If we go to Salzburg next time,I will stay there.

The room was so clean, neat and cozy. The view outside the window was picturesque. The kitchen utensils are hygenic. Above all, Karin's kindness and delicate sense was special. I want to visit again.

The scenery around this property was gorgeous, and the nearby town is easily navigated. There is a wonderful bakery and a small grocery store. The property is beautiful, and the rooms are modern and attractive. Small kitchenette in our room made it easy to eat even if we missed meal times at restaurants because of our jetlag. No air-conditioning, but we bought a fan for the heat wave during our stay. The host, Karin, speaks English and is very gracious. We loved our stay at this property.

Nice place close to Salzburg but in the country side

Very nice. If you travel with car it's not far from Saltzburg. Kind host and clean and comfortable room, beddings, amenities and kitchenwares. I recommend to family travelers.

The accommodations and staff were excellent and we will definitely stay there again. The room was fantastic and the owners thought of everything and were very helpful and accommodating. Well done and I travel extensively and was very impresssed by everything

The place is clean highly equipt with all the stuff needed for staying, with great kitchen and wonderful living room and bed rooms. Karin was just perfect! She helped us in finding the right places for groceries and a very good restaurant. The location of the villa is also perfect! 20 min from Salzburg and less then an hour from all the best attraction salzburgland has to offer. We will defenatly come again!!!

We had a wonderful time in Adnet, the apartment was lovely and the amenities were excellent. We were lucky to have great weather and were able to visit many places in the area

Very Warm Welcome from Karin to this beautiful Villa in the mountains just outside of Salzburg. This was a perfect location for us being between Salzburg and Hallstatt and the mountain scenery was over whelming to say the least. Spectacular experience! Karin is the best Host we have ever encountered and we travel extensively.

Nice facility, “rural” setting but still handy. Biggest downside was the lack of ventilation. It was hot, but no way to have any fresh air in the room.

المكان ممتاز و هدوء و استرخاء صاحبة الفندق متساعده جدا والمكان للاستجمام فقط و لا يزيد عن يومين لانه بعد عن سنتر سالزبورغ و يحتاج سيارة و لا يوجد موصلات عامة في القرية و لكن للامانة فندق ممتاز و واسعه و نظيف و ممتاز مقابل المال انصح كل واحد يبغ هدواء و استرخاء ياخذه يبعد عن سنتر سالزبوغ تقريبا 38 كيلو يوجد غسالة ملابس بمقابل مالي

Me and my wife spent a day in Salzburg and because we had rented a car we thought it would be nice to find a hotel outside the city. And we found a perfect one! Modern rooms furnished with very good taste with all the facilities you need. Karin is a lovely person who will really get's you feel welcome. Super! Highly recommended.

Excellent accommodation, host and location. The pent house apartment was beautifully finished with many extremely different and beautiful touches. Loved it and fabulous place to stay.

Excellent place to stay. If we could have changed our itinerary we would have stayed there more nights. Karen was helpful and charming. The rooms were very clean and tasteful. Lovely view. Our very favorite room in our 1 month stay in Europe. Stay here if you possibly can.

Karen made our stay easy and comfortable. The building is new, very tidy and the little apartment well furnished. The location is perfect for visiting Salzburg and the surrounding area while allowing you the peace and quiet of a small village setting.

Great facility, new, clean, modern, nicely decorated. Karin is very welcoming and provided a lot of helpful information about the area, as well as instructions on how go get to the stores and restaurants. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning. The weather was really hot during our stay and open windows didn't help much, they opened way to mosquitoes. Overall we really enjoyed the area, the quiet surroundings, the great room and the service. Thank you Karin!

주인 Karin의 서비스가 정말 마음에 와 닿는 서비스였습니다. 3년 전에 지었던 건물말고 저희가 머문 곳은 증축한 건물이었고 지은지 2주일 밖에 되지 않는 건물의 방이었는데 가구, 장식 하나하나에 주인의 정성이 들어있었습니다. 솔직히 비슷한 가격 대의 독일과 다른 오스트리아 호텔에 비해서 몇배는 더 마음에 든 장소였습니다. 음식을 해 먹을 수 있도록 시설이 완비되어 있는 것도 가족여행에 큰 장점이었고 짤츠브르크에서 차로 30분 거리에 있는 것도 큰 장점이었습니다. 단 렌터카가 없으면 찾아가기 좀 어려운 위치에 있습니다.

Karin was there to greet us, explained most of the apt. except not how to use the oven which we discovered later had many settings. The apt. was very clean and well appointed. Kitchen could use more items like a coffee pot, tongs, baking pan, measuring cup, etc.. We rent apts. so we can cook but there weren't many utensils. There is a Nespresso machine with pods but renters are asked to leave a Euro for every pod used. A drip pot would be very nice for people who drink more than one cup of coffee per day. There is also construction taking place on the property so we were awakened occasionally at 6 AM. Construction also means lumber, other materials, close to the apt. The view to the mountain was lovely and we could hear the cowbells. Very short drive to Hallein for groceries. Once all the improvements are finished and it is quiet, we would highly recommend Villa Karin.

We absolutely loved our stay! We were greeted with a warm reception and the apartment had more than I expected. Such a beautiful countryside location! Everything was in excellent condition and super comfy.

Very nice apartment. Karin was very hospitable. It would have been nice to have had a breakfast since we only stayed one night and did not have time to buy groceries. She says she plans to serve breakfast once she completes her remodeling.

We recently stayed at Villa Karin while on a family trip to Berchetsgarden. We were impressed by how clean and nice everything was. Karin and her family were super welcoming by showing us the whole place and where everything was. The apartment is in a small town in close proximity to Berchetsgarden and to Salzburg. Would highly recommend. Everything was new and the wifi worked great.

Karin who owns and runs the Villa Karin is delightful. Her husband built the Villa and her own home. She has a very modern easy to access location. Personally, she is a delight. Her English is excellent and she really KNOWS her area. We took all her hiking and dining suggestions. We are outdoor people and when we say hike, we mean small trails and high altitudes. She said we were "sporty". Well, we sported all over the place in the mountains near the Villa and slept on very comfortable beds every night. Clean, modern, quiet.
