Fraser Place Antasya Istanbul

This is the 5th time we are staying in this hotel and it's just fantastic for families. Free car park is such a big convenience along with easy access to the main roads. If you are looking for a place to stay in the Asian side of Istanbul and want to feel like home, that's the place for you.

Clean and comfortable apartments with good shops nearby. The porter who helped with luggage was very friendly, always smiling and helpful. The staff at reception also tried to help with questions despite the language barrier. The water bottles provided daily and daily cleaning was excellent.

The location is too far from the ferry port and not walkable distance to metro, so it is not easy to get to see other places without a car. There is no steam bath for ladies. The apartment kitchen needs cooking spoons and a smaller pan. There was only one spatula and a big soup spoon, so it was difficult to cook. The tea provided was only Earl Grey , a selection of green, black, and Turkish tea was common everywhere else we stayed. The view of city was lovely from our 39th floor but windows were not clean outside so couldn't capture it on camera.

سهولة اجراءات الدخول واستلام الجناح. وحسن استقبال ولباقة موظفي الاستقبال واشكر السيد شارف على حسن اخلاقه وتعاونه. طبعا الجناح نظيف ومجهز وكذلك خدمة التنظيف كانت رائعة جداً وبمعدل يوميا. طبعا الموقع وتوفر المواقف.

الانتظار في المصاعد نظرا لعدد الطوابق وكذلك لوجود وحدات سكنية مع الفندق.

We love how homey the place felt, the breakfast was incredible! It’s been months since we stayed there and it was one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve had. Little Oliver at the Front Desk was also a highlight of our stay. It’s also very close to a bus stop: there’s one across the street heading towards the subway and another one just right outside the hotel heading back. The mall next door is also super convenient. Lastly, we stayed there for some medical procedures with Hisar Hospital and it was only 5 mins away.

أنا دافع مبلغ لشقه عائليه مكونه من غرفه رئيسيه مع حمام وغرفه ثلاثيه وحمامين إلا انه تم اعطائي شقه مع حمامين فقط ولم يتم إرجاع بعض المبلغ لي . وانا انتظر منكم الرد على هذا الخطاء من قبلهم . والمكان بالجانب الآسيوي فهم بعيد عن الأماكن السياحيه

It’s not too far from Istanbul action attractions that are concentrated in the Europe side

Overall, we liked everything. The room was spacious and fully furnished, and the bed was large and comfortable - we felt right at home. There were two air conditioners in the room, so we had no issues with the temperature. The room had everything we needed, even a washer-dryer combo - so a special thanks for that. The staff was also great, everyone was polite and professional. There's a shopping center with a supermarket within walking distance - it's very convenient. Excellent value for the price.

Breakfast seemed a little sparse, every day there were the same items with only minor changes. The air conditioners in the room aren't very powerful, so it takes them a while to cool the room down to the desired temperature.

The breakfast was amazing, the restaurant staff were superb especially Tayfun, Turan and Sedaat who welcomed us every morning, set up our table and always provided a service beyond expectation. They catered for our son who suffers from dairy, eggs and nuts allergies, and ensured his dietary requirements were met. A big thank you to all.

I would have loved to have stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment, but none were available for the timeframe we were booking for. So we had to make do with a 2 bed room apartment with a third single bed placed in the living room.

Bisher die beste Unterkunft in Istanbul in der ich gewesen bin. Wir hatten eine Suite zum supergünstigen Preis für 3 Nächte. Die Suite hatte einen Waschtrockner. Ausblick war perfekt. Selbst die Brücke konnte man sehen. Zimmer war sehr sauber und die Lage war sehr zentral. Ein riesen Einkaufszentrum gleich nebenan. Die Küche war voll ausgestattet.

Tolles Frühstück und möglichkeit selbst zu Kochen. Eine Busverbindung ist direkt vor dem Hotel.

Es hätte mehr Ausstattung geben können. Betten sind hart und etwas klein.

Eigen parkeergarage en een goede locatie (met name als je eigen vervoer hebt). Vriendelijk personeel. De directrice was echter minder vriendelijk en meedenkend.

Verouderd meubilair en er kwam een rioollucht uit onze eerste kamer. In onze tweede kamer deed de telefoon het niet. Ook maakten de airco’s veel herrie in de tweede kamer.

The room has a nice view and it's clean.

One of the employees ignored our requests and didn't resolve the issue. The furniture is old and needs more cleaning (better to change it)

انصح بعد السكن هنا لعدة اسباب *الكذب الشقه في الواقع ليست المختاره في الحجز طلبت شقه غرفه سرير كبير وغرفه ثلاث اسره والواقع الغرفتين سرير كبير واضافة سرير في الصاله * الشقه صغيره الغرف ضيقه الحمامات لايوجد بها شطاف ولا تهويه او شفاط *الكهرباء انقطعت ثلاث مرات بسبب التماس في افياش المطبخ وعند طلب اصلاحها تم فصلها من القاطع فقط ولم تصلح عند رغبتي في استخدام غلاية الماء اذهب الى الغرفه *وجود باب بين شقتي والشقه المجاوره ونسمع اصواتهم ويسمعون اصواتنا لا يوجد خصوصيه *لايوجد احترام لنزيل يفتحون الباب بدون استئذان ويدخلون الشقه حتى وان وضعت لافته على الباب عدم الازعاج

أعجبني فقط المول الذي بجانب الفندق

الشقة غير نظيفه و رائحه الدخان جدا قوية لدرجه ان المفارش والأثاث متعلقه الرايحه بها و غير نظيفه و الاجهزه لا تعمل و ايضا لم يلتزموا بان الشقة عباره عن غرفتين غرفه بها ثلاثه اسره و انما كانت سريرين .

Piękny widok z 40 piętra, bajkowy. Bardzo ładne sauny. Śniadanie tradycyjne duży wybór ale jakość mogłaby być lepsza.

Hotel dość stary więc było kilka zniszczeń, stare fugi, nieumyte szafki w łazience. Basen czysty ale dość stary i brzydkie widoki.

Vi havde et rigtig godt ophold på hotellet. Alt var rent og velholdt, og levede fuldt ud op til vores forventninger. Personalet i receptionen var venligt og imødekommende. En særlig tak til Shareef, som var meget professionel, hjælpsom og serviceminded. Han gjorde sit bedste for at sikre, at vi havde et behageligt ophold, og hans gode service gjorde en stor forskel. Vi kan varmt anbefale hotellet og vil gerne bo her igen.

I had a great stay and would definitely come back. The location is excellent, with easy access to everything I needed on the Anatolian side A special thank you to Sherif at the front desk. He was incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. I had a small issue with the electricity in my room, and Sherif made sure it was resolved immediately. The quick response and excellent customer service made a real difference. Overall, a very pleasant experience with a great team. Highly recommended!

أخذنا الفندق لانه قريب من الجزء الاوروبي و بعيد عن الزحمه و أخذنا جناح غرفة و صاله متصلة مع جناح غرفتين و صاله و ادوار عاليه في الدور 36 و هذا شي جميل للإطلاله الجناح كان واسع و يكفي العدد و خدمة الغرف ممتازة و النظرة العامة للشقة انها نظيفة و يتصل بالفندق سوق اكايا مول و يوجد مطاعم و ستار بكس قريب من الفندق و كذلك مواقف جدا واسعة و استقبال يعمل طوال اليوم

مشكلتها انها مستهلكة جدا في الاثاث و في أثاث الصالة و المطبخ و غسالة الملابس التي تتعطل و كذلك تهريب للكرسي في دورة المياة و يوجد مسبح للاطفال و للكبار لا بأس به لكن صغير جدا على العدد الموجود في المبنى حيث يوجد عدد كبير من السكان مقيمين بالأشهر في هذا الفندق أما الأسعار فكان هناك اختلاف بين حجز البوكينق 777 يورو لمدة ثلاث ليال و بين حجز الفندق نفسه 1134 يورو و أخذنا الجناح عن طريق البويكنق

موقع البرج السكني في عمرانية حي مفعم بالحركة على الطريق العام والشقة الفندقية واسعة ونظيفة والاثاث بجودة عالية في غرف النوم او في صالة الجلوس والمطبخ مؤثث بادوات متكاملة الإطلالة متميزة من الدور 39 والمصاعد سريعة وخدمة الواي فاي كذلك جيدة في ارجاء الشقة اقمت ثلاث ليال بالعائلة اقامة مريحة ورائعة يتوفر بالبرج مول كبير به سلسلة المتاجر ميجروس وحول البرج تنتشر كثير من الوجبات السريعة. بجوار البرج توجد محطة شحن للسيارات الكهربائية. موقع مناسب لمن يريد تجربة السكن بالقسم الآسيوي.

السكن بالقسم الآسيوي ويبعد عن مناطق الجذب السياحي في القسم الآسيوي اسكودار وكاديكوي ومودا.

Класний апарт готель. Все було чисто, і зручно. Персонал на вищому рівні. Класна парковка для авто що дуже зручно. Брали з сніданком. Сніданок континентальний, все як у всіх великих готелях. Мешкали на 40 поверсі тож вид з вікна вражає.

Все класно, всім дякую за гостинність.

سكنت في شقة بغرفتين و حمامين و كانت الإقامة مريحة إلى حد كبير ، موظفي الاستقبال متعاونين طلبت منهم إخراج طاولة كبيرة الحجم في منتصف الصالة و تجاوبوا معي بكل سرور. كذلك كانو متعاونين في وقت الخروج من الفندق. مواقف السيارات مريحة ومجانية. الموقع جميل جداً و قريب من أغلب المولات المعروفة في القسم الآسيوي ( اذا معاك سيارة). يوجد مول صغير ملاصق للفندق. يوجد بالقرب منه ( بالسيارة) مجمع راقي جديد يحتوي على مطاعم و كافيهات و ماركت صغير التنظيف اليومي كان مجرد توضيب بسيط للمكان و اعادة تعبئة النواقص (مناشف، صابون، ماء،…….).

The size of the family studio was amazing and a bonus that there was 2 bathrooms both with showers very spacious apartment and well equipped

Goed bereikbaar, genoeg parkeerplekken in onderliggende garage, goede zwem en sportfaciliteiten. Je kunt al zwemmen vroeg in de ochtend, na 07:00, dat is handig als je even uurtje wilt bewegen voor het ontbijt. Ontbijt is goed! Kamers zijn schoon en in de keuken heb je alles wat je nodig hebt. Er wordt elke dag schoongemaakt en ook bijzonder vind ik dat elke dag nieuwe handdoeken worden geplaatst! Ideaal hotel/appartement voor verblijf in Istanbul!

We had a very pleasant stay overall and I would gladly recommend this hotel. The reception staff was exceptional, especially the gentleman who checked us in — very kind, professional, and attentive to our needs. The bed linens were clean, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the parking access was very easy and convenient.

However, there are a few aspects that kept me from giving a perfect 10. We rented an apartment for 4 people and, perhaps because we were given a different room, there were not enough towels for everyone, and slippers and bathrobes were missing as well. That being said, after informing the reception the next day, the gentleman at the desk promptly brought us everything we requested, which we truly appreciated. I would also suggest paying a bit more attention to the details when it comes to cleanliness. The kitchen furniture, as well as some of the mirrors in the rooms, had visible stains and marks. As I mentioned, if the cleanliness had been at the same level as the rest of the services and facilities, I would have happily given a 10.

I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Shaaref Munir, the Front Office Lead, for his outstanding leadership and exceptional professionalism. Upon our arrival, we experienced an issue with our room. However, Mr. Munir and his team addressed the matter promptly and efficiently. Within less than an hour of reporting the issue, they not only resolved the problem but also upgraded us to a larger, more exclusive apartment, which we truly appreciated. I would also like to commend the excellent cleanliness standards and room service. In particular, Ms. Fatmanur (if I recall her name correctly) provided marvelous service throughout our stay. The hotel also offered excellent parking facilities, a wonderful breakfast selection, and a highly supportive team that was always available whenever needed. I highly recommend this property, especially for guests planning a longer stay. Thank you once again for the amazing service and hospitality.

We had a nice stay at the hotel, the apartment was spacious enough and it was in a good condition. The check-in went smoothly with luggage being brought up quickly, and also other information requests were answered & followed-up quickly. Housekeeping service was good, the maid Fatmanur did a good job. The hotel is located near a few small shops & restaurants as well as a big mall with supermarket. Bear in mind that it is not close to a metro station so you would need to take public transportation to get to a metro station and further explore the city.

For cooking, the apartment can be furnished a lot more, with cooking equipment and maybe some basic stuff like salt/pepper/oil/etc. Another thing is that the TV has no option to play popular apps such as Netflix, Prima, Youtube, etc. This makes the choices for non-Turkish guests a bit limited.
